I stumbled across this place while researching Bed and Breakfasts and Inns to stay in while traveling through Arizona. There was a special for $368 for two nights which included a full breakfast each morning. Seemed like a good deal!? SOLD! Unfortunately our experience did not match the economical price. First off, the Inn keeper was cold and abrupt from the moment he opened the door, which we stood at for a good five minutes waiting to be let in. He abruptly introduced himself gave us a blur of a tour and when my BF asked to clarify a question Ron seemed put out. The pictures on the website definitely did not match what we were given...my grandma is calling and wants her "country" bedroom back! The combination of floral wallpaper, oak vanity, wicker chairs, and lace curtains was enough to leave a homeless tramp scrambling for alternative shelter. And can I say that anal retentive does not even begin to describe the little laminated signs everywhere: use black cloth for your makeup removal, don't turn cooler up past 72, no late checkouts, breakfast served 8-9, etc. felt like I was at a regimented summer camp. The breakfast the first morning was tasty, but the second day, we could have done better at Denny's. The pool was full of ants and plant debris and when Ron was asked about heating the jacuzzi, again acted like it was an out-landish request. The biggest positives were the view from the room, landscaping at the Inn, and the bed and linens were comfortable. Overall, I give 2 stars because news flash, when you own a Bed and Breakfast, you need to enjoy people! And if I had paid full price, this review would be far worse than this.

My boyfriend and I stayed here in January 2011 for a mini-vacation. A stay here is pricey, upwards of $300, but we booked on Expedia for a cheaper rate. The room was beautiful--4 rooms, fireplace, jetted tub, patio with a view of the red rocks, and a mini kitchen. Ron and Cheryl were great hosts, providing evening appetizers and a massive, hot breakfast. Ron helped us with directions around town and pointed us toward the best hikes in the area. Our stay here was one of our favorite memories from 2011. We plan to return this January for another amazing stay. (Again, booked on Expedia for around $200. Downfall of this is the limited room choices.) The only reason I didn't award a fifth star is due to the price.

The rooms here are stunning, but the owner, Ron, was down right rude and unprofessional! More on him in a minute! My Gentleman Friend and I stayed in the Sundance Suite and it was absolutely beautiful. When we arrived we had homemade cookies in our rooms waiting for us. The room has a huge comfortable, king size poster bed, a two-way fire place, a two person jacuzzi tub next to the fireplace, a walk in shower with a rain fall shower head, a wet bar and a great CD sound system. It was fabulous!! Ron, the owner, greated us and made us feel welcomed! The next day we were awaken to the smell of a wonderful homecook breakfast. Ron' wife made a southwest fritatta, fresh fruit, spicy chicken sausage and homemade muffins. The innkeeper was simply delightful. I can't remember her name but she deserves a raise! :) Once we returned from our hike is when the trouble began! We returned to our room and the electricity was partially out. We were looking forward to relaxing and listening to either some music or the television before heading out to hit some golf balls. Again, the innkeeper was fantastic; she tried to fix the problem but could not. She offered us another room since the electricity was out in our room. As a result, we picked the Sunset Villa--which was a wonderful upgrade. At the time, there was only one other guest staying at the inn, besides us. They had two other reservations coming in, so they were far from full. (The inn has 15 rooms/villas.) Back to the story, the innkeeper helped us move over to this amazing villa, since our room was malfunctioning. My Gentleman friend and I were quite happy and appreciative, because this villa had two fireplaces, a private patio with stunning red rock views and it was twice the size of the our original room, The Sundance Room. The next day, I called to have breakfast delivered to our villa. Ron answered the phone and when I asked to the breakfast delivered, he was clearly irritated! (Ron had left town when our electricity went out, so the innkeeper made the decision to move us.) He and his wife delivered the breakfast--both were very nasty and barely spoke to me, even as I tried to tell them how much we've enjoyed their beautiful place and that we were planning to make this our annual vacation spot. It appears Ron was upset because we had been upgraded to the villa by the innkeeper. However, it was not our fault that the electricity went out in our room! Did he want us to stay ina room without bathroom lights and working ulitilities?? What ever happened to customer service! I mean really, his attitude towards us was totally unprofessional and unneccessary! I thought "Good business 101" included, "don't make your problems your customers problems!" Ron was downright rude and nasty! That's too bad, because I really did love the place, but I can't and won't give my money to such evil and unprofessional man!!!

We stayed here last night for my birthday. It was a beautiful home and we stayed in the Sedona Suite. It was a lovely 4-room suite that included lots of extras. I'd prefer to stay there over any hotel I've yet experienced in Sedona. The fresh baked bread with butter and jam in our room, the turned down bed with cookies and fresh 2-course home-made breakfast was much appreciated! I loved how clean and comfortable the room, bath, drinking glasses and bed were. Well done and felt like a second home to us.

I have never once written an on-line review re: any establishment, until I encountered this one yesterday. I was heading to Sedona with my significant other for a very special romantic weekend that I had spent great time researching and planning. I had booked an upgraded villa via travelocity (in excess of $350+). My card was charged and I received immediate confirmation of that specific room and its booking. When I arrived yesterday, the "innkeeper" greeted me with no record of my reservation, and indicated the room was already occupied. She kept me in the lobby for over 20 mins, while meeting with the owners, to let me know my reservation had somehow been cancelled, but wasn't sure how that happened? With little class or respect, she offered me a lesser quality room for a much higher price that the owners had put together. I asked for the owners to come out and meet with me, and she refused, as they didn't want to come out to discuss the matter. I told her the room wasn't a close equivalent, and per their website same day bookings are discounted 25%, and therefore even if I considered this room, it shouldn't be charged at full price (more than my original room, especially considering this situation). Based on the situation at hand, the owners should have immediately come out, and attempted to resolve the situation to a satisfactory manner, or at least should have apologized for the disaster. I told her most rooms in the town were sold out, and I had no idea where I was to stay. She walked me to the door, shrugged her shoulders, and shut it behind me forcefully. These individuals need a lesson on some class, especially being in this type of industry. You should all be ashamed of yourself! This is not only a horrid way to treat a guest, but another human being, in general. I spent the next hour in their parking lot, contacting travelocity and attempting to locate another room of some type on an overly booked Sedona weekend, while the "innkeeper" repeatedly walked past my car with items for guest rooms, and not even a look my way! I ended up in a low class establishment for the night, lucky to even find a room at such short notice! Shameful establishment! I cannot express how poorly the owners of this establishment handled such a situation!!!!

We try to stay in B&Bs when we are traveling and I attempt a lot of research before booking one. I read great reviews of Adobe Graham Village Inn on Trip Advisor and they accept our child so we booked it. Our room, the Wilderness, was great. Only complaint was the beautiful bathroom had a shower head that made you stand against the wall- literally hitting your hands on the wall as you shampoo. Our friends stayed in a different room that was no good. It was just average and did not appear high quality. The breakfast is not gourmet, it is certainly higher quality than the regular eggs/bacon but nothing to rave about. In fact, I would not even comment on it if we had not been so disappointed since they claim "gourmet" in all of their literature. I would stay there again, but not for $300 a night.

I read very good reviews of this B&B on tripadvisor and decided to book the Country Room through Expedia at a nice discount (normally about $259/night, we paid $179 before taxes). We stayed one weeknight in March, overall the experience was nice. However, had we paid the full price, I might have felt a bit disappointed. The Inn, pool and garden area were very clean and nicely decorated. The location is perfect for travelers who wish to take advantage of the amazing hiking trails which start just a few blocks away. However, it is about 7 miles from downtown Sedona. Only two small complaints. First, the hotel advertises an outdoor hot-tub. Unfortunately, the hot-tub is only open in the evening (6-11) and on the night that we stayed, the proprietor forgot to turn the heater on so it was still cold at 7pm. It had heated up enough for a soak by 10 pm and was a perfect place to star-gaze. The other thing that needs mentioning is that their "gourmet" food was actually very average. The complementary evening appetizer were tomatoes stuffed with tuna salad- not bad. Breakfast was another story. Pre-made pancakes with raisins, raisin scones, bacon and fruit were served. The pancakes were rubbery and cold. I ended up having fresh fruit, cereal and yogurt. Not bad at all, but I couldn't call that "gourmet". Overall, it was a very comfortable, relaxing and romantic stay. I would recommend the Inn for hikers and nature lovers but certainly try to find a discount online.

Our experience here was exceptional!! We were first greeted by the innkeeper Steven who was very kind and helpful. He showed us to our room where there were fresh baked cookies and bread waiting for us! We stayed in the wilderness room which was absolutely beautiful! It was huge and it had a large jacuzzi tub, fire place and private patio. It was very romantic! Some of the other reviewers complained about the TV being small and in a weird location. They are right, but who cares about watching TV when you are in such a peaceful and romantic environment. Also with all the hiking and outdoor activities In and around Sedona you will be too tired at the end of the day to watch it. We didn't get to meet the owner Ron until the last day. He was very kind as well and made a delicious breakfast!! I unfortunately misplaced my wedding ring on our trip (my fault, no one elses). We asked Ron if he could let us know if it turns up. He was very sympathetic and let us know that he would contact us of it did. Overall it was a perfect trip and we have no complaints! We will be back for sure!

This place should be fantastic. I stayed here August 10-12th, this year. The location has beautiful views of Bell Rock and other red rock formations. There are trails right behind the property. The patio looks out onto this beautiful vista, with songbirds and hummingbirds all over the place. Breakfast was always good and plentiful. As most others say, the muffins are fantastic. The Supai suite we stayed in was comfortably appointed for the five of us; me, my two children, 12 and 14., my Dad and my terminally ill 77 year old Mother. Unfortunately, the day we came up was the day her oncologist told us she had maybe 2-3weeks to live. This is after a four year battle with metastasized breast cancer. She was in shock and catatonic for almost the entire trip, as she grappled with her mortality. She was in excruciating pain, and we had to move her from the wheelchair to the car, or to the bed. We were trying to give her something beautiful for her birthday, then she got the news. Now, granted, I did not go discuss this situation with the innkeepers. Our whole focus was on my Mom. I met the upstairs guests, because my Mom was crying out at night from pain. I went to apologize to them for any disturbance they heard. They had just gone through this same thing in their family. The last night before check out, we had to run my Mom to Valley Vista Medical for hydration and pain killers. We didn't get back to the room until 12:30am. Wiped out. So the next morning was slow going packing up. We missed the checkout deadline, asked for more time, were told we had to get out as quickly as possible. So me and my kids were scrambling to collect our things and get organized before dealing with loading my Mom. There was a knock on the door, I answer it, my Dad and son are trying to get this tortured woman into the wheelchair from the bedroom, you can here her crying out in pain. I apologized to the innkeeper, told him we were going as fast as we could, loading up my Mom and he said" I've been hearing that for an hour now and if you aren't out in 10 minutes I'm going to charge you for another day". He was rude and told me he'd been gracious enough already. I say, if you have no interest in people, do NOT get into a people business. Did we disrupt your cleaning girls from cleaning on schedule? Yes. Was it deliberate. No. Was it the end of the world? Not for you, However, my Mother passed away at 4:00pm this afternoon on our return from Sedona. Thank you for being a colossal, insensitive boob and adding to the stress of our day. I don't support businesses run by hateful, nasty people. I hope someday you find yourself being loaded into a wheelchair, while you are in excruciating pain, and some asshole tells you to move faster or face another charge. God forgive you for your utter lack of compassion. Stay here only if you don't give a CRAP about the quality of the character of the people running this inn. There are too many other beautiful options in Sedona with just as beautiful views.

I loved this place! The breakfast was amazing and the rooms were charming! The fresh baked cookies were also very delicious! I thought the innkeeper Ron was a very nice man! We will definitely stay here again!

A beautiful upscale bed and breakfast! We were in a room next to the kitchen & dining room and just want to say we heard NOTHING in our room at all! I am a light sleeper and have actually changed rooms in a hotel because of buzzing or other noises so I can say our room was always quiet. Absolutely beautiful furnishings, down to every last detail, including a small fireplace that we could turn on and off. Linens were crisp beautiful, bed comfortable, and it was obvious that loving care was put into everything. Love the back area with a shaded place to sit and a pool. The owners were very accommodating to my strict diet requirements and served excellent breakfasts. Perhaps previous reviews made an impact because the owner came out, served our meal and was very friendly. Our room, which was the least expensive, was on the main floor, without a view but the outside area was nicely landscaped. Upper rooms would certainly see the famous Sedona red rock towers. We are seasoned world travelers and like our accommodations to be top notch. We also have had a great deal of experience with B&B's and know what to expect in an informal accommodation like this one. There wasn't a misstep during our visit. They also have suites in an adjoining adobe building. We did arrive late (about 8:30 p.m.) and they left a note on the door with the code to get in and inside a welcome packet with our room key - found it no problem. There was always a plate of homemade cookies waiting for us in our room every night. Parking for the lower rooms can be a bit tricky but after the second time we had no problems. Totally enjoyed our time there and would definitely go back.

Unfortunately we relied in the reviews at hotel.com for this place and they were good. The owners here really shouldn't be in the B&B business. We had chosen to stay in a B&B because, in the past, we had always experienced such friendly, personal service in them. Not here. First, we had made an error on the dates for our reservation. We understood it was our error, but Ron was pretty rude about it. The worst part, though, was that he tried to blame it on hotel.com that we would get none of our money refunded, saying that they can be "really hard to deal with". I had hotel.com on the phone and went back down to speak with Ron and he finally had to admit that it was his own policy. I don't appreciate dishonesty. Then when our Internet would not work he rudely snipped, "well, mine is working fine" and when I checked again a little later he said, "look, I know it is not my system". He needs to learn his system better because we eventually figured out that there was only one spot in the room it would work, and if you moved out of that spot, you lost service. Also, the carpet is worn and dirty looking. The breakfast was good and the rooms were nice enough, but not anything special. I would not stay here again.

Our stay was in April of 2013. Overall a nice stay. Positives: We had wonderful views from our second floor balcony. Furnishings were adequate. Gas fireplace was romantic. Bed was comfortable. Breakfasts were great. Lobby was well appointed and comfortable to sit and read in. Good location near famous vistas with hiking and biking trails within walking distance. Negatives: Arrived at night. No staff present. Need better lighting at entrance. Hot tub was cold. You have to request that it be turned on. The next night it was too hot, but there was no one there to turn it down. So two out of three nights without the use of the hot tub.Television was very small. Breakfast ends too early, 9 AM. When I am away on vacation, I want to sleep in and have a late breakfast. We stayed on the second floor of the main building, and the carpet was well worn and very stained. I did not want my feet to touch it. Felt and looked dirty. This was a big detraction to an otherwise very nice room. I would not book a room here unless I knew that the carpet had been replaced. Have never seen anything so grungy in any hotel.

I'd like to warn people about staying in the Sundance Room, it shares a wall with the dining room and if you like being woken up at 6:00am by the clanging of pots and pans then this is the room for you! We arrived from Los Angeles around 8:00pm and it was very VERY dark. We stumbled around to find our room, which was inside the main house, and not easy to find. Outside was poorly lit and we wasted about 30 minutes trying to get our bearings. We were on our honeymoon and we were by far the youngest people staying there, which was nice, because it was QUIET. No offense. The cookies they left each night were amazing!!! The comfort of the room was amazing as were the views. I agree that the innkeepers lacked warmth and personality, but we didn't have much interaction with them. We were on our honeymoon and could care less about anyone else ;-) In closing, I left my makeup bag in the bathroom and they called us about 2 hours after we left to let us know. I called back and left a message but never heard back from them. 5 days later I receive a box via USPS and there was my makeup bag. They didn't ask for a reimbursement of the $5.15 shipping charge which was cool.

Pros- You are spending the night in Sedona. Two shower heads in the shower. Quiet. Cons- The B and B is on a cul de sac with a hundred other bad B and Bs. Kinda B and B hell. The hot tub was luke warm. Ms. Innkeeper your body language communicated that you were perturbed that we were asking to have it turned on. The room might be worth $100.00/night so therefore the breakfast should be worth $89.00. It was not. Our $20.00 breakfast at Waffle House on the way up from Phoenix was far superior. Wearing a chef's jacket pouring processed eggs from a carton into a omelette pan and then stuffing it with canned beans and bad chili is sacrilege. By the way when your guest says they really do not like bell peppers and you load her plate with green chiles they have the same flavor profile. Based on reading of other reviews you ask the question but in reality you do not care about the answer. Ok, whatever you are not a cook, but when I send it back because it is ice cold do not just nuke it for a min. That is lame If you are the server you should check back when one of your customer is not happy with the food. 1987 is calling and it wants it kokopelli based decor back. You are the kinda of folks who move to our beautiful state and perpetuate the worst of southwest stereotypes. All the signs outlying the "rules" are off putting and kill the buzz. When you complain about other guests requesting some coffee after breakfast and I can hear you it sounds very petty and mean spirited. From check in to check out I thought you saw us as interlopers. Plainly, you are not friendly. I am surprised that you are in the hospitality industry. A little advice be nice to those who are paying your bills. These folks are not Inn Keepers they are Money Takers.

My wife and I received a two-night stay as a gift. First, let me say that we absolutely loved staying in the village of Oak Creek. It was close enough to Sedona to do all of the same things, but without the massive influx of tourists. Adobe Graham Village Inn is somewhat typical of a B&B in layout. There's several rooms, each with its own amenities, and a kitchen area downstairs. Upon arrival, and every afternoon subsequent, they deliver fresh baked cookies to your room with a turndown. I had a much better experience than the other visitors with the proprietors, but then again we didn't see them much. The reason for my three star review is really the return for your investment. There's no real advantage to paying $200-300/night and staying here. The rooms are nice, but not that nice...they're just hotel rooms. The food in the morning is ok, but not great, and they only serve it for an hour or so. That's about it...just a room in a nice adobe house, not much more or less. For my money, when it is my money that is, I'll stay at Poco Diablo or somewhere with either more amenities or a much lower cost.

Super cute! I rarely stay at B&B's, but this one was especially worthy of a yelp mention. When you start pricing hotels/motels in the area, you'll soon learn that this B&B gives the local competition a run for their money. The outside of the place is tucked away by local fawn and flora, and as you pull into the driveway prepare to be wow'd by some extraordinary sculptures from a local gallery. They have a beautiful garden and waterfall visible from the front entrance. They were gracious enough to allow an early check-in and gave us an orientation to how the various doors/locks worked as well as where to find everything for our various trip needs. The room was gorgeous hardwood floors with a massive, soft bed. A gas fireplace was just right touch in front of our window looking out at the red rocks of Sedona. They had a jacuzzi and pool outside, as well as jacuzzi tub inside! ... and if you're not feeling how amazing this place is yet, wait till you see what happens in the morning! An amazing home cooked breakfast! Cooked pears with yogurt topping, hand baked cranberry muffins, a delicious breakfast burrito with all the southwestern fixings. Juice, coffee, anything you want! Did i mention this was comp'd?? I don't know how they can spoil this well!! Absolutely beautiful, brilliant place to stay. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an amazing experience close to Bell Rock.

I loved this place! This was the least expensive B&B I have stayed in , although we did opt for the least expensive room. Even though our room, Tumbleweed, did not have a private patio or balcony, we hung out in the backyard lounging around by the pool and spa with a bottle of wine and some cheese and crackers, which was much better in my opinion! The room itself was good, and the tub was jetted, which was nice. The bed was really comfy. The only thing was I wish the TV had been bigger. The room is right next to the kitchen, so you start to hear noises getting breakfast ready around 6:30 am, but we turned on the exhaust fan in the bathroom and it drowned out the noise with white noise and we slept soundly though it. They do have a disclaimer on the room that it is close to the kitchen, so we expected this going in regardless. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing! We stayed two nights and breakfast was so gourmet and filling. The best breakfast of any B&B I have stayed at. Also, the cookie plate at turn-down is delicious! Previous reviews have indicated that the owners Ron and Cheryl are rude, but these may just be self-entitled whiners, or the owners learned from the reviews. They were very nice and helpful and Ron helped us pick a hiking trip, making copies of the trail info for us. LOVED IT!!! Will definitely be back here for future Sedona trips.

Staying here could only be described as... awkward! My husband and I received gift certificates to Adobe as a present. I have never been to a B&B before, but sorta expected the Inn Keepers to be friendly. These two were the opposite. When we arrived the gentlemen made us feel like we were intruding on his life, and was generally not personable our entire stay. The lady of the house did not even look up from the kitchen and crack a smile the entire weekend. Good thing Sedona itself is awesome, so we didn't spend too much time at the Inn. All that being said the room was nice, it was huge, and we loved the steam shower and jacuzzi tub. Everything that came out of that kitchen was fantastic. The lady may not have been friendly, but she can definitely cook. Our gift certificates totaled $800, we used them up, and only stayed there for two nights. In my opinion, this may be an ok place to stay in Sedona, but not for $400/night.

I went looking for the best hotel to stay at for a very special occasion and saw this b&b and booked it because of all the great reviews on hotels.com . There were no yelp reviews yet on this hotel so yelp couldn't help me. I noticed they had another business on here with same name and same address but says it is closed. Odd? The room is pretty but not worth the $259-$279 a night they are asking for on their website. We got it for $139 on hotels.com , the garden room. This bed and breakfast has all the makings of the perfect place but there are several things lacking to prevent it from making it perfect and there minor but they must not think so here. First off when we arrived we passed it up. We were greeted by the owner of the home who had the personality of a dish rag. He asked for me to fill out some form that their site offers, that hotels.com doesn't. So I filled it out, one of the questions were: "are you allergic to any foods?" I place down yes, peanuts and pork. We left for the afternoon and got back at about 5:30pm. There was some appetizers out which were good, and 4 cookies on our bed on a cute plate waiting for us. I jumped on those cookies, took a bite and was confused, tasted like coconuts at first so I went in for a second bite, swallowed and realize that there are peanuts in these cookies. So why ask what a person is allergic too and then serve it to them? Second, they didn't do a very good job on checking the room out before we came in, light was out above sink, couldn't find anyone to fix so I couldn't use that mirror to do much of anything cause I couldn't see! Third, the bathroom was a joke, and if you use the toilet you have to hold down the handle for it to flush or it won't. Forth, breakfast is only till 9am, which is just wrong! If your staying at a romantic b&b who is going to want to get up at 8am to eat? You want to sleep in not worry about missing breakfast. We didn't go, we figured if they gave me peanuts there would be pork in the breakfast food as well. Didn't feel welcomed and it was very disappointing. I won't be back. Sorry little things go a long way.
