    This location is my regular weekday morning Starbucks. The drive thru is very quick (unless you get caught behind the person that doesn't know what they want), and the people are always friendly. The only complaint is sometimes it takes longer to get your drink with less people inside than the drive thru with many more cars.

    I always use the drive thru and the people who take the order are always playful and very nice. They will try to make you smile with their silliness. My tall soy latte is always great and the wait isn't bad even on workday mornings. It was a rare occurrence but one day they didn't have soy milk and they made up for it by giving me a free coffee so that showed me they care.

    The best thing about this location is it has a drive-through. It's located at a busy intersection (436 and 17-92) so it gets a bare minimum of foot traffic but if you're on 436 and you plan on turning right onto 17-92, then you're in luck! I have to admit I always use the drive-through, which sometimes has a line, but the service is always quick and sharp and the baristas always have a smile and a good attitude. The store is super convenient because it is in a shopping center that also has a 7-11 so you can pick up some gas after you get your coffee and (if you do it right) you can skip the red-light if you're making a right. AWSOME!

    Every time we visit this Starbucks they are on point. Today a tall skinny vanilla latte, a venti iced caramel macchiato, a blueberry muffin, and a cheese danish. All were ready quickly and they always offer to warm up pastries. They were even training a new employee and there was no downturn in service. Everyone was very friendly. They have rearranged the seating since last we came inside to hang out while having breakfast. I like the updated pattern better. It moves the more comfortable seating to the side so those coming and going more quickly are right up front. Good call. Now if only I would remember to bring my reusable Starbucks cup. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is not due to the service or food. Its the drive thru lane and the parking. There are only a few spots right up front. Coming into the drive thru from 1 direction requires a sharp u-turn and if the line is backed up its just not going to happen. If you come at the right time none of this will matter though.

    My experience with this location has always been very pleasant. Employees are always very friendly and also very accommodating. I wanted my caramel macchiato to be light on sugar today and they magically came up with the awesome idea of doing half-and-half on the normal & sugarfree pumps of vanilla! Awesome!

    I've found that making eye contact can make or break one's social networks and interactions. This Starbucks provides a good opportunity to practice your eye contact maintenance if you, like me, have an eye contact phobia. The guy named "Z :)" gives one of the iciest death stares I've encountered. Looking away and back, the stare remains. Not since the demented old man on the Moscow-Lyubertsy train line have I been so challenged. Practice up!! Aside from that, it's really cold in here, the coffee is good, and there's lots of Splenda.

    The locating is very small, but never feels to cramped, despite being popular with a steady trickle of customers. Parking lot can use some work, but there is ample parking at a side plaza. The employees are always very cheerful and make orders quickly and accurately (I never order anything more complicated than a regular cup of coffee or however stuff comes standard off the menu, so I guess it's hard for them to mess up), despite the heavy traffic... Which moves everybody along. I come to read and relax on the weekends and while the seating is always near full, we will be able to find a table to make or home. One thing I enjoy considerably about this location us that they turn on the background music only loud enough to hear, but not do obnoxiously loud as to either distract me from reading or to drown out whomever I am taking with. Very low key ambience without all the pretentious loud talker people that usually accompany coffee shops.

    I love this Starbucks location. The staff is always incredibly friendly. Any time I have had an issue (and even times when I didn't think there was any issue) the staff and management have gone out of their way to rectify it. Good customer service is really stressed at this location and I am glad to call this my "local Starbucks". They make the chain feel like a local coffee shop.

    This is a nice Starbucks location, I hit here a few days a week on my way to work. If the line is out the drive thru and there is a spot to park, grab it and dash in. Most of the time I can beat the Drive thru line which is sometimes backed up in two directions during morning rush. This isn't because of the slowness of the staff, but the annoying way that you can get backed up 2 directions entering the drive thru lane. The staff here is very nice and gets to know your drink if you order the same thing regularly. If they see you in line they get it started and/or greet you by name in store. If they see a newbie handing off something that doesn't look right, they'll ask if you ordered something different and correct if needed. A+ Register your Sbux cards and get rewards, like free coffees, and no charge for soy or flavored shots.

    I have no qualms with the food and/or beverages at this particular Starbucks. Don't get me wrong, I love me some pumpkin spice lattes and chai lattes. I have no issues with those tasty drinks. However, I do have an issue with how I was treated when I was double charged on my debit card. Once I spotted the issue (that same day) I contacted the location and explained to the manager the situation. He informed me that many customers had complained about it lately and tried to explain why . I told him that it wasn't acceptable and to make sure that my card was charged only once. He told me he removed ALL charges and I definitely wouldn't be charged. Two days later the double charge posted on my account. I still haven't been able to get it resolved. I guess it's too difficult to fix an issue that is obviously not isolated to my visit. I would definitely recommend watching your account closely after ordering from this location.

    Friendly staff and very quick! Helped recommend a yummy drink raspberry mocha! Parking is a little crazy and the driventhru line can get pretty long but the awesome service makes up for it!

    I've been through the drive thru of this particular Starbucks twice. Both times my orders were spot on. The staff manning the drive thru was super courteous and even upgraded me to a grande when he took "too long". It's difficult for me to find a coffee shop that makes my drink just right, but they surpassed my expectations. My only complaint is the tiny parking lot, but that's unlikely to change.

    What is it with the Sbux outside of Seattle? they don't seem to get the concept of lead generation. I walked into this store to get a refill on my iced tea. along the way I picked up some coffee and tazo tea. at the register I have $10 in purchases to make plus my $0.55 iced tea refill. denied the refill. so let me get this straight: you're going to forgo my $10 purchase, send me out annoyed, all over what must cost you pennies? (I even had my old cup to reuse from a different Starbucks an hour earlier). so be it. very short-sighted. won't be back. (fyi: You can go into any Starbucks in Seattle throughout the day after buying your iced tea in the morning and get refills -- because they know you're likely to buy other stuff while there -- $0.10 worth of tea to get you back into the store is cheap).

    The quality coffee and service that is expected at any Starbucks are delivered here daily. Parking is almost non-existent probably because there is very limited seating inside. During our winter (if there is such a thing) and spring, it is nice to use the outdoor seating. Good place for a great cup of joe as a pick me up any time of the day.

    Went inside for the first time the other night. I have always been a drive through diva myself but I was with a couple friends and just wanted a place to sit. It was cold and crowded for a Friday night. We got there late so I think they were anxious to get ready to close up. Still had about 30 minswhe we arrived and they gave us a 10 minute warning LOL. The coffee was good and its nice to know there are comfy chairs to sit IF you can find room.

    Great Starbucks location for sure. The staff was well humored and quick. Not big or full of a ton of seating but great for an afterwork stop in to get and go. Would get my 5th star if there were a few more comfy seats.
