Good food and good service. Great place to watch a game. TVs everywhere. Nice clean restaurant and friendly staff.

I usually have really great service but tonight was horrible, I tried to get a table and it was really packed due to fight night, myself and my two friends tried to ask the manger Luke L. could we sit with a guy who was at a four chair table alone could we sit with him the gentleman had already agreed. Luke started off very aggressively stating he had better things to do we told him we knew the guy and would be ordering other things he stated " this is a neighborhood and everybody knows somebody" usually a comment like that would not bother me but I am not from " this neighborhood" and the tone in his voice was very demeaning. There was another young lady walking out and said she would be right back with three people but that seemed to be no problem although she was at a full table and had taken chairs from other tables for her extra guest. I wish I was able to leave negative stars but had to leave one. Nothing against BBW but Luke was very rude and hostile for no reason I will leave the other negative comments he made out of the review because it is way to long already. Hopefully you will find better mangers for your stores signed a very dissatisfied customer.

What can I say the few times that I have been here, I've been more disappointed every time. The service is not the best, waiters and waitresses are not polite in anyway. I personally feel like they get irritated by any questions you might have that is out of the normal questions they get. The food taste good but I can't say I would recommend anything in particular. The wings are average and that is their main staple. The downside side is the portion size, it is almost painful to look at. ( I will be the first to admit that I'm not a sports bar kind of person so I don't know if all sports bars give you such small servings.) The best thing about this place is that the viewing angles are all pretty good.

Excellent food and excellent service. Check out the Buffalo wild wings shrimp basket with fries with a side of coleslaw. It' a winner!

Went to order take out wings and fries and the girl at the counter named Rachel was on her phone and seemed to have a complete attitude which made interrupting her to ask for my food awkward almost wanted to run to McDonald's whether then to deal with that child.

While there may be places with slightly better wings, BWW is still a fun place to grab a beer and a plate of wings while catching a game. It's a sports pub where you can take the kids and still feel comfortable. Don't want your wings spicy? Want them extra spicy? BarBQ? There are way more options than you're likely to see at most places. Traditional or boneless. -- both are good. Plenty of drink options. Frequent food and drink specials. And with a franchise owner named Bobby Pancake? Folks. You just can't make that stuff up.

Wings have been skimpy and not enough sauce. For being focussed on wings it does just an ok job.

Not sure why continue to come here. Their service is a absolute joke. The girls they employ here are always spacey and act as though you're inconveniencing them. When we made the terrible choice to venture in today, we noticed a few beer specials they had listed on a poster by the door. Not surprised our waitress (also the current bartender) had no clue what we were talking about. She gave us a guess that surprise, they also didn't have. When I resorted to ask her what beers DO they have, she handed me the beer menu and flipped to the page... I ordered a vodka drink. Double. She was gone quickly after dumping off our drinks. That's when I noticed a big fruit fly in my glass.. Really? I let her know when I saw her again. Before I could finish my sentence, she snatched up my glass and quickly walked halfway to the bar before she came back to let me know she would make me a new one. When she came back to take our order she apologized for walking away. Wanted me to know that she would make a new one and not just take the bug out... ?? Great. As fruit flies continue to fly around. The rest of our formal dinning experience doesn't matter.

I have been eating here since I moved in down the street and think its a great place to go. The staff is very friendly, we usually sit at the bar rather than tables, so at least the bar staff is a good group of people. Most of the servers seem nice too even though we sit at the bar, in spite of what some other comments indicate. We like the food. Its your standard bar fare, wings and appetizers, and the food Happy Hour is pretty good. The drink Happy Hour used to be better with a late night drink special, but they did away with that. Would definitely be a 5 star rating except that it does get expensive in spite of the cheap wings. Overall very good though.

Not impressed. The food was food, not crazy about it. Haven't had good service there yet. Every time I have ordered a soda it always tastes super disgusting. Once I even sent water back!

Having Buffalo Wings in your name, you would think that they would have some great wings. The wing sauce choices are fine, but the wings are small and have a very small amount of meat on them. It's not a bad place to go if you want to have a beer and watch a game, but the food is lacking special appeal.

Have eaten here hundreds of time and always good food and staff. I miss the days of Wednesday leg days though! I find the size of the wings to be about on par with any other wing place but you always have the boneless option!

Food is pretty standard for a chain like this. Thing that sets apart this one from others is the great service. Server was excellent and the food came out quick.

This was our 1st time ever at a BWW. We were seated promptly and the host was very cheerful and friendly. He had given each if our child a hand held game and that I believe gets 4 stars itself lol. After we were seated about a minute later a waitress asked if our server came to our table yet and we said no not yet and she had this really disappointing look on her face for like 30 seconds like oh crap I guess I have to do it now. That kinda made me a lil upset but she was right on top of everything once she started to do her job. There were 5 in our party. Everyone had Appetizers, the soft pretzels for the kids were great, the Jalapeno poppers with bacon were amazing The cheese curds were very good, and some kind of nacho platter was just a little too sweet for me but very good otherwise. Everyone at the table had ordered wings except for me. However I did try a few of the different flavors and they were amazing!! I had a build your own burger & onion rings. The burger was very good and tasty but the bun was so soggy from grease almost as though they dipped it in the fryer and the onion rings were also extremely greasy greasy greasy. I am giving only 4 stars because of the bun being so greasy. It was so soggy and slimy I couldn't eat the bottom part. But everything else was amazing. Little pricy but very very good. Will defiantly return for the wings even though pricy!! Especially for the garlic Parmesan and hot garlic!!

This is the best of the best. I love Buffalo Wild Wings and I search them out in whatever city I go to, but the one in Bear, DE is the best of the bunch. As with most chain sportspubs, the food is the same or similar in every B-Dubbs and the only changes are the staff and the beer selection. The Bear B-Dubbs is rich in both. You won't find a finer staff of servers, mangers and bartenders to wait on you. I suggest sitting close to the bar as the bartenders are always cognizant of what's going on and will go out of their way to serve you. The servers working the bar's tables are just as great. The only two qualms I have with the place is that the WiFi is almost never working well and the Buzztime Trivia is often out or has an issue or all the boxes are dead. But if you're there for the sports action, some hot food and cold beer. . . it's damn near perfect!

Went the other day with some kids from a hockey team, the coach and a few parents. Our waiter was a sweetheart! Got one of the kids orders slightly wrong, but it was no big deal. He was on top of getting us out drinks without us asking for more, Checked in on us; couldn't have asked for more. The wings are ALWAYS amazing. I crave this place for sure.

Has one of the best deals in town. 50 cents wings on Tuesday and 60 cents wings on Thursday plus happy hour 5-7pm. This place has a pretty noisy atmosphere. The ambiance is more like a college town type of a bar. Beware though, the waiters here are pretty bad. During happy hours, lets say if you were there at 6:45pm, the wait staff would purposely ignore you until 7:05pm to get your order so that you would miss happy hours. On top of that, they barely go to your table and see how you are doing. You will most likely only see them when you enter, when you get your food, and when you get the bill. The food here is ok. The wings are a little on the dry side, but you can't complain with price here. If it weren't for the cheap price, I would have given this place 2 stars.

The mango habenero sauce is from the gods. It tastes good on the wings. Everything else is okay, but that sauce is awesome. I come here on Tuesday for cheap eats. The service is really good considering how crowded this place always is.

Make sure you count your change. I'm still trying to figure out how my change was only $6.46 out of $20 when I had two beers of the month (3.50 each before the happy hour discount of $1) 10 wings ($0.60 each) and two ranches ($0.60 each) totaling $12.20 a $14.20 (depending on if they have me the happy hour discount of $1 off). Short either way. I'm to blame for not checking my receipt I guess. Poor service!

I like buffalo wild wings boneless wings and sauces. They have a great selection ranging from tasty heat to sweet and mild. The place is set up almost like any other one of there chains. The waiteress was nice and the food came out pretty quick. If i was going out to the bar to watch the game i would definatly come here as a top choice.

Our server disappeared on us. Never came back to give us more water, and to get us the check. This Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant also smells funky.

Original Draft: The service here is usually pathetic. I have sat at a table for 10 minutes here without being acknowledged by anyone until I grabbed someone. I have been here probably 30 times or so and I would recommend going to the Newark location. It's night and day. I heard that the clientele here is so scummy that it's not unusual to have them not tip or run out on the bill, resulting in the good staff to leave. Bottom line is the food is standard Wild Wings material but the service is so bad be prepared to tip with an angry heart. Final Draft: Since I drafted the above content, this location has changed significantly enough for me to continue to visit. I think management fired all the servers who could give a damn about you. Service is good and the wings are what they are.

I visited the buffalo wild wings on 2/18/2012 in downingtown pa. with another person and my son. I had blacken burger and appetizers. The spinach dip was really bad. The burger was not worth the money it cost. The food is over price for the amount you received. If you are going to eat out I suggest picking another place

Wings are dry! They really hold back on the sauce. They frown upon giving you extra sauce.

S L O W ! It took forever to get seated...It took forever to place my order...It took forever to get my order...I'd probably still be waiting for my change if I didn't leave. I have been to quite a few of these BWW's. This by far was the Worst! It showed promise when the Manager came around to chat it up, but it went downhill after this. It was Lunchtime and I could over look this IF they were busy. There was many 30 people in the whole place!!!

Going out to eat with a 2 1/2 year old and a 7 month old is challenging and this is only the 3rd time we've taken both kids out because of that. The beginning of dinner was heading towards disaster. We ordered our food and then we waited. And waited. And waited. No refills, no checking in, no appetizer! We watched other customers who had gotten there after us getting food and waited for one of our children to have meltdown. So, my husband found the manager. This is when things started looking up. Our food arrived immediately after and we got excellent service for the rest of the meal. The manager came over to check on us personally a couple of times and even comped our meal!!! The wings were amazing and exactly as we ordered (wing flats, extra crispy, extra seasoning). The buffalo chips were perfect and my sons kids meal apparently was delicious too! THEN to top it all off, the manager brought over a dessert on the house. And the kids didn't even freak out too much! Although things started rough, we will definitely go back. With a manger who cares that much about his customers experience, I'm sure the originally bad service was a fluke.

This is one of our local staples. Our whole family really likes this place. My hubby goes to the one in Middletown 2 or 3 times per week. He's been know to go to a BDubs twice in one day! Word of caution, if you order the chopped salad, which is quite a tasty salad, it's prone to result in a garden salad being delivered in error. The manager told me that there's some confusion between what it's called on the menu and how the servers order it on the computer. I also really like that they serve the Stella Artois drafts in a chalice, the only real way to drink a Stella. Try anything, it's all pretty good. Maybe avoid the fish tacos and fried pickles, too much breading. Enjoy!

It is a buffalo wild wings so the food is pretty standard. I won't comment much on the wings and sauce itself as they are a chain formula and bottled sauces. I do favor the sauces with more spice and heat then the mild or sweet ones. This particular buffalo wild wings serves the usual. The staff is helpful and friendly. I usually stick with some potato wedges, fries, or chips along with some boneless wings. The boneless wings at this particular BWW were cooked well but not as crispy as with other branches. I found the wings to be less the ideally crispy, not raw or mushy; just below my usual expectation from BWW.

I always get amazing service, I like to do takeout and I like how the cashier always checks the order in front of the customer. My only wish about Buffalo Wild Wings is that they release some new flavors, They have had the same for years and although fantastic, I wish something new would come around. I don't mind the celery either, but celery is celery, just less meat in my gut.

Met my Dad and brother here, didn't know it was Wing night! Wings are 60 cents each on Tuesdays. The waitress was super friendly but also super slow. Luckily we weren't in a hurry, but I had to go grab my own napkins and fork because it was so long between her stops at our table. I had a strawberry daiquiri, and we ordered ultimate nachos. The nachos were supposed to be chicken and chili. They were good, but there wasn't a lot of chicken or chili, it was mostly just chips and lettuce with a little bit of cheese. My dad and brother both ordered wings well done, medium hot and teriyaki, and the waitress advised them that it would take longer. It definitely took longer, but neither of them felt the wings were well done and she didn't come back to check if everything was ok until they were almost gone. My brother also ordered a burger, and I order parmesan garlic boneless wings and honey barbecue. I wanted chipotle but that was a rub and not a sauce. The waitress said the honey barbecue would be like the chipotle. I'm not sure why I believed that, but it was nothing like chipotle and I regretted ordering that one. As I said, I'm glad we weren't in a rush, because we sat there after we were done for a 1/2 hour before she came back and we could ask for our check. When we gave her cash, she didn't come back for 20 minutes with our change. Not sure what she was doing because we didn't see her out on the floor with any other tables. Both service and food is mediocre, but I would still come back again because it's a fun place and we were watching both the Phillies and the Flyers.
