The pizza is undoubtedly one of the best in Delaware. A lot of restaurants are going to a thicker, more fast-food style pizza. My family and I have ordered pizza from there ever since the original owner opened. If you want a thin, and crispy crust Sciarrinos is the place to be. Not to mention their cheesesteaks and chicken parm sandwich are to die for and the portions are enough to share or have for the next day.

Really good white and red square pizza. Their Sicilian pie is probably the only authentic Sicilian-style pizza I've actually come across -- loads of thick, chunky tomato sauce in a deep crust with a conservative sprinkling of parmesan (no mozzarella). If they would just cut back on the black pepper in the sauce I'd give them five stars. Nonetheless, they get four from me simply for offering something that I can't seem to find anywhere else.

I like the pizza here. Stands out nicely amongst the vast array of "hole-in-the-wall" pizzerias in the area. Nothing too gourmet BUT Sciarrino's gets the dough consistency right which in my opinion is very much the key to a great pie! Slices are usually cut big and have that great thin crunchy crust layer underneath when they come out of the oven. With a slight crimp of the crust most slice can support themselves without flopping over. However, too many toppings can take their toll on those fine boardwalk-style features so beware (natural oils and moisture's of toppings can make pizza soggy!) Just an average take-out/delivery joint with a few booths and really good PIZZA!

Had pizza and a salad- both were winners! The pizza was thin crust style, with sauce that was flavorful and perfectly-melted cheese. I know pizza love is in the the eye of the beholder, but I would consider their pizza pretty close to perfection. More of a takeout than an eat-in place, but my order was prompt and service was polite.

Fantastic pizza for DE. Wings are very good as well. This is our go-to place for family pizza night! They got Sarcone's bread for catering gigs as well which is a definite plus!

Get the breaded wings and dipping sauces!

OK. Seriously. I'm a major pizza snob having grown up in northern NJ where there's a Mom & Pop pizza shop on every corner. I've been looking for the pizza of my childhood ever since I moved away from NJ in '94, and Buono's in Mesa Arizona came close, as does Mazzella's on Philly Pike in Wilmington, but HOLY CRAP, this place wins hands down. This is our first time ordering from here... got a 16" 1/2 plain 1/2 sausage pie, and SWEET LAWD I took a bite and jumped around my kitchen in this odd spontaneous interpretive dance out of nowhere. It was that good. Also ordered a caesar salad and it's simple, fresh and tasty. Honey, I think we just found our pizza place. (PS: No, I'm not stoned.)

We were in the mood for pizza last night but we wanted to try something other then same pizza places. Hubby suggested we try Sciarrinos. I called asked about their specials. We decided on the special that included an 18 inch cheese pizza and 10 wings for around $21. We paid extra for pepperoni and mushroom. They said it should be here in 30-45 minutes. They were here in under 30. The pizza was delicious and and the slices were big. My hubby is from New York and he was like this pizza reminds me of the pizza back home. He loved it. But what we were surprised by the most was the wings. Hubby loves wings and he almost always orders them when we go somewhere. Most places the wings are on the small side, two bites and they are gone. But the wings we got last were huge. But not only were they big they were really good. The only negative thing I can say about our experience was the temperature of the pizza. I did read in the reviews people complained about the pizza being delivered lukewarm. Ours wasn't as hot as I would have liked it but was still good. Our bill with delivery and tip came to $29.50 could have probably saved $5 if we would have picked it up. A little more then I like to spend on pizza but it was worth it. We will definitely order from Sciarrinos again.

I was really loving Sciarrinos especially their 12foot corned beef hoagie which was so lean and flavorful. Then I got one that seemed like it was made with all gristle and scrap pieces. I literally went through the sandwich and removed all the gristle. Still ordered another hoagie and politely asked if the meat could be lean (like they advertise) and was met with a dead pause and then a ".......uh yeah.....okay". Went to pick up my order and was met with cold stares. Guess they didn't take to kindly to my request. Haven't been back since. Now I get my fix at Olympia downtown.

If your website says you deliver to Wilmington, then deliver to Wilmington. I live in the Riverfront area and believe me, we need more restaurants to deliver to where we are. In the meantime, fix your website. It should say "Wilmington EXCEPT for the Riverfront".

They used to have the best Chicken Cesaer salad but recently they have increased the price and reduced the meat and lettuce. The meat does not have its regular good flavor. Please go back to the original chicken!

This is a small business and it won't impress a date but the pizza is good and not to expensive. The pizza or steak sandwich or calzone are worth it.

The family and I were in the area from Cali and based on the reviews, we ordered 2 pizzas from Sciarrinos. Great flavor! Kids got a Meatball Sicilian and I ordered an Eggplant Parmigiano Pizza. We were all pleased. Customer service was decent. We ordered carry-out, so can not speak on the atmosphere. Price was decent for the amount of food. Would order from here again.

All their pizza is amazing!!! Boardwalk style, Sicilian, or tomato pie. My parents have to have it every time they visit. We also love the parmigiana dinners, cheese fries, and cheesesteaks. Finally some good pizza delivery in Wilmington... I was starting to think Delaware is pizza challenged.

Great food most of the time. They are a little $$$ but over all I enjoyed there food. But the fries are not good. Would love some good fries and better cheese for the cheese fries. Try the meat ball grinder oh my god it's the best I ever had

Really good! The cheese steak could be better but the pizza is amazing. The girls that work at the front answering the phone and ringing you up, never smile or make small talk and are difficult to understand on the phone as they don't annunciate. They never know classics ways to order like, "everything sweet." but the one guy who is always there helps out and is nice. The location is convenient, so I continue to go, but if I don't feel like dealing with the person ringing me up, I go somewhere else.

Just visited the Sciarrino's in Aston because it was closer than this one and it was the biggest mistake of my life. Every time I order from this location on Carpenter Station Rd, the food is EXCELLENT and so is the service. The one in Aston is utterly horrible and I will now always make the drive to this one instead!

Excellent pizza. I ordered a half plain , half pepperoni and it was delicious. Thin crust, perfect amount of cheese and sauce. This is my new go to pizza place.

Sciarrino's tomato pies are the best I've tried in the North Wilmington area.

Good, fresh, thin crust pizza that is crispy on the bottom and not overworked and chewy. I always get their pizza because it's just so damn good, but last week, I ordered a cheese steak. I'm picky about a cheese steak, and to my surprise, they got this right, too! Generous amount of both meat and gooey, melty cheese. The roll made it (Sarcone's?). Just a big ol' cheese steak the way they were meant to be made. The only thing missing was some long, Italian hots, then it would have been perfection! They have a HUGE menu so there's bound to be something for every taste. For me, there's no reason to order anything other than the pizza or steaks, because they are on the money, but if you do want something different, they have it.

My wife and I recently moved into the area and decided to try a local pizza place on a Saturday night. We ordered the house special pizza without mushrooms or meatballs. We were told that it would take 30-45 minutes for our pizza to arrive. However, it took just over an hour for our doorbell to finally ring. A glance at the receipt revealed that we had been charged an extra $2.00 for meatball removal. They charged us extra money to give us less ingredients. I'm no business expert but that didn't make a lot of sense to me. We opened the box to find a lukewarm pizza - with several mushrooms on it. In the end, the pizza was OK. Definitely nothing special. As far as I'm concerned, if you're going to charge me well over $20 for a single pizza, including an extra charge for taking a topping off, the end product better be something special. This pizza fell well short. Save some money and call Papa John's.

We love their pizza. They clearly make their own dough. The sandwiches and sides are also great. They're always friendly and deliveries come quickly. We usually order their white pizza or a sausage pie. Skip the chains and support the local guys. You'll be glad you did.

Really really really bad pizza. Ordered a a white cheese pizza with spinach. Received dough, a slight amount of tomato sauce and lots of spinach. NO CHEESE AT ALL. Blegh, completely indelible.

We had a parm, meatball sandwich, pizza, and Philly cheesesteak. It was all awesome. Owner is great guy and knows how to elicit a smile. I would go back and send friends. The flavor is exactly what I was looking for in the Philly area....even though this is Delaware! We are from Texas. Here for some hockey.

This is the best pizza place in the area. I still prefer Grotto's, but the closest one is Concord Pike so this place gets all my delivery business. I'd rate their Pizza a 4.5. The delivery is usually fast and the drivers are always super friendly. The only reason I'm giving this place a 4 is that the wings are terrible. Some of the worst I've ever had, and I've had them everywhere. Strange since the pizza is top quality.
