I think this place is good. It's not really a hole in the wall (not really crappy decor or dirty) since it's more of a take out place (where you can sit right outside in the hall). I thought the sushi was FRESH.. and really cheap! I really liked the spicy ahi roll and ahi nigiri. It's not like a trendy restaurant... so no fancy rolls but it's a good cheap place if you want fresh raw fish.

This is the place for sushi and poki for me. I come here at least 2x a week when im in Hono. Its fresh and relatively low in price as compared to other sushi places here. Its pull up and order, hardly any room for eating. Mainly for to go. I like the poki, they got several styles/recipes, spicy, with seaweed its allup to you, they sell it by weight. Like I said its a small quaint place with 1 little table and a side bar, clean and well kept.

Cheap and OK.. its a hole in the wall sushi place near a Korean restaurant..and Koreans make the sushi here.. the interesting thing is that the caterpillar rolls and the dragon rolls here are only 7$ and the ikura nigiri is 3.95.. very cheap... understandably we pay lots of money for sushi but in this case .. we don't.. i would say if you want quantity over quality this is definitely the place to stop by at!!

I absolutely love that Aloha Sushi is in the mall and next to TJ Maxx. Quick and easy for a chow down break. I love their spicy tuna bowl. It comes with a potato salad that has egg and artificial crab meat. It also comes with miso soup. What a yummy meal. Menu is nicely placed above for everyone to see. There is a small seating area that seats only four people. It's ok. It doesn't really get overly crowded at one time. Besides if you get a hand roll..it's so easy to just walk and eat at the same time :) Staff is ok. Just straight and forward...semi-smile. Other than that...service is quick. P.S. there is NO garbage bin in there...it's nearby. Be prepared if you are holding a lot of shopping bags. I experienced it this past weekend...I had my bowl in my mouth to toss it in the trash. lol. serious.

This small sushi spot is in a corner area across from TJ Maxx. With Ninja and Kuru Kuru so close by, your sushi has to be spot on to compete. Unfortunately, I wasn't very impressed. The portions were small for the price and it took awhile to come out. When I was there, two people were working there, and instead of the second person at the cash register going to help the person preparing the rolls, she just stood there. I normally wouldn't complain if this seemed like a chain where she probably wasn't trained to make sushi, but this little spot looks like a family run business. In fact the cashier looked like the owner. If you aren't well staffed, I would think the workers would learn to accomplish multiple tasks. In fact, just head down the road to Tamura's for poke instead of coming here. If I'm craving sushi and am stuck at this mall, then I might come back here.
