Sirloin burger not the best choice. Employees friendly enough. Shakes excellent. Could use a bit more attention to cleanliness and keeping utensils etc stocked. Overall a normal Jack in the Box.

First off, it took 20 minutes to get our food. Once it was ready, they sat it on the counter and just walked away. By the time we got it, it was cold. Napkins and ketchup were nowhere in sight. When I asked for some I got rolling eyes and practicaly had them thrown at me. Food quality could have been better. I hope these employees arent demanding $15 an hour like others are. Cant say they represent their brand well.

Worst service ever. This store is on a normal route that I drive. I've stopped in here several times and have always had some kind of issue. This time was not just my perception. I ordered a combo at menu price of $7.29 but "Angelia" charged me $9.98. While they were preparing my food I studied the receipt to see if I inadvertently added anything that was not "included" in the combo price. No mistake there. I'm the only guy in the store. They slide my food across the counter, called #433 and walked away. Finding sauces and utensils was obviously up to me. I called the lovely Angelia over and inquired about the overcharge. She went to the register and input my order again and it again came out to $9.98. I pointed at the menu board and asked why there was a difference. She tried to tell me it was tax. I pointed at the subtotal and the tax was only $1.01. She shrugged. I said "so that's it?" She rolled her eyes and said "so do you want a refund or what!?" She slammed the money onto the counter and walked away.
