Service was great and helped advise me what to order. Very big portions and the food is very good. 5 guys is the next gen fast food restaurant!

I still do not get the hype. Service is great, but prices are high and burger is just average. I would never choose to go here, like I would for In-N-Out. Nothing special.

I've been to a handful of Five Guys' locations and this particular one, twice now. I find myself in Kingman a couple of times a year to watch my son's high school athletic events when they compete here. This location is convenient, friendly and overall, very good. It's also in a nice part of town. The people who work here are very accommodating and outgoing. Their burgers and fries are as good as any. I like this location because it seems less cluttered and cleaner than others I've visited. They don't have bags and bags of peanuts stacked up waist high and there are no discarded shells on the floor. If you find yourself in Kingman or you're en route to Vegas or California from the east, do yourself a favor and stop for one of their full size cheeseburgers, a gigantic order of fantastic fries and an endless selection of soft drinks. You can get several flavored Coke products including lime which is my favorite. I'm still at a personal standoff between Five Guys and In and Out. While they are similar in style and quality, each is still different enough in some inexplicable manner that keeps me coming back to both.

Why do all the Five Guys restaurants but they have their music so loud are they trying to be a dive bar it's supposed to be background music not so loud you can't talk to someone that you're having dinner with your lunch

It's a chain, I know, but it was the first real meal we had after our 4 day camping trip in havasupai, averaging 10 mile/day hiking. The burger and fries were so good and the service so friendly. If I had to compare to in n out, I'd say the hamburger here is more greasy and hearty.

I love 5 guys, you love 5 guys. What else is there to say?? Make sure to get yours with hot sauce, it's the only way!

Great quality and drink selection, but seriously a burger fries and a drink even a really good one for more than ten bucks are you kidding me?.. Price was the only reason I rate three stars rather than five.

Good burgers for a fast food joint. I would even goes as far as to say that these burgers are as good or better than some sit down resturants. Clean restaurant with friendly staff. Food was hot and made to order, correctly assembled as well. We had 6 burgers in our group and each was spot on. Fries could have been cooked a little longer, I'm a crispy fry kinda guy though. The restaurant was busy but not loud, even the music was a present level. This was my first trip to a 5 Guys and I have only been to N in Out once and to me they are very similar. The product offered was different in a good way. I am no loyalist either way and enjoyed both resturants, at this point I would have to try them both once again before I could call a better burger. Each has there strengths. Price was spot on and was not out of line. Portions were decent for the cost. Burger joints back in Texas, for example Whataburger, offer more for your money but everything in Texas is bigger, LOL. This is a solid stop for a good burger while traveling. I would be happy to stop in anytime and grab a meal. Why not a 5 star, I guess the hype had me expecting something more. I have friends back home who have told me "If you like place x then you are going to be blown away by 5 Guys!" Well folks it is good but the heavens did not open and rainbows did now rain down upon us.

Great burgers and fries! Reasonably priced, fries are fresh and fried just right, nice choice of add on items. All burgers are available without a bun. Clean, and the staff is friendly and professional. Only one seat in the bathroom!!

For a place that serves Burgers and Fries they should also have ranch. I know you can't always please everyone but I found that other people have probably also asked

Been to a few Five Guys before and this one is the best one I've been to! The burgers we're really good and they have great service! I was here last night and we ordered 3 burgers and they forgot to charge us on 1 of them and we offered to pay for it but they wouldn't take our money!!

Ohk, first I'd like to just say firstly that I'm an employee at In N Out Burger but I'm originally from Minnesota and I had Five Guys before I ever heard of In N Out. Naturally I compared the two. First, I'm going to comment on the food and beverage. The fries, though plentiful could be crispier and maybe a little saltier. The burger, as in the most patty could be a little juicier. But otherwise as the food goes I enjoy it. Always have. The pop machine is pretty cool I guess. It dispenses pop like any other pop dispenser.. Now for the customer service. I noticed that they all seemed to be working hard and keeping busy. Even though it was relatively steady. I couldn't help but think. They could smile more. You walk into In N Out and all the employees are smiling. There was one girl working there that was smiling and seemed to enjoy her job. Side Note: Totally jealous they get to listen to music while they work.

This was my first Five guys experience. I have to say I wasn't impressed. The fries were on the dry side even ketchup didn't help. The burger was juicy and filling. But for the price I'd rather stick to In n out. The food wasn't worth the $27.00 we spent.

I've eaten at other Five Guys' places. The food is standardized across the chain. This one is no exception. The music was loud and the floor was dirty. The servers and cooks look sloppy. None of them seem to be happy in their work.

They put out a good product but let's face it, they are begging to be compared to the west coast version in-n-out located not even a mile away. In-n-Out is cheaper, offers shakes and has a drive thru. Five guys offers a huge variety of drinks, more of a variety of toppings for your burger and a vegetarian option. Next time I am in need of a burger you will likely find me at In-n-Out but Five Guys is a great option as well.

Both of us ordered double patty burgers, next time we will order singles, but we totally enjoyed our food. On the plus side they offer 15 different toppings for their burgers. We prefer the thicker type fries that 5 guys offers and they were great. Mindy the cashier was very pleasant and did a good job of explaining the menu to us. Enjoyed the oldies music although it was a little loud. I think it would have been nice if they had a drive thru for people on the go. We will return.

Worst food ever! Burgers were lukewarm, soggy bread, :"grilled mushrooms" were not grilled but cold, and from a can! Fries were limp and greasy! Drinks were dispensed from a machine that didn't have the right ratio. Cherry Coke was pure cherry and orange flavored water was impossible to drink because all it tasted like was bitter orange. We threw away the food after a couple of bites and went to a different restaurant. I will never be back!!!!

This was my first ever Five Guys experience and it was enjoyable. I had heard mixed reviews so my husband I figured we should try it ourselves. We weren't jumping with excitement but we weren't disappointed either. Yes, they are a bit pricey, but that's because their toppings are NOT "free", they simply charge a certain percentage to cover the cost of whatever toppings you order. However the large fry was huge and worth $4.56, it could be a meal all it's own. They definitely have great options as far as size of your burger and toppings, and people love options. They have a great amount of drink options too, some of which I have yet to try. The service was great and the cashier took the time to explain the menu since it was our first time, which is good because I was going to order a regular cheeseburger instead of the little one, so no food was wasted. They also have a veggie sandwich option which I think is great and really speaks about their care for their diverse customers. The place was clean and the staff was well kept, everyone was friendly. As far as taste of the burger I would say In-N-Out has it best. But really I have no complaints about this place and would recommend it. It all depends on what you're in the mood for.
