This was our first time having Vietnamese food, so have nothing to compare it to. That being said, my husband and I thought it was delicious and were glad we decided to try Viet River. Our waiter, David, was very attentive and answered all our questions about the various dishes. One of the owners stopped by our table to see if there was anything we needed and it was a pleasure speaking with him and finding out more about their Vietnamese food. We started with spring rolls (we wanted to order a dozen to go!) and the dipping sauce was great. My husband had the Pineapple Fried rice with shrimp and I enjoyed the curry chicken -- the spice level taken up a notch and it was perfect. We will definitely return to try all the other things on their menu!

In a big city, this place might be 3 or 4 stars, but in Titusville, this place is awesome! My friend had the pork Bun, i had the beef Pho, and the pork Banh Mi, and everything was delicious. The bread for the Banh Mi was perfect, and of course, i took home half of my Pho for lunch the next day. Cute decor, too, and you can bring your dog and sit out on the patio, although i would only recommend that for lunch, because the sun would be right on you later. Very nice addition to the seriously lacking Titusville restaurant scene.

The vegan beef is the VEGAN BOMB!!!! A M A Z I N G ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! The service was great, and all smiles from our waiter, the manager and the chef!!! LOVE this little place :D and by the way- if you are not vegan, try the vegan beef anyway... I'm not kidding... it's INCREDIBLE!!! Super tender, spiced just right.. I actually felt guilty because I could NOT believe it was not real meat.

Delicious and nutritious! This was only the 2nd Vietnamese restaurant I've been to. My first time trying Vietnamese was at a well renowned restaurant and I was delighted at the flavors and healthy aspect of the food. At VietRiver, the food is actually better and much larger portions at lower prices. I've since had three different meals and can't wait to try another here. The food is so fresh and prepared so well. Vietnamese food isn't the greasy, fried, heavy sauce Chinese food that people assume. Very different in a good way.

Such fresh and succulent food! We had the lemon grass chicken and the pho which was recommended by our very hard working server. All around a great dining experience for Titusville!

We were looking for a light dinner place near the Kennedy space center and stumbled on this cute restaurant. This was a relief to find this place among American chain restaurants. The summer spring rolls were delicious and fresh with a hint of bbq pork. The organic steam chicken was beautifully presented and tasty. The owner also made his rounds to make sure we were enjoying our dining experience.

Reasonable prices. The soup could have been shared between two people. Service was good. The waiter showed us how to prepare the soup. Taro boba smoothie had a good taste, but it was watery. Ask for extra lime for the soup :) Overall, it was a nice end to the day at the Kennedy Space Center.

Not impressed unfortunately after the change if hands the new owners have changed recipes and it is very disappointing. We used to love this place really bummed out.

Positives: Tried this place with the family recently and the food was quite tasty. You can tell too that the owner has really tried to spruce the place up because this is an old, notoriously smelly building. Negatives: I have no problem paying good money for a great meal, but it really was quite expensive...Over $100 for four people, one of them being only four that ate chicken nuggets...lol. The other problem is while the server was very friendly the service was so slow. Painfully slow...like I haven't been back slow and that's a shame.

It's all about that broth, that broth, not noodles. When it come to Pho, a great broth, slow-cooked with just the right blend of spices make the meal and their's was as good as you will find anywhere. Also try the beef in betel and the iced coffee made drip, not with coffee syrup. More than just the food, the folks at Vietriver love their food and believe in what they do. We ate great Vietnamese food made from traditional recipes and can't wait to return.

My family and I were visiting the area and ended up at VietRiver for dinner. Its a clean little place with a view of the Indian river from the back room. For us, it was all about the food. The appetizer platter was fine, but the meals were the real win. We had the Vietnamese pad thai, chicken curry, and special duck ramen. The poultry came on the bone, which I liked - it was juicy and flavorful. Everything was good, but the table agreed that the big win was the broth in the ramen - so many layers of flavor. Next time i'm in this part of the world, i'll be back for noodle soups

Wish I could give zero stars, this review is for the food not the service. Over priced NOT authentic vietnamese food. $6.5 for a banh mi (vietnamese sandwich), seriously?? hoagie bread not the usual banh mi bread and they skimp on the meat and veggie toppings. The dipping fish sauce that came with the spring rolls were salty and lack sweetness. So disappointed...The Pho (beef noodle soup) was overly spiced, my parents couldn't even finished their meals. Will not be returning and would not recommend.

Stopped by here because of a couple good reviews I heard. The service was great and the place was clean just not impressed with the food. Fried rice was dry and needed some sort of sauce. Chicken curry was good just surprised that it was on the bone. If you have a bowl dish it makes it difficult to eat chicken on a bone. This place has room for improvement.

Let me open with I love Vietnamese food. I had seen the reviews for VietRiver and was excited to find a good place to go (according to the reviews I found online.) I ordered the chicken Pho. Upon arriving at my table I immediately noticed an overpowering smell coming from the broth. I could not recognize what it was but it was offputting. Irregardless, I dug in hoping that it would taste better than it smelled. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The chicken was bland, obviously been boiled, and whatever the smell was permeated the taste of the broth. Never before had I ever sent my food back to a restaurant kitchen but this Pho was inedible. The manager came to my table and explained that the Pho was made in a traditional manner with 11 herbs and I must not be used to the combination of flavors. I thought that was most unprofessional to blame the customer for an untrained palate. I have eaten in Vietnamese restaurants that the menu was only in Vietnamese! As a substitute, I ordered the summer rolls. Better but not much. The pork was very chewy and the shrimp small. The noodles were soggy and the majority of the roll was filled with iceburg lettuce, with minimal herbs. The peanut sauce although tasted fine looked curdled. I will not return to this restaurant.

Viet River (VR) is a wonderful addition to Titusville, or anywhere for that matter. The owners pride themselves in using only the freshest and best quality ingredients. My favorites, (although everything I've ever had has been outstanding!), are the Pho soups and the Summer Rolls . The Pho soups are amazingly aromatic and tasty. From the first whiff, you can smell the Star of Anise in the broth: a true sign of its freshness. Pho broth takes a record 8 hours to make on the stove. (No wonder I buy it from a restaurant, instead of trying to make it myself!!) I 'feel' better when I eat the soup. Not to mention it is incredibly interactive. Along with a bowl of soup, you receive a dish of sprouts, peppers, lime and fresh basil, and several types of sauces to add to it. I enjoy the 'creation of my perfect blend' almost as much as eating it! As for the Summer Rolls, I've never had better. The difference is the manner in which the pork is cooked. VR 'grills' their pork for the Summer Rolls, making the rolls far superior than any others I've had. Finally, the staff is always patient, knowledgeable and friendly! Of all the MANY places I've eaten Pho soups, and summer rolls, this is by far my favorite. I MUST eat at VR at least once a week. I'm truly addicted to their food! Wishing them a long and prosperous success!

Went to this place after the north BREVARD craft beer fest. Blew my mind. The service, the food, the atmosphere... All amazing. I'll be back soon for the grilled pork vermicelli noodles.

Good, solid vietnamese food. I always order the pho, but my friends who have tried their other entrees have been happy. Pho is great and price is right. Really wonderful vegan options, their fake beef could have fooled me. Service is always polite and prompt and they've got a good beer selection and great prices on alcoholic beverages. The environment is a little dull, could use some upgrades. overall always an enjoyable meal.

This was one of the few times in my life that I actually felt happy. The food was INCREDIBLE!! Wow. Just WOW. Amazing rice, incredible service, friendly people, clean bathrooms, and the pho- my God, the pho. Amazing. JUST SO AMAZING!! I found love today. Thank you VietRiver.

Delicious food!! Great service and the best margarita I have ever had!!! seriously. They put a new spin on margaritas!! I left very satisfied!! I will be back for sure!!! The food was so delicious. I have had three different entrees there and I have no idea which one is my favorite. I can't decide! I highly suggest you try this place. Their beverages are just as fantastic as their food!!! Also they can accommodate gluten free!!

Finally Titusville has a really good restaurant. Never had Vietnamese food before and this place definitely turned me onto it. The ingredients were very fresh vibrant and full of flavour. Our server Adrianna was the best we've had in a long time. She was very attentive and made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place. Gary

This review is for a visit in mid-December. I was back in my hometown for Christmas and spotted this (new to me) restaurant. Since my mom has never had Vietnamese food, I thought it'd be great to introduce her to a banh mi sandwich for lunch. I was so excited that Titusville was offering this kind of culinary variety! First, let me say that the prices were fabulous - but I'm coming from DC, so I realize pricing is all relative. Second, our server was lovely. Very sweet. (I could say that for most restaurants in Titusville!) But third, and most importantly, the banh mi sandwiches we ordered were god awful. I was so disappointed, as I'd talked up to my mom how delciious Vietnamese food is, and how unique the taste is, courtesy of the combination of French and Vietnamese approaches. When the sandwiches came out (pork and chicken), I could tell from my plate that this was going to be suboptimal. One taste confirmed it. No flavor. Dry (as in completely dry - no mayo or homemade condiment on the roll!). What seemed like bread toasted at a Subway. Just so bad bad bad. We didn't finish. I fully realize this might be a one-off experience, and I saw other folks in the dining area loving their broth-based dishes. Maybe the restaurant just doesn't do banh mi well. But seriously - it's a Vietnamese restaurant. It should be a core competency. I hope the management reads these yelp reviews. I'm coming back home in March and woudl be open to trying VietRiver again.

Coming from a city with a large Vietnamese population, we have high standards for our Vietnamese food. We had a huge craving for pho and came upon this place bc of the good reviews. Even so, we were a little skeptical.. We were pleasantly surprised. We ordered the Pho Saigon (meatballs, rare beef and brisket), lemongrass chicken on vermicelli, and the BBQ pork roll - the food was authentic and was exactly what we were craving. Perfect after a day at the Kennedy Space Center.

Recently visited Titisville and stopped for lunch at VietRiver. The owners and wait staff were lovely and eager to please. I had the special of the day, Duck Ramen. The broth was amazing and there was more than enough duck. I definitely recommend dining here.

First time visit...many more in the future! Had a sampler platter that I could have as a meal. Shrimp, spring rolls, summer rolls, fried tofu cubes. edamame and 4 sauces. Had a very tasty curry chicken with rice which had a slightly sweet flavor. 2nd diner had combination fried rice...excellent. Dinners came with a house salad. 3rd diner had batter fried shrimp and house salad which was also very good. Definitely going again. ..and again. ..and again. ..probably tomorrow.

I have visited 3 times now and each time the food has been excellent. The service has improved with each visit (it takes time to work out the kinks in any business). The staff have become more knowledgeable and picked up the pace from my initial visit. Please note that the food is made to order, so if you come on a busy night you may have increased wait time for food. I would much rather wait for well cooked, fresh meals than something pre made and waiting under a heat lamp. I would definitely recommend and will be returning.

Here is the third of the Vietnamese restaurants in Titusville/Cocoa/Merritt Island areas. I ordered the shaking beef (bo luc lac) but wanted to try their pho soup. What good is a Viet restaurant without great pho? I requested a small pho soup bowl. Their pho broth is less sweet and has a more fish sauce base flavor to it. They have a special ingredient that gives it a unique flavor that I can't quite pin point. It may turn some off but i think its something that adds uniqueness to their broth. I have to say that this is the superior broth of the two places I've tried, less of the over sweetened broth and MSG combo that Wabi Sabi seems to favor. The Bo luc lac was overdone which is normally the way it's cooked. It's my fault for not asking of they can cook it medium rare. The flavor was good and the rice was flavorful. I have to say that I'm impressed as Titusville has left me craving real Vietnamese food every time I go here for work. Their cooking flavor has a unique quality to it and is dissimilar to the generic versions at most Vietnamese restaurants. Additionally, they stuck to their true calling rather than muddle the experience with Thai and Japanese menus. Considering the scarcity of such restaurants in the area and the quality of at least one of their dishes, I have to give them a five star. It's probably the best Vietnamese restaurant in the area. I'd only tried a small version of their pho but I think the quality is up there with the ones in Orlando. Of course it still doesn't touch the top ones in California. However, we are are in Titusville and that is enough to earn 5 stars.

If you are vegan or vegetarian I would skip this place. More meat-centric than any Vietnamese place I've eaten at. Vegetarian /vegan option was all the same dish but you could choose tofu, fake chicken, fake shrimp or fake beef. I chose a Vietnamese restaurant to give me vegan options and this place really disappointed. The salad was iceberg lettuce with a peanut dressing made with fish sauce....smelled terrible and my husband said it was bland, boring and too fishy. Then it took a very long time to get our meal. The meal wasn't bad but it wasn't good. My rice was hot, the sautéed vegetables were cold and the fake chicken came out looking like quail legs, with little wooden skewers in the center of them. The restaurant was dingy and dark and didn't smell appetizing at all (should have listened to my nose).

Well, I read these great reviews on Yelp for this place and said, we've got to try this. My husband and I experienced nothing interesting or even especially good, though very expensive for lunch. We both had lunch items from the lunch vermicelli platters, I had grilled shrimp and he had steak. We agreed the actual shrimp and beef pieces were excellent, but everything with them was bland to the point of tasteless. The side sauces of a syrupy sweet sauce and red peppery sauce, I suppose, were supposed to help, but though nothing was what I would call "bad," nothing was good or flavorful. And the menu said an egg roll was included, which turned out to be so small that at first I missed it - cut into two barely bite sized pieces buried inside the salad. Basically the main dish was a big bow of greens and plain, un-sauced noodles, for $12.50 each! I could've like it with, say, an oyster sauce. SOMETHING. Also, we originally ordered glasses of Pinot Grigio, which were obviously oxidized upon smelling and tasting. The server willingly replaced these with Chardonnays, but a server who can't tell that an orange glass of white wine is obviously not good, not to mention the smell, well, that is unprofessional at an inexcusable level. We live in Titusville and can find far better options for $12+ a piece for lunch. Nah, I don't see what these good reviews are based on. Saw nothing worth returning for.

Wonderful service, delicious food and great ambiance! This is a hit every time! :) They have something for everyone. Seafood, Pork, Chicken, Beef and many options for Vegans. The drink selection is reasonably priced with great selection. This is a great establishment!!

Went for the first time last night. I have been working in Brooklyn for the past six months and the food was amazing to say the least. Just got reassigned to Titusville and I have been to several places in town and the food was just average until I went to Vietriver last night. Words can't describe how good this place is!!!! We had the following: 1. Spring Rolls 2. Fresh Rolls 3. Pineapple Fried Rice 4. Pineapple Dessert Will be back many times!!!

Excellent service and food. Vegan beef, chicken, shrimp and fish on the menu in Titusville??? What a nice surprise. Would definitely go back.

The spring rolls are done at order, not pre-made. Very good! You have a choice, if you want something smaller that the Pho, to get the "kid" portion for the soup. Owners and staff aim to please. Very nice. Our waiter, Cayman, was very courteous.

5 stars based on "As good as it gets IN Titusville". 4 star overall. BRAVO...at last a GOOD restaurant, that serves healthy food. When we entered I thought we were going to have some issues, the hostess/server seemed very standoffish. We were the only customers there at 2:30. The building is small and the decorum, eh, so so. WOW WAS I WRONG. Starting with the hostess, comes to be, she is very engaging, very informed of the menu and...a delightful person. SHE KNOWS THE MENU. Waited the table absolutely to and beyond our satisfaction. THE FOOD....being that I have never had Vietnamese cuisine I was totally perplexed as to the menu (server to the rescue) I took her recommendation and ordered the Lemon Grass Chicken, my companion, had the Mahi. While waiting we had the combo appetizer platter and I am IMPRESSED. Very delish, the shrimp (only 2) with the shrimp sauce (3 sauce on the side for the appetizer.all tasty) WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD. I could have eaten 50 of those babies. Perfect marriage of flavor. PERFECT. The pork cellophane rolls, WOW, forget the pork, bring on that compilation of vegies, mint, cucs, various leafy greens and crunchy fried ? (I think they were like a wonton fried)...BETTER THAN ANY BORING SALAD. The entrees hit the table, beautifully plated, nice generous portions. My chicken (a very large bowl) with vermicelli ever so interesting, a combination of textures and taste...all to the best. Would order this again (and again and again). My friends Mahi, nice sized piece (for the price), cooked perfectly with a healthy size side of rice (and pardon me but I forgot the name of the sauce this is served with) excellent. We closed the deal with a piece of the tea cake...I will not comment nor critic this, for I do not care for baked goods (love to bake but do not care for baked goods). I will say it was pleasant.. a little bigger slice would have been nice, but this was no deal breaker. RECOMMEND ABSOLUTELY....can't wait to go back (yeah....that good). OH and who cares about boring decorum...was there to eat great food, not look at artwork or floors. If you are a foodie GO HERE.

4 stars for the food and service. 2 star for the atmosphere. The place doesn't look nor smell clean, but the food is yummy and the service is fine. I'd eat here again. The Pho is pretty good.

What a great addition to Titusville. Their website hopefully will soon reflect their full menu because we discovered a lot more items upon dinning there recently. Good vegetarian options and they were willing to make some their rolls for us vegetarian as well. The staff and the management is very friendly and cater to customers needs. They are genuinely looking to give us a great meal. Hoping that customers in the Titusville area reciprocate by giving them repeated business and recommend them to friends. As for the other items: -Great decor that would suit all occasions- family, date, casual. -Huge portions- we had plenty left over. -Moderately priced.

My first Yelp review. This is my fourth trip to Titusville and outside of Dixie Crossroads I have found nothing that I would ever be able to recommend or to eat at again myself. Until I discovered Vietriver. The staff is great and the flavors were spot on. They made my summer roll to order without the pork and the noodle bowl with fake chicken was amazing. I usually am not not a fake meat fan, but I would order that exact dish again. Portions are huge too Definitely try this place out if you are in the area. Vegitarians this is far and away your best option in town.

What a special, inviting little place right on rte 1 in Titusville. It was their 1 year anniversary, so free glass of champagne, even sparkling cider for the kids. The lemongrass chicken was delicious, and I am looking forward to trying more in the future! Very pleasant experience.

So I have never had vietmaniese cuisine before until tonight. IT WAS AMAZING! The service was great. I had ordered the udon noodle which had a beautiful texture and the seafood that came with was perfectly cooked. It came with lobster, shrimp and scallops. All the seafood had amazing flavor and was so tender. My husband had duck which also was so robust. The best food ever and some of the best liquor ever very smooth.

I love Vietnamese food. This was a great surprise. Everything was excellent. The management explained to us that everything is prepared from scratch and according to authentic Vietnamese recipes. The flavors are magnificent. I had the chicken curry and summer rolls, my sister had a lemon grass chicken sandwich and my mother the pho chicken noodle. The service was friendly and the prices good. Check it out.

Our wait was a bit long, but the food was wonderful! Everything was made fresh, which accounted for the long wait. We had the spring rolls, and banh mi- both were amazing. The rolls were fresh and warm and the meat was delicious. Everything was very well priced, also. The restaurant was very clean and the staff were extremely accommodating.

Place was nice and clean and waitress was very friendly and explained the menu items for us. The appetizer soup was good but small for $3.00 with just some broth and a couple pieces of meat. The chicken wing appetizer was tasty, 5 wings seasoned with fish sauce. I had the salmon and rice meal which was pretty tasteless. The salmon had absolutely no flavor and it came with plain rice a couple cucumber slices and a couple tomato slices. I could have made that at home myself and I'm not a great cook. My husband had a beef dish that was also just OK. We were very disappointed because we have had much better in the surrounding area and we were hoping this would be our new go to spot.

Hands down, best Vietnamese place! Would have to drive to Orlando or Merritt Island to to get Pho and those places don't even come close! The Pho broth is very flavorful and not greasy. Highly impressed! Large portions, excellent boba teas and superb summer rolls. A great healthy alternative here in Titusville.

Based on the food it would get four and a half stars but the service is soooo incredibly bad I'm dropping it to two stars. I mean reallllly bad service. The people there are nice but lack if attention to any detail is amazing. Wait times of 30 minutes+ when only 30-40% of the tables are occupied and we were originally told 10-15 minutes wait. Full garnishment of our pho was not available. Desserts were still frozen. We originally wanted to order for takeaway but the phone number is a magic jack and would not connect for over an hour. Our waiter was very nice and did his best but when it's all said and done there are glaring issues here.

Good Vietnamese food with decent prices. I had the chicken pho and it was tasty. Chicken was served in the soup as large flat pieces which made eating it as a soup item difficult. My partner had the combination fried rice which he enjoy except for the large hardly cooked onions. Service was a bit slow but it did not hinder an otherwise good experience.

This place exceeded out expectations. The pho is amazing as was the beef. We will definitely recommend this place and be back many more times. The manager even gave us 10% off coupons and explained that they don't use oil in their fried rice. They try to make everything as healthy and as fresh as possible. Even the atmosphere was nice.

This is by far the best restaurant Titusville has to offer. The food is authentic Vietnamese, it is fresh and very tasty. My husband and I have been several times and the food is always consistently good. When they first opened we noticed the service was a little slow but at our last visit (a few days ago) the situation had been remedied. Give Vietriver a chance and you will not be disappointed.

What a special treat we gave ourselves yesterday afternoon. My wife and I drove over from Oviedo to purchase fresh seafood at Wild Oceans in Titusville. I googled Best Restaurants in Titusville. VietRiver Vietnamese Restaurant was right at the top in several polls. Plenty of parking spaces, service was very friendly and efficient, the food was outstanding. I suppose that I had never had truly authentic Vietnamese cousine, awesome totally delicious. We've already planned to come over often, even from Oviedo, it's definitely worth the drive. Highly recommend this restaurant.

What a great experience.Talk about a unique setting, this restaurant was a pleasant surprise from the moment we arrived.Mel ,our waitress greeted us with a smile and made us feel right at home. She possessed an incredible working knowledge of all the dishes and was spot on with her recommendations. Her sense of humor and professional manner guided us through the menu with ease. All of our dishes were fresh and prepared to perfection. The owner stopped by twice to check on our dishes and showed genuine concern in making sure everything was to our liking. This is one of the most pleasant outings we have had in a long time. When in Titusville stop in,this place is a must.Wish people were this friendly in New York.

After having lived in California and just moving to Titusvillem I was excited to find a Vietnamese Restaurant. The staff realized that the cuisine was new to many people and were very informative. The food was great, and I plan to go back often to sample the other dishes.
