A lot cleaner and brighter then the previous location. A nice outside bar with touch tunes available and and a wide variety of music selections. They have another inside area where karaoke takes place and a center neutral bar where the music outside and the banshees wailing through their rendition of 80's rock ballads are not over powering. The bar staff is excellent and very beautiful! They are attentive and through multiple visits have yet to see them over serve any patrons and they have dealt very professionally with some of the more Pervy customers! I always get wings or a burger when I go there because it screams wings and beer to me. The wings are big always properly cooked and have a nice variety of sauces. They get a 10/10 on food from me because it's a wing joint. If you want steak or fish go to a steakhouse or seafood spot. If you want great wings and beautiful women come here!

Place was clean with lots of TV's. Bet it would be a great place to watch sports. See bottom as to why I rate it 4 stars, as it's not for the food. We ordered corn bites to start which are fried corn covered in powered sugar. They were OK. Not bad, but not great. Would not order again. Nothing I hate more than when I ask server if fish is fresh, they say yes, and I can taste it's obviously frozen. This was not the case here. When I asked she said it was frozen and I greatly appreciated the honesty. I still ordered the Mahi sandwich. Again, OK but not great. Wife had steak fajitas. Meat was overcooked and honestly tasted old. Green peppers were a bit soggy. Not very good. All in all, this is what it's supposed to be. A sports bar to enjoy friends while watching your favorite team play, and I think it would be great for that. I mean really....you don't come to a sports bar for the food. That is why I give it 4 stars. Food was 2 stars at best.

Friday, May 15, for happy hour, I was sitting at the bar with a friend and we witnessed: * a bartender chewing on a straw the whole time (ick); * waitresses groping each other (and they're not Hooters girls so it wasn't hot) * a waitress complaining about customers loudly and with profanities; * and two bartenders and a server sample a customer's drink and then take the drink to the table. Beyond gross and completely unprofessional. We never saw a manager anywhere. I will never return. Would have left earlier, but it was pouring out.

Mugs recently moved, went there for wings and a drink. The waitress couldn't answer our questions about food, drink or prices. ordered wings , they were hard and not very good. I asked for a manager and told him of the problem. His answer was , we will have to train the waitress and the wings probably were sitting awhile. I left and will never be back.

Looked forward to the opening of Mugs. However, was SHOCKED how bad the wings were, WERE always the best around. Complained but got an attitude. Went back AGAIN. Tried sitting in the upper bar. 90 degrees, open doors, NO a/c. EVERYONE sweating. When it was TUCSONS no one sat down stairs (always cool) upstairs was always busy, w/ac. AMAZES me Why you would do that. No way you'll make it w/o ac up stairs. I have been back a few other times, STILL the same. MANY of the old Tucson customers have my opinion. Just chasing people away. STILL I'd go back if you folks would wake up. Up stairs much nicer view, and the OPTION of the deck.

I brought some co-workers here since it's close to work and I have to say that I got about what I expected from most sports bars. It's extremely rare to be blown away by food at a sports bar. That's just been my experience. So, I don't have really high expectations when eating at a sports bar and the menus are all pretty much the same. Wings, burgers, wraps, etc. I went with a buffalo chicken wrap. The menu does not describe the wrap or it's ingredients, so I asked the waitress what is in it. I was told chicken, lettuce, tomatoes and onions. I ordered with no tomatoes and no onions, and I was surprised to see they offer quite a few options for the wrap, itself. I went with spinach. I also ordered onion rings. After about a half an hour, our food came and it looked pretty good, but I soon found that the looks were deceiving. The onion rings were cold and soggy. Despite my hunger, I couldn't get past eating more than 2 or 3. The wrap had a few pieces of fried popcorn chicken in it that desperately needed sauce. I asked for sauce when the food came, but I didn't get it until I was done with my meal. The part I really didn't like about this wrap, besides the lack of meat, was the ton of shredded cheddar cheese shoved in it. One half of the wrap had 2 small pieces of chicken and I spooned out about half a cup of this cheese. I mean, I like cheese...but, this much and cheddar cheese with buffalo chicken? All in all, not a terrible experience. The service was ok, nothing special and the food was below par, but the wings did look pretty good. The layout is also nice and there are large TV's everywhere. I'm sure I'll be back, but I'll just stick with wings this time.

Seems like a new restaurant with nothing special about it. Food wasn't really good and service was very slow. Came in around 130am on Thursday, place was dead. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken sandwich with medium hot sauce. The sauce was not hot at all, very sweet. Not impressed.

Nice staff, food nothing special and service very very slow. I have never seen so many customers waiting for the check, utensils, food, etc... Probably won't return for lunch.

Food was delicious! But the service was subpar, bee were the only ones in the place and I had to go tongue bar to get condiments and silverware bc it had been so long since we saw the waitress. Other than that this place was great.

This place is now open and a much better atmosphere than the other location. They have 2 bars with one in the game room that had me spending over $10 on a Metallica pinball. Michelle is still in charge and giving great service and making sure everyone else is doing what they are supposed to. I only had the wings as I usually do 99% of the time there and they were very good.

Highly disappointed! Was told I got lost because nobody told me the moved when I told them I was ordering off their Facebook page. Also said they would remake it since " I got lost" which they never did because my food was not hot when I arrived.

The new location is great! The menu/food is the same, my wings were good. I like that they split up the karaoke side from the dining/sports bar side for those who don't care for the singing. Tons of TVs, definitely a great place to come watch a big game or fight. The owner is a cool guy and the service is very good.

Surprisingly good. We didn't plan to come here, but was the only nearby option at 10:10pm on a Monday night. The brisket tacos and garlic mashed potatoes were GREAT! Service was very friendly and quick. Music pretty loud, not sure I would bring a family. But all in all, a good late night dinner!

Worst service I've ever seen. 1 1/2 hours to get wings. Manager could have cared less. Can't see this location lasting too long. It's too bad because I like their wings. When it was located on 66th St it was much better.

1/2 lb. boneless HOT wings extra extra sloppy with fries on the bottom!! OMG I miss Mugs!! We go every time we visit our home town!! You should sell your sauce in bulk sizes--sales would only benefit!! Corn fritters are so yummy too!! Desiree one of the managers rocks!! We love her!

This place has the best wings and food. Service is great. The prices are much more reasonable than lost wing places. Love this place and will continue to come back.

Let's start with the parking lot that has no lights so bring a flash light so you can see where you are walking. The new place is a warehouse with tables no atmosphere of any type.We get seated and after about 10 min a waitress yelled to us from the other side of a ramp did we want a drink. Took about 5 min to get a couple of sodas. We placed our order one thing being a Mugsy Sampler. The waitress went to the next table must be friends(getting a lot of attention her 3rd trip since we got our seats). Without even going to the kitchen to place our orders she stopped by our table and said they were out of Jalapeno Poppers. I said that sucked they were the one thing I really wanted I'll look at the menu and see what else I want. I made a comment about someone doing a poor job ordering their food supply and I got a smart ass comment with an attitude that there are other people in the restaurant that are ordering so that's why they are our. I don't need an attitude when I go out to dinner and spend my hard earned money. We got up and left, told the woman at the desk we were leaving and why. She did offer to sit us somewhere else and cover our dinner but we were so unhappy with the service, atmosphere and how do you run out of an item that is not only an appetizer on its own but part of another appetizer. We missed them when they moved from 66th St so we tried them and we will not return.
