Hungry Howie’s

My only complaint is about their website. It is in need of repair and the menu cannot really be seen until you begin to place the online order. My wife and I have just moved here and were starving at 10:15PM on a Friday night. We had never eaten at any Howie's so we didn't know what to expect. When I asked for delivery she explained she was short on drivers and that it could take up to an hour for delivery. She also mentioned that they closed at 11:00 and they were very busy. She said that she would try to get the driver over to us sooner if possible and it took only a half hour! We tried their "Works" large pizza that is amazing. They have seven different flavored crusts and we tried the Garlic Herb. We also enjoyed their Spicy Howie Bread with dipping sauce. We've eaten pizza all over the country when we were in our RV for 3 years and Howie's does a great job.

We had an avocado breakfast burrito and a hash brown breakfast burrito and they were filling. We also split an Apple fritter. The food was a pleasant surprise. I love that it's a family run spot and they are moving like nascar to deal with the nonstop line. Definitely worth the stop.
Awesome donuts awesome coffee awesome service. Forget Duncan or Starbucks when in Titusville (poor management) Kims is great.
Oh my goodness, why would anyone ever go to another doughnut shop in Titusville? I don't really eat doughnuts very often, but I promised to buy some for a sweet group of kiddos, and they directed me here. I sure am glad they did! I just asked the counter assistant to mix it up and I didn't really pay that much attention. I have to say, when I got to my destination and opened the box, I was blown away--first, by appearance, and then by taste! Those doughnuts were big, puffy clouds of delicious fried heaven in all kinds of flavors. The apple fritters were my favorite, though, only because it would have been bad manners to actually taste them all. I had to go back a couple of days later to get some for my daughter, even though I knew I was sabotaging her diet--they were that good!

I order the Iced Caramel Latte. Dee grilled a blueberry muffin with real butter...."It's disgusting!" That's my way of saying, it's deeeelicious! And, I'm always smiling and laughing when I leave.
Just stopped in for a quick lunch and left full and happy :). The staff is SO nice and personable and I'm on this stupid diet and they were so accommodating (and didn't make me feel like I was being annoying). I'll definitely be back here and next time, I'm splurging and getting the bagel :)
Yes, yes, yes! There are minimal options of places to eat in Titusville. We make sure to always head to Bagel World when visiting. Their breakfast sandwiches are amazing! The "dining" area is a bit old and run down, but it works for this place. My other big positive is that I accidentally forgot my purse there one morning. I realized about an hour later. As I rushed to call, I was sure my purse would be long gone. Nope, another patron turned it in and they were holding it for me. There was a decent amount of money in my purse along with some other valuable items. Nothing was touched. It says a lot about the people there :-)

We decided to veer off course to find this gem after reading about it on Yelp. The location is a short drive from I95 and upon arrival we were not sure of our decision. The store front is located in an old strip mall that looks rather pedestrian. There are potholes in the parking lot and the surrounding neighborhood has that shady feeling about it. Don't be fooled by what you find on the surface. Entering the store, you realize that this is an old school fish market with a handful of bar tables and stools strewn about the store. There's a single menu at the register and if you engage the staff they will indulge you with the daily special. You order and pay at the register, if you want a drink you help yourself to a beverage from the cooler. Speaking of beverages, they have one of the best craft beer selections I've come across. Anchor yourself at one of the bar tables with your beverage and the food is brought out in styrofoam take out boxes. The ambience is one of a fish market, the aroma of fresh fish, the clatter of shrimp bags being thrown on the fish tables for sorting; there was even a Cat forklift unloading pallets of fresh fish running around in the background. Today we ordered the 'Not from a Can Tuna Melt' sandwich and the Fresh Fish BLT sandwich with tilefish. The tuna melt was light, not creamy at all, with fresh vegetables mixed in on sourdough. Best tuna melt I've ever tried! You can actually taste the fresh fish and vegetables instead of the typical over mayo specials you find elsewhere. The fresh fish sandwich is made with blackened tilefish and served on a bun with bacon, lettuce and tomato. All I can say is; outstanding. The fish was nice and flaky with a seasoning that was neither overpowering not too salty. It wasn't until after our meal that we found out that you can select any of the fresh fish filets from the market and have then fry it up right there. Be sure to request hot sauce and a bevy of never seen before hot sauce selections are brought to the table. I particularly enjoyed the Cat in Heat. In summary, if you want a no nonsense fresh fish meal, this is the place hands down.
My wife and I came here after getting rid of the child. With a five star rating, I felt like I had no choice but, to try this place out. They are located in an old strip shopping mall. The shopping mall looked run down. Parking lot was in no better condition. Inside was more of a warehouse/market than a restaurant. They had refrigerated display cases of fish and other seafood in the front of the market as you walked in. They also had a couple of tables in case you wanted to eat your food there. We ordered their crab cakes, royal red shrimp, and their fish basket made with Tilefish. After ordering and paying, we went to one of their tables and waited. The Royal Red Shrimp came out first. I was a little disappointed that they did not have fresh Royal Red Shrimp. But, July is not the season for them, so we had to settle for the frozen ones. These shrimp were a lot better than the ones that we had a few days before in Mississippi. They were firm and had a sweetness to it, almost like lobster meat. Glad the second chance with these shrimp was better than the first time. The crab cake was the size of a hamburger patty. It was full of crab. It wasn't as good as some of the other crab cakes that I have had at other places, but, still decent. The fish basket consisted of fried fish, hushpuppies, and fries. The fish had a light batter. I've never had tilefish before. I thought it was okay. This place is more of a warehouse/market than a restaurant. They do bring your food to the table. Food is okay here. I'll give it 3 1/2 stars.
Wild Ocean Seafood Market really is as good as the reviews say! I was staying nearby during my time in town and stopped in for dinner one evening. The staff was super friendly and answered all of my questions with a smile. I got Mrs. T's shrimp salad roll and it was huge and super tasty. Tons of shrimp and lots of flavor. The fries were okay. I've had better but the fries aren't the star here. I wish I had been able to take some of that fresh seafood home because they had a huge selection and it looked great!

The Coffee Shoppe

Reviews:
It's a shame the coffee shop has gone out of buisness for good. That place was always so busy. It's also a shame the new building owners raised the rent by $2,000 Come to think of it I think the new property owners don't know how to stop ripping people off from their paychecks. I'd I was the new property owner I wouldn't charge but $100 for rent and take the loss I have and just forget about the rest
If you didn't know where to find the Coffee Shoppe, you'd drive right by. I did. But let me tell you, it was worth the extra effort. Tucked into a small strip mall, the Coffee Shoppe is a classic straight out of the 60s. The interior is original (which I love) and everything is very clean. The staff was friendly and treats everyone like a local. Our waitress was surprised when we said that we were visiting! The food is clean, fresh, and flavorful - nothing fancy, just good ingredients treated right. Everything is made to order, and the wait was negligible. I had the veggie omelette and home fries. Oh sweet mother, those home fries were amazing. My friend had the blueberry pancakes which were light and fluffy.
It's always good to have a nice coffee shop/breakfast joint to go to. I saw the good reviews and decided to give the place a try. We sat ourselves, it's was late morning and not too busy, but we waited and waited. Next our drinks came; two waters from the kitchen sink and a fountain drink, ALL were horrible tasting! Then we waited and waited for our food; two sausage wraps and an omelette, like 25 minutes. The food was simply okay and so was the price. As far as the service/waitstaff all I can say is slow. Needless to say I will not be coming back. It's nothing personal but my review is true.

This was our first time having Vietnamese food, so have nothing to compare it to. That being said, my husband and I thought it was delicious and were glad we decided to try Viet River. Our waiter, David, was very attentive and answered all our questions about the various dishes. One of the owners stopped by our table to see if there was anything we needed and it was a pleasure speaking with him and finding out more about their Vietnamese food. We started with spring rolls (we wanted to order a dozen to go!) and the dipping sauce was great. My husband had the Pineapple Fried rice with shrimp and I enjoyed the curry chicken -- the spice level taken up a notch and it was perfect. We will definitely return to try all the other things on their menu!
In a big city, this place might be 3 or 4 stars, but in Titusville, this place is awesome! My friend had the pork Bun, i had the beef Pho, and the pork Banh Mi, and everything was delicious. The bread for the Banh Mi was perfect, and of course, i took home half of my Pho for lunch the next day. Cute decor, too, and you can bring your dog and sit out on the patio, although i would only recommend that for lunch, because the sun would be right on you later. Very nice addition to the seriously lacking Titusville restaurant scene.
The vegan beef is the VEGAN BOMB!!!! A M A Z I N G ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! The service was great, and all smiles from our waiter, the manager and the chef!!! LOVE this little place :D and by the way- if you are not vegan, try the vegan beef anyway... I'm not kidding... it's INCREDIBLE!!! Super tender, spiced just right.. I actually felt guilty because I could NOT believe it was not real meat.

Reviews:
I must start this review by saying I'm no New Yorker but I've eaten my share of New York Style Pizza and for the most part I have enjoyed most of them. This pizza was just okay in my opinion, it was built fresh, the dough was pounded, kneaded, tossed, spun and stretched I'm amazing at the skill on display for all to see, unfortunately tonight they were extremely backed up with take out and delivery orders and our pizza was the last pizza order taken before they started turning walk-in customers away. Not one customer was seated after we placed our order and the restaurant was mostly empty. As you can see in my photo it's a pretty awesome looking pizza but the crust was under cooked and doughy and also quite tough to the point the plastic tableware just couldn't get the job done. The toppings all seemed very fresh and plentiful. It just looked like they were a little over-whelmed and rushing to get the orders out. The sodas are canned and they sell no iced tea they do have a few draft beers on tap. The employees were extremely friendly and the service was excellent but the food failed to wow me. I may try them again if I'm in the area maybe we caught them on a bad night there seems to be a lot of praise in the reviews posted,
We have ordered delivery twice over the past two months! Loved their pizza, salad and cannoli! Never disappointed and friendly delivery guy. Will order again soon!
Good, fresh pizza. Had it delivered to the brewery across the street! We'll definitely be back again.

This place used to be amazing. Then they were sold to someone that brought in Nathan's Hot Dogs and ever since its been sub-par. We couldn't even stomach the frozen yogurt we bought last time. The service is also horrible. We can tell it's the owners and not the staff. Like when we go through the drive thru and have to argue to have lids (because we don't want to drive home with open cups of ice cream), or being charged for a cup for a doggie sundae when they've never done that and there was no notice of the change. Customer service here obviously isn't a priority. We don't eat ice cream a lot, but from now on I think we'll just buy a pint from the store.
The best ice cream ever. Had the chocolate peanut butter buckeye. Fresh made and full of flavor. Also got a Nathan's hotdog was awesome!
I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice scream! Yes, we had the banana split! It was just the right, if not overly generous amount, if you come on Thursday, bring your own banana, the banana splits are HALF price! Wow, this place is great! And a covered picnic table to enjoy your treats!

The best place for rock shrimp! I drove 30 minutes to this restaurant. Laid back atmosphere and outstanding service. Rock shrimp taste like lobsters. I downed 4 dozen. Dare you to match that especially with a souvenir bug azz beer glass full of local stuff.
If you like doughnuts, this is your place. They greet you with a basket of what they call "corn fritters," which are essentially doughnut holes with powdered sugar on them. And don't think for a minute that they're free. They add the price to your meal. A hungry working man can't eat here. This restaurant thrives on sucking money from the 401ks of retired Northerners. Further evidence of this is their now estranged Confederate mascot, who likely offended their targeted clientele. Surely I should have taken the $48 all-you-can-eat shrimp as a dead giveaway that this restaurant is overpriced and seeks to take advantage of the uninitiated tourist. Their food was, at best, decent. I should have asked for clothes pins and a clothesline to dry the copious amounts of dressing from my small portioned Caesar Salad. Plenty of room for tour bus parking in the back.
Me and my sister were driving north on I-95 and I got hungry!! Called in an order of fresh fried oysters and rock shrimp, fritters and cheese grits and sweet tea. I was stuffed but it was worth the stop. About 10 minutes east of I-95. Easy access to get in and out if you order takeaway. Place was packed.

This is by far, the best place my wife and I have gone to for lunch. Great lunch specials, suburb service and nice and clean surroundings. We loved the bar area is it was warm, friendly and very classy. It really felt like another place we loved before we moved here, so it really made us feel at home. I especially liked the birthday card and free lunch they sent us one time. Nice touch! We have been there several times and are never disappointed. See you there!
Stopped by for lunch today. Had the Caesar salad and the chicken parm. 10 bucks after tax and drink was included so pretty good deal. Food was good. I would certainly go back for lunch again. The server was excellent. Very professional and attentive.
Had dinner here last night and have to admit, it was pretty good. I had the steak with wine sauce and mushrooms served over angel hair and it was very good. The Caesar Salad before the meal was average, but the bread(rolls) were outstanding. Service was excellent. And the two Bud Lights while dining were very cold.(me like)
