Great food! Almost walked by, as the Juice restaurant sign is still up. Excellent salads; perfectly flavored, The eggplant lasagna was outstanding! My family ordered the meatball flatbread and Tabouli wraps. Cheese tasted like real 'cheese'. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. We arrived for an early dinner and currently they are using the same menu for lunch and dinner. However, the serving sizes are generous, we even had leftovers. Service was excellent and I'd highly recommend Harvest Moon to anyone. Their vegetarian selection is fantastic!
*Heads up: they still have the old "Bal Harboud Juice" sign up.* Just opened and we have been three times in the last week! Fantastic sandwiches and the best smoothie menu I have ever come across. Everything we have tried is delicious! Really different varieties and all the regular favorites for smoothies. Food is super fresh and although price is a little on the steep side for the menu, it's Surfside adequate. They don't do breakfast yet but hopefully soon. Surfside needs a breakfast place and this one would be awesome. The owner, Perry, is friendly and accommodating. Go check this place out!
Excellent restaurant with great food. They still have the ex-Juice restaurant sign outside. Tried their tuna pita and it is amazing, fresh ingredients and excellent dressing, comes with a side of Quinoa salad. My wife ordered the veggie panini and she praised that a lot as well. Definetely going back!! Their juice menu is excellent as well with lots of cool/creative names.

Hands down, the best italian restaurant in the area It is not easy to find good food in Miami beach, so many times i was disappointed but this place is DELICIUS!! We had octopus and seafood salad salad for start, both mouthwatering and second course Dover Sole and Branzino, soooo good, will come back so many times!!! Was so happy finally find good food Pricey place but worth it
Excellent, authentic Italian restaurant. Classy, old world ambiance, & knowledgeable Italian staff. I had the grilled/sautéed fish with oreganatta seasoning and pasta----just like Little Italy in NY when it was the real deal. The owner is hands-on and a charming host.
Just as good as I remember from years ago in Bal Harbour. Excellent food and service! We had the Caesar Salad, Agnolotti, Linguini with Lump Crab, and Dover Sole. All fantastic! Good wine list! And the desserts were superb.

Great little restaurant and good service.
Hello fellow readers: Pescecane was pretty much what I expected. The 2 entrees, wine and dessert was around 100. Fortunately, they are on restaurant.com so it ended up being around 70. First thing happened after we arrived at 8 was some complimentary mushrooms and small tomatoes. I am going to say my linguine was slightly salty and the portions were rather small. It is decent but nothing that I can't make myself. The ambiance is nice for dates, which happened to be why I was here. I think for the same price, you can find others equal. Not bad but not mindblown like other yelpers say, either.
After returning to Pescecane I have decided that this is my #1 favorite restaurant in all of Miami right now. This time we had the black ink fettuccine with mussels, clams and shrimp in a pink sauce... delish! My husband ordered the Ossobucco which was accompanied by an amazing risotto. Both of us were dreaming about our dinner long after finishing it. Once again, we will be back!

Best vegan ice cream ever! Super cute store and everything is homemade! They had some interesting flavors such as cotton candy. I didn't think I'd like it but I ended up getting two scoops of it
Just odd! Weird store hours. The owner needs another pair of hands or needs to retire. Waited over 15 minutes in line, ordered a strawberry milk shake and my friend a root beer float, to be told he was out of both!!! That's like having a pizza w/ no cheese.
I have been to both the Surfside and Wynwood up location and I have nothing bad to say about it all. The panther coffee flavor and sriracha peanut are by far my favorite. I am bit of a Ice Cream junkie myself so for me to go out of my way to make a yelp review means a lot. I definitely recommend visiting Serendipity for your ice cream cravings.

Cafe Ragazzi

Reviews:
This place is absolutely perfect for the wealthy local women who never learned to cook. It my opinion, it's highly over-rated. The prices are high and the food is only okay. The only thing special about Raggazzi, is that it's got a decently fun vibe. On a typical night, it is packed full, with people who can't cook and most likely have never actually eaten great Italian food.
THE SERVICE THE SERVICE THE SERVICE, even on the busiest of nights they are so accommodating and it's as if they've been waiting for you to arrive for months. My girlfriend and I went Christmas night and we had amazing meals, I had the stuffed veal chop and my girlfriend had a wonderful pappardelle pasta dish. I highly recommend, the food is very good, but if it's known for anything it should be the servers.
Delicious Italian food! Perfect for any occasion. Lunch time happens to be very pleasant and quiet. Wine recommendation was excellent! Definitely recommending this place to my family, friends and colleagues!!! Thank you!

Flanigan’s Seafood Bar & Grill

9516 Harding Ave
Surfside, 33154
Reviews:
Who's your 'Big Daddy'? Mr. Joe Flanigan that's who! Although he's no longer with us (passed away in 2005), his legacy lives on in his chain restaurants that are peppered across South Florida. Passing through Coconut Grove? They got one there. Surfside? Yup there too. How about Biscayne Blvd? They're everywhere. South Miami, Doral, Kendall, check. You won't go far in South Florida without bumping into this place. Some people compare Flanigans to a TGIFridays or Chili's. I personally think Flanigan's is sooo much better. The ingredients are fresher, especially the seafood - much of which is caught locally. The fresh dolphin (mahi mahi, not Flipper) is to die for. Try it blackened - either the fingers, the sandwich or the dinner platter - you can't go wrong. If you don't care about counting calories, go for the fried dolphin - OMG. Speaking of indulging, my favorite comfort food items on the menu are the "Joe's Rockin' Rib Rolls'. For those who aren't familiar, these are essentially egg roll casing stuffed with shredded baby back ribs, cheese and some kind of dressing (French, I think?). These melt in your mouth and should be banned for tasting so good. Other winners on the menu include the Pasta Caesar salad (add blackened tuna, trust me on this), all of the burgers, the ribs and the dolphin platter. I have yet to try something here that I don't like and rarely ask for the dessert menu because I'm so full. The restaurants are clean and comfortable - traditional booths and tables are scattered about. Fishing memorabilia and boat-related paraphernalia hang from the walls. The bar is separate from the dining room which helps create a cushion from the Happy Hour noise. Speaking of - Flan's always has killer drink specials. If you want the real experience, try the "Flanitini" (includes stirrer stick with Joe Flanigan's head on it). Be prepared for real good, down-home American cuisine. PS - if you are looking to bring home a bottle of booze, Big Daddy liquor stores are often located near, if not directly next to, Flanigan's restaurants. Prices are decent, but Walgreen's or Publix liquors are sometimes cheaper.
When I always go with my wife and spend money at the bar, the treatment is very well. Today I went with my two kids and it was a completely different story. First they gave my table to another group that came after me. They said that they called my number, but they didn't give me any number in the first place. Then they gave me a table with the benches soaking wet. My kids got wet, and the floor was completely wet as well. I complained and the host told me to wait for someone to go and mop it. When I asked for the manager, she offer me another table. The manager came and he didn't give a damn about it. After I told him that they killed my apetite, he just said to me to have a good night. No apologies or explanation whatsoever. It's OK with me. I usually spend $60 or $70 per week in that place. Now I'll spend this amount in another place that appreciates my business.
I think most people in South Florida are familiar with Flanigans. For our out of towners and/or folks living under a rock, it is a nice spot to grab some wings, ribs, beers etc. It's a regional chain and, in my opinion, the food is of better quality than most comparable places and probably better than you would expect. Prices are not bad either. This chain is a great place to start your search for a place to watch the big game.

I used to love this place, I'd come here every sunday and Thursday , I'd usually order schnitzel, but they recently hired a new cook and the quality of the food is now a disaster. Ironically I spoke to a friend who lives around the corner and she also said that their new cook has been really bad for the past couple weeks (before that it was fine) recommend not going on thurs and sunday unless you want salty gross chicken
Came here last time with my brother that only eats kosher. I had thr grilled chicken and started wih some sushi. The chicken was really delicious chargrilled and sushi was excellent. Did not feel I was in a kosher restaurant at all, very different from what Im use to
This is a nice, classy place overall. I had dinner with a large group here recently and everybody seemed to enjoy the experience. You can park on the street out front or in a lot behind a shopping center just across the street, which is metered, but has more spaces available. The restaurant is on the small side but we had enough room. The atmosphere was great! Very sophisticated and intimate; it was somewhat noisy between the music from the bar and every table's conversations, but not unreasonable. The food was very good. I ordered the chicken noodle soup as an appetizer (it was decent), and the 16 oz. prime boneless rib eye steak (delicious) with a side of fries and steamed vegetables. For dessert, I had the chocolate lava cake which was equally as good. I would rate this restaurant five stars, but knocked one off because of the mediocre service. While the waitstaff was friendly, they were very inattentive and it look a long time to have each course served. I think we waited 45 minutes from ordering our entrees to receiving them and at least 25 minutes before we got our desserts. The waitress that had taken our orders at first seemed to forget about us, only checking if we needed anything once or twice, and we basically had multiple people coming by. It was very busy so I'm thinking they were overwhelmed, but still. That said: I had never been here before our group dinner and generally we all had a great time. Check it out!

Subway

I have been going to this Subway since they opened, less than a year ago. It's funny how all the Subways make the same food, but some are better than others. The sandwiches here have the freshest toppings and the bread is delicious. Since I'm on Weight Watchers I get the seven grain bread, and I have them pile a lot of veggies on my sandwich. It's always delicious. Several of their 6 inch subs are only 7 points plus on Weight Watchers. I usually get a foot long sub so I can save half for the next day. The service at this location is friendly and outgoing. I usually go in the late afternoon or evening so I miss the lunch crowd and I don't have a wait. My husband has tried several of their sandwiches with the Italian white bread and he always enjoys them. He especially loves their chipotle sauce. If you go after 6:00 PM street parking is free.
This subway location had visible freezer burn on the plastic bins that keep the veggies and meats. Not a very good selection of cheeses, none shredded. Workers are polite but that's the only reason they get 2 stars. They don't honor any of the national specials or deals at all so expect to pay $5 for a six inch sub here too.
This is the best subway I have probably ever been too in Miami, I come here literally everyday cause of my job and I have to say the customer service is amazing and the sandwiches are made perfect/neat and taste delicious, this Subway is the best compared or others in the city

Price is outrageous for this place. This type of food cost almost nothing to make ask anyone who has been to Memphis or New Orleans. Vegetable soup had no spice and the grilled chicken while it was cooked well was still fairly flavorless. The servers were nice but for this price frankly I expect more. If you bring me french fries I shouldn't have to ask for ketchup and it definitely shouldn't come in a squeeze bottle that isn't even name brand. The place had butcher paper on the table and didn't even use real napkins. I'm unimpressed.
Went again and loved it. Yes it's full of people but it's worth the wait. The haters below are obviously upset because they are not Kosher and don't understand that we have to pay a bit more to eat Kosher. Hopefully the world can become a bit more tolerant and understanding.
BEWARE: of 5 star reviews from people that have only done 1-2 reviews. The prices here are outrageous. $30 for a BBQ plate! In Texas you would never see such craziness. Everything on this menu is overpriced.

The best italian kosher in south florida home made pasta spinach fettucine was delicious blackned sea bass very juice and flavor .
Came here Saturday night. Service was horrible. It took over an hour to get a morsel of food. Cutlery was missing waters were not refilled and some dishes didn't even make it out. The food that made it out was good. Oh and the air was turned off mid August in south Florida real smart
Regretted going! I'm 7 months pregnant and the waiter was so rude we had to leave without eating. My husband and I went there for dinner, asked for a booth he would accommodate and wanted us to sit in a plastic chair. We pointed out an empty booth for two and he rolled his eyes and said... Sure.... Then he took 15 minutes to even get us silverware. We asked for bread, never came. We asked about for suggestions on pizza he said whichever..... Finally we ordered a pizza and he said he could not serve only a pizza we needed to order more or he would not serve us. We told him we would leave he said ok. TERRIBLE Service, rude, unkind. Don't go there.
