I come here if I start work early in the morning since the mall location opens at 730 am. I like that there is a lot of parking but if you come after the mall opens the parking is a little tough. Located next to Bed Bath and Beyond and Down to Earth it's very convenient to zip in and out in the morning. Staff is very pleasant. The lines can go fast depending on who is working and the ordering time of the people in front of you. (Some people have friends or coworkers orders and some people are so darn indecisive) I get my usual white chocolate mocha hot in the morning. Sometime I get a breakfast sandwich (bacon gouda is noms) or a bagel. They will heat it up for you. There are also items for purchase like the starbucks version of the keurig, various coffee beans, cups, tea presses, and of course the cute gift cards. During the holidays they have novelty gifts such as a hot cocoa kits that come with marshmallows and peppermint sticks in fancy containers. There are comfy seats and tables near the entrance and free wifi. There is a restroom but you need to ask for the pass code for the door lock. They take cash, credit and the starbucks gift cards. If you register your starbucks card, you are entered into a free program and you can earn free birthday drinks. If you are a regular customer and get bumped up to the elite gold status, you can earn a free drink or food item after every twelve stars. Stars are earned per transaction, not per item. You also get emails and coupons that show up in the starbucks app for discounted drinks or food or sometimes free stuffs! Be mindful that the free drink offer you get only last a few weeks, if you don't redeem it you lose it. Tips are welcome, there is a jar by the registers.

Every so often, we'll come to this location to get our caffeine-fix or post-dining -shopping treat. This site is quite conveniently located near a couple of long-standing and popular local restaurants, Anna Miller's Restaurant and Bravo Italian. Also close by, there are Jamba Juice, Down to Earth Organic & Natural and Bed, Bath & Beyond. This café is not as large as others that we've been into and features outdoor seating with a view of the parking lot and Kamemehameha Highway. There is a fairly large parking lot to accommodate the businesses in this area but, traffic can get hectic. The baristas are friendly, efficient and accommodating. Not to say that other sites aren't patient or helpful but, there's seems to be a larger segment of our population that stand in line with eyes wide-open like "deers in headlights" out here. The baristas calmly explain, with a smile, the menu even though a line of anxious customers forms. I like to see that kind of service and attentiveness with our elders. Sorry to only give 4-stars but maybe it's because I'm not an Al Fresco dining-type person. I don't like the thought of having my beverage or food be exposed to car exhaust, street dust and the heat from the sun. I'd rather sit inside to enjoy air-conditioned comfort and listen to the cool tunes they play.

Ordered chai latte and seems there is more ice in it than beverage. Employees are not pleasant. What happened???

Great location with lots of parking, near Anna Miller's, Bravo, Jamba Juice and Down to Earth. Friendly staff. And they know what EXTRA Thai Walls means!

I can't speak for the rest of the day but the service and the coffee in the morning is great. I get the ice coffee with milk and an extra shot of expresso. Unlike a lot of places, they don't overload my cup with ice. Don't get me wrong, I love my iced drinks extra cold, but I also don't want to get jipped and pay that much for ice. It is well balanced here. There is just enough ice to get it and keep it really cold. By the time you finish your drink there's hardly any ice left.

I go to Starbucks very often and this Starbucks is very convenient to go to when I'm on the West Side. It's right off Kamehameha Hwy and easy to find. If I lived in the area, I would be a regular at this spot because it's clean, got lots of parking in the private lot, next to Bed, Bath & Beyond, next to Anna Miller's, Pearlridge Mall and many other establishments. The staff is just as friendly as any other Starbucks. Seating is ample here and you can sit inside or outdoors.

What more can you say about Starbucks? It's all over the place, I see people drinking it every where, the first "pay by phone," and incentives galore. IMO a recognized symbol similar to McDonalds. Prices are high for coffee but if people are willing to pay for it, why not?

I like this location but the customer service is poor. Right now it is 8:30, an elderly man needs to use the restroom. After he asked if he can use the restroom ( a regular customer who have been sitting with his daughter), one of staffs told him to walk over to Anna Miller or Down To Earth instead. I am so sorry for the way the staff simply Forbid an elderly man to use the restroom just because the cafe is about to be closed. Where is the Aloha ?! I am disgusted by the staffs inhuman behavior.

Everything was bad here. The cold case wasn't stocked at all (it had maybe 1 bagel). After ordering and paying with my app I was not asked if I wanted a receipt and the employee straight up ignored me and began talking to the next customer in line. The drinks I ordered were made wrong because a trainee was making everything incorrectly. I can understand all of these things if you're rushed and its a busy morning but it was totally dead at 4 in the afternoon. Just bad service.

Quick service and lots of honesty. The duo that was working during a rush hour alone were pretty fast and dedicated to making all of the customers drinks on time. I didn't have to yell or talk loudly to get my order in because the cashier showed great effort in making sure she got it the first time. I feel like my review is based on harsh standards but I think it's just because I need coffee O_o

Ok, it's Starbucks. What more can I say about the Quality of food and beverage? I must say... I can't wait for the Christmas season so I can get the peppermint coffee. On the whipped cream, you get REAL peppermint candies crushed and sprinkled. OMG, try it THIS holiday. Soon if not already by the time you read this review, they will have the 'Pumpkin Latte" and THAT'S a must have. I can't say enough about their drinks... how they came up with the food selection & prices... I'll never know. "La Boulange, a gourmet baking company" is an over priced, not-so-special food (pastry) company that is only good for the ultra elite wealthy (or foolish middle class). I can't see paying over $1 for a dang lolly pop of doughnut with frosting. It's the size of approximately 1" circumference and not worth $0.40. And the other pastries... the scones and oat cakes... outrageous. Absolutely OUTRAGEOUS!! I love their coffee, though I just buy beans now and grind them at home for a better, home, far less expensive experience. DON'T support "La Boulange bakery" by buying their far, far over priced products. Make them lower the price. Just because Starbucks paid $100M for La Boulange doesn't mean we have to suffer. They've already ruined the benefits of the Gold Starbucks card in lessening them, what's next? There was a time when you could buy a pound of beans and receive a FREE cup of Pike Place coffee. They've become SO worthless and overpriced. Try finding a chair. Can't. Table? Impossible. Why get it "to go" when you can pay the same for Gevalia, (free shipping) or other brand at Costco for so much less and fill your Starbucks tumbler (you know you have one)... who's going to know? Right?? If you find my review useful, PLEASE make a "checkmark" on one of the 3 boxes below so I know I educated and helped someone in their decision to buy or not to buy their pastries. "Mahalo nui loa" (That's Hawaiian language for "Thank you very much") -Joey

This location is between Anna Millers and Bed Bath and Beyond. I was headed home from picking up something from a friend and decided to stop at this location. I have been here before, but it's not my Favorite Starbucks on Island. My son got our usual a Green Tea with Sweetener and it was gone. I had the new Blackberry Mojito I didn't find it to have much flavor, about every other sip I would get a hint of Blackberry, to me it tasted more like Green Tea w/out sweetener. I don't think I will be ordering this drink again, it wasn't bad, but it wasn't what I was expecting. PS.Come prepared to find parking lots of traffic in and out of parking lot.

I like this Starbucks... nice location. The inside is a bit small. The outdoor seating closest to this Starbucks is not so great. If you walk down a little ways the outdoor seating by Down to Earth is better. I like to pick up my coffee and hang out here outside... it's a nice place to come and I always love the pick me up I get from my Starbucks coffee.

This Starbucks is a great location but the staff isn't as friendly and welcoming as other locations. Because they're in a hot spot, they're frequently out of sandwiches and beverages. The staff is more interested in talking to one another rather than providing a welcoming atmosphere.

This isn't my favorite Starbucks on the island. I always feel rushed here. I've brought my daughter here twice for our Mommy/Daughter Coffee Dates. This is my go to staple when I'm stopping by Down to Earth to do my Organic Food shopping. This particular Starbucks always does seem to have plenty of food in stock which is the only reason I give it their 4th star. Plenty of cake pop treats (if my daughter is getting a treat), a multigrain bagel or blueberry scone. Parking can also be a beast with Bed Bath and Beyond and Anna Miller's in the same parking lot. Nothing like walking off my skinny Iced Caramel Macchiato calories.

I just left this Starbucks, which I like to visit on almost a daily basis. For the 2nd time in less than 3 weeks I've had to go tell them they have cockroaches crawling on the wall next to where the food is. Guess. I need to find another Starbucks.

Don't you love meeting your friends at Starbucks for a drink and catching up? This is the place where you can enjoy a fresh, personalized drink or grab a quick bite with a staff who is willing to go above and beyond. When you say, complex drink order, the bartistas listen carefully to ensure your order is made perfectly. I should know because my drink is a pain (a short decaf Americano in a large venti cup, 4 pumps of pumpkin spice, 3 Splendas, a splash of steamed non-fast milk with foam, pumpkin spice powder and extra hot!). Did I mention they never screw this up?? They are located in the same complex as Bed, Bath & Beyond, Anna Miller's and Bravo's in Pearlridge. The parking could get tricky during meal times but it's always moving. At this location, I feel the baristas have become my friends and it's always my pleasure to come and visit them. Dedicated to Sean - you'll be greatly missed

The morning crew is great. I only stop in once or twice a week but they always remember my name. Especially Ashley. Super friendly and she always remembers my drink. And this location is normally less busy in the morning compared to others I've visited but I guess that depends on timing.

Ended up coming to this location since Charles decided to take the longer way to the Starbucks across the street. Before ordering we grabbed a table, just about every table was filled up. The line got longer as I waited in line. This time I ordered something different. Vanilla Spice Frappuccino and after trying a sip, I wouldn't order this again. The table Charles and I sat it was small; we had to adjust everything so it could fit on our table.

If you are searching for a place to enjoy wifi and be able to plug in to power you are better off finding another location they have 1 outlet. the music is horrible and all wrong for a business and way too loud the workers are too busy flirting with the customers to do their job correctly and quickly i would fire the manager and find one that can train better.

I've been to this starbucks a few times. On the scale of starbucks locations, this one is pretty reliable. Also, I was here recently looking dead exhausted and asked for a big giant coffee. Most starbucks locations (even the ones I belated found out do offer the Trenta) treat it like the In 'n Out secret menu but here, the very sweet barista held up the GIANT cup and offered to fill it with iced coffee goodness. I also appreciate that she asked if I only wanted sugar-free sweetener in my coffee (as opposed to sugar-free vanilla AND Classic). While I still, for the life of me, can't figure out why in the name of all things coffee anyone would order a sugar free sweetener and undo the whole point of the sugar-free with sugar filled classic!! I mean seriously! It's like ordering a skinny anything and asking for whipped cream on top! Really? You just negated the whole point of skinny because it's not like they have a special, light, calorie or fat-free whipped cream back there just for you! Ok, stepping down from my accidental soap box moment.... But seriously, the baristas here are consistently helpful and nice and fast. [31 Yelps Review Challenge, #3/31]

Easily the freindliest Starbucks I have been to - I only buy starbucks maybe once a week, sometimes only every two weeks...I do not go to this shop everyday, why is this important? Because they remember my name and use it in context when greeting me or thanking me for the purchase. Personalized customer service is what sets this place apart.

Nothing bad to say about the coffee, which is consistent with nearly every Starbucks franchise. Not much outdoor seating here (and a pretty ugly place to have it) and it can get crowded because of its location. Plentiful parking, but a hassle to get in and out of the lot. Friendly service and very quick.

I like this Starbucks location. It's Starbucks, so you can't go wrong here. More often than not, there are plenty of people who come here and just study and relax, or just meet people to socialize on the weekends. The drinks are fabulous, but I don't have to tell you that, since Starbucks is a internationally renowned brand. The baristas who service this location are great in what they do. Lately, I just have been coming to this place just to recharge my iPhone and just hang out. I am continually grateful for Starbucks to let me hang out here and recharge my iPhone without having to buy anything. They have a restroom in the back, so that's great too - although I tend to not use it since I did not want to be more of a lurker here than I should be. I do love the songs they play over the sound system here. It makes you want to be here and just kill time when you have nothing really to do here. I do love the leather chairs they have. You see them when you enter. The ambiance of any Starbucks cafe, minus the airport ones and the ones that don't have tables and chairs, are great and it makes me lose my mind and my stress for the day. It's really cool how Starbucks does that. I had to wait at least 20 minutes for an outlet here, so be prepared to wait for one - if that's what you are planning to jack in. Maybe I will get a coffee or two again, just so I don't sound like a mooch of some sort. But, of course, I spent a good amount of money last year via my Starbucks iPhone app and didn't think much of anything while I was doing it. There are two Starbucks in the Pearlridge shopping complex, this one being one of them. The other one is in Pearlridge uptown, but there is no chairs or tables to sit down to enjoy your coffee or frappuchinos. I hit that one up first before realizing this fact. Then I just had to haul ass to this one, which is nearby Bed Bath Beyond / Down to Earth / and Anna Miller's. With that said, I would recommend this Starbucks for anyone who would need their daily fix. While I am trying to cut off my fix and just try to do without caffeine in my life, I come to this Starbucks to just hang out and that's pretty cool too. Don't get me wrong. I love Starbucks. just trying to save $$. A++

I saw something so disgusting at this Starbucks. I don't usually write reviews for Starbucks, but this was calling out unsanitary! I saw a swarm of medium sized roaches coming in and out of the wall near the window. At first I thought I was seeing things, but then I realized how close this swarm of roaches was to another table (2ft away) and also to the counter with the sugar, milk, stirrers, etc. (practically touching). I brought it to a worker's attention. Another worker brought out a bleach-based cleaner and sprayed the area and then wiped away the roaches coming out of the wall. No offense, but that's not the way you treat something like that! I still saw roaches coming in and out of the cracks even after. Then I looked at the floors and notice that there were a lot of stains and crumbs on the floor at 11am. I came to the conclusion that they have a roach problem because they don't regularly clean and mop their floors. God knows what else is going on behind the counter there. There's an open invite for pests to inhabit their store. I'm pretty sure the workers knew of this existing problem. No one seemed shocked or appalled. If I were the manager, I would have fumigated the whole store, cleaned the floors, counters, plus any surface and then reopened for business. It's just not how you take care of things when you have a swarm of insects in your store! Yuck.

It has been a long time since I wrote my last review but I couldn't pass the Sucky service I got from this Starbucks location. To start- Starbucks have this promotion of buy 5 holiday beverage n get 1 free. So you get a mini booklet to put your sticker every time you order a holiday beverage. First order peppermint mocha didn't get a sticker.. My friend didn't want to ask. My turn, ordered caramel brulee- I stood there for a bit waiting for her to put a sticker on my little booklet but got none. She said, "that's it... Anything else you want to order?" Ummm_ my sticker please. That's the only time she realized my booklet on d counter. I asked her if customer needed to ask for the stickers. She responded, "were busy ". No apologies... Not really sure what she meant by that coz I didn't see a line before or after we order our drinks. Got my drink... But it was made wrong! I specifically asked for soy milk and definitely no whip cream. Apparently she didn't write it on d cup so the guy who made it didn't know. We stay for awhile to observe- I saw no smile from her, didn't greet any customer who walked in d door. It seems that she's having a bad day- so she passed it on to the costumers.

This was my first time in this Starbucks in the morning. The line was a little long but the 4 females working were pretty awesome. They expedited the line like pros. There communication was on key. And you can tell by watching them that you knew who the shift supervisor/store manager was. I marked them off 1 star because the store was a little dirty but to me the customer service made up for it!!

This location is pretty good and I can count on them for making my drink right all the time. The service here can be a little slow sometimes and they have this girl working there that likes to stare at people but I guess it's okay? This location doesn't top Moanalua, which is my all time favorite, but since I moved to Salt Lake I guess I won't be coming too often anymore. Oh well.

3.75/5 - rounded up because I'm feeling nice. I know, I know. It's Starbucks. You know what you're getting into when you step into one, so we'll skip those descriptions. What this review will focus on is the one thing that makes each Starbucks different: barista competency. I can safely say that this Starbucks is definitely in the middle of the pack. It's not the best SB I've been to (that would be Kahala) and it's certainly not the worse (you KNOW which ones those are...), but this one is a good "Meh." The baristas are nice and friendly, for the most part. Definitely run into the less enthusiastic, autopilot baristas here, but it's less and less of an occurrence if you hit this place up in the morning. The afternoon crew... not so much. Don't get me wrong, they're good at what they do, but yeah, I can read the "I have a 4pg paper due by midnight" look on their face. God bless 'em, they gotta deal with the crazies and the lurkers. If you go at the right time, one of the regulars apparently leave balloon artwork around the bar area, so it's something to look at while waiting for your drink. Also, you might have to yell your order sometimes because the acoustics are hella good there. Blenders are louder, steamed milk is louder, and worse, peoples conversations are quite loud in here too. Also, this is easily the COLDEST Starbucks I've frequented. Bring a jacket, you'll need it. A decent amount of outlets are around here, but be prepared to avoid a crazy or two while here, Just a fair warning. It's not good, it's not bad, it's Starbucks. I guess that's the best way I can put it.

This Starbucks location is pretty cool. It's right in the Pearlridge Shopping Center area so it's a pretty convenient location right next to Jamba Juice, Down to Earth, and Anna Millers. I like coming here in the mornings because the customer service is always fresh and good. They are pretty fast too which is somewhat surprising since it is a highly peak time for coffee and breakfast consumers. They have some seating areas inside and outside the store. Coming here during other times is pretty good too. It makes for a really good meeting spot and hang out spot. I think there is also a restroom area in the back. Sometimes I wish they were 24 hours because during times when you are at Anna Millers and all of a sudden you get a coffee or frapp or latte craving there isn't really any place in the area to go to nearby other than McDonalds in Pearl Kai. The parking lot area is shared by the other places int he area.

1st time post for me: But had a terrible experience at this Starbucks at Pearlridge Center. I don't suggest going to this Starbucks at closing time (10:00 PM) on a Saturday!! They are too busy closing the store to treat their customers properly; the night shift closes the bathrooms early and the customer service is not on par with other Starbucks Cafes. We (4-of-us) arrived at this Starbucks about an hour before closing time (around 9:10 PM), we ordered our drinks and took a seat at a table, all was good; one of us had to use the bathroom, the bathroom has a cipher lock, so you must ask the Barista for the combo to gain access; only to find out that the bathroom is closed for cleaning; we waited and witnessed other newly arriving customers (four other cases) asking to use the bathroom only to receive the same response, we were told to go to Annie Miller's across the street; after about 30-minutes we asked about the bathroom again and was told again the bathroom was closed for cleaning; we witnessed a male employee start cleaning the bathroom at about 9:30 PM, we continued to enjoy our beverages and it was about 15-minutes to closing and we again asked about the bathroom, the employees started to get unfriendly, told us to go across the street and we reacted. We will avoid this Starbucks from now on.
