Food was great. However we had to wait a long time for our food and a glass of raspberry tea alone (tea with their raspberry syrup in it - yuck!) was $3 for a glass Kind employees though aside from the price and time :) would come back.

On my adventure to Sedona, we decided to stop off here at this IHOP. First of let me say if your not in a hurry this place is just for you. Absolutely the slowest service ever!! It took about an hour and 15 minutes or so for our food to arrive. Why I waited that long? I don't know. When we got out good my sons French fries were the greasiest thing known to man.

I usually enjoy Ihop and frequent this establishment in Kingman often. Nita is the most friendly server in evenings, and in the mornings there's a few others whom are lovely. While sometimes the service is slow I can see it's not the fault of the employees, but more of an issue of scheduling. Whoever does the scheduling for this establishment needs to take greater care, they're often understaffed in both the front and back of the house. The reasons I will no longer be eating at this establishment are as follows: 1. I've overheard supervisors telling servers to do their own surveys or they will lose hours, I've also heard servers asking one another to do surveys for each other. I've worked in a restaurant and other areas of customer service and you cannot force customers to do surveys. If there's something wrong they will usually tell you, but you cannot force the public to do your surveys. Threatening your employees with loss of hours is unprofessional and downright WRONG. Many of the servers have children and families to provide for. I've also seen the GM snatch things from her employees hands aggressively. If she were my boss I would hate working there. 2. I've seen one particular shift supervisor, the one with the New York accent, treat the staff disrespectfully; bringing up surveys as well and even yelling at staff in the galley. I've even heard her tell a server not to help another server, whom I assume was newer, because they were slow and needed to learn. Forgive me, but establishments like restaurants run much better when everyone helps. She also has a habit of cutting servers off the floor when it's busy, thus attributing to slower service. I also noticed she doesn't back the servers up when there's a problem and the guest is being ridiculous, she very much caters to obnoxious guests. 3. I think they need food-runners, people who help take food to guests or even help get drinks when a server is double seated. It would help immensely. I'm sure there's more I could add to this but for the moment I think this is enough. I do not want to help keep an establishment open that treats their staff so poorly, no matter how much I like the pancakes. Sorry this was a bit long, I usually go to this Ihop and read my book if they aren't busy. Over time I've begun to notice these things and I think it needs to change drastically.

Upon returning from AZ to CA we stopped here to grab late lunch. The place was empty on a Sunday around 4pm. Service was slow but good. I made the biggest mistake of ordering Italian chicken pasta :-I It was bland and literally lacked any taste at all. Spinach in tomato alfredo sauce?? It was bad. Mushrooms burnt and chicken rubbery :( Fried chicken which my husband ordered was good. Well breaded and tasty coated chicken well fried. Side of mashed potatoes and buttery corn. Portion size was big and good for sharing for 2 adults. They have outdoor patio seats. Restrooms are kept clean. They are not open 24 hours. They are open from 6am to 10PM

January 3, 2013 10:20 Thursday Out of eggs (really!), out of coffee cream, out of Apple juice. Turns out the Cracker Barrel down the street is excellent. Why does the manager of this restaurant still have a job?

Overall, this iHop location is lazy and sloppy and provides consistent tasting, hot food delivered with terrible service. you will regret not traveling to Golden Corral, Cracker Barrel or even the Dennys one exit up. no guarantee those are better places but may provide a less filthy, blasé-type of establishment. Bathroom was trashed despite latest check 2 hr earlier. Trash can overflowed w paper towels; maxi pad wrappers cover the floor, in-stall receptacles leaked trash (sooo gross), unflushed toilets. Even the Trash can outside brimmed with trash thrown and blown everywhere. They did remove the loose bottles and yeah as we left but forgot? to empty the trash. Service was poor at best, but not rude or un-friendly, just cold and mostly nonexistent. Waitress used a tray to bring 2 coffees and 2 waters to the table. She then proceeded to spill one of the coffees, commented on how she can't believe she spilled it, and DID NOT clean it up. She just left it there! She didn't offer straws for the waters either. The kitchen produces food very slowly. During our 25+minute wait from ordering, our server checked on us a total of ZERO times. Meanwhile, another table received a free dessert and $2 comp for prolly bad service if I wagered a guess. Big screen TVs are off. Wall art is dirty (along w walls), and they are still playing Christmas music over a week after Christmas! Food tasted as expected from iHop. It was served hot and correctly. However the hashbrowns require comment and tasted like a chemical concoction of processed, dehydrated, preserved cardboard left to soak in barely potable water and crisped on the top edge. Get toast or more cakes instead. I would not return to an iHop unless there were no other restaurants around, including even the worst of the worst fast food joints.

Whatever you do, do NOT eat here. Let me first say, this is my first negative comment on a restaurant ever. Unless you love rude waitresses (I recommend going to dicks) or you don't mind waiting 1.5 hours for your meal (assuming they bring you the correct order) or when you go to pay, everyone ignores you... Then just stay clear. You'll be glad you did.

Very Rude customer service. Cashier raised her voice at my mother. Idgaf if she was woman or not you don't fucking scream at a customer just because she was using military discount. Never come here again.

Always the worst experience when I go here. The waiters don't care. The food takes 45 minutes or more to get to you. And this is when they have 5 waitress and 4 groups of customer's no larger than 4. Everytime I go into this restaurant. Now at least 12 times in the past 3 years. No more chances, I will not be trying again.

Breakfast for lunch or dinner? What could be better?!!??! We are regulars at our local IHOP and love the fact that I can have a breakfast omelette for dinner. And, what kid doesn't like a smiley faced pancake? The food was what you would expect from a chain restaurant, you do go there for consistency right? It was the service that was lacking in this place. Must have been a shift change or something because it took 20 min to order, and when the food did come out it took another 20 min to get drink refills. The whole time I am just looking at the waitress behind the counter being chatty with other employees who were not "on shift". One saving grace for this place... the bathrooms in this place were exceptionally clean. Actually amazing since it seems like none of the employees were really working.
