Just perfection, we've been eating here for years and always bring our guests. Something for everyone. The ambiance is not to be missed, only Tuscany rivals this beautiful location. The staff is consistently wonderful and helpful.
My husband and I have been going to Garlands for 33 years. When people ask us where to eat in Sedona we ALWAYS recommend Garlands. The food and service are fabulous and the setting ....... truly lovely!!! The staff is very accommodating with vegan and other dietary options. If you ever have the opportunity to have their rack of lamb, you should not hesitate - it is divine!!! Can't wait to get back up there this summer!
Cabin resort living. This place is very quaint and tucked within Oak Creek Canyon. If you want to escape city life or anything stressful, this is the place. The grounds are lush. There is no wifi and that's they way they intend for it to be. Garlands encourages going dark with technology and just relax, get out there to walk the grounds, share a table with new friends, read a book, etc. We were very fortunate to get a reservation for dinner without being guests at the cabins (this is hard to come by during peak, non-vacancy seasons) and for $45 you get a full meal (appetizer, soup, salad, entree and dessert)! Everyone eats at the same time (7pm) when they ring the bell and everyone gets the same meal. If you or someone in your party has a food allergy, let them know ahead of time so that the chef can prepare a suitable yet delicious alternative. Wait staff and manager were incredibly warm and welcoming!

This place is beyond wonderful. I stayed the night here on my way back from the Grand Canyon and it was fantastic. I didn't mind that it was a touch outside of Sedona and it's not far enough to matter anyway. I found it online and it's super easy to reserve a room that way. The Tuctu Suite is awesome. I was so sorry I wasn't sharing it with someone amazing, but if you're by yourself and need restoration, it is perfect. There's a dream book by the bed, which is insanely comfortable by the way, and if you look out the window the rocks spell out a message: "Happy Dreams". Phil and Dee are the owners and they're so sweet. They've built a beautiful home here. The food is great - Dee makes an incredible breakfast - and the accommodations so lovely. I really felt that they appreciated my presence and that's what sets places like this apart from chain hotels. I like downtown Sedona (and Oak Creek Canyon, which is BEAUTIFUL) but it's pretty commercial. Still you're surrounded by incredible beauty so it's still better than being at a suburban mall. I didn't get a chance to do a Jeep tour or see the red rocks - just not enough time- but when I go back I'm doin' it up. Go up on the roof and watch the stars at night. I was there in February so it was pretty chilly, but it's so clear it's incredible. Bundle up and go up there and dream. It was one of my favorite parts of staying there. Speaking of dreams, I dream of going back. Dee has a workshop outside and her artwork hangs throughout the house. I bought one of her crosses (plus another for my friend) and it hangs over my bed, so maybe that means something.

My wife and I bought a beautiful home in Sedona 9 years ago, which we used around half the time. But for a year now, we've been full time residents. Living in Sedona is a privilege, and it's also been a privilege to be served for all these years by Red Rock Fireplace and BBQ. The owner, Harold, provides exceptional personal service and is thoroughly knowledgeable about -- you guessed it! -- fireplaces and barbecues. We have three high end, remote control gas fireplaces that also act as powerful room heaters. Harold maintains those for us very expertly and inexpensively. And around six months ago, I bought my first Big Green Egg kamoda style grill from Harold, and we couldn't be more thrilled with it. Harold personally delivered and installed the BGE, gave me excellent advice on getting started with it, and we now use the Egg at least twice each week, in all weather! It is absolutely the best grill and smoker you could ever own. If you want great service, and very fair pricing on excellent products, go see Harold at Red Rock Fireplace! Michael Dubrow

Beautiful place and very comfortable atmosphere . Very well kept up and clean. Beautiful view of the golf course and mountains. Will definitely be back.
What a gem! Such a cozy and adorable place to stay in Sedona. It's actually in oak creek about a 10 minute drive to Sedona. Actually liked that it was quiet and serene. The views are great from the room. The breakfast is spectacular. Russ and Aurora are such wonderful hosts.
Nicely furnished room, very clean. Nice views and location close enough to Sedona and far enough to be peaceful. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The owners are a sweet couple that obviously want to make your stay special. I highly recommend the Adobe Hacienda Bed & Breakfast.

This is one of my favorite places that I have ever stayed at. It's cute with beautiful views.
We love Boots & Saddles! My wife and I stayed in August 2015 and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. B&S is located centrally along Sedona's main thoroughfare so you can easily and quickly reach most points of interest...you still need a car to get around though. We stayed in the El Dorado room which was immaculate and well-maintained, had a old western design motif, and an incredibly large bathroom...LOVED THE SHOWER! Each room has it's own personal outdoor hot tub which was a nice amenity. The El Dorado room is located on the ground floor with a private courtyard. Breakfast was amazing each and every day...artisan breads, parfaits, poached eggs, etc. Angela, our hostess, was amazing herself. Great chef, a warehouse of knowledge, and very entertaining. You must ask about her Hot-Air Ballon incident! We had a great time in Sedona and will not hesitate to stay at Boots & Saddles again! Awesome stay! Well done B&S!
Great place. Fantastic owners. Superb innkeepers. Breakfasts that would not be out of place in 5 star restaurants...if 5 star restaurants served breakfast. Run by folks who are passionate about their place of business...but also truly care about their guests. We had a lovely anniversary weekend full of interesting restaurants, activities, hikes...but at the end of the day...we laid our heads down here...and will do so again on any trip to the area. Bravo.

owners are great. location terrific. breakfast was fabulous. sheets , mattress and pillows splendid. views to die for, hiking right in the backyard (coconino national forrest) Very clean. very comfortable. NO COMPLAINTS HERE. Stayed here in March, the weather was perfection. We stayed in the cowboy hideaway suite, with our own kitchen, living room and fireplace. What a fantastic place to stay in sedona (in the NON TOURIST AREA but a short drive from it)
This was our second visit to the Cozy Cactus, and we are in the process of booking our next visit . Being with Mark and Carrie at the Cozy Cactus is just like coming home to old friends you feel like you've known forever ! The warmth and generosity of these hosts is something you will quickly appreciate and become hooked on. Whether it's their presence at the campfires over a bottle of wine in the evenings , or the way they scamper about to serve you their creative, unbelieveably generous and yummy 5 star breakfasts in the morning you will never want to leave this place! It feels very much like the home you wish you had ! The towering vortex Bell Rock seems to embrace you as you take in all of Sedona experience right there on the premises . Homemade snacks and popcorn, tea, coffee and hot chocolate made available in your cozy private room! We love this place and can't wait to come back !
Stayed here last June. A great location 10 minutes or so out of Sedona proper and a million miles away from the hustle and bustle. Fantastic location with the national forest as their back yard with a view of Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte. Rode my mountain bike in the morning right out the front door and across the street to all the trails. Rooms are top notch. The patio out back with the view is where the breakfast is served. And what a great meal, juices, muffins with a delicious and different breakfast daily. Plenty to last the day till the afternoon. Mark and Carrie have all the scoop about the area and could not be better hosts.

A fabulous stay! We stayed in the wild rose cabin that was two levels. Milena greeted us with such a warm welcome and was so helpful. We talked about dinner for the evening and she pulled out every menu from the area asking us our tastes and thoughts then she called and made dinner reservations for us on the patio at the Heartline since we were wanting to eat healthy and some romance. When we got to our cabin which had a fireplace, jet tub and full kitchen not to mention to die for fudge nut brownies!! We sat on our balcony porch breathing the fresh air and watching the clouds pass though the canyon. Really is a great place. rejuvenated and relaxed. The next morning they served the best breakfast and apple cinnamon muffins that I thought we would get in a fist fight over but lucky for us they even packed a couple for us for the road. Milena also gave us suggestions on where to go hiking (airport loop) which was perfect for our level of comfort with spectacular views. Not only does this cabin get 5 stars but the wonderful owners as well. They really help make our anniversary something special.
If I were to write out a full review, I would be repeating all the positive things everyone else has said. This is a great place. It would be great for couples, but I was there alone on a spiritual retreat of sorts, and it was perfect for this purpose as well. Mike (and especially Milena) are remarkably attuned to your needs and will make you feel comfortable without making you feel like you're putting them out. I also loved all the birds that their numerous feeders brought. What a treat! It really is a place to go off the grid, though--my cell service (Verizon) only occasionally had service enough to send and receive texts. Forget about checking Facebook or email on a regular basis and just chill. It's a special place! I highly recommend it.
This is the ultimate getaway from it all. Your private cabin = Location, Jacuzzi, Private Creek Access, Fireplace, homemade goodies, private patio area. What more could a couple want! No children are allowed and they would not appreciate it anyway in this couples paradise. I really can not think of a way to make it better! I have been here 4 times and WILL be back. It does not get better. Mike and Melina are great hosts and you just can not get this type of atmosphere at a hotel or resort. Don't cheat yourself. Stay here! I would give it more stars if I could. This is the best place I have stayed, anywhere.

We loved this hidden gem in Sedona and Grace is a wonderful host. She gave us tons of advice when we first arrived, recommended the best restaurants, gave us pamphlets of information and fed us very well! She even gave us snacks throughout the day for our long hikes, and day tours. The B&B is located about 15 mins south of the Uptown Sedona but we didn't mind at all. It really felt like we were in a secluded area. I would stay here again if I came to Sedona. We stayed in the winter season and got a lower rate that what is shown online. Make sure to ask on the phone when you call to reserve. She also has a senior discount if you qualify.
This review is a little overdue. Although my girlfriend (now fiancee, after I proposed to her during this trip to Arizona) and I stayed here back in February, the memories we made during our stay at Grace's Secret Garden and the beautiful town of Sedona will last a lifetime! Grace's establishment is a nice, clean, tranquil getaway nestled in the red rocks of majestic Sedona, Arizona. She is a warm hostess who treated us like family. From the moment she greeted us at her front door, she was informative, polite, and had interesting stories to share with us about her life and her gentle giant bull mastiff, Dixie. Her delicious homemade breakfasts kept us full until dinner time, and she always made sure we had snacks to take with us during our adventures. We hope to come back again someday and create new memories at Grace's Secret Garden. Thanks again, Grace (and Dixie!) for your above-and-beyond hospitality! Sincerely, Jonathan and Cassondra Los Angeles, CA
Away from most of the traffic and noise, sumptuous breakfast and treats, great views and garden, charming and gracious hostess. Couldn't ask for more. Will go back when we can. Thanks, Gracie. Stan the Man, San Jose, CA

The bf and I spent 3 days here earlier this week. It was absolutely the getaway we needed!! The cabins are simple, cozy, and charming. The grounds are adorable and well kept. We saw a number of wild animals, from birds and grasshoppers to chipmunks and even deer. The service is awesome-Frank made us a fabulous Vegan Breakfast Basket each morning. The cafe is also really good for meals, of which they custom made me veggie sandwich on baguette, and other vegan items. All delicious! The private area of the creek is also a nice touch, we spent half a day on a rock by the creek and didn't see anyone else, it was our own secluded spot! Fantastic place, so much charm and love!
TBGI provided our family a phenomenal, unforgettable family reunion on beautiful grounds with "the most freaking adorable cabins on earth" (quote from my sister) Amazingly clean cabins, delicious breakfast delivered every morning in picnic baskets with little notes or messages written in the chalkboard top, comfy bed, fresh air, gorgeous property. Really can't beat the overall experience and vibes of this place. You can really disconnect from the rest of the world and get back to your roots. It feels great to unplug from the modern world of cell phones(verizon was the only carrier to have service here), TV, and (mostly) wifi - it's offered, but spotty at best. My main downfall and disappoint, though, was we had rented out 80% of the cabins along with the main dining hall, but we were labeled as inconsiderate guests because we would be in the common area, conversing over a few brews with family I hadn't seen in 20 years. Mind you, we were VERY respectful of the grounds, picking up our waste every evening, stacking chairs neatly, and minding our volume after a certain time. Yes, there would be times of hard laughs looking back on memories and sharing events that had happened while we were all apart. We had large group meals outside to enjoy the beautiful weather, and even invited all the other guests enjoying their stay to participate in our family meal. I WOULD recommend this place to anyone looking for a romantic getaway. But for reunions and large group settings, I'm afraid I'd say go elsewhere. #fyf #ff2015
I'm hesitant to write a five star review because I want to be able to get a cabin in the future, but these guys deserve it and anyone who wants a great experience on a trip to Sedona deserves to know about this place. Nice cabins, thoughtful breakfast delivery to your door, and a friendly can do staff make this place tough to beat. Gives you the feeling of what it's like to own a cabin in the woods without the mortgage or all the work to maintain it. Plan on unplugging...virtually no cell service and mediocre wifi that doesn't reach all the cabins. I generally have to work a little on vacation so I found this to be extremely frustrating. Not the fault of the resort...more me not wanting to leave my cool cabin or Adirondack chair outside my cabin to go to the lounge and get better wifi. Great place, highly recommend.
