Staying in town and thought we would try something local. However, super slow service, 40 minutes to get food. Food was just mediocre and drinks weren't refilled and soda was flat and warm.

Fourth time and still very good. Today was taco tuesday. Three steak tacos that were delicious. Fresh salsa. Loren, our server was terrific. Cheesecake was great. Give this place another chance

This place is just okay. Was staying at the Best Western and after two strikes out at JB's and the Mexican place I ended up here. I sat at the bar and was served a cold Bud Light right away. The bartender Ana was friendly, I ordered the prime rib dip thinking that should be quick to get as it was late and I was hungry. I got threw my first beer and ordered a second and the food hadn't come out. Seemed like it was taking along time and it wasn't that busy, finally it arrived and I ate the meal. Finished the meal and was killing off the rest of my beer and the manager asked me how the food was. Since I already had a few shots of truth serum I let him know. It took a long time to get the sandwich and when it did come out it was warm and even cool in some spots. The meat had no flavor and neither did the Aujus , a few beef bullion cubes would have helped. The pickle was good though and fry's weren't bad. He offered to buy me a beer, which was nice. But I declined as I was done drinking for the night. I think this could be and maybe is a decent place, but they need to have people in the kitchen to season and flavor the meals and speed things up.

My boyfriend and I stopped here because we were staying at the adjoining hotel for the night. It was pretty crowded with bikers because it was bikers week. We were still able to find available seating though. The waitress who came to our table didn't seem to know the menu very well, so she had to inquire with the bartender when my boyfriend asked about drinks and appetizers. After we placed our orders, the waitress decided to somehow put them in a separate times so my boyfriends son ended up getting his food and finishing it before ours even came to the table. My order came out, I ordered the loaded French fries with jalapeños, bacon and cheese because the menu didn't seem appetizing and judging by the reviews I wanted to make a "safe" choice. My food was horrible! The worst part wasn't the fact that my fries were obviously from a bag and microwaved with hard orange cheese on top, the worst part was the filthy plate the French fries came out in. I mean the plate was so dirty I could tell the last patron had some type of soup! My boyfriends daughter who originally wanted Mac and cheese (but they ran out) didn't even want her hamburger. The food is HORRIBLE! It's clearly all from a bag. The one star is for the manager, he was very nice. So as for myself, I will never eat at this Podunk of an establishment again. Yuck!

This is a fairly new bar and grille in town. It's remodel inside turned out beautiful! Nice round bar and lots of flat screens to watch games etc! The bartender Lisa is fabulous and friendly! Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The Restraunt was very clean and the food was pretty good. I had the margarita flat bread, chili and a French dip. All tasted good. The rocky road cocktail I had tasted great! The whole staff was friendly and I am looking forward to returning for some night life when they have a band.

Got into town late and this was the only place to accommodate a food order for pick up! Looking forward to the loaded fries and Philly cheesesteak sliders!

Back about 25 years ago this Ramada was a Holiday Inn with a great (for this nasty town) restaurant. I've been meaning to stop in for a while and tonight was the night. First of all, the place has been rehabbed beautifully. It's sleek, modern and clean. The manager was helpful and sweet. The menu is basically bar food with a couple of upgrades. Decent salad with great blue cheese lumps in the dressing. Chicken piccata was a bit greasy. I squeezed the lemon from my water over it and that helped. Portion size was good for the price. The 3 star rating is because this place is average. Guess it's about a 9 for this town.

Overall I was pretty pleased with this restaurant. We had an event at the Ramada hotel and it was really convenient for our guests to not have to go off property to get food. You can choose from 3 breakfast options that are FREE if you stay at the hotel: biscuits and gravy, a traditional hash browns, bacon/sausage, toast or a lighter fruit breakfast. It was pretty good, and it was free, you can't complain! Also, in order to maximize our lunch break, our guests pre-ordered their food, and it was ready to eat exactly when we broke for lunch. They had a table ready for us and everything. Kudos to the wait staff for making that go smoothly and being prepared! I had the chicken Parmesan and it was delicious. Everyone else was really happy with their food as well. Prices were reasonable as well. There is also a bar in the restaurant and small dance floor, but unfortunately we missed karaoke night! Haha! There are also several large TV's, great for getting a beer and watching a game! Wait staff was very nice and welcoming. Great job guys, thank you!

This place sucks, 1/2 hour for drinks, hour and a half to get cold gross food and another half to get the bill and change. I felt bad for the untrained waitress.

Stopped by to see if the reviews were accurate. They are. The woman at the door was cheerful and nice. We sat at the bar which is much smaller than the pictures portrayed. The bartender was an older impolite lady. She immediately carded us and asked for our order. I asked for a Scotch. My wife asked for an old fashioned. Her reply was ''what's that?'' And then said ''you're gonna have to tell me what's in it''. Since I would have to teach the bartender to make basic drinks I thought we should go elsewhere. Fortunately she then informed me they had no Scotch.

Stopped in on our way home from Vegas to Phoenix and were greated by "We are super understaffed and it's my 3rd day so sorry." Then when the special of the day was explained to us we got, "It's French Toast with some other things, I think eggs but I'm not sure." I then asked for a Bloody Mary and we were told, "Our lead server said we can't serve drinks til 10am." At this point we figured we were bothering the staff so we left. As we walked out we heard our server til the manager we were leaving because we couldn't get a drink. He said "Well, that's ok then in a very derogatory voice." They were mistaken. We left because from the moment we walked in we felt like we weren't welcome and were just making their job more difficult. I counted the tables sat and there were 11 tables and they were about 25% full. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Stayed at Ramada in Kingman as we were travelling thru to Texas....Discovered wonderful and relaxing Bar and Grill Restaurant right in Hotel and just off Highway 40 So nice to be able to walk from our room and find a wonderful new place with TV's and music and great bar....got to watch Sunday night football...Had a wonderful Salad and sandwiches and very pleasant atmosphere...The staff was very friendly and we felt at home....After dinner and a couple of drinks walked back to our room and got a wonderful night sleep. Did not have to get a cab.... In morning went for coffee and a hot breakfast before leaving. This was wonderful also.....Will stay here again as food and rooms were wonderful...Great place to stay off the 40 when travelling across country...

I decided to try this place after seeing they had delivery. However, I had no way to order because there is no menu on yelp nor the restaurants website. What is the point in offering delivery if you aren't giving the public this information. Clearly if they wish to use this service, they do not wish to come in for a menu. Well, they lost my business, but I'm still giving them two stars because I've never actually had their food. Sincerely, disappointed

Pros: Chips and salsa we absolutely amazing! Very creative and yummy. When they finally got the order correct the club was perfectly put together. The waitress did what she could to make things right and took accountability for her mistakes. Staff was nice for the most part. Cons: Service was very slow. My husband broke out into hives from tomatoes he said he didn't want on his food. Over cooked some food and under cooked other food. Waitress didn't put order in correctly. We were there for over an hour and had to keep sending back food to get it corrected. There wasn't really anyone in the place and took half hour just to get appetizers. Then another half hour to eat and get correct food we ordered. Overall I do not know if I would return to the restaurant unless the service was faster and food was cooked or made correctly. When someone says NO TOMATO because my husband is allergic to raw tomatoes, the servers should have their listening ears on. There is no reason we should have been experiencing this kind of service if we were listened to by our waitress.

Walked in with high hopes. First impression was attractive place and friendly welcome from woman by the door. Then things went downhill. The menu states sandwiches can be ordered as a grinder or classic sub. Asked our waitress the difference and she didn't know but went to find out. While she was gone, we heard the next table ask the same question of their waitress, we listened, hoping for more insight, but that waitress said a grinder was like a sub at Subway. Those were her words. Our waitress came back with answers for us. She was always very nice to us for our entire visit. The staff obviously needs training but all seemed genuinely to be trying. We ordered chips and salsa as appetizer. Some chips crispy and fresh while others were hard and so chewy that we couldn't bite into them and put them back in the basket. Sandwiches were good but not great. The music the DJ played was a nice variety, something for everyone. Overall disappointed but will give it another try and hope they train the staff and improve the quality of food. Hoping to see it improve because it is close to us .
