I was fortunate , had great customer service, asked for a mix, that was no longer on the menu, they happily made it for me, and told me to let them know how it tasted. Love the patio view , awesome .

It really does take a lot to rock my socks off, but these guys managed to do it. I was drawn into this store by the yummilicious photo of a sno-cone in their front window. Upon entering, we were greeted immediately by, not one, but two, jolly souls. They were extremely nice and helpful, offering up samples without us having to ask. They even gave us some touristy info: Lucille Ball used to live in Sedona, and you can see her house from their patio. Look through the binoculars on the patio for 0.25 and you can see a statue of Lucy standing on the balcony of her home. How cool! I've been coming to Sedona for years and never knew that! I ended up getting a lemonade sorbet instead of the sno-cone. I think it was their only vegan option that day, but it was perfect. Fresh, smooth, and quenching on a hot AZ summer day. We sat on the patio over-looking Hwy 89, and indeed saw Lucy's casa. You can also see the Snoopy rock from here. Awesome location, fantastic employees and customer service! This will be my new stop for dessert when I'm in Sedona.

After a day of play at Sedona Slide park. my family and I stopped for a SCOOP of Ice cream. It was a nice AC welcome relief from the heat out side. Then you get to choose your ice cream. Let me suggest to you to TRY the Pink Lemonade sorbet! YUMMM!!!!! so refreshing. The man offered to mix stuff in for us but we just wanted scoops. The man behind the counter was very friendly and even let me sample the flavor before I ordered it! Then we decided to eat our ice cream on the patio and WOW what a beautiful view. We will be coming back here again!

Who can say no to ice cream? Friendly service, and their seating area right outside is on a balcony overlooking the red rocks. Ah so romantic!

Best view for an ice cream treat. Look out at the red rocks while eating your ice cream, hard to beat. Standard quality and price for a cold stone located in touristy area. If you cheaper ice cream go someplace else.

Poor customer service!!! Brought six kids here and ordered cones, none of them were offered toppings and when they asked for toppings the guy (old guy said that he was the owners brother. Complained to the customers about not having any help) told them that the toppings wouldn't stay on. All the kids knew that Cold Stone mixes it in! Guess I gotta write a letter to the headquarters!

Poor customer service Pricey ice cream (yes, I do know we are in Sedona) Ice cream tasted OK I don't go to cold stone often, so I am not well versed in their pricing. After asking how many mix-ins the 1.89 kids scoop came with, the clerk said as many as we wanted. He did not mention that the five or so gummi bears and crumble of kit kat over doubled the cost. I thought two kids scoops with two mix-ins each was a little pricey at $9. Next time, I will for sure try one of the local ice cream shops in town.
