My mom had a buy-one-get-one-half off coupon and wanted to eat here so we did. I was nervous about eating here since the reviews didn't look so great, but If mom wants it, mom gets it. Turns out, it was just fine. She and my fiancé had hibachi and it seemed like standard hibachi. They liked it. I got the all you can eat sushi. It was a great deal. I mean, it wasn't the best sushi ever, but it was a lot of food.

Used to go to the same chain that was at Wilmington location that would be 5 out of 5 stars. This location was subpar. Being a semi sushi-connoisseur, this location was a disappointment. Don't get me wrong, the service was acceptable: friendly, fast, accommodating. But the actual sushi was just OKAY. Many of the rolls were made with the wrong fish as in the Philly Roll using crab instead of salmon and some others just flat out being wrong. And when asking about the proper fish being used, I was told that I was incorrect when a quick google search, reaffirmed my correct use of fish. This location has a fine atmosphere but be wary of the selection. Substituting cheaper fish is not acceptable.

Had a great dinner. I ordered the Salmon and Scallops. The Scallops were fairly large and a little tough. I wouldn't order them again, I prefer the smaller ones. But everything else was delicious. Met some great people at our table. A Great night.

The service and food was the worst I have had at any hibachi restaurant and restaurant in general. We waited an hour from the time we were seating for dinner to start being prepared and on top of the waited another half hour for the checks even after asking 3 other employees for our waiter to come give us checks. From the time we sat down from to the time we finally got checks, we had been at the restaurant for 2 hours! Wtf! The food was also terrible. The fried rice had no flavor, the salad dressing was so heavy and creamy it basically looked like mayo, and the filet mignon was so drenched in sauce that you would never know it was a high quality meat. The meat was equivalent in quality in something I'd expect from fast food. Worst place I have ever gone to, avoid at all costs.

Went here for AYCE sushi. It was pricey for the quality. Sushi was mostly rice packed and not good rice at that. There fried chicken wings were the only good thing there. If you are in the mood for sushi don't go here!

We came here not wanting hibachi, so was directed to the sushi bar room. The waitress we had was very friendly and helpful as we wanted the endless sushi, she was describing if it was worth it if one of us got the endless sushi because it was, I'm pretty sure $24.50 a person. Basically if you are going to order less than 3 orders of sushi, it's not worth it and it would be best to get everything individually. Though, it turned out that we all go the endless sushi... I got the tempura shrimp and it was just okay... tempura is supposed to be flaky and not heavy at all, but on this tempura it seemed like it was covered in batter... almost like eating a hot dog, but instead it was shrimp. The sushi was very good! The size of the sushi was very large to ones I have seen before. We also go the house salad with some of their dressing and it was delicious. The dressing tasted like the Japanese mayonnaise they used when I was in Japan. (Just surprised they did that) The bathroom's were not that clean, saw some dried up pee on the floor, the top of the stall walls were extremely dusty, and behind the door to go in and out of the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. They seem to prop it open for some reason, and when I went to the bathroom my mom came along with me and she didn't feel comfortable with the door open. So I closed it, and once we came out, a man was standing there, almost waiting for us to get out and opened the door back up... Not sure why they always keep the bathroom door open... The carpet definitely needs to be replaced (not saying that it's really dirty, but it seems like the style was back in the 80s) The experience overall was between okay and good...

Call ahead! Second time we went there 30 min to 1 hour before and they said they were closing when we walk in. BAD BAD BUSINESS! Never going back.

The food and salad dressing are always delicious. However, the chefs are boring and are not very active here like at some places. If I am going to spend this kind of money for chicken, I would like a good performance. It was rather boring.

I went there before reading the reviews. I'm Sooo glad I did. My group had steak n shrimp mostly, and chicken with shrimp. Everything including my Long Island Ice Tea was great. I surely will return again in a few weeks!

Average at best. Not worth the price. The chef was awesome but it's over priced and just not that good.

My son brought me here for lunch as I had never been before. We sat at a hibachi table with another family. It was a lot of fun, and I missed every single one of the shrimp that the chef threw to me!

We always come here for all-you-can-eat sushi. The staff in the sushi room is very welcoming, and they consistently make great food. We've been to the other locations, but we always drive out of our way to come to this one.

This was my second visit to the restaurant for a friend's birthday this past Saturday. It was not busy and we did all you can eat sushi. The server gave us the check list to mark off the sushi we wanted. The sushi chefs decided to pick and choose which rolls we will receive. The server told us that since we marked off more than 4 rolls on each paper we won't receive all of them because customers were known to not finish it all. We understood that but a head's up would have worked. We were on our second round of ordering. We limited our list to four items and only received half of the rolls. Uh ok...we were highly disappointed in the chefs. We will not return for another visit.

Price of all you can eat sushi is good but I'm very disappointed in the way they take the order I checked off 7 rolls of sushi and only 4 appeared on my dish, I waited after I cleaned my plate. The server came back and asked if I wanted to order more. I told the server I only received 4 rolls. She told us the bar was busy so they pick and choose what was going on my plate. We had a party of six and each of us ordered some same and alot of different rolls. Now why would you put the same rolls on everyone's plate, I'm not coming back here just put in my second order I chose 4 things hope it's all on my plate

I like this place, however there are a few things that could be better. First off, the food is never really warm, so I almost always have to go to the hibachi grill part of the store, where the guy cooks your food for you. The problem with that is that no one is even there 1/2 the time! Even if someone is there, they have an " I don't care" attitude sometimes. The hostesses are nice but, there are a lot of them. Sometimes they just stand there staring at you, other times they just rush you a lot. Lastly, the floor could be cleaner. Great place, just could be better

I read the previous reviews before going and I have to admit, they were misleading. I haven't been here in about 3 or 4 years, and yes, they did change the way the AYCE Sushi is served. They used to put it all on a buffet cart and you helped yourself. But now you have to order it on paper. According to the previous reviews, they never give you all you asked for. Well I can tell you that I got everything I ordered. And it was great. Sure they might limit you to 4 or 5 items per serving tray, but each item comes with 6 to 8 pieces per order on the sushi roll menu. So my first tray had 24 pieces, my second tray had 22. That's not including the house salad which has an awesome Japanese dressing on top and some edamame beans. Let's just say I got pretty full on some delicious sushi. My only reason for not giving them 5 stars is that the waitress was kind of grumpy while serving us and as soon as someone she knew came in, she was all happy, but only towards them. So if it weren't for her, they would have gotten 5 stars from me.
