The family had a great waitress at IHOP today named Tanesha (sp) She was very professional and knew to tell us they had Pepsi not Coke products. She was fast and and took care of us very well. My wife was her usual picky eater and didn't eat much but she eats does that. Thanks to you Tanesha. Great job

One of the better IHOP's that I have eaten at. The watier was really good and refilled our drinks without having to ask him even once. He brought out the food in a timely manner and he was very friendly. Also, only waiting five minutes on a Sunday morning was pretty incredible! If I am in this area agan and in the mood for this type of food, I would definitely go back here.

IHOP. They serve breakfast...ALL DAY!! I am a FAN of breakfast. This one is one of the cleaner IHOP's I have been to. We were seated immediatley and our orders taken promptly after that. All our food came out fresh and hot, everyone enjoyed what they ordered.

Strangely this is my favorite place for breakfast on the weekends. I say strangely cause i have tried a few breakfast places around town and they just don't live up to my expectations. Maybe cause i expect more out of them for the reputation... anyways on to the ihop.... i love their selection of breakfast foods. plus the fact that they always allow me to substitute a healthier option like turkey bacon or harvest grain pancakes. Everything is always served the way you ordered it and HOT. Which is nice considering i like to complicate my orders. One of the best things is the amount of food for the price... i always end up taking my pancakes home since i never make it past the hash browns and eggs in my combo meal. Finally the staff is always nice, welcoming and attentive. All in all i look forward to the weekends we go here for breakfast... now i might have to go tomorrow since it is saturday :)

The NY Cheesecake pancakes became my fav! For me, Ihop is one of those places that I go to satisfy some breakfast craving at any time of the day. And it seems to always hit the spot. Unfortunately, they are always in this lil' divey type of restaurant that makes one a bit weary of entering. But once inside, the menu unfolds to whatever meal you could possibly crave. Have yet to be disappointed with the food.

Not bad. I had a bacon and cheese omelet and hash browns. Side of toast. Service was good. Kept the coffee cup filled. I also like their harvest nut and grain pancakes there. This IHOP on Lee Road is my favorite.

I usually go to the one in Sanford by Walmart on 17-92 but we had terrible service the last 2 times we were there, so we decided to try another IHOP, so we went to the one in Casselberry and I am sooooo glad we did. Robert our waiter was great. It was busy but everyone there kept a good flow. And let me say I tried a burger there for the first time that day and it was one of the BEST burgers I have had, I had the bacon and egg burger and it was delish, yum! My husband had his favorite, sirloin tips and eggs (seasoned to perfection, no A1 needed). The IHOP in casselberry more then made up for all the bad services we had at the one in sanford, kudos! Will definitely be going back!

i haven't been to an IHOP in over 2 yrs - and coming back from the longest fight from Miami (BTW hate that airport) we where so hungry i just could not wait to get home and eat-- we stopped for some breakfast and let me tell you - LOVED IT - the presentation was amazing very clean - you can tell the cook took pride in his work and food was so good - i had the new lite menu spinach, mushroom and tomato omelet and my hubby had the new breakfast sandwich... so good - will go back again -- yummy *** PS my hubby works @ Perkins and let me tell you - they got run for their money -- THIS LOC VERY GOOD - GOOD CLEAN FOOD FRIENDLY SERVICE

If you are a vegetarian, you know that the choices are often very limited in chain restaurants like this. I used to like their spaghetti and marinara sauce for many years, but that is no longer on the menu, unfortunately. I recently tried their quesadilla without the chicken. I ordered it with sauteed mushrooms peppers and onions and it was very good! I'll get it again when my family decides to go there for the next family breakfast! Service was great even though it was very busy. They served our food quickly and were very friendly.

Came back to Ihop a couple of weeks ago a and had there pancakes with an egg crepe and it was all delicious, the crepes had egg with ham and cheese and the portion was huge plus two fresh pancakes with pecan syrup...it felt like I died and went to heaven. To drink I was tired of soda and just plain water so I ordered one of there new tropical drinks and it was delicious so good I had to have refills. Over all the god was great the service was awesome and my friends this location deserves 5 plus stars. I have not had a bad experience and have been coming here for years. Ihop is where it is at.

Worst experience I've ever had! I've been to IHOP before- but never one like this. My boyfriend and I pulled up looking for a bright and cheerful IHOP atmosphere; disappointment number one. Upon walking in we were sat at a booth that had discoloration all over the table and all the tables and booths surrounding us were beyond uncomfortably close. I brushed those things off; after all, we were there for breakfast, not to critique the atmosphere. I asked the server what she suggested- and she responded with steak and eggs. Since I don't like eggs out server was happy to replace my eggs with extra hash browns. My boyfriend ordered biscuits and gravy with over easy eggs. We also got an appetizer to split. The app came out relatively quickly and was very good (all fried food) and we were excited when we saw a new server coming with out food. However after fighting to cut through my "medium-rare" (more like medium-well) steak through all the fat, I found myself completely unable to eat it. My steak was mushy. The outside was soft and completely saturated in grease. However, my potatoes and pancakes were very good. My boyfriend's meal, on the other hand, left much to be desired. His biscuits were practically raw and his eggs looked more sunny-side than over-easy. He ate less than half and we decided to patiently wait for our server (we had no clue which woman even was our server) to return. Upon her arrival, she dropped off the check and never even bothered to look at us. We waited until she returned a second time to receive payment and we mentioned our problems politely. She took our plates and said she would figure out what she could do. Minutes later she returned with an altered check- with a measly 20% discount. I've worked in restaurants and food service for years, and between the switch of servers, less than impressive interior, poor serving (we were never checked on), the poor quality of food and the unwillingness to accommodate us properly, we had a terrible experience. And that's before my boyfriend got sick due to the undercooked dough. A terrible experience overall.
