Consistently, KFC branches have the same yummy fried chicken. This branch in Williams, AZ was no exception. The main differences between locations is the cleanliness of the restaurant and the customer service. Cleanliness rates 2.5 stars for this branch. We were there for about an hour, and no staff member ever came out to wipe down the tables or sweep up. They were not even busy with customers. Customer service was 2 stars. The elderly man behind the counter never greeted us even though we greeted him. His response was to stare at us blankly with a frown on his face. Well, at least he got our order correct. I would not be a regular at this KFC.

15 min in the drive thru line & still waiting with 2 cars ahead of me. This is horrible!!! If you want something quick, then DON'T come here.

I ordered the $20 family deal and asked if I could get just legs and thighs and she said no problem. I took it home and discovered that they must be using midget chickens now because the legs were so small !! The longest one measured about 3 1/2 inches long, the shortest one was 2 1/2 inches long. They looked like they were cut from the wings, you know...the drumette? Or they came from a Rock Cornish hen, the little tiny ones in the freezer at the grocer. ? It tasted good, what there was of it. This one has had problems since opening in 2009. The people don't care.

TIP: Ask for utensils, butter, and honey if you think you will need them!! PROS * Dave did a great job handling the 4pm crowd. * Delicious food, great options (both KFC and Taco Bell) CONS * Busy, so a bit of a wait * I didn't receive a spoon to eat my KFC Famous Bowl, and hubby didn't receive butter or honey for his biscuit.

Terrible service....they ran out of chicken breasts and didn't even offer a good substitute. They didn't take any opportunity to make it right. They clearly don't care about their customers!

The line was long and because the staff was backed up, the cashier told us that he had to stop taking orders for a little while so that the kitchen staff could keep up with the orders. So I stood in line for an unnecessarily long while before I could place my order. I ordered a boneless chicken meal. The boneless chicken was basically pieces of chicken cut off from the breast of the chicken. I would have had more meat by ordering the bone-in chicken. The wait and the little pieces of chicken is what earn this place only two stars. The staff was nice despite their slowness.

Service was friendly and place was clean. Ordered to go bucket of legs and thighs. When we opened bucket, it was over battered and over cooked chicken. Tasted like it had been cooking and sitting under heat a long time.

I'm not quite sure why this KFC/Taco Bell is getting such a bad rapport. I thought that the food was quite delicious. Everyone behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. Also, although their bathrooms are small, they are rather clean. I would eat here again.

This was the worst restaurant I have ever been to. I have been to a lot of bad ones. They had 2 employees, who had no motivation to work quickly. The drive through was shut-down and was basically an extra parking lot with a truck backed into it. The service was incredibly slow, 25 minutes to be served at a fast food place. When the food came it was pretty nasty. The trash cans were not emptied by the employees so people had to leave their trash on their table. The place was a dump.

  • Rob L.

Maybe the young man behind the scenes (guessing in the food prep area) should keep his thoughts to himself about his tattoo that is going to say "Bad M------ F------" the whole restaurant heard his thoughts and the young lady behind there with him laughed and didn't seem to care either. The older lady that served was very sweet. Oh, and the food pretty good. Very disturbing to hear that stuff.

  • Stacy D.

Service was very friendly. Other than that, I can't say anything else positive. The restaurant was a mess. Food, mud, and trash all over the dining room. Bathroom was filthy. There were no toilet seat covers, nor were there even any holders for them, so I guess that just wasn't an option. Water only came out scalding hot. Was very surprised when we were told they didn't give a military discount. That's the first KFC I've ever been to that didn't. Good thing we were just passing through and not regulars.

  • Vince L.

If I could give it a minus star, I would. We were there at 7:30 and they told us there was no more chicken. I could swear that what KFC sold. WTF. later I find out a few couples behind us got chicken. I asked the guy what was up and he said they "found some". Guaranteed I Will NEVER go back and I hope you don't either. This place needs to close down.

The cashier was nice enough (even though he said, "Doing horribly" when I asked how his day was). He was probably joking (I think)... The restaurant and food was horrible and the workers were the most unmotivated bunch I ever saw up to and including the management staff. First, the dining room was an absolute wreck. Every single table/booth in the restaurant was covered with food crumbs and trash. The floor was covered in straw wrappers and chicken crumbs too. The thing is, we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time. So it's not that the staff was too busy to clean, it's that they were too lazy. The manager, the cashier and the drive thru person were standing around jabbering for 20 minutes while the dining room sat there dirty as all hell. Nobody bothered to clean a thing. Management did not direct the workers to clean. When I got my order (2 piece meal) the chicken was burnt. I have never had burnt chicken at any KFC at any point in my life. Didn't know such a thing was possible. The chicken had obviously been sitting there all day and was dark brown and rancid tasting. I ended up ordering Taco Bell instead which was normal.

This time I got my corn cobbettes, which is the only good thing I have to say. We ordered three boneless chicken BREASTS and got old, hard, boneless thighs. We asked for a go cup, and got it in a box. One of the two chicken strips was inedible shoe leather. Ugh!

What a trainwreck! I will avoid stopping at this restaurant next time I come through town. My first issue was walking into the bathroom to find absolutely no changing station for me to change my son's diaper. For a place that has a lot of out town visitors it should be a no-brainer. Lucky for the lobby of customers and staff, my boyfriend stopped me from changing him right there on their table. My car was packed full of camping gear so there was no room to lay him in the car I had to change him on the hood of my dirty car. I honestly would have had no shame changing a dirty diaper in a lobby full of people when there's no where clean I can do it in private. After changing him we went back inside to a line full of people and didn't want to wait so we decided to just go in the drive through... The speaker had a note saying they had headset issues and to pull forward to order. When we got to the window and made our order we were informed they were low on ice so we might not have as much as we normally do. When we asked for ranch we were told us they didnt have any. All I could do was laugh. We paid and left and when we got to the gas station to fill up there actually were 2 ranches in the bag... but no straws for our drinks! To top it off my boyfriend went inside the gas station and they required him to purchase a drink in order to get 2 straws!!! What the hell kind of a sh*t town is this? No hospitality for the individuals passing through!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. We just walked into the lobby at 830 not realizing the lobby closed at 8. They told us to walk through the drivethru, we asked if there was anyway we could avoid that an the girl said sure. She asked one of the guys when he had a view mins to get our order and he started complaining that we weren't supposed to be there in the first place right in front of us!!! Are u freaking kidding me! There was one car in the drive thru! I'm hauling a uhaul and pulling my truck behind me! Why on earth would u complain about that get a freaking grip people!

Well, I'm certainly glad that I have the ability to review this awful place. There is practically nothing to eat between the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas, so you have to suffer with what's available. That said, you'd think these twerps could put a little effort into their food preparation. First, this combo place was out of chicken legs. Yeah, extra crispy chicken legs aren't a priority here, I guess. Well, they weren't OUT, they just didn't have any made. It's a good thing is only dinner time, huh? Fine. Give me a breast. It was dry and mealy. Thanks. Then the quesadilla that they served me was filled with unmelted cheese. I asked to be able to return it for a refund, since I know better than to have food remade (especially fast food) and the guy said, "We don't give refunds for mistakes." No joke. So you're telling me that if I found a hair, or a toenail in my food, you wouldn't refund my money? I didn't say that of course. Then his story changed to "...that's how it's supposed to be made." Of course it is. I hate fast food.

One of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had. Friends and I were driving home from the Grand Canyon and we stopped for food. We tried to go to McDonalds first but it was super crowded from two tour bus groups. For this reason we decided to go across the street to KFC/Taco Bell. Bad decision. There was about 8 people in front of us in line and it appeared there were only 3 people working behind the counter - one working register, one on the drive-thru, and one making the food. It took about 20 minutes to get to the front and make our order and the cashier was very rude. We tried to stay pleasant because we could tell she was having a hectic day. Once ordered, it took 28 minutes to get our food. Almost every table was occupied with people in the same situation. Our "fast food" stop took over an hour and put everyone in a bad mood for the drive home. Ironically, the food was actually pretty good and the decor inside was very nice, too bad our experience had already been ruined.

This place is not a FAST FOOD restaurant! They are either very understaffed or the people working here are freaking dumbos. I went through the drive-thru and ordered one of the combo meals from Taco Bell. Correct me if I'm wrong but KFC and Taco Bell food does not seem that complex to make. There were 2 cars in front of me, one with a group of 4 and the other one with 2. I was on my way to work and entered the drive-thru at 12:40pm thinking I had plenty of time. I did not make it to the window until 1:05pm and they did not even have my food ready yet. I told them I didn't want anything and drove off in a hurry to get to work. That is almost HALF AN HOUR stuck in the drive-thru between two cars because of these unprofessional twats. These bastards ruined my day, got me in trouble, and left me hungry! I did not try the food so I can't say anything about it, but unless you want to wait as long as you wait at a decent restaurant in exchange for mediocre food, then STAY AWAY!!

Stopped by just before heading to the Grand Canyon. No one there. Cashier was very nice and gave me good directions to both the Grand Canyon and to Flagstaff. Bought the 12 taco box deal which include four Doritos Tacos. Food tasted GREAT as expected from any Taco Bell. (could of been just hungry though) Place was very clean. Have no problems at all. Thank you. Would have been better if my daughter didn't throw it all up just before the Grand Canyon Entrance.
