Advertise to play all the games we pay for food, drinks and not play the game. Truly not happy with this establishment.

Really daft people work here. Really daft people must come here too. Big signs on doors says they BAN guns here. I'm not going to debate that policy, but the signs are so prevalent that it makes me wonder what kind of crowd comes here and what kind of problems they may have. I have never seen this signage at any other BWWs and I don't need to be where problem people and trouble makers gather. I'd be curious to know how often the PD responds to this location. Also the floor is sticky and the place appears to need a deep cleaning. Not coming back here ever.

The cassellberry location was absolutely horrible. Staff was rude. Took forever to even be noticed we were seated. Got out order completely wrong. Appetizers came out before our drinks. The manager didn't even know how to correct the tickets. Surprised this place has been there that long. What a waste of building

Buffalo Wild Wings - the only place I've ever eaten and been called a bitch by my waitress. I think that's sufficient to explain why I've only been to this location one time. It's 1AM on a Saturday night. A group of us are heading home (we lived in the condos within walking distance of here), but decide to drop by BWW for a drink. We get settled into a table when a waitress drops by and tells us that they've already done last call. No biggie. We start to gather our things when a manager comes by to ask us if we've been served and what would we like? Now we're confused. I tell him that our waitress said last call had already happened. Manager says no. No it had not. Now we're confused and annoyed. Manager takes our drink orders and the waitress comes back over, clearly ticked off. I asked why she said it was last call if it wasn't already. She asked me why I was such a bitch. I was stunned enough that I let her walk off without a verbal undressing. She ignored us for the rest of our time there (we literally had one beer apiece and left). I had to go up to the bar to close out our tab. We were probably there for a total of 30 minutes or so. As I'm walking to the bar the waitress is talking with a group at a table nearby and I hear her say, "There's the bitch right there." I have now been called a bitch twice. I am raving mad to say the least. I find the manager who offers to comp our drinks, which I declined. I wasn't looking for a free drink - I just wanted one damn beer! He offered a gift card, which I declined as well. Why the hell would I want to come back? I tell the manager what happened and I called corporate the next day. Funny part is, at the time I was working as a bar waitress myself. Regardless, I would never insult or try to make waitstaff feel bad; I'm not that type of person. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what, but I haven't set foot in any BWW since then. They can take their 2-inch wings and shove it.

What happen to this place? BW3 was a great place and now it's like the company just forgot it's roots. This location is terrible. Rude guy working the hostess station. Small wings. Slow service. Got up and went the bar twice to get drinks because our server was MIA. Half full place and I watched customers just get annoyed at several servers bring burnt or wrong orders. I sent back both kids baskets of mini corn dogs because they were cold in the middle. I probably would've spent another $20 on drinks but we just couldn't get good service and they sat empty for over 30 minutes. Lost revenue! This location was bad 18 months ago and I regret going back. I guess the college memories from a decade ago will stay as memories because you can't relive them here.

Shawn was on fire tonight. We were here celebrating my son's birthday so we had a big group. Shawn was so helpful, we never wanted for anything. He even joined in the fun and wore a party hat. All of our food was delicious! When we 1st got there they offered to put the cake in the fridge and let us decorate our tables. This was all at 7 on a Friday night too! They even brought stick on mustaches to the kids at the table. They really did an amazing job making this an awesome birthday for my son.

Inconsistent service but always good boneless wings! This visit was quick & friendly service. Beers were delivered quickly, which is great because there's nothing more that burns my bones than slow drink service. Below average as far as any kind of happy hour or daily specials, but $3 tall buds are decent. The sauces are yummy so they have that def going for them

I went here to watch the Superbowl. Had a great seat and wonderful waiter. She came back to check on us several times. We stayed from before the game started to right before the game left. We were satisfied with our service!

The wings are always good here. We really enjoyed the new BBQ stack. Server wasn't good on service but big on apologies because she could hear us over the games when an order was in error. She fixed it. Glad we chose this over Wing House.

This place is so great in theory. Awesome layout, huge TVs, great outdoor bar. But every time I come here the service is unbelievably slow and the food takes forever. I assume it's an issue with management. There is no reason that it takes so long to get drinks and food. And the wifi is unusable. Why even offer it and advertise it if it's unusable? We were there for my sons birthday and told our server. At most restaurants the servers will come out and sing happy birthday. Not here! Instead our server dropped off a piece of chocolate cake, said "we are out of ice cream" and walked away. My son has no idea what was going on. Having said that, the atmosphere (TVs etc) is great and the food tastes great (once it finally arrives).

I love this BWW. I always get the Asian spicy boneless wings (font remember the exact name) and my fiance gets the honey bbq boneless wings. We are never disappointed with the food we receive. Rachel is an amazing waitress. She is the most courteous and professional waitress that you could ask for.

This was my first time here and I am not impressed. If I don't come back again, I will be ok with it. There was no one to greet us when we walked in the door so I wasn't sure if you are supposed to wait to be seated or if you are supposed to seat yourself. It is insanely noisy and was very hard to hear our server, but I also think he may have been mumbling. I had to yell that I could barely hear him. I ordered the burger and wasn't asked how I wanted it cooked- didn't think about it, however it appeared undercooked because there was some pink in the middle. My husband ordered the bbq hot wings and didn't seem to complain. We would've been better off going to Wing House or Hooters.

Been here many times .. Usually sit on the patio at the bar. Have only found one bartender that was great. Food is mediocre at best. Staff seems friendly just not attentative.

  • Justin E.

The service and food are inconsistent. Sometimes I walk in and have great food and great service. Other times the food tastes reheated and takes forever. But ask for Amy or Lonnie. I always get exceptional food and service when they take care of me!!

  • Jennifer W.

I think everyone has been to a BWW's before and knows what to expect. My complaint about this one is the outside bar is always dirty and most of the time the bartender is just standing around. I wouldn't go back if it wasn't for friends that have an affinity for a crappy beer selection and average wings. I'll just continue to clean off my space with one of the handi-wipes kept on the bar.

    (2)
  • Sally S.

Really? How hard is it to toss tenders in the sauce like the wings...other BWW toss them but not this one....so that's enough to get 3 stars

  • Lori L.

This place feels dingy. No host to seat people. Had to wait a couple of min. The manager seated us and apologized for the wait. Took several minutes for a waiter/waitress to take a drink order. The offer came out incorrect, but the waiter made up for it promptly. Boneless wings were great. We opted for the side sauces for dipping v. covered which was a great idea. We are leaving feeling lackluster about this visit. 1/2 the lights on in the place just makes me feel tired of it. Seems many of staff would rather talk amongst themselves at front counter than even make eye contact and smile at guests coming and going. Take a day to clean every surface in the place; especially the bathrooms and might earn third star.

Decent wings and medicore service. The hot wings weren't really that hot and the service was average at best. They do have a great tv setup and watching football on Sunday must be really great with the availablilty to watch all of the games. I don't know that this would be one of my go-to spots, but it was ok.

  • Kari H.

We met people to watch college football on a Saturday night. It was insanely crowded, hot, and the service was so slow. Our waitress was very nice but she was covering so many tables that she barely saw us. We started ordering our next round of drinks as we were being handed drinks and we were still sitting several minutes with empty glasses and beers. Some people in our party ordered food an it took over 40 minutes for a chicken wrap to come out. (And it came out grilled when it was requested crispy. It wasn't sent back because who wants to wait another 40 minutes?) The free wifi wasn't working. It was INSANELY hot. The ladies bathroom was not clean. The drinks were weak (I had a black cherry mojito. They were tasty but after three I didn't even feel a buzz. I'm a light weight and had not eaten yet. If we weren't watching the game we would have left long before we did.

Great place for food, friends and football! Go see Sarah at the outside bar she makes the perfect drinks to go with a good order of wings! Service is always prompt and friendly! The continuous road construction sucks but you get over it!

The service (or, at least the server) here was very slow -- it took more than 5 minutes to be greeted, and then when I asked about their draft beers, the server had no idea and said "I'm not a beer drinker, so I'm not sure." Ouch. Then it took another 5 minutes to get our 2 drinks. Once we ordered our wings, I was happy with how quickly they came out, so props to the kitchen. The wings were actually plump and juicy and very meaty, and the sauces are generously applied. Great wings in my opinion! The TV's are everywhere and they have all of the packages and games, including the UFC fights.

TV's are always broken! If you want good bartenders and cold beer it is good....but hot food, tv's that work try another place. It is too bad because location is nice.

I'm not a big fan of bar food but B Dub can hit the spot on the right occasion (read: after too many drinks). This location used to be a Don Pablo's back in the day and while I'd trade the bar food for that white queso on any day, this spot is usually pretty packed, and as I found out a few months ago, THE SPOT to watch University of Kentucky basketball games. The service is usually sub-standard, but never unfriendly. I usually sit in the bar area and have watched Latifah go from server to trainer. Girlfriend is always on point and quick to correct any kitchen errors. On Thursdays they do LiveNation Trivia with Amanda M., one of the most dynamic women who I have ever met, and she needs no help drawing in a crowd when she's hosting. I recommend this place for when someone's got a wing craving or on Thursdays when you want to have some fun. There's always a ton of drink specials and sitting in the bar area is more entertaining than "family style" in the dining room. Sitting outside on the patio can provide a quieter atmosphere, but during the summer months I'd only venture out there at night.

Food is ok, customer service is the worst on the planet. Have been there about 5-7 times since it has opened and every single time there is some kind of issue with food, or wait time, getting drinks, so forth. Besides enjoying all the large TV's, not much else that is good here.

    (2)
  • Chad P.

The wings are still pretty good tho they have dropped off the service has progressively gotten worse been there once after waiting for an hour and our server forgot to even order our food no one came out to apologize never saw the manager when we order take out we always call ahead and our food is never ready even after 30 minutes and usually is wrong...

  • Matt M.

First off, I should say that I've never had a bad meal here. It's wings and bar food, and at that they do average. The service at this location is flat-out horrible! They have messed-up orders, forgotten us as a table, not brought out food or drinks, charged us incorrectly and argued the fact that they won't honor deals that they've made with our sports league. It finally got bad enough that we stopped going on Thursday nights. Do yourself a favor and head somewhere else for wings & bar grub.

    (2)
  • Ian V.

Food was good. That's about it. Wasn't greeted for at least five minutes and we were the only ones sitting in the bar area. Table was dirty and not wiped down. There was old, sticky breading all over the table. Placed drink and food order at the same time and got my food before I got my beer. Had to remind the server to get my beer, to wipe down the table and to give us silverware for boneless wings. Got a wing boat before silverware for boneless wings? C'mon man!

I'm a little surprised how bad the reviews are for this location. I will admit there are better wings to be had in other places in the area but all the BW's are about the same so you know what you're getting when you walk in. The wings are on the small side and the price is a bit steep. They have a good number of sauces, which are all very good. You can even buy a bottle of sauce to take home. The service is pretty good for the most part. There seems to be high turnover but again, I guess that's to be expected. Of course they have a billion TV's--very nice. They didn't carry the NHL package last season, which I thought was a little ridiculous for a "sports bar." The drink prices are also on the high side but they have some really good specials so you have to find out what's on special and stick to that. I wouldn't go to BW's just for the food, the food isn't good enough but if you have a big group of people and you want to go watch a game it's a pretty good spot.

Came here on Sat night with a Meet-up group. It was super loud, which was to be expected. It is after all a sports bar and the Magic were playing. :-) Ordered the medium wings, not sure who was the taste tester but these were not medium, they were hot! Also had the fried pickles, I love me some fried pickles but these just sucked. Not sure what the coating was, some type of breadcrumb cornmeal? blech! I can honestly say for the crowd we had the server was excellent. She had an awesome attitude and made sure we had what we wanted when we wanted it. The place is OK if you are a major sports fan and enjoy watching any games in an extremely loud atmosphere. Not a good place for a first date! just saying...

  • Ashley K.

Even if you walk into this restaurant when it's dead, don't expect super fast service. The wait staff wear jerseys of their favorite players during football season so you may get their attention faster if you shout the player's names. The wings are 'meh'. The queso and fries are pretty good. The salsa and chips are a huge cop out. The salsa is obviously from a can and the chips are from some off brand tortilla chip bag.

I went there with friends for lunch and the waitress was great and the wings were good. I like the different flavors available. I decided to come back that night with my wife and two young boys. The dining experience was different experience altogether. We was seated immediately. We requested a booster seat for my youngest child and after 10 minutes I had to go find one for myself. The actual server came five minutes after to let me know that he was my server and disappeared after that.

Great happy hour specials 4-7 and 11-close with $2 PBRS. Wing specials on tuesdays and thursdays. Despite these specials, the service is horrible. I ordered a drink at 10:00 and did not receive the almost nuke warm drink until 10:30 from the manager, who told me our server had left to go home (but never let us know she was leaving)

I can see how a big chain like BW3 can lead to some iffy experiences, but I had a good one. I think they are in the space that used to be a Don Pablo's. Came here for the first time a couple of months ago to watch a Magic game with some friends. We sat outside. The service was good and they had live music. The wings were solid and the apps we started with were good too. It wasn't anything crazy, just a good time at a sports bar. The place is huge and is great to watch sports with big groups of friends. They have a full bar and all the standards when it comes to beer. The prices are very reasonable too.

Okay seriously, let's be real about this for a minute: if it weren't for the massive amounts of TVs in this place on game day, no one would ever be here. Why? Their food is sub-par and their service, at least at this particular location is just awful. The last time I tried this place was for Thursday night football on 9/26. The first that went wrong is that we ordered 2 pitchers for our table, one Coors Light (yuck) and Bud Light. When the server brought out the pitchers, she didn't tell us which one was which, so we had to taste test to figure it out. Not too big a deal, but still, I would rather not have to drink any Coors Light at all, even to figure out which pitcher goes to which couple. The second thing that went wrong is that the server entered our order wrong. We asked for mild buffalo traditional wings and ended up with mild buffalo boneless wings (yuck again). Granted Thursday nights they run some kind of special on boneless wings, but when your customer takes the time to specifically point out that he/she wants TRADITIONAL, pay attention because one wing is NOT the same as the other. When she made her second attempt at getting us what we ordered, we got hot buffalo traditional wings. At that point I gave up. The wings were too saucy anyway, and they were luke warm, temperature wise. Also, one of the people with us ordered a quesadilla. When it came out she asked for some sour cream. The server brought out RANCH. When our friend opened it and realized what it was, the server was already gone and didn't return for over 20 minutes. So our friend sat eating her veggie tray of carrots and celery until our server decided to come back and check on us. I hate that there are no plates given to you when you get wings. I don't know, something about paying what I pay to eat there and have to do it in a cardboard container just bothers me for some reason. This was not my first time having an issue here, but the TVs just kept making me hope that the previous times I'd been there were the exception, not the rule. Turns out that good service and good food would be the exception, based on my forays into Buffalo Wild Wings. My suggestion? Go find a place that has a quarter the number of TVs with better wings/food and service. The TVs just aren't worth the disaster that is the rest of the experience.

    (1)
  • Matthew B.

I have been here several times and have usually found great to good service. The managers are always very friendly and available. I do find that some people have had bad reactions when they don't get their tv to their liking. I for one have come to understand that Sat in the south means College football. My one major complaint about this chain and Kers also is that they insist all their stores air all boxing matches and UFC fights with sound. So I don't go near any of these places on Sat nights. Besides that my kid and wife love the food and we are always treated well.

Somehow I've actually ended up here multiple times and I can't say that I've really ever been impressed. For some reason, Buffalo Wild Wings seemed far more appetizing when I was a poor college student. My most recent excursion there, this past Sunday to watch the Steelers game was really nothing to get my taste buds in a frenzy. I ordered a blackened chicken salad, potato wedges and the apple pie. Honestly, the best thing on the menu, I've discovered, is the potato wedges. They are yummy. Everything else, even the wings, are pretty much eh. Not horrible but not something to go out of your way for. But if you're looking for a place to crash for a couple hours to watch sports, this place isn't a bad choice. They have plenty of large screen TVs and seating room. And even with a full-house our service wasn't too bad. It was easy to get our waitresses attention which is impressive given how many people were packed into the joint. Other than sporting events, you won't catch me here. Not until there food becomes a bit more appetizing.

I cannot believe I forgot to Yelp this experience. It's the one place I will give a single star, to balance out my usual 4 and 5 (I have a tendency to only remember/review the places I love) But thank goodness I remembered. BW3 in Casselberry took the cake for the worst service ever. It was a slow night and I was there with two friends. We sat outside, ordered some drinks, and were pondering food. Well, we pondered for a long, long, long time. Because our server forgot about us. We saw him goofin' off, playin' around, chattin' it up with his friends who were at another table. Eventually he came back and took our order. We got wings and two salads. About 30 minutes later when the food came out, we were pretty pissed, needed our second beer (yeah, there that long, only got two, that's gotta say something for the service), but hey we were starving so we prepared to eat. Until we found the dreaded hair in the food. In a salad none the less. And it didn't look like anyone's at the table. Now, at this point we would have told our waiter, gotten our checks, and politely left. But noooo. Dude didn't come back to check on us. So finally I got up, took the salad to him where he stood by a computer laughing with other wait staff, and explained the hair. 15 minutes after THAT he came back and offered us something else. No thanks just checks please. So he popped right back over - with the other table's checks. And disappeared again (noticing a trend...?) Eventually we flagged him down, and after two more tries he FINALLY got the check right. I've never tipped someone so little in my life. Basically the entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish. Service to food to wait time for drinks. None of the other servers cared either. Despite the big TV's and large outside area, I will NEVER be back, and I suggest no one else go back either.

I have to say, this must be a great place to watch a game. The number of screens and size of the screens are awesome. I don't like to watch games I really care about in bars, because you often can't hear them, unless they're the main game. Just got regular wings, medium, and I do think this place was pretty expensive. 6 wings for a price I would normally pay for 10 in a smaller place, but hey free tv. My friend got cole slaw and she didn't really liked it, but she got lemon pepper wings and said they were good. My medium wings were a hot medium, so don't over order in temp. They run hot. So, final analysis, good place for watching games, wings are ok but menu is on the pricey side.

I guess BW3 sortof blows hot n cold...Firstly, I NEVER order steak in a fish restaurant and visa versa. So, whatdoya order in a chicken wing themed restaurant...right. I ordered the 24 wing platter. BW3 allows up to 4 flavors. We got the Caribbean Jerk, Teriyaki and ? I asked for Ranch and Blue and got a house special Newcastle pint. "Bailey" was our server and she checked with us no less than 6 times while we gorged ourselves on the pretty above-average wings...The Caribbean Jerk was excellent. We got plenty of napkins, drinks were filled and she was pleasant. Can't argue with that. Tab was $26

I've been to this restaurant 3 times & service has always been slow. The food is okay. The restaurant was empty for lunch. But for some reason food takes forever to come out. If you only have an hour lunch. Do not come to Buffalo Wild Wings.

Wings, Onion Rings and Fries cut into Circles. Very loud with lots of TVs (think sport bar). Service was OK, a little slow. Our first time and we were in the area looking for a place to eat. Since you can't hear the TV's over the noise, if they turned the volume off it would be a better. Wings were about med size and had a good taste.

The burger and wings were good; however, the chips were under-cooked. When I sent them back, management said that this was how they were supposed to be. Well, hell no they aren't.. This wasn't my first visit. Food was good. Service from waitress Kelsey was outstanding. Management's quality control and customer service sucked. Probably won't come back to this one.

I am perhaps old and crusty, but back when I was in college Buffalo Wild WIngs was a great wings place. Last time I went--to the new joint in Casselberry, no less!--I found that the sauces were uninspiring, my food arrived somewhat lukewarm at best, and the chicken fry thingies I was eating tasted of ashes and the folly of spent youth. That may have just been me, though. Ironically, given that the chicken fries were so bad, my buddy's buffalo shrimp were actually quite good. So I'd guess I can recommend it, but only if you avoid the chicken, which seems rather against the purpose.

All right, it's a nationwide chain -- so lower your expectations right away. With that said, of the chain "party restaurants" -- I'm talking Friday's, Chili's, Applebee's, etc. -- B-Dubs is the least worst of them. It's an undeniably great place to watch a game, with TVs everywhere including a massive projection screen behind the bar inside. This location also has an awesome late-night happy hour; from 11PM-2AM, $2 well drinks and $1 domestic beers. Not too shabby. I don't eat meat so if I order food here it's usually either nachos or a veggie burger, and both are adequate drunk food, but nothing that'll set the world on fire. The lady and I used to come here a lot when we lived in Altamonte Springs, and I imagine we still would if we hadn't moved.

Food was delicious, server was nice. However, we weren't greeted at the door and eventually sat ourselves. Food took and hour to come out even though the place was dead. Got boneless wings but no silverware.... Overall service was very poor. Don't recommend this location.

Good food, but spotty service and dirty tables everywhere on busy nights. Lots of kids-almost seems like a Chuck E Cheese. Employees screaming over the speakers outside in the patio area for contests.

Terrible. Really, truly terrible. It was 35 minutes to get the food. The fries were soggy, after a 35 minute wait! I called the manager over to explain that this was not going to cut it, and he blamed the server for entering the order after a long wait. He said he was working the kitchen and that all orders were coming right out. I explained that the table adjacent to us had complained about the length of time to get their food as well, and he sort of made it sound like that was also the server's issue. He did offer to replace the fries, but I just wanted to get out. He also offered free drinks or something, but I promised him I wouldn't be back. When the server brought the check, it showed a time of 1:04, a minute or two after we ordered. The food arrived closer to 1:40. I told the host at the front door and showed her the ticket because I sensed the server was getting thrown under the bus. They have serious issues there.

Good service at the bar during NBA finals. However, the boneless wings did not have sufficient sauce. The blue cheese tasted like mayo. The carrots were rubbery and probably in storage for a week. This is not what you expect in terms of quality and consistency from a restaurant chain like this.

This location used to be the old Don Pablos. This is a great place to come and watch any kind of game your wanting to see. They have huge big screen tv's and trivia!!! YES!! The wings are always good to have and a pretty good selection on draft beer.

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings around midnight and had one of my worsts experience. The restaurant wasn't very busy but the waitress was very slow at taking our order. However, she was timely on getting our drink order. The food took about twenty five minutes to come out even though they were slow. I would be more sympathetic if they were busy and understand that food would be delayed but they weren't busy at all. I would not recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings unless they start to correct some serious issues. On the bright side the food was good.

Meh. The sauces are good and the atmosphere is fun but the food is mediocre and overpriced. $10 for 6 tiny overcooked grilled pieces of chicken? It's OK in a crunch and better than Hooters (food-wise).

Decent selection of draughts, typical sports bar menu. The service is average, food is pretty good and consistent. I'm here to eat the UFC pay per view as is most of the crowd.

Ate here last night, we were with a large group of families. Service was excellent. The food, horrendous. 1 kid ran to the bathroom right after dinner. I would say order anything but the wings.

Went there with some friends.. I owed them dinner so I picked up their check.. We had a coupon for 6 free wings.. I think we dropped like 70 or 80 dollars on beer n wings.. I went home n looked at the check n they didn't take out the 5 or 6 dollars off the check.. Called and they said a manager will call me back.. Is been like a month.. I don't think he is calling me back

Lousy, lousy service - with so many big screen/wings/sports bar options in this neck of the woods, and only so many ways to fry a chicken wing, service now becomes as important to the quality of the experience as the size and variety of the tv's and the quality of the food. Service is sorely lacking at this BW3. We thought it so odd to walk in to a 1/3 full sports bar at 1:30pm on a perfect October college football Saturday. Within 45 minutes we had our answer - the glaring lack of service here screams out for a complete and total management makeover. Clearly the locals have voted with their checkbook by avoiding this place like last month's stale beer. Our server Josie was gone for such long stretches we thought she might have quit and gone home. The food is average at best; portions are miniscule; prices for both food and drink are inflated; the whole place smacks of a tourist trap better suited locale-wise for the poor visitors and schmucks who inhabit I-Drive when visiting the Mouse House. The blatant mis-management of this place as represented by such poor service means the owners are either absent, clueless, or maybe it's a laundromat for ill-gotten gains. As Mr. T might say: "Pity the fool" who goes back to this place a second time - don't bother; drive 10 minutes west to Altamonte Ale House - don't say you were not warned. Did I mention the lousy service?

I've been here on several occasions mostly out of convenience or along with someone else who wishes to eat at BWW. The food is the worst, the service stinks. If you like sports they have a lot of TV's but the quality restaurant feel and service side of this business is nonexistent. I too had found a hair in my food there once but didn't bother to complain as it was right on par with my expectations of the place.

I decided to come here on a Thurs night after work for their 60 cent boneless wing night. Very good deal. Everything was delicious. The place is very very loud due to people watching sports. Thats not a problem. Its what you come here for. Sports, beer, good company and there you go.... What I do have a problem with is how they charge you for EVERY cup of Ranch of Blue Cheese that you get. I ordered 12 boneless wings and they gave me 1 cup of blue cheese (it wasnt even filled, only half way) and I got charged for it. My boyfriend had some wings and he got charged for the half cup of ranch he had. They could at least give you the first one or two free then begin charging. They charge right out of the gate. What kind of -ish is this? I like to drown my wings in ranch or blue cheese and they tellin me I get charged per cup? 60 cents may not be much at first but if you use alot, it can add up very quickly. As for their drinks they need to get a new bartender because all of the ones I had were watery. Who knows maybe it was just that night I went. I want a place who doesn't charge me for half cups of dipping sauce. Don't get me wrong, BWW had good food but they just running out. I understand saving on certain things but dang is it that bad where you have to charge for that? What next a charge for a refill of water?? Come on....

Our visit was average. The location was clean and both the host and the server were friendly and polite. Our server was very good at keeping our glasses refilled, and the food tasted about the same as it does at every other BWW!

So, on our quest to find good wings, of course we had to give Buffalo Wild Wings a shot. It's in their Name for goodness sake! Sad to say we won't be returning for the wings any time soon, or ever probably haha... But... there were some pluses for the night. 1. We were pleasantly surprised that we happened to come on a Wed. Kids eat for $.99 from 4-8pm. That includes a drink. 2. Although from a mix, they have $2 Long Island Iced Teas. I could see that doing some damage if you're there watching a game w friends or something ... 3. You can play the app SCVNGR while there. Great way to entertain the kids and yourself while waiting for your food. 4. Buzz time trivia. Fun for the whole family :) Overall, the food was OK, the service was a tad bit better, but it did take forever for our food to come out considering there were maybe ten people in the joint... Would I go here again??? hmmm... probably not.

How is this place still in business? I've dined in and taken out. The atmosphere is good for tv's and beer but big box and un-unique. The food is awful. Soooo processed I can't eat it even after drinks. Service is ok.

I felt obligated to take some time to leave a review, and it is NOT positive. I used to come to this location every day when they first opened, because I can walk here in less than 5 minutes. I am now sad to say I will probably never go back (until it is bought out by someone else). Most of the Casselberry 'locals' avoid this place primarily for the reasons I'm sharing below: Buzztime Trivia - The staff does NOT care about the Buzztime patrons, period. Boxes are scarce and rarely charged up, EVEN if you are there by say, 5PM. Worst location I have ever seen for availability and serviceability of the game boxes, and I have played at MANY locations across the country over the past 10 years or so. Food - Awful. Consistently bad. The main reason why I have totally given up on the place. Over-priced, poor quality, and they purposely send out bad food; either sending it out cold or trying to disguise it if it is burned. I guess they hope people are too buzzed to notice and won't complain. Wings are small and probably the worst deal you will find in the area. Green Parrot, Friendly Confines, and Holly & Dolly's are just 3 alternatives within a couple of miles of this place where the price is comparable but wings are 100% better. Staff - Very nice, but extremely high turnover. Like most BWWs, the managers are probably early 20s, and just don't seem to have adequate experience to understand the importance of quality and/or customer service. Positive feedback- TVs. Best layout for a sports bar I have ever seen, and I have been to hundreds of them. Also, there is an outside bar that is great for the smokers. Unfortunately, all of the negative aspects override the positives, and this place will continue to just be a hang-out for the friends of the staff that work there. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone, unless you are just going for beer ONLY, and to watch a game. I wish I could buy this place, fire the management, and change the menu and cooks.

Decent food, loud atmosphere. Nothing to write home about but it hits the spot when you want to watch a game, have a beer, and not talk to the people you are with. It's your typical Hooters/Winghouse fanfare type of place. Waitresses aren't dressed as provocative, but are as helpful. The reason I keep coming back to this place is the sauce variety for the wings. With flavors like Mango Habanero and Honey Barbecue, they have a nose above the wing competition. One more unique thing about BWW, is the live trivia gaming! Any time of day, you and your buddies can duke it out over live network trivia. Being a trivia junkie, this alone makes me very forgiving and willing to over look any other shortcomings this place may have.

The food was great I had two different flavors of wings Hot Barbecue and Mild. The Hot BBQ wings were the best. With Hot BBQ you get the best of both worlds hot wings with a tangy barbecue taste. The mild wings were also good but If I were to order again I would get the hot. I also had a order of onion rings which were good except the dipping sauce they came with spilled all over the onion rings and I think dipping sauce is disgusting (it is some kind of thousand island dressing.) The reason I only gave this 2 stars was because of the service. The waitress took almost 15 minutes to come take the order. Then we sat there for 45 minutes waiting for our order to come to the table. Good service goes along way and Buffalo Wild Wings in Casselberry fell short of providing good service.

First, I should disclose my hometown as Buffalo, NY. Yes, I have had many wings over the years during pilgrimages back to "wing Mecca", including my favorite haunts (Duff's, Gabriels Gate, etc). That being said, Buffalo Wild Wings has established itself as the McDonald's of wing joints. Granted, they've given the wing-o-seur some interesting flavors to choose from, but this is not the place to go if you want the real deal. I've visited our local branch of BWW here in Orlando many times over the past year, mostly for convenience (they're open until 2am). The store I visit is on SR436 in Casselberry, east of I-4. The atmosphere is sports bar, and there are ample choices if you're looking for your game. Weekends during football season the place is jammed. Service can be inconsistent, especially at the outside patio. As for the wings themselves, generally they're smaller than their northern counterparts, and of lesser quality. How? It seems as if BWW isn't buying the best of the lot when it comes to wings, and I guess when you push out that many, it's a business decision. Besides, how many customers really know better? The sauces are creative (i like the dry rub ' Desert Heat '), but the main 'Buffalo' sauces don't hit the mark with the versions we have back in WNY (that's Western New York, describing Buffalo, Rochester and surroundings). Overall, if you're looking for a place to catch the game and enjoy a few wings, BWW is serviceable. Out of the ordinary? No.

I love this BWW. I always get the Asian spicy boneless wings (font remember the exact name) and my fiance gets the honey bbq boneless wings. We are never disappointed with the food we receive. Rachel is an amazing waitress. She is the most courteous and professional waitress that you could ask for.

Really? How hard is it to toss tenders in the sauce like the wings...other BWW toss them but not this one....so that's enough to get 3 stars

This place wasn't great . They were out of draft beers we wanted and the service was very slow. Took forever for our food
