First time in a 2 bedroom here. Ample space for 6. Full kitchen including a rice cooker is definitely a plus for us locals. Staff and service was great. Nice big hot tub with jets in the master bdrm was great for the kids. Beach is super close. In house activities very creative by Tyler and crew: ping pong tourney (25 sign ups), ice cream sunday social, and teen pizza night to name a few. Great location. Parking is $30 a day, but we managed to hunt down street parking as far as 2 to 4 blocks away, tip: no parking on Ala Wai Blvd Monday and Friday mornings as they will tow for street cleaning. Great location, did I say that already?, as we attended the Block Party on Kalakaua Friday night and Kamehameha Parade on Saturday Morning just within steps of the place.

My first time dealing renting a timeshare. (Btw, some of these timeshare resellers suck!) The property is nice, but they really need to put a sign on the building and a much bigger sign on the entrance. First off, Google maps is wrong about the address. It's on the other side of Lewers. Had to circle the reported location 2 times before I finally called the hotel. Even after speaking with the operator, it took another 2 times to find the valet entrance. It's hidden! The rooms are very well kept and fully stocked with all sorts of things you'll need for your stay. Down to the dish washing detergent! (details, details) The property is nice, but the pool is small. Yes, the view sucks. But what were you expecting, romantic sunsets while viewing the sun set over the garage parking? Wireless access is free and it is slow. But you do get what you pay for. Great location, which is central to a lot of the higher end shopping areas. P.s. The video game room and ping pong table was a lot of fun.

This timeshare hotel made my vacation SOOO enjoyable. The 2 bedroom suite we got was awesome. It was clean, nicely decorated, new and best of all gorgeous. We had views of the strip so it was pleasant. They are located right in the middle so it was so convenient to go out. We were walking distance to the shops, beach and restaurant. I really enjoyed this hotel and we got it for a bargain deal from a timeshare owner on Craigslist. I would definately try to stay there again for my next visit to Honolulu. The only thing was the washer/dryer machine. I had a hard time getting my clothes to dry. But they still deserve a 5 star.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom presidential suite and it was pure awesomeness! The master bedroom had a nice sized bathroom with a jacuzzi that we all enjoyed. Especially our kids. The lanai was huge since it was connected to both rooms and the living room. It was spotless clean, nice, modern decor, flat screen tv's in the 2 rooms and living room, comfy beds, washer/dryer (we actually came home with clean clothes!), fully stocked kitchen made it great to cook and the location was perfect. All of the workers were super friendly and we just loved our stay here. I was also engaged here so I have a lot of love for the Wyndham :)

I like the idea of renting a condo versus a regular hotel room when you have a big traveling group. It's more cost efficient. To serve 7 people, a two-bed condo with a pull-out bed, kitchen, living room and washer/dryer will run about $250-300/night. Three separate hotel rooms will total $600 average. This Wyndham is in a very convenient location; right in the heart of Waikiki. The beach, like everyone says, is just minutes away. But the more beautiful beaches will need a car or a long bus ride to get to. Customer service is top-notch. Everybody was extremely nice and will address any problems you may have. Now here are the cons of this place. Despite the fact it was built in 2007, so making it less than 5 years young, this place seems kind of worn-out. The furnishing is of old traditional Hawaiian style, the walls had many scruff marks, some base boards are chipped and you can see that it was made of particle boards. No granite kitchen counter top, no stainless steel appliances. I'm guessing the builders, in attempt to reduce cost, went for the cheapest of everything. I've been over at the Hilton Hawaiian Village and that place is really nice. The pool is acceptably clean but rather not kid-friendly. It's a small pool with no shallow area for kids to comfortably play. It's 5' at the "shallow" end and quickly dips to 7' at the other end. I can't swim so I have to keep my kid close to the steps so we won't go down together. Lastly, the bar downstairs will play until 4am. Although it seems very lively and fun in there, I feel bad for the people sleeping directly atop. They play music pretty loud. Luckily we stayed on the 7th floor but have to walk by the bar to get to the elevator every night to return to our room. So I conclude I will stay here again but only if there's a good deal.

Time share is the way to do it here. Washer and dryer was a definite plus. Excellent location, shopping, beach, bars and clubs within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We stayed here for 7 days in July 2012. Great facility with nice well appointed rooms. The location is right smack in the middle of a high end shopping area and the bonus for me was the Coffee Bean right at the ground floor of the hotel! We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with kitchen with a partial ocean view (11th floor). The hotel offers nightly activities many which include snacks. While we were there they hosted a pizza night for teens, a Hawaiian music night with appetizers and a sundae night. Parking is $30 a day but there is a 24 hour lot on Lewers Ave about a block away which charges $15. If you don't mind a short walk, it is well worth it. Many people have mentioned not needing a car but Waikiki is very touristy and crowded and we loved being able to drive to the North Shore and other out of the way places. If you aren't into crowds or chain restaurants, having a car is worth the extra expense.

I specifically signed up on Yelp to leave a review for THIS PLACE. My sister and I have been calling and leaving messages for the past 4 days after we were quoted a price and never got through or received a call back. We finally got through to someone today and they raised the price $1000 and Robert was the biggest douche on the phone. I understand that prices for lodging can fluctuate but there is no reason to be condescending or rude. You are in the customer service industry and if you don't have the decency to be cordial to possible customers who are trying to book your unit, I can't imagine what you would be like in person after you've taken our money. Business is business but if you can't even follow through on calling us back or answering your phone, then don't be a douche when I'm surprised you've raised your prices by $1000.

Compared to Marriotts Ko Olina, this is a dump. For renters this is comparative to a mediocre 3 Star hotel. Its location is a slam dunk, but I'm still unsatisfied of the size of the 1BR. The living room is as big as the bathroom (albeit the bathroom is big). We just transferred from a 1BR at Outrigger Reef; no comparison...I did get a good deal, so as the saying goes "you get what you paid for" is the theme of the week. :-) aloha! Mahalo :'-(

8 or so of my friends were staying at this hotel for my friend's wedding so I got to hang out in their room for a bit...and I must say, it was pretty cool. It was like a two bedroom apartment equipped with a kitchen and living room....as a hotel! Cool, huh? Yelp 365 Challenge #279/365

Very nice and spacious rooms. They also have a weight room, pool table room and ping pong. The pool and jacuzzi are very night. Only gave 4 stats because it's very pricy!

Nice well-furnished condo. Friendly staff. Kitchen amply supplied. The only downsides: parking is way too expensive--$35/day!

We are owners here and LOVE it!! We reserved the 2 bedroom suite. There was enough room for 8 people because of the sofa in the living room and the 2 beds in the 2nd room. We had the corner suite so there was a lanai in every room! It was PERFECT!! The place is beautiful!!! Very clean and the people who work there are very friendly! We decided to extend our stay and they were able to accomodate us with no problems. It's located in a newer part of Waikiki and walking distance to the beach. We love it...its home away from home! Can't wait to go back!!

I am a senior, who has dedicated my retirement to raising my two grandchildren, and trying to make sure their lives will be better then the ones they had before. Wyndham knew this information, yet they still raked us over the coals, talk about legalized scamming. I now pay over 900 dollars every two years for a hotel room that is not kept up well at all!! And these are fees that we are suppose to be paying just for that. letting this company talk you into going to their meetings are stealing your vacation and money you really can't afford, and do you know what they said????You signed the contract...Not so nice now!!!Read your contract very carefully, and don't make fast decisions, even if they pressure you, because they are real good at verbal promises, and all you get back is...We didn't say that!!! I hate everything about this company...

I couldn't ask for a better place to stay for a rookie Hawaiian! I stayed at a 2 bdrm/2 bath time share hotel in the heart of the Waikiki district! The good- LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!! The place is situated in the middle of retail stores and is within walking distance to Waikiki Beach!!! Inside the unit felt like home to me as it did have a wonderful kitchen and living room... The bad- the pool and Jacuzzi... Used it once because I am in training for a triathlon, but I couldn't beat a bigger pool that was a block away! Also, I never understood the use of a hotel key for the elevator...

My 2nd time in Hawaii, but first time in a hotel in Hawaii, and Wyndham was a great choice! Location: great location! In the middle of everything, luxury row, shopping centers, fine & casual dining, bars, beaches, everything! Rooms: We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The master bedroom was a regular hotel room itself, so was the 2nd bedroom. One king, 2 fulls, and a sofa bed. The place was an apartment. All rooms had balcony access! Since it was a timeshare, they didn't clean everyday, you only get one cleaning per week...which sucked because it left us to vacuum the sand on the floor... Amenities: the have a full frig, all utensils, stoves, everything, it was like staying at someone's apartment. The pool has towels were you can bring to the beach. The place itself would have daily activities from ice cream social to a luau performance dance with free dinner, pool tables, ping pong, pizza night, etc. GREAT for families! We had 7 adults and 2 kids and we all slept comfortably. The place was easy to find and great access for everything! Even next to a bar (which you get 10% off for hotel guest) Couldn't ask for a better stay though! Great amenities!

Aloooooooooooha!! Right smack in the middle of Waikiki you'll find this vacation time share, while I list it as a Hotel, it really isn't one for the average Joe off the street. You have to belong to this vacation group to enjoy this little treasure. Views are either of the pool or the Waikiki beach walk area, we were lucky to get the latter. Even with the bustling night life below we didn't hear a peep and slept like a log! The rooms are all newly remodeled and still have the "new car" smell in them. Thankfully for us poor folk from the Pacific NW, this 89+ degree weather has been wilting our pin feathers, to our rescue has been the solid icy cold AC and ceiling fans. Staff here has been amazing! Most timeshares you have to move your own luggage and park your own car, not here! This really feels like a true hotel with Bell Captain and parking valet! Check in was a breeze and staff really make you feel welcome. Minus one star for the difficult access to the actual parking garage and the lack of sign-age to the hotel and garage. While this isn't on the beach, it does have it's own access and beach rights.

I recently stayed here and was situated in a suite that slept 8 people very comfortably. I enjoyed the long balcony that over looked the beach and the view down stairs. It's a great location just north of the International Market and just a 5 minute walk you can find yourself on the beach. If you like coffee, there's a Coffee Bean located just downstairs, along with a few restaurants such as Yardhouse and of course an ABC store. A very convenient hotel with great staff.

  • Adrina T.

Was referred to the activities desk by the ABC store clerk. Went over to book our tours and after spending about an hour with the lady we chose our tour. She said we had to go to a lunch and take a tour to pick up our tickets. Waited another hour and went to attend the lunch to pick up our tickets. They told me once I got there that card they took previously is not acceptable because it has a debit logo on it and the credit card I did have was not acceptable because it was a business credit card. I said I would like my tickets since I had already purchased three and the other two were free. Tim the mgr told me that unless I went to the presentation I had to pay the additional for the other two tickets. I went back to the hotel and three hours later got a refund. Horrible horrible customer service.

We viewed the best room at this property and it looks very nice. However, please be warned to keep away from these high-pressure sales sessions (misleadingly called 'presentations') -- they had us trapped for 4 hours, trying to force us to hand over thousands for their timeshare club. Keep away from anyone with a Wyndham ID badge who offers you a 'tour' or 'free lunch' -- it's a trap! We learned our lesson the hard way and those sales guys got very nasty once they realised they couldn't get us to give them our credit card details!!

Loved this place. Close to the beach, close to the shops and super roomie. We got a 2 bedroom place and was convenient with a great view. Bose sound system, flat screen tv in each room, jacuzzi, beach and shower towels, etc. Yep totally like an apartment. Having a kitchen, washer and dryer and those "apartment" amenities make a HUGE difference! I mean we were cooking, drinking at the room with other friends and still had lots of room. Not to mention we saved a lot of money. Parking was expected to be expensive but we parked on the streets and moved the car early in the morning to do our activities so it was not an issue. I understand that big cities are tricky when it comes down to parking. Will definitely stay there again. Loved everything about it and missing the beach life already!

my last review from our amazing trip! location is wonderful!!! five min walk from the beach. if your a little slower then maybe seven. no more than ten for sure. this review is based on a= two bedroom suite room 327. pros: location to the waikiki beach. downstairs leads to the "beachwalk" so many restaurants and stores. three tvs: one in each bedroom and then the livingroom. fully equipped kitchen. two full bathrooms. overall nice suites in decor. washer and dryer in suite. cons: ugh the sale pitch from the resorts desk. first (after the checkin desk), second (the next morning calling me as im walking to the beachwalk!), third (in a phonecall the third morning), then fourth (a second phonecall the middle of the trip!). the wifi was so bad from my unit. the balcony views. four balconies total but only one was decent facing starbucks.

Clean rooms with well stocked kitchen. The pool is deep, shallowest area is 5 feet, so kids need to be well supervised. No lifeguard on duty. The kiddies pool is a buy a backyard pool from Kmart version. Location is fantastic, right in the heart of Waikiki. Easy 5-10 mi walk to the beach. I recommend taking the beach path next to the cheesecake factory as it leads to a less rocky part of Waikiki Beach. It's a bit of a pain if you have strollers or luggage

I came to stay here for the first time at the beginning of Jan 2014 and it was my 1st time in Hawaii as well. Location of this hotel is smack down in the heart of Wakiki. There are alot of different stores and restaurates as you exit the hotel which was a real plus. The beach is only a block away and you most likely be visiting ABC Store ALOT to get anything from alcohol, food, to souvenirs. Pros: My friends and I stayed in a two bedrooms, two bathrooms, with a big living room. The room also had a washer and dryer as well. The room 301 faced the swimming pool area of the hotel and adjacent to the parking lot of the next hotel. No beach view from this hotel. The valet parking is the basement of the hotel. Con: if you are looking to get wifi in your room, most likely it will not work. The router is on the 2nd and 5th floor. The only time in could get wifi on my ipad was to sit outside on the balcony. I couldn't get wifi on my phone even when I sat on the balcony. I even called the front desk for help. They sent up an IT person but he was no help at all. Seems like he didn't know how to fit the problem. Then there was a lady at the front desk that gave me a hard time when I ask for a map on bus route. She keep staying who's name is on the room and when I answer her she wouldn't listen. Dude just give me a map and call it a day or just tell me which bus to get onto. Watch out if the reps here are trying to get you to purchase a time share.

My favorite home away from home! Been here about 3-4 times and it never disappoints. I'm lucky enough to have a timeshare here and definitely take advantage of it. Pros: Friendly staff Great location on Beach Walk... easy walk to many locations in Waikiki Clean facilities Fun activities (separate from my trip, my parents had visited earlier this year and did a vows renewal for fun) Great accommodations (love the full kitchens) Parking - Close to elevator, friendly valet guys. Restrooms on the lobby floor - Easy access (with key). When you're just walking the area of the Beach Walk it's nice to have access to a clean restroom.. lol Several room accomodations: 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom, Suites, etc. Cons: Small pool (but do you really need a pool when the beach is within walking distance? Not really that big of a deal to me.) Parking - Valet only at $35/night per car! I feel like the price goes up every year! It's Waikiki though... not many options here. Hard to find if you've never been there before. Timeshare calls - I always know going in that I'll get asked to stop by for a presentation with a perk. On long trips it's fine, but when I'm only in town for 3 days, it's hard to make time. Presidential Suites - If you stay on the 14th floor you have a separate elevator that doesn't go all the way to the parking garage. I guess it's okay when you can use the escalator from the lobby floor, but very annoying when you have strollers or luggage since you have to transfer to another elevator for 1 more floor down. They make it seem like it's a special elevator, but it's smaller and used all the time by staff. Notes: Valet Parking - Right after you drive by the front of the hotel entrance from the street make the immediate left turn (looks like an alley) and valet entrance will be on your left. If you plan on leaving again, let valet know so they leave your car near the front, also let them know when you're done for the night so they can park your car accordingly. Rental Car: You don't really need a rental car for your entire stay unless you have kids with you. If I didn't have a toddler with me, I would taxi everything and take shuttles... it'll pretty much equal your rental car costs parking.

This review is long over due. My family and I stayed at here for our vacation 2 years ago, March of 2013. We absolutely loved staying here. They have everything that you may possibly need in the kitchen to make meals. The 2 bedroom condo was very spacious. We had 7 adults, 1 child, and 1 infant staying in the 2 bedroom condo. The bedrooms are very spacious as well. Staff was not pushy at all about purchasing timeshares. Loved this condo and I would stay here again. The location is perfect. About a 5-8 minute walk to Waikiki Beach. Overall we had a wonderful stay. The only thing that I didn't like was the daily crazy high parking fee.

  • Kim l.

We were a family of two staying in a two bedroom condo. Upon arrival we noticed that our room faced the construction side, so we asked to be changed to a unit on the other side. Wyndham quickly accommodated our request and moved all our luggage inside the room for us. I was impressed with the quality of the stainless steel cooking utensils and equipment. Everything worked well from the kitchen, to the laundry to the restrooms. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for two toddlers to run around. The pool is on the small side and it happen to be very windy every time we went. So I ended up spending more time in the jacuzzi. The premises was very clean and the hotel clerks were friendly and helpful (although a little pushy with their timeshare presentation thing). Parking is a little steep $35/day so if you don't mind a little walk just look around the block for street parking or another lot which will probably be $10-15 cheaper. Great location just a couple blocks away from the beach, a few steps away from the mall and restaurants.

First time visiting Hawaii and this was a great place to stay because it is only a short walk to the beach and right across the street from a nice shopping area. They get dinged a star because when we arrived our room wasn't ready for another 2 hours and when we got back they told us one building, but our room was in another building. So there was a lot of confusion there. The swimming pool was tiny, but I am not really complaining about that because the beach is close by and I'd rather be in that warm water then the warm water in the pool. Loved the view from the room. I could take good selfies with the beach in the background.

We rented a 2 bed 2 bath unit on the 8th floor. The unit was wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for the price. Pros: Close to the Beach without being beachfront or having beachfront prices. Shopping and restaurants galore within easy walking distance. Wifi when it works Discounts at some local restaurants Nice units. Staff is responsive to problems. Cons: Sales pitch even before you settle in. They want you to tour the property and attend a presentation. We avoided it but it was uncomfortable being pitched. We felt stalked for the first few days because we didn't get our "welcome packet" right away. We were tired from our flight and just wanted to be left alone, but they kept calling the room and inserting cards under the door until we got the packet. Tip: Get the packet, it has all the discounts and perks. Only go to the presentation if you care and want to spend 90 minutes for the goodies. View.. not the best.. you can see part of the ocean, but mostly you see buildings. Pool: Not idea for kids.. starts out at 5' deep and goes to 7' so if you have little ones it's not for them. Dryer: A washer /dryer in the unit is a plus, but if you are not used to humid climates you'll be shocked at how long the dryer takes to get things dry. Towels, about 2.5 hours. Porch: The unit as 3 porches that you can sit on but they are tiny. There is room for one person. It's a bit creepy to be wedged against the rail and looking 8 floors down. I know it's safe but your life is in the hands of a railing that is hopefully secure. If you are overweight you may get stuck between the rail and the sliding door, it's that small.

It's been 2 years since I have been to Honolulu and I had my concerns when I was making my reservation through WYNDHAM due to my experience in 2011, but I was happy that I stayed with them again this time. And YES! They got rid of that nightclub downstairs so I actually got sleep this time! STAFF: As usual, the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Wyndham was overbooked and they gave me a complimentary upgrade to a 2-Bedroom Suite during my 4 days stay in Honolulu. ROOM: The 2-Bedroom Suite included 2 bedrooms (duh...) Master bedroom with a king size bed, and guest bedroom with 2 full size bed. 2 Bathrooms, Pullout sofa in the living room, kitchen, washer & dryer. There were total of 3 balconies in my suite. Small and not-connecting, but at least I get a view of Lewers street this time. PROS: - One block from Waikiki Beach CONS: - $35/day valet parking: You don't really have a choice. It's Waikiki and space is limited. Valet guys are friendly and fast in retrieving your vehicles. - Water Pressure: It's better than last time, but I wish they have stronger showers. OVERALL: I had an awesome time in WYNDHAM BEACHWALK this time. Since checkout is 10am, and my flight going home is not until 9pm, they were very helpful with storing my luggage downstairs, and offered a courtesy room to freshen up before my flight. The courtesy room is available on a first-come-first-serve, and 15 minutes per guest. If you want to use the courtesy room, you might want to check with the counter and see if there are any available on the day of your check-out.

This is a timeshare, if you couldn't tell from the salespeople herding in tourists from the street. If you bought one, or found a way to stay here, you will enjoy it. Great location - plenty if food and shopping nearby. The beach is a block away, and make sure you visit the Sheraton (rum fire) and the Royal Hawaiian (Mai tai bar) hotels that are right behind the Wyndam. Note, both these bars have happy hours with great sunsets - just make the 5 minute walk. The pool is small, and you can't count on the Internet, but hey, who comes to Hawaii to browse the Internet anyway? Tip- cut through the Sheraton to Waikiki beach - bring the pool towels from your room.

Just left this timeshare and can honestly say they have the best customer service! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We stayed for almost a week and were very pleased. My husband, myself and our three kids fit comfortably in a 2 bdrm 2 bth and we loved all the amenities. The washer and dryer was my favorite perk but the jacuzzi bathtub, popcorn and Crystal Light were great too :). Shopping and restaurants are super convenient right downstairs and the beach is pretty much across the street! Also, the timeshare has activities going on every night for adults/kids which is great. I would say the only downfall would be the parking rates of $30 per day but even the valet staff are super nice so it helps!! I would definitely recommend Wyndham Waikiki Beach Walk!

I still love this place, but my jets in the tub of my master suite weren't working so I'm taking off a star. Boo hoo. Originally, I stayed in a one bedroom deluxe and it was everything I needed it to be the first two times. This weekend, I stayed in a two bedroom deluxe, and it, too, was everything it needed to be, the exception being the tub. We got to bake cookies, drink some beers and cocktails, warm up some leftovers, and watch the kids and dogs play in the fountain across the street in front of the Yard House. This location is so superb. Grabbing some drinks and doing some shopping is so easy since you can pretty much walk anywhere and everywhere you want to go. Wyndham has a standard across the board at all of their resorts and they are really good at maintaining it. Everything is pretty predictable - washer/dryer, full kitchen, all the amenities, and friendly staff. TIPS: - If you have military privileges, parking at Fort De Russy can save you some mad cash on parking if you're willing to make the walk - Round Table pizzas are available for free delivery to your room from Giovanni's downstairs with an additional 10% discount - The preview center gives discount on parking or Amex gift cards if you accept their offer to try and sell you on buying their timeshare, no purchase required, but be prepared to say "no" endlessly - Check in is at 4pm (unless your VIP, then its 2pm) and Check out is at 10am - Open the freezer and turn the ice maker on as soon as you get to the room so you don't have to go buy ice

Stayed here at the end of August for a weeklong family vacation. The room was really nice, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large living room, and a kitchen. We had ample space for all our needs, which made staying there very comfortable. It did get a little muggy in the room, but I'm pretty sure that's how it would be anywhere in Hawaii during August. They also host events every day to give people something to do. We didn't end up participating but it's still nice to know there were options available. The desk staff were great and not pushy at all about the timeshare purchase, which tends to be the big dread/drawback from renting one. That plus the complimentary Amex gift card and the 4 free breakfasts just for listening weren't too shabby either! The parking staff were also awesome, not to mention quick. The location is literally a 5 minute walk from the beach where there is a beach chair/umbrella service and a bunch of other hotels and eateries, which made it super super convenient. The only downside is that they were doing some major renovations during our stay, which monopolized one of the elevators and made getting to the room take a while with multiple guests trying to use the remaining one. They did provide a service elevator for use, but we couldn't get it to operate. I would definitely stay there again in the future, especially if all the rooms are going to be brand new!

My friend got upgraded to a Presidential Suite at the Wyndham and asked if we wanted to stay with him for a few days in Waikiki. Free hotel staycation? Hells to the yeah yeah!!! Located right on the new Beachwalk, in the heart of Waikiki, the Wyndham was surprisingly pretty swanky! I really half expected it to be a hole but my BF had gone on a recon mission to make sure it was Emi H worthy. And indeed it was! The suite was two floors with a living room/kitchen/dining area downstairs as well as a full bath & bedroom. Upstairs there was a long hallway which had an outdoor lanai entrance, small study area and at the end, the Master bedroom. What I loved the most about the Master was the gigantic bathroom complete with giant jacuzzi tub. Like I said, hells to the yeah yeah!!! My kiddies were so stoked about the jacuzzi and I had them swim in there until they turned into the California Raisins! There's a fold out couch in the living room so you have sleeping arrangements for 6 total as well as a full granite counter kitchen. Definitely the way to go if you're planning a long trip to Hawaii. Looking forward to more staycations and hopefully next time we won't have to leave early because of a Tsunami warning!

Second time at this place, in a 1200 sq ft. 2 br 2 ba unit that sleeps 8. Had full kitchen, washer/dryer, living room, and dining area. Much better than staying in a 350 sq ft. hotel room with just a bed and a chair or two. The unit was clean and recently refurbished. Staff was courteous. Unlike a hotel, we could call anytime to exchange towels, bed linens, etc., and refill supplies like dishwashing and laundry soap, paper towels, coffee, etc. Located In the middle of everything. Only negative is $35 daily valet parking.

Never stayed at a timeshare property before and wasn't expecting the amenities there. Stayed in a One Bedroom suite that was on one of the lower floors. (Born&raised on the edge of Waikiki, so didn't care for a view) The one bedroom had a king size bed with FIVE king size down pillows. THAT in itself was amazing, felt like sleeping swaddled by clouds :] Bathroom was nice and remodeled. I think its pretty cool that Wyndham uses the Bath & Body Shop's line of products. Had a small little kitchen with complimentary coffee and mini salt/pepper shakers. Didn't know that timeshare resort properties came with everything you would need to "live" such as pots, pans, dishes, dish wash detergent OR washer/dryer also with detergent. It was nice to be able to wash out dirty clothes and wet bathing suits before packing them back up. A few things that I didn't like was the hidden location. It was really hard to drive through the beach walk and locate the parking lot because its so small and there really aren't any signs into Wyndham. And to add to that Valet is $30/night. Otherwise this place wasn't bad. Liked the room and staff was friendly. Parking sucked, but driving in Waikiki sucks in general.

I've never really stayed at a timeshare spot before but this was pretty amazing. The location was super excellent, pretty much right by Kalakaua Ave and next to the Outrigger, Halekulani and other hotels. There are lots of restaurants downstairs and the beach is basically 3 minutes away. The rooms are huge and I love the bath tub in the master bedroom. We had a bunch of people stay in one room so it would've been nice if the shower in the master had more privacy... like the toilet did. But the kitchen area was equipped with stoves, fridge, utensils, coffee maker, etc. It really was a home away from home. We also had to ask for more toiletries and towels and housekeeping was very quick to respond to our needs. The valet guys are super friendly too. Parking is $30 a day if you're a hotel guest, it's pretty pricey but it's convenient! I also liked the game room area with pool and ping pong. They also have a big pool and a hot tub.

We rented a two bedroom condo here to stay with our parents. We took full advantage of the kitchen available to us. The kitchen had all the needed cookware, cups etc . However we bought our own spices as they don't provide any. However, they do provide the bathroom supplies and the good thing was that we could ask for more supplies whenever needed. The location is awesome, lots of shops on street level, very close to beach (2 or 3 blocks), good restaurants nearby.. The pool was too deep for us (7ft, 5 ft) as we are non swimmers, so couldn't use it much. But the jacuzzi was good!

This is a review of the presidential suite. Its on the 14th floor of the hotel. When I walked in my first impression was "hey this is pretty cool" after giving the place a once over...............checked out upstairs, the bathrooms my second impression was "really? a presidential suite" I thought there should be more to it, the floors were dirty and the walls were quite dinged up. still cool to have.

The good: Great location downtown with access to a beach 5 mins away, drinks at the Halekulani, ABC stores in all directions (much like all of Honolulu), and about 10 mins from all the shopping on Kalakaua Ave. Helpful staff but could've been more friendly. Washer and dryer within so it was great to wash and dry your beach clothes. Decent sized master bedroom and bathroom. Full kitchen with plenty of utensils and kitchenware. Had events planned for almost every day of the week that ranged from movie night at the pool to giving out free food with music. Cost is probably the best choice for larger groups.. for one room we had 6 people and split the costs to be about ~$300 for 7 days. That'll beat a hotel price for a week. The bad: Pool and hot tub size was pretty small for a condo of that size. Not sure they had to have people in front of the hotel to solicit people to get in on the time share. Computer lab was kind of outdated and slow computers. No good views, unless you were on the highest floor.

Just got back from a stay here. There were four of us and had the one bedroom suite. You can fold out the couch as it has a bed underneath! We got this timeshare off a friend who was generous enough to let us use one week! Pros: 1. Location, location, location (very close to everything, including the beach) 2. Kitchen (equipped with everything you need in case you are on a budget and can't eat out three times a day) 3. Space (even with four people I didn't feel cramped, it was basically like a one bedroom apartment complete with your own washer and dryer) 4. Updated bathroom, furniture, etc (equipped with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower) 5. Friendly staff to help plan your trips and help you get around Cons: 1. Timeshare presentation (if you want the incentive, I believe they will give you about $100, etc for a 90 min. "presentation" - it was not presentation, it was a high pressure sales pitch, but what else do you expect, nothing is free!) 2. Parking fee of $30 - valet only, so tip every time you get in your car! Don't bother getting a car, there are so many cabs, bus and shuttles around waikiki, why sit in traffic or end up running over a pedestrian! 3. Small pool and even smaller hot tub, but on the other hand you are about one block from the best beachfront on the world and you have your own jacuzzi tub in your room. Seriously, almost bought a share since the location and place was so nice, but couldn't really afford it!

I've been to Waikiki many times, tried different hotels. This was the 1st time my family and I booked a condo. We heard about this location thru a friend and thought we would give it a try. So we booked our reservations thru myhawaiiresort.com and had no problems booking (we booked 3, 2 bedroom suites earlier in the year). I was hesitant at first because it was a "timeshare property" but, I was glad that even though the staff did offer many times to participate in their meeting our vacation schedule was pretty busy and we informed them every single time that we are unable to attend. They left us alone after that. According to earlier reviews about a club downstairs, upon checkin we requested for a room on the higher flower. Our 2 bedroom suite was a corner unit facing the pool, since it was a corner unit the dining/living room size was very spacious. Although most of our views were of other hotels we were still able to see the beach. The plus was that every single balcony (there were 4 balconies, yup 4!) had a decent view. Even the fireworks from the pink hotel. Another plus was, there was no more club! My friend requested for a lower level room that faced the main street, although theres was a 2 bedroom suite also, their layout seemed more compact compared to ours. Our master bedroom was a good size, huge tub (our jets were working), nice stand in shower. The other bedroom had 2 full size beds, the 2nd bedroom had a decent standard stand in shower tub. Kitchen was filled with everything we needed. My other plus was the full size washer/dryer in the unit!! Downstairs in the lobby, the kids had activities every day, ping pong table, tech room (wii etc), The only thing was the pool was more geared for adults. The depth of the pool quickly drops to 5ft, so unless your lil ones are good swimmers already or wearing lil swimmies I say just go to the beach, thats why you are in hawaii right? The location of this hotel is great too. Right smack in the middle. Less than a block away from the beach. Theres Coffee Bean right downstairs, Starbucks is less than a block away. ABC stores across the street. Other than that, all the families we went with said when they come back to Oahu that they'd stay in this hotel again. I know we will.

What an amazing place! We stayed here for three nights near the end of July. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath on the 6th floor. Lots of room for our large group to be very comfortable in. Washer and dryer included, full kitchen completely furnished with dishes, dishwasher with soap. And if you needed any extra suplies; ie shampoo, body soap, laundry soap, towels... etc, they would bring some to your room. The staff was very friendly and extremely accomidating. The Valet was especially helpful and they always seemed to remember us! Considering the price for Valet, it is nessecery because there is no parking in Waikiki as it is. The location is great! Walking distance from lots of shopping(International Market place was my favorite!!), a block from the beach, and right next door to this great resturaunt Giovanni Pastrami(i think there was also a menu for the resturaunt in the room, Still Delicious!) My score is a 10 out of 10 in every category. Room, Staff, and Location. This place has it ALL!!! :)

  • Hello S.

I booked through Chris with VacationRentals and the process was seamless. Be prepared for the folks at the activities desk to try to sell you on a "presentation" as this is a timeshare location. Luckily we weren't of age (28) to be eligible to "make money" by attending the presentation. Guess that was our loss... Pros: GREAT LOCATION, plenty of shopping around, about 2 blocks away from the beach, enough room for all 8 of us, staff was pleasant. Cons: if you are traveling with a large group - keep in mind the master bedroom's bathroom has no door, so if you're not already close - get ready to be! Based on the location and price, I'm a big fan now - I most definitely would come back... hopefully I still look younger than 28 to avoid the "money making presentation"

This is probably the nicest of timeshare locations that I've stayed at.... in location, in room and in the fact that it's modern and we get free-wifi is a super plus!!! The location is super nice in that it's right across the street from the new beachwalk area which is an updated mall with new places to eat and stuff. the location is also only a block away from the beach for easy access. The room was clean and nice...we had a 1 bed deluxe, so separate bedroom, separate bathtub and sink from toilet and shower. The full kitchen was nice... we should have used it more, but there are so many yummy places to eat that we were constantly out and at best coming back to use the kitchen for leftovers and reheating breakfast bits. The downsides are: Room cleaning and stuff is non-existent. Linens and towels can be requested, but they don't come in and clean your room. This isn't usually a problem for us, and wasn't really a problem, but people that are around for longer stays could see this as a bit of a problem. Parking sucks... valet... $30/day. ouch. The valets were almost always nice, and never really had to wait very long for the car, but... bleh. Things that were ok were... workout room was kinda small and older equipment. I did mosey up to the 24-hour super sport, but even that is only ok, lame compared to other super sports. All in all... a really good stay.. .and improves my view of timeshare a bit. Didn't go to the preso... probably should have.

This place is OK I suppose. I would give them 3 stars but the last few times I have been here there have been some crucial mistakes that dropped my rating to 2 stars. First mistake was that the jets in the tub in the master bathroom weren't working and the bathtub constantly drained. FAIL. Second mistake was the speaker covers to the radio were actually glued on and were constantly falling off. Third mistake was that the fan in the master bedroom was not working and when we came to check in, keep in mind now that we were a good 30 minutes past check in time, a maintenance guy was in our room fixing a closet door! Seriously, you HAVE to check out at 10am sharp, follow this long laundry list of stuff to do or face the consequences, yet they can have maintenance guys in there when you check in? No, that is NOT okay. Seriously, for a time share where hundreds of dollars in monthly maintenance fees are paid, you would think the least they could do is have everything in working order. Guess not. Oh well. Then even when you own a time share and pay monthly maintenance fees, you still have to pay taxes to stay in something that YOU own. WTF is that? Then they also make you pay $30 a day for parking. So what the hell is the point of owning a time share? It would be cheaper to just rent a freaking room anytime you wanted a staycation. FAIL. The reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is because they have great customer service and they are located in a very choice spot in Waikiki. I guess if you were just gonna go here on vacation it would be a good place to stay, but if you owned a timeshare here you will find yourself terribly dissapointed in what they give you for what you pay.

We stayed at the Whyndham for 10 days. The price was perfect for what we got. When we got to the hotel the room was not ready but it only took 15 for the staff to call us and let us know it was ready. The outside of the hotel was nice and clean the staff was very nice and helpful. The room was amazing LOVED IT. we got a 2 bedroom condo with 2 bath. It had full kitchen that came with all kitchen items you can think of. It was like being at home. When we go back to waikiki this is the place we will stay at again.

Comfortable room and nice amenities. It was nice to have a small kitchen to stock some breakfast items. The timeshare is located next to a tourist strip mall so there are plenty of dining options if you don't want to fix up something. I stayed in a 1 bedroom unit for 3 nights and it was very spacious for a Hawaii hotel room. Everyone seems to be complaining about the room hot tub. No comment. I had jet lag so I just slept whenever I was in the room. Don't go on the presentation! It's an attempt to tell you that the tour will take 90 minutes but it's a high pressure sales pitch.

Pro: Convenient location. Nice and clean rooms. Quiet rooms if you are above 5th floor. Many amenities in the room. Con: small pool. No maid service as they promised. Always pressuring on timeshare seminar - this will take 3hrs or more and not 90minutes as they promised. Only go to those seminar if you have time or NOT willing to sign anything they ask you to do, unless you really want to buy time share. Parking is expensive $30/day valet only. Cloths dryer takes about 3hrs to dry a small load.

I never though I would own a timeshare, but it was hard to turn down a chance to own a piece of prime real estate in Waikiki. The hotel is located on Lewers Street in the middle of the new Waikiki Beach Walk development. On one end of the street is Waikiki Beach and bustling Kalakaua Street on the other end with all of its shops, restaurants and night life. The hotel itself is very nice. We've stayed there twice, once in a 1-bedroom suite and a second time in a 2-bedroom suite when we brought family along with us. The rooms are nice and spacious with a TV in the living room and both bedrooms. We went to Safeway and stocked up on groceries to take advantage of the fully-equipped kitchen. We also never ran out of clean clothes as we had a washer/dryer in the unit. The hotel also has activities throughout your stay, from leigh making to ping pong tournaments to meet-and-greet mixers. There's also a large pool on the premises if you don't feel like doing the 3 to 4-minute walk to the beach. If you're lucky enough to get a chance to rent a unit from an owner, take advantage of it. The central location and the well-equipped rooms can't be beat!

My husband and I were gifted with a week stay here for our honeymoon, and we had a fabulous time. Our one-bedroom suite had a good-sized refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, large bathroom with whirlpool tub, a fluffy, super comfy king-sized bed and two small balconies facing different areas of the Beachwalk. There was a washer/dryer in the room (a HUGE plus for planning what to pack and packing less overall!). I have to admit that there was no need to rent a car with a location like this - which saved us their crazy $25/day valet charge. We walked to the beach(es), restaurants, shops and more and had a great experience planning a couple excursion trips through the guest services desk in the lobby. Plus, parking is crazy in Waikiki so I'd advise you to skip the car altogether (unless you plan on driving to North Shore or other areas). Only negatives: The pool is puny and in a horrible location, between the hotel and a very ominous parking structure. (We stuck with the gorgeous beach about a block away.) Housekeeping only comes once per week, supposedly. (Ours never came at all) and we were confused as to if we were supposed to schedule it or something. A little strange but a non-issue in the end. Overall, staying here made things easy and convenient, which is what we wanted on our honeymoon. They left us alone and didn't push any sales presentations on us since we told them it was our honeymoon (and we all know how timeshare presentations are), so that was nice. Would I stay here again? Sure...but I'm also eager to stay at The Royal Hawaiian that beckoned us in with its gorgeous views and yummy drinks on several occasions - right next door.

The best thing about this place is the location. Really, you can't beat the location. It's close to the beach and other hotels. Which is good because what pool there is, is in the shade much of the day. There is no onsite bar/lounge/restaraunt. Which is extra lame because a cocktail would really help smooth the edges of your irritation at the constant time share pitch. Plus, our room had roaches. Nice.

This was a great choice. Our 2 bedroom (ADA accessible) suite was roomy and nice. No view tho on the 4th floor. It can be noisy at times but sleeping with good earplugs helps with that! We could hear the music from the nightclub when it was open but rearely heard voices, TVs or noise from other units. The beachwalk is a busy place and is "place to be". We had 4 lanais, washer/dryer (and yes, the dryer does take a long time to dry things... big deal!). Fully stocked kitchen utensils, pans, etc. Fridge with icemaker and so on. The beds are very nice. The bathrooms are roomy and our 2 bedroom could easily sleep 8 people with two on the pull out and two in each of the standard beds in the second bedroom. The elevators are fast and there's rarely a wait of more than a minute on the fourth floor. The resort has several events throughout the week. They are a timeshare so if you go to the concierge desk and ask for info, you might be talking to someone who will tell you the benefits of going to a timeshare presentation. The information was good though. Buy an "Entertainment.com" book before coming here. If you use it once you'll make back the money you spent on the book. The pool is not a resort pool. It is small and deep. Not the best for young kids by themselves, but each day the blow up a small inflatable pool for the young'uns. The "game room" has two parts, one part has a pool table, ping pong table and foosball table. The other part has four flat panel TVs and video game systems hooked up to each. You can get the controllers and a choice of different games from the front desk at no charge. PS3(?), XBox, and two Wii. The workout room is nice and has quite a few machines. The beach is only a 5 minute walk, basically down the street towards the beach and straight through the Outrigger Hotel (or to the side of the hotel on a sidewalk if you want a more mundane journey). Good restaurants abound near the hotel and everything it within an easy walk, including Int'l Marketplace. The staff of the hotel is excellent. Housekeeping replaced our dirty linens within 10 minutes of calling (wow!) and remember that this in a timeshare so no daily cleanup from housekeeping. Free clothes washing soap, coffee, leamonade mix, etc is included with just a smile to the front desk personnel. They also provide beach/pool towels. When you come back from the beach just trade them for clean ones at the front desk or pool area. There's even a DVD rental machine in the lobby for your sitting area TV DVD player. Considering all this, and the fact we got this deal for $1000/wk in July, we couldn't have been happier... well, actually, I'm sure we could have had we stayed inthe Sheraton's penthouse with a round the clock butler and massage therapist.

We had a timeshare and it is perfect! I love that we had the option to cook if we wanted and especially, do our laundry. Sweating everyday is and showering twice a day is really tiring... This place is a couple blocks from Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center and International Market and a block away from the beach. Pool, Hot tub, super nice desk agents that called us her kids and gave us nice discounts, a view, king size bed, jacuzzi, and at a prime location. AWESOME!! hahah :D

I'm giving it 4 stars but it's not an enthusiastic 4 stars, but I did like it here. We rented this timeshare from a vacation club, for a week stay. First off, the room was great. Everything was comfortable and no major things wrong with the room. The tub is large and has jets. The full kitchen is nice, and we liked the electric tea kettle. The view from our room was nothing to write home about, but I don't take points off for that. The pool someone said was large, but I would rate it as average, and no jacuzzi. The location is excellent, and it's near everything. The staff was helpful and courteous. One nitpick is that it's so close and dense here it's a little hard if you want to take a cab somewhere else (we didn't rent a car). It's not a hotel with a taxi stand, and there's no place for a cab to even wait to pick you up unless they go up the secret driveway up to the valet garage ramp. My biggest beef is that the free Wayport Internet wifi is a joke. I never saw peak downloads more than around 150kBps, and during the evenings it would poke along at at an average 20-40kBps. I got better download speeds on my 3G iPhone. Wireless coverage is poor, and I would see constant timeouts. I know, it's a tropical resort, what are you doing on the Internet? But if you care about this sort of thing, it's something you need to consider. Don't expect to take a working vacation here unless you bring your own data card. Also, another tip if you do say here and want to do your own cooking. There's pretty much no grocery store nearby apart from high priced tourist markets. Rent a car or take a cab to get your groceries. We did suffer through the hard timeshare sell and got our gift certificate. The package seemed OK (once you got through several rounds of "okay here's our final discount"). My biggest beef for me personally was that I don't really vacation as much in the US anymore and Wyndham is pretty much US-only (plus Canada/PR/Guam/etc). I would need to trade my points (with fees) for international stays and their partner's coverage in Asia (where I want to go) is fairly poor.

We just got back from our 5 day stay in Hawaii. The Wyndham Waikiki Beach Walk (WWBW) was just lovely. We rented the two bedroom deluxe condo from someone on vrbo.com for about $250 per night. We had 6 adults and 1 toddler. They are strict about occupancy levels in Waikiki, so it was difficult for me to find an affordable place that was clean and close to everything. I'm so glad I found WWBW. WWBW is a timeshare hotel, in that you rent rooms/condos out from timeshare owners and then the hotel sends you the confirmation paperwork and handles your stay. This was our first time to stay at a timeshare, so it took a little adjusting. Room: Our room was so pretty. It had two bedrooms. The master bedroom was HUGE. And so tastefully decorated. The Hawaiian theme was evident, but not overwhelming. It had a king size bed, flat screen TV, ample drawer space, separate shower from the toilet, and---drum roll---a jacuzzi spa that could comfortably accomodate 3 people. The guest bedroom had two double beds, a flat screen tv, closet, and drawer space. The guest bathroom had a shower/tub combo. The living room had a pull out couch, a flat screen tv, dining set for 6 people, a full kitchen (stocked with just about everything), and a washer/dryer combo. Granted, timeshares don't work like hotels in that you don't get daily maid service or room service, but you can have towels/toiletries brought up or food delivered by local restaurants. Hotel: The hotel had a concierge, pool, activities room (billiards, internet, ping pong, arcade, foosball table, and chess/checker tables). Most mornings, there was an activity briefing with a complimentary continental breakfast. Monday nights (I believe) had a manager's greeting party with drinks, music, and a lei greeting. Perk: we checked out on Monday morning, but our flight wasn't until 10pm. The hotel let us keep our things in their storage area and lent us a room for showering, so we could hit the beach, but still freshen up before our flight. They gave us 15 minutes per person. So, we actually had a little over an hour to use their "hospitality room." Nice perk. Location: This is in the middle of everything! You're about a block away from the beach (10 minute walk), steps away from shopping, a couple of blocks from the International Market, and steps away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. Given that it's so close to the action, you'd think it would be noisy within your room, but not so. We all slept quite well. Downside: The only downside to this hotel is that it's a timeshare hotel, and there is a dedicated group of people hell bent on selling you a timeshare. Now, it's easy enough to avoid them or just say no. However, if you're a pushover like me, you end up saying yes so that you don't have to feel so guilty everytime they see you in the lobby. They do, however, compensate you for the 1 1/2 presentation. You get $100 off the valet parking, or as a gift certificate for a restaurant, or as a voucher for an acitivity of your choice (luau, parasailing, snorkeling, and so on). We said yes initially, but backed out at the last minute. Parking: $25/day

I rented a 1 bedroom deluxe timeshare at The Wyndham from a timeshare owner that I found online. For the price I paid, which was much cheaper than other crappy hotels in Waikiki, I was extremely impressed with The Wyndham! Sure we overlooked a parking lot, but the furnishings and decor of the room were very nice. There was a soaker tub with jets, washer and dryer for laundry, dishwasher, and all the tools to prepare a meal if you so desire! Towels were provided for use at the pool and there was a small gym with free weights and cardio equipment to work off some of that delicious Hawaiian food you've eaten. The best part of The Wyndham is the LOCATION! It is located on the Waikiki Beach Walk in the heart of Waikiki, central to everything and a 5 min walk to the beach. I definitely recommend staying here!

Very nice bell hop staff. Check in staff need a few days of customer service training though or maybe our flight was too long. Lol Our home resort is the Grand Desert in Las Vegas and we are very spoiled with their rooms and cleanliness. Our 2 bedroom/2 bath deluxe at Beach Walk had dirty handprints on the walls and caulk missing in the tiles around the jet tub. Kinda has a cleaned up Motel 6 feeling to it. Parking is valet only and is $30 a night. Bleh. If the valet saves his tips he might be able to buy a personality because he lost his somewhere Also, guests sneak their dogs in....theyre not service animals, just pets, so if youre sensitive to animal dander you may have an issue. Im only mad cuz we ledt our googie at home with gramma but we coulda snuck his 4 lb butt in....we just werent ballsy enuff to do it lol

I got married in Maui in Jan 2010. After spending a week in Maui, we flew to Honolulu for our honeymoon. Our wedding/honeymoon quickly turned to disaster once we arrived. Although my dad booked us here far in advance, as newlyweds upon arrival, noone cared. They put us in the smallest 1-bedroom they had. Our main view was of a parking deck. The view from the bedroom was of a stairwell. Needless to say, all night we heard car alarms and people running up and down the stairs yelling in the stairwell. I also woke up the next day with my face swollen with a very itchy rash on it. My tonsils were swollen and my eyes were almost swollen shut. Yes guys, I have a bad mold allergy. I called my travel agent and had her send us back to Maui to the Fairmont, where we had stayed the week before. I ended up taking Claritin and having to buy hydrocortisone and apply it like lotion for the rest of the week. I would definately not recommend anyone stay here. My dad called Wyndham concerning the issue. They were very nonchalant and very unapologetic. The funny thing is that my dad's share will be passed on to me and I will definately be finding another investment.

Thanks to Joyce Fahey we now have a timeshare property located in Kauai. Bali Hai Villas to be exact. Thank you very much!!! PS. The Waikiki location is very nice. Conveniently located around multiple shops and restaurants. Loved it! Even the valet attendants were great. My kids had tons of fun!!!

We found a guy on craigslist we got an awesome deal on a 1br suite for 6 days. Everything was real nice and new. I didn't like the cheap non absorbent paper towels and towels. Come on! The location is great. We stayed at the Ala Moana Hotel for 7 days prior. I loved that hotel, the rooms are beautiful. We moved due to the inconvenient location. While we were near things more, i found the waikiki beach to be really rough when you have a toddler. The Ala Moana Beach by the hotel is very shallow and calm. I would definitely stay here again next time. We checked out a bunch of hotels and the rooms prior to getting the wyndham. I don't know if it's me but the other places were nasty. NASTY!! i was freaked out looking at the room - Aqua hotels, Marriott, Sheraton Waikiki, Sheraton Outrigger, Royal Hawaiian, Ohana...gross, gross, gross.
