Driving through and wanted a good sandwich, was not disappointed. I had the guacamole cream cheese sandwich, it was delise! The bread was fresh, all the veggies were fresh. It was clean and the staff were very nice. Even the kids enjoyed it. 2 thumbs up!

I work in Williams every month and try all the different restaurants in town. the food here is excellent and this sandwich shop is nice and clean.

We stopped in at this little gem during a long day of driving. I eat very little meat so fast food is out. I was craving a veggie sandwich! I had a cool cucumber with cream cheese, sprouts, cheddar it was tasty and the bread was fresh!! We ordered 5 other sandwiches with meat and my kids and husband all loved them. They made the sandwiches quickly and they were packed car friendly in a nice box. My one issue was that they white bread while very soft was a little sweet for my taste but the rest of my family loved it. I recommend this little shop nestled on Route 66.

Bland. Very bland. I've tried four sandwiches so far...they lack seasoning and the recipes are downright odd...the Pastrami immediately comes to mind, a terrible concoction. Clean place, good service -- the franchisees are very polite and friendly. It's a shame that Big Town Hero Corporate has such a lack luster menu. I wish these folks in Williams well, but I won't be going back.

Bread is homemade and the sandwiches are awesome. Good alternative to burgers or other food that's not so good for you. Oh, and reasonable too feeding my family of 5! Love it
