Food was very good. We had the pancakes, French toast, bacon, and scrapple it was all very good and reasonably priced. However, the server was not the friendliest. I've lived here for about 8 months now and disappointed I haven't tried it before. Will return.

Food - came here with my mom and we ordered the same thing, a gyro omelet (Greek diner?). I really enjoyed the omelet with its feta cheese, lamb & veggies and also liked the potatoes that were nice and salty. My mom thought the food was too greasy. Service - the restaurant was half full but service was slow and the server not terribly friendly. Seemed preoccupied with personal matters and workplace conversation.

Awesome friendly staff. Best scrapple I ever had, perfectly cooked eggs to order, cinnamon French Toast..... Life doesn't get any better. They even had fresh house made cinnamon buns... Yum Definitely a little hole in the wall, but quick service makes it all work.

Just moved into the neighborhood and discovered this gem. We had breakfast and were happy to scarf down made to order, fresh food. The menu has a decent selection without being overwhelming and the prices are very reasonable. I plan to make this my go-to place for breakfast

Pretty good, cash only* we didn't know that, but they had an ATM. Very nice, quick service. I enjoyed my bacon, egg and cheese omelet. The food was greasy, but delicious. Traditional diner. Two people was $28.00

Kozy Korner is a neighborhood place where everyone knows your name. It's clean, has friendly staff and provides a very good, old fashioned breakfast - no new age stuff here.

The kozy korner is a delicious Breakfest place. If you want great food come to the Kozy Korner. The omelets are very good. Also the breakfast sandwiches are very good. My personal favorite is a Sausge, egg and cheese on white toast. The Kozy Korner has a great price for the food it gives you. Also I recommend the Home fries. If your in the Area go to the Kozy Korner for a Kozy meal. food is great enough said.

Great food and great service. It's a good, small place for a quick bite. Do make sure you bring cash or a debit card though.

We had a friend in town who wanted to go to a diner for breakfast - I wanted to try something new...So I searched around Yelp and had it narrowed down to Kozy Korner or somewhere else due to the reviews. This one was closer to home so it won...somewhat unfortunately. Our waitress was super sweet but the food, and the prices left a lot to be desired. Honestly I shook my head the entire meal wondering how it got such high reviews...and then even more so when the check arrived. All in all not a bad experience, but not one I'll repeat or recommend.

Check your pretentiousness at the door because this great spoon Greek diner doesn't care where you went to high school in Delaware. The food and service is no frills, no bullshit and exactly what I want in a local breakfast option.

This place has been here forever, I remember my mom taking me here as a kid. If you want a cheap, fast breakfast this is the place. I had the Greek omelet when I was there and even though it had no spinach it was still good. I don't drink, but if I did I would be at this place for my hangover cure every weekend.

Two breakfast entrees (eggs, toast, and potatoes) for about $3 each? Word. Hungover, in Wilmington DE, and looking for a Diner to get you by? This place knows how to do it. Small place and it definitely is cozy. Make sure you got some greeenbacks in your pocket as this place is cash only.

Was driving around Wilmington looking for a place to grab a quick breakfast/lunch. I was trying to find a place that was "very Very Delaware" Considering I had no idea what that really meant and still do not, I think that I made an excellent decision by choosing The Kozy Korner. By NYC diner standards, the Kozy Korner is pretty standard. Maybe people love this place because it is the only diner type establishment around, maybe they like it because of the food, but this type of restaurant most likely garners local popularity due to repetition and reflex- also known as the scrapple effect. Scrapple is a food that is served here along side or in lieu of bacon or ham. It is not good- people just like it because they have had it since birth-yes birth, because if at any other time it was the first time one tasted scrapple, one would not like scrapple and choose to not eat it again. So the scrapple effect is when a place or food is appreciated not necessarily because of quality or taste but rather because of the feeling of the experience- that is Kozy Korner. I did not say it wasn't worth trying- but its nothing too crazy. Also the prices seemed high for this area of the country AND the orange juice glass resembled a coke can in the hands of George Muresan (it was very small)

Worst chipped beef ever!! The portion was tiny- it only covered 1 piece of toast. I guess that I didn't order the right thing. The other members of my party ordered eggs & French toast- they enjoyed their breakfasts. The moral of the story is forget about the chipped beef. It's not good for you anyway... The waitress was nasty but maybe that's the charm of this centuries old diner.

one of the best places around.....great food, good prices and wonderful staff. If I could, I would move my kitchen there and never have to cook again! Just wish they were open for dinner and I could pretty much do that :)

Great little (and I mean little) rowhouse diner. Great service strong coffee. Local crowd. Food is standard don't expect gourmet omelets. Standard eggs and homefries.

Pancakes tasted funny. Chipped beef was in yellow, clumpy gravy. Eggs and bacon looked totally unappetizing. Not good, even for the low price.
