It was one of the most exquisite meals I've had in a long time! The chef was very kind and knowledgeable about his meat products. He explained into detail cuts and its respective sauces. Refilled our wine glass! I had the filet mignon oscar style! It was a party in my mouth. I will definitely come back to eat at this hidden gem! It has set up the standard high for other steak houses!

Free wine tasting and half price bottles of wine! Score! Had to take it out in plastic cups though. $80 wine in plastic... o well by the time i needed to take the wine to the casino there wasnt much left. Knowledgable and friendly staff. Great food.

Dinner was delicious. We started with the caprese salad, husband had Scottish Salmon and I had the petite filet au poivre. Prices are reasonable for the quality. Elvis was or server and he was attentive and pleasant. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I stayed at Twin Arrows for one night during a road trip. In that one night, we had two experiences at Zenith. First, because we were staying at the hotel, there was a complimentary wine tasting. The night we were there, they had Stags Leap wines. I tried three varieties and the server was kind and welcoming and not at all pushy to buy more glasses of wine. Honestly, his pours were so generous I didn't need any more! It was Father's Day and the manager told us we would need a reservation, and the earliest we could get one was 8:30pm. When we arrived a bit early for the reservation, we were surprised to see that the restaurant was nearly empty. Our server was kind and had a good sense of humor, which I apreciated. We ordered a wedge salad, the short rib, and macaroni and cheese to split. It was so much food! The salad was fine but not great- bland blue cheese dressing but crisp and fresh produce. The short rib was the highlight- tender falling apart meat, savory sauce and tasty polenta. I wished the vegetables were softer but they were ok. Honestly, we barely touched the Mac n cheese. We were super full and it was not good enough to eat if we weren't hungry. Mac n cheese had bacon and was really smoky- it's definitely a grown up version and anyone under 12 years old will definitely hate it. We left without finishing our meals and were really full. I cannot imagine how people finish the giant steaks they serve! Overall- good service, great wine tasting, too big portions, and decent food. Probably the best option in the casino but I wouldn't drive out of my way to get there.

Zenith Steakhouse really lives up to it's name as the highest point of steakhouses. The restaurant is gorgeous and you can tell the design team put a lot of thought into creating a dining space that exudes elegance but also has a romantic and modern look and feel. There is a lot of color to embody the Navajo culture. We were seated right next to the marble fireplace which made dining that much more intimate and elevated. The tomahawk chop long bone rib-eye (34 oz. $50) was the best cut of meat I've had. It is absolutely massive but even at that size it retained so much flavor. Each slice of meat is juicy, tender, and packed with delicious flavor having been aged for 35 days!! The oysters were large and had a smooth finish mixed with a slight tinge of salinity from the ocean. Sometimes large oysters end up chewy but at Zenith they were a slurping delight. The smaller Kumamotos were perfect. The Surf and Turf ($45) filet mignon was exceptional and the lobster tail paired really nicely. It was a plump and meaty lobster that was crisp to the bite. Beyond steaks, the Crab Legs were tremendous. Huge and with impressive amounts of meat. We also enjoyed the clam pasta. The onion ring tower was also a hit and definitely picture-worthy. But the rings tasted even better than they looked. They were also very generous in portion size but they also may have been some of the best onion rings I've tasted. The Chefs seasonal soup tomato bisque was on point. It was an ideal way to open up the meal with a splendid soup that puts other tomato bisques to shame. Really everything including the mashed potatoes, asparagus, and even down to the sweet complimentary bread was spot-on and delicious. We couldn't have asked for more as each dish was delicious. The menu at Zenith is similarly priced to fine steakhouses like Mastro's but I felt like there was an even more extensive menu at Zenith Steakhouse. Ultimately I felt like Zenith has more reasonable prices and you get a more valuable experience overall. We also got to meet Chef Stewart Weinstein who was originally from San Francisco. He really outdid himself and still created fantastic dishes even though we were the last party in the restaurant. Our waiter, I forget his name but an Asian chap, was a consummate professional and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure every little detail of our dinner was perfect. He was an expert in the menu and in the dining experience right down to suggesting which knife you should use for your steak. One of the highlights of the meal is that you get to choose from a varied selection of steak knives. We went with the classic wood handle which had a sturdy grip and cut through the steaks with ease. For dessert, the pine nut pie really stood out. I believe it uses Navajo planted nuts too. But like I said, the portions here are very generous. Still, you'll make room for dessert when they bring out the exquisite dessert cart for you to survey and you see all the wonderful creations. Zenith Steakhouse aims to be the top steakhouse and on our visit they really fortified their claim to be the best steakhouse out there. It is a unique experience that accentuates and highlights the majestic premium Navajo beef and I would definitely come back!

What an absolutely fantastic and amazing dining experience! And at a casino-resort where every other restaurant in it is poorly reviewed, this place is not only the a great restaurant that could stand on its own, but it is the Holy Culinary Grail of Twin Arrows! The decor is just gorgeous and is representative of the "Eagle's Nest", which is the epitome of the Navajo culture, and this place definitely embodies that ranking! We came in just after they opened @5pm and were their first table of the evening. We had the entire restaurant to ourselves for well over an hour, which I have to admit made the experience feel very VIP! Another component that added to the "royal treatment" effect was our spectacular waitress Nicole! She was so attentive, knowledgeable, gracious, and just plain delightful, which really added to the enjoyment of our meal. The manager was also very attentive and came over to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The food was just WOW across the board! The French Onion soup was perfection, the pasta my Mom ordered was a revelation, and the steak my stepdad ordered was a melt-in-your-mouth carnivore's dream come true! I had the Kobe burger (which I never order at a nice steakhouse), but figured I stray off the beaten path, and I was not disappointed! The Tahitian crème brûlée was exquisite and when accompanied by the french press coffee was the perfect end to a perfect meal. What really made the dining experience here so memorable and enjoyable were all the little nuanced touches of class and attention to detail. Offering a selection of steak knives for you to personally choose from for your steak to the tray of sauces that came with my kobe burger which included an especially delicious balsamic ketchup to the dessert cart and the little floral cut strawberry which accompanied my crème brûlée; the attention to the little details really just enhance a meal, imho. I highly recommend this restaurant as an unpretentious fine dining pre-or-post casino dinner spot and would even venture to state it is worth the 20min drive from Flagstaff! I am a hard Yelper to impress, but Zenith well done and bravo!

Had dinner here for our anniversary. We had a reservation at 8:00pm. We came in at about 7:30 to hang out in the bar before our reservation time. The restaurant seemed pretty empty for a Saturday night. The host came over promptly and told us someone would be right with us. He then came back and told us he had no one to serve us at the bar... this was a little disappointing so we went back and saw Emmanuel again at The Oasis because of his service previously we were okay. We showed back up at 8:00pm and were promptly served. Our server (can't remember her name now) was just okay. I attempted small talk but it didn't seem to go anywhere. We had the calamari for an appetizer with crispy jalapeno and lemon aioli. It was delightful. Very crispy and hot. I enjoyed the short rib with creamy polenta and my other half had the ribeye special. To over indulge we decided to also share the smokey jalapeno, bacon, mac and cheese. All and all the food was just amazing. We will definitely be back.

Before we drove out to Twin Arrows, we wanted to try out their new Steakhouse. The menu caught our attention and we were anxious to give it a try. There were three of us in our party and we decided on the following menu items: Calamari, $12 yelp.com/biz_photos/zeni… yelp.com/biz_photos/zeni… Wedge Salad, $10 yelp.com/biz_photos/zeni… yelp.com/biz_photos/zeni… French Onion Soup, $9 yelp.com/biz_photos/zeni… Kobe Short Rib, $12 yelp.com/biz_photos/zeni… Pork Belly, $13 yelp.com/biz_photos/zeni… 14 oz New Mexico Strip, $45 yelp.com/biz_photos/zeni… 22 oz Long Bone Ribeye, $48 yelp.com/biz_photos/zeni… Asparagus, $7 yelp.com/biz_photos/zeni… Onion Ring Tower, $7 yelp.com/biz_photos/zeni… Mashed Potatoes, $7 yelp.com/biz_photos/zeni… For starters, the Wedge Salad, Calamari, and French Onion Soup were very good. Before they brought out our Steaks, the server gave us a selection of knives to pick from...this was unique and very cool. yelp.com/biz_photos/zeni… I had the New Mexico Strip, which was very tender and juicy....full of flavor. My buddy had the Long Bone Ribeye and ate it like Fred Flintstone....he also said he enjoyed it. The Better Half had 2 appetizers as an entree....the Pork Belly and Kobe Short Ribs. She gave me a bite of each and they were both awesome. The sides were very good as well....Onion Rings, Mashed Potatoes, and Asparagus is what we ordered for the table. Out of the 3, my favorite was the Onion Rings....they're thick and juicy and cooked perfectly...slight crunch and easy to bite through....a perfect side to my Steak. The service here was excellent....above average. The prices here are pretty high, so make sure you're ready to spend some dough....think Mastro's and Dominick's type pricing. While the food is good, the ambience and atmosphere doesn't come close to those 2 places....but I guess for Flagstaff it would be comparable, I don't know. I'm glad we were able to give this place a try. Return Factor - 80%

What an absolute gem. While we are not in the position to spend $40-50 per steak on a meal, a bit of research while en route revealed a couple of interesting Kobe beef hamburgers. We arrived about 20 minutes before they opened (daylight savings and time zones had us off), the manager invited us to sit in the bar area and enjoy a few drinks. Bass Ale on tap was fresh & tasty. When we sat down, we enjoyed the giant and new retro decor. Our burgers were humongous and the truffle fries fantastic. There was so much that desert was out of the question. In looking at what other diners were ordering, it appears that the rest of the menu is just as fantastic. We have enjoyed similar experiences at a couple of the other Navajo Casinos run by the same group. Service was attentive and first class all the way. We will make it a point to stop by just for the Kobe burgers next time we go through on our way to Phoenix or SoCal!

Best ribeye I have ever had in my life! The experience and the food was great! The prices were high for my tight wallet but well worth the quality of food and service received. The only hiccup was two people in my party ordered asparagus which was forgotten until the last minute when everyone was almost finished, and it was not comped out of our check. Otherwise, flawless.

Went tonight for my mom's birthday and it was a great experience! Our waitress was fantastic, we also talked to the manager and the cool (both of whom checked in on us and asked how our meal was) and over all the service was fabulous. The food was great as well, a but pricey but well worth it! I would definitely recommend it for special occasions or even to treat yourself!

Our new favourite restaurant in Flagstaff. We will be dining here often. My husband and I are an older couple with disposable income, so, have no qualms about dropping dough for fine dining. Is the Zenith expensive? Yes. Is it worth every penny? YES! The ambience is lovely... quiet with dim-lighting. The music is of the Frank Sinatra era, but low... in the background where it belongs. The staff is warm and welcoming... bending over backwards to make your experience one to remember. The food is just to die for. I had the French Onion soup which is the BEST I've ever had anywhere, (southern Calif, Las Vegas). My husband had the Beef Barley soup and that was just as delicious. We then had the Crab Cake appetizer. OMG... again the BEST we've ever had anywhere. Blows the Cottage Place and Josephine's crab cakes out the window. They're gonna have to up their game to compete with the Zenith. A HUGE crab cake with HUGE lumps of crab, (not all mashed and shredded like most places), and a flavour to die for. My husband got his with the Spicy sauce it's served with, but I asked for their Remoulade sauce instead. Both sauces delicious. Next, a Wedge salad, (whose presentation is just spectacular), and a Caesar salad for me, (with a dressing that was oh-so-subtle and oh-so-delicious). My husband had the Kobe Short Ribs for his entrée... melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness. I had the Double-Cut Pork Chop that came with an Apple Gastrique, and can't begin to express how sublime this dish was. For dessert, we both had the Tahitian-Vanilla Crème Brulee... 'silk' is the best word I can use to describe the texture. The flavour? Nothing short of fabulous. I do have to say something about their 'sides'. First, the portions are HUGE. Each one can easily feed 2-3 people. The Garlic Mashed Potatoes were very good. But the Mushrooms and Brussel Sprouts we ordered were less than expected. They had little flavour and the texture of both dishes was 'tough, chewy'. These need improvement... better recipes and/or cooking methods. But, overall, the Zenith is a total gem... a restaurant we will frequent often. Bring plenty of money, then, forget about the cost and just enjoy the fabulous food... you won't regret it.

An absolute amazing experience from the service to the ambience of the restaurant. And the food was great! We had the pork belly and oysters for appetizers. The pork belly just melts in your mouth and the oysters were more fresh then anywhere I've tried before. Also, we had their Navajo raised ribeye for entrees and it was cooked a perfect medium rare and could be cut with a butter knife- simply the best meat one could ask for and beyond delicious. The sides are a healthy portion and were perfectly seasoned (we had the grilled asparagus and fries). You HAVE to try the banana cream dessert. Made with scotch and out of this world! Definitely will be back!

My husband and I went to Zenith for our anniversary and were not disappointed! First of all the staff was very inviting...I had asked for an item(steak tartare) which was online but not on the menu we received, the host said he would ask the chef to prepare it....he did and it was wonderful! It was also more than enough for 2. My husband ordered the Navajo rib eye....melted in your mouth. The Chef had come out to our table previously to chat about the tartare and I mentioned that I loved fois gras.He was kind enough to add it to the steak ! I ordered the calamari app for my dinner. Lightly dusted in cornmeal and fried lightly...tender,not chewy. The restaurant itself is exactly as you'd find in Las Vegas.Beautifully appointed and quiet. All in all the experience was A plus. It is very high end for Flagstaff but the amount you spend could compare to Brix or Cottage place. Everything is a la carte. Also they add 18% gratuity to all checks. In our case I added a little more as our waitron was very accommodating and comped us tickets to the concert that night for our anniversary. On a scale of 1 to 10 a 9 only because I wish I was in Paris!

My husband and I stayed at the resort for a concert and went to the Zenith Steakhouse the night before for a special dinner. The prices are astronomical and everything on the menu is a la carte - so if you want something other than a piece of meat on your plate, you have to order it separately. I got the butter poached lobster and it was tasteless, tough and overdone. It should have melted in my mouth and with a price of $48 for the tail alone it should have been the best lobster I'd ever tasted. It wasn't. I ordered asparagus as a side dish and it was tough and bitter so I got broccolini instead, which was good but not outstanding. My husband had a halibut special and he thought it was very good but nowhere near worth the price. It's a beautiful restaurant but we were seated in the back end, near the kitchen, where we could see and hear everything going on. I thought I was in an episode of Hell's Kitchen (without the cursing). Definitely not worth the price.
