Great pizza, salad and wings! My only complaint is that it's a bit crowded but that's also what gives it its charm. Any place that has free flowing ranch dressing is aces in my books! Place is super busy on weekends but if you like takeout that's always a great option too. My favorite is the white pizza and their salads !

$50 dollar min for delivery! !!! that's really a stupid business practice. guess im calling pizza hut or domino's. can any one person eat $50 worth of pizza? I've been a travelling professional for 30 years. Never ever herd of something this outrageous. For any kind of food delivery. Not in New York city, Chicago, Boston, or even in Europe, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Shanghai.

Awesome pizza and wings! My entire family agreed this pizza was one of the best. We had cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza, simple but delicious! The wings were sauced just right and were crispy. They are big wings, as advertised. Beer and wine are served. I ordered salad, but I might pass on that next time...it was very basic and not worth wasting your appetite on - save it for the pizza and wings! They were out of blue cheese when I was there, a bummer but not the end of the world. Lots of TVs playing the football game. It's a casual, humble atmosphere so nothing fancy here, but that makes for a fun, friendly, family atmosphere.

Love this place. Great food. When we have work meetings and everyone is asked what they want, this is the place everyone picks.

Hands down best pizza place in Flagstaff, and i do mean this location. I have been to the other Flagstaff location multiple times and its not the same. Breadsticks are awesome, pizza great, calzones are a must, wings ehhh not so much (I am a wing enthusiast). Staff is attentive and the atmosphere is nice. This says a lot coming from me, I am upper management of a fast casual eatery, so i appreciate product consistency almost as much as i do stellar service; this place has both.

This was the best pizza I've had in a long time. We ordered the Flagstaff pizza and the pesto cheesy bread. We dipped our bread and pizza in a side of wing sauce. Sooo Delish! So glad we stopped by on our short trip to check out NAU.

I love coming to this place whenever I'm craving pizza! We live downtown and today we were on the FourthStreet side of town so we decided to come in. We were greeted right when we entered and ordered right away. The place was packed during a baseball game and the wait wasn't long at all, We were surprised! We ordered salads, wings, and pizza -- everything was perfectly timed out when served! Always a great choice

I so wanted this pizza to be the one I longed to come back and eat. NOPE. Was not good at all. I am so glad we were just passing through. I have to say in California we have some amazing pizza. It just does not compare.

    Mayberry RFD amateur hour...juvenile staff doesn't care...product mediocre...owner doesn't return phone calls...pathetic

Literally the best pizza I've ever had. I no longer live the area, but now that I have a Yelp account I feel obligated to write a review for this place--it is THAT good. There are two locations... one on 4th St, and one just south of the tracks in downtown Flagstaff. Both are equally awesome and I would recommend both to anyone. The 4th Street location is more suited for families (the building seems to be a former pizza hut) and tends to get crowded around dinner, especially on Friday nights. The location downtown seems to be a hot spot for lunch, but tends to be less crowded in the evenings. If you are in a rush for dinner it may be wise to avoid the 4th St location... it is a popular post-game pizza joint for local youth sports teams. For lunch they have two specials to choose from: one slice & salad, or two slices. Slices are huge, thin, and taste amazing. Dinner is the usual pizza joint menu. I should note that the full pies aren't as thin as the lunch special slices... but if you ask them to make it thin they will. The dinner specials, which are named after local themes, aren fairly priced. The staple order for my roommate and I was the Lumberjack special: Large one topping with breadsticks and two cans of soda. We usually ate there to catch the sports game, as they have plenty of large screen TVs with the full line up of sports channels. A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! I never thought I could miss going to a pizza place do much.

Great place for pizza! Ambiance: -atmosphere is lacking, order at the cashier and they bring table side. No waiters/waitresses. -basic pizza joint decor and seating arrangement, with the addition of a "bar" where you can eat pizza and watch TV while watching the cooks toss their pizza dough. -one male and one female restroom, there was a wait the whole time we were there Service: -cashier was pretty friendly, it was cool to be able to watch the kitchen staff making pizzas -not that it really matters, but this place was entirely staffed by your stereotypical Flagstaff hipster Liberal Arts major. If you absolutely detest mustaches, ironic t-shirts or thick-framed eyeglasses that are not actually used for vision correction, don't come here. -wait time for pizza was less than 10 minutes -staff cleaned bathrooms while we were there, something I actually appreciate that they do DURING their shift and not just at the close of day. Food: -my dad and I ordered a small 10" Pesto Cashew pizza (basil pesto, grilled chicken, mozzarella, red onion, mushroom, bleu cheese and cashews, minus the cashews.... $11.25) and I had a soda ($1.99). -we both really liked the pizza and had three slices each, left feeling full and not at all unsatisfied. The crust was nicely flavored and had a good density/chew to it. The pizza was not at all greasy and the toppings were perfectly cooked. YUM. I like that they offer vegetarian and gluten-free options right on the menu, makes it an easy choice for bringing people with dietary restrictions. I'd definitely recommend the Pesto Cashew pizza and can't wait to try the Flagstaff pizza, a deep dish pizza and a few wings!

The garlic powder was a plus , since I did feel it was lack some sort of flavor, until i saw the garlic powder on table. The Hawaiian pizza had cheddar cheese which was different . but place wasn't bad . worth a try . I enjoy it

Best pizza in Flagstaff. We love the pepperoni and pineapple, and the Veggie. A real treat is the Lunch Time Special. We just got a HUGE slice (more like 2 slices) a good sized salad, and a local craft beer for $8. This might become my Friday lunch ritual.

  • Jessica K.

The pizza is outstanding! Breadsticks and wings were also great! We fed 3 for under $30 with drinks, so good price as well! The loss of star was because of the noise. We came in early on a Friday night and could barely hear each other across the table it was so loud! Otherwise, service was great! Love that they have a self-serve ranch station!

I've compared Fat Olives, Oreganos and Nimarcos to Frattellis Pizza, and I hands down enjoy Frattellis the best and keep coming back. Great current but not mainstream music is played that you may enjoy unless you're a senior citizen or something. Big generous slices available before 4pm. Employees are young, fun and friendly.

As a neighborhood pizza joint, I love this place. It's the kind of place I would want to take my kid after a little league game for pizza and a coke. As a gluten-free eater, it's pretty good, although I wish they could find a way to get GF slices, since a 10" GF pizza is more than $15. Great place to catch a Champions League game on Fox Sports too!

A must hit place while in Flagstaff!! When I asked my brother, a Flagstaff resident, where I "had to eat" while in Flagstaff, he instantly said, Fratellis! We wandered in not really sure what we wanted but quickly decided on an advertised special $14 for a medium pizza, two drinks and breaksticks. The breadsticks were fresh, tasty and quite hot! The marinara (our chose over cheese dip or ranch) was the perfect touch for them. Our pizza arrived piping hot, right out of the oven and we devoured it. The cheese was perfect - gooey, tasty, thick and not oozing grease. The crust was just the perfect thickness with the perfect crunch and tasted great when dipped in our left over marinara. I usually shy away from pizza because the heavy greasy feeling in my stomach later that night is not worth it, but Fratellis left nothing but warm goodness in my tummy. ONLY BUMMER, they serve Pepsi products not Coke :(

  • Chris H.

The pizza here is something to be talked about, they make one hell of a pie! Ingredients are amazing, and the house combinations are the best! Only complaint here is the price is a little high, not over the top but enough to make it a second thought...

    (4)
  • Jon E.

Great pizza, great staff. Only downside is they get very busy. With very rare exceptions it's always worth the wait. This is our usual take out choice on Friday night.

  • Scott G.

I ordered and received their version of a Chicago deep dish Hawaiian pizza, but what I got was a regular to thin crust with very high edges lacking cheese and flavor.

Always great pizza and wings. The Route 66 is the best pizza I have tried. The do a great lunch special as well. You have to try this place. Younger crowd and good family place.

  • Christine D.

We love this pizza. It's close to our house, but the service is terrible. I hate that they forgot our order again, so now we have to sit here for over an hour waiting to eat. This has happened several times at the 4th street location.

    (1)
  • Lauren F.

Good local pizza joint. The sauce is sweet and delicious. I had a veggie pizza and it rocked. I'm not even a vegetarian, but the ingredients sounded really good and I was not disappointed. I even made a few friends with other pizza eaters while there. It was a refreshing change from the typical college pizza hole in the wall. This one had a little more character and I'd return when I'm back in Flagstaff- especially if I had a craving for pizza!

  • Phillip P.

Hands down the BEST Pizza in Northern AZ! I get the works pizza with a mix of marinara and pesto, an order of buffaque wings and I'm set!! my kids enjoy the pepperoni pizza. The customer service is great and the prices are on point!! I've been to both downtown and the 4th street location many times and I prefer the 4th street location, they beat them in the customer service category every time! Plus the 4th street is more of a family atmosphere in my opinion. Either way I would recommend Fratelli over any pizza shop in Flagstaff!

    (5)
  • A. J.

Perhaps a victim of its own success, Fratellis has disappointed me. Tjis is graduation weekend at the university, so I get that pizza is in demand. I callec ahead and was told 40 minutes. i show up 5 min late on purpose. Was told it wouldbe another 5 min, but that turned into 10. Cheesesticks were sitting on a rack getting cold. The manager from the main store came in yelling accross the waiting crowd that more help would be needed in the other store. The Chicago was not as great as usual. Have been a loyal customer, and not sure that will continue. Not up to par.

    (3)
  • Kota S.

Delicious pizza! It's so good that I haven't bothered to order anything else. The employees are all friendly and energetic. It really seems like they enjoy working there. Service is fantastic. The only thug I'd change is I would keep it open longer.

  • Kevin L.

Stopped here on the way out of Flagstaff..friendly young staff and solid pizza. Im from the suburbs of NYC so I am super picky about my pizza and italian food.. This place has it right for the most part, huge slices, tasty crust and quality cheese and toppings. Moving here in July so I will be back!

    (4)
  • Ron M.

Outstanding pizza. The cheesy sticks were really good too. Family oriented location. We had the basic pepperoni pizza which was delicious, the right balance of cheese, pepperoni, and sauce. When in Flagstaff, eat here. You won't be sorry.

I was visiting flagstaff for the day and thought we'd check this place out. The customer service was excellent and pizza delicious. The place was hopping and seems very popular. Had the spinoccoli pizza. Very cheesy and not greasy at all.

    (5)
  • Ashley E.

Worst service ever! We ordered and sat down the place was only half full. It took 1 1/2 hours to get our pizza while others who ordered after us kept getting served. Their response was 1/2 a pizza is faster than a whole pizza? Really? They suck!!! Never will go back or recommend anyone.

  • JoEllen W.

We had a large works pizza and a bottle of wine. Place was packed and service was great. Pizza was delicious. I recommend next time you are in Flagstaff.

  • Kristina R.

This is my families go to place for good pizza and they have a great selection of vegetarian specialty pizzas. The only downside is sometimes I get the feeling the girls that answer the phone to take my order would rather be anywhere but working there, but the pizza is worth the dingy girls.

    (4)
  • Melissa P.

Their pizza is always great. Staff is great too. I went in tonight with my 2yr old on my hip because she refused to wear shoes. One of the girls carried my pizza to my car. It was great. Nobody likes floor pizza. Crisis averted.

Best pizza in flagstaff never a bad experience with service or food. The service is always friendly and helpful. Food is not over priced either very good.

  • Paige S.

I literally just waited 20 minutes for a single slice of pizza that came to me burnt & crusty. I watched as at least 10 other people got their orders before me, even though some had come in after me. Didn't seem like any of the workers were paying attention to anything happening outside of the kitchen. Left feeling extremely frustrated & disappointed. May never return to this location....

Came here while dropping off Junior at NAU. Quite impressed with food, friendly helpful service, and overall vibe. Had wings, pizza, beer. Worth a visit if you've never been. We'll definitely go back when in Flagstaff.

Loved it! We had a group of 12, and after a quick survey, everyone gave Fratelli's five stars. (Granted we were all very hungry after a long horseback riding trip, but still...) The antipasta salad was one of the best I have ever eaten. I would go back and just order that. It was filled with all things yummy, including artichoke hearts, green AND black olives, pepperocinis, cheese and all sorts of italian meats and other things. - The Great White pizza was also perfect. The kids had the pepperoni pizza and they all gave it two thumbs up. I will most definitely be back.

I came to Fratelli Pizza the night before a big hike to Mt. Humphries Peak in Flagstaff, AZ. I needed something with substantial carbs, but I needed some protein balance. My friend gave an idea of getting a pizza with either chicken. When you come to the front, you order the pizza, apps, and drinks. We custom made our pizza with chicken, onions, and jalapenos. Half of the pizza came with BBQ sauce and the other half came with a garlic olive white sauce. The great thing is we were able to do half and half even with the sauces. I was quite impressed with this option. The pizza was not too overbearing and greasy like many pizzas. We specifically asked for light cheese, and the order came to specification. The BBQ sauce was a winner, but the white sauce was not shabby either.

Ate here last night and loved the pizza and the wings were super big and tasted awesome. Probably one of my top two places to eat wings. My work gets catering from here as well so eat quite a bit

Best pizza in AZ. Everytime I'm in Flagstaff AZ, this place is a must!!! Favorite pizza is the route 66

  • Monica C.

Sadly we were there on a busy Friday night. Ordered two pizzas straight off the menu. Waited forever, people who came in awhile after us got their pizza before us, along with another table I noticed who came in way after us too! Had to go up to the cashier and check on our pizzas. After checking on pizzas it was another 10minutes. total wait time was over a hour. Too long for this run of the mill pizza. Wasn't blown away by taste. Heavy handed on the use of seasoning. We barely ate half and left the rest. Kids didn't even want to take it back to motel for breakfast. That's sad when the kids don't want cold pizza in the morning. Service was lousy, we had to get our own plates and utensils. We were passing through Flagstaff and I wish we would have passed by this place, too.

  • Claudia C.

As a part time resident of Flagstaff, this is our family's favorite pizza place. The pizza is the best we have ever had! Staff is always friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  • Jenny N.

Huge slice of pizza for very cheap. My boyfriend also liked his chicken Caesar salad. The girl at the counter was overwhelmingly friendly. We were just passing through, but it seemed like the entire staff was a good bunch.

  • Randy O.

White pizza on killer hand tossed crust, and draft beer to wash it down. Good stuff!

    (5)
  • Kelly J.

Excellently run locally owned business. Owners genuinely care about their employees and because of that, the employees genuinely care about their job and performance. Personable, unique, friendly atmosphere which results in happy customers. Food is delicious, made by only the best ingredients. Give Fratelli a try, and you will not be dissapointed.

  • Philip M.

We've been using Fratellis for years. Their pizzas never disappoint, and as vegetarians we find a great selection: the Flagstaff, the Tucsan, the Veggie, and the Margherita are among our favorites, but they have lots of others to choose from. For the meat-eaters, the Works seems to be very popular. I will say that while both locations (the 4th St one and the Phoenix Ave one) have the same excellent pizza, there is a tremendous difference in the service and the accuracy of their time estimates for pickups. The Phoenix Ave location will always claim 25 minutes, but I've had to wait an extra 45 minutes because they were busier than they seem to realize when I called. The 4th St one has always been accurate, and I've never had to wait if I arrive when they tell me to.

    (5)
  • Nick H.

Disappointed. The wife & I have been enjoying Fratelli's Pizza every 6 months on our way through Flagstaff but were disappointed on this last visit a few days ago. The pizza tasted different. We always order the same one, The Works, but this one lacked taste. Even the crust seemed different. Not sure what they have changed but we may need to find a new place for pizza when in Flagstaff. Will give it another try and hope for the best...

  • Kim O.

Def a college run joint. Not family friendly either. Pizza isn't that great and the cheese sticks could be better. $6 for a glass of cheap Chianti that wasn't that great. This place asks for tips for "kneading your dough", but please note - you seat yourself, get your own drinks, silverware and order at the counter.

    (2)
  • Jason M.

Not super amazing pizza but good. We had the gluten-free Flagstaff which was not too bad. I will go back someday if I am looking for this style of pizza. There are different styles of pizza and all have their own taste so really it's hard to compare to xyz pizza. This pizza is about average compared to most.

    (3)
  • Lynn M.

Best pizza in Flagstaff! I even suffer through my lactose intolerance to partake in this great representation of pizza.

    (4)
  • Sean K.

Awesome pizza. Great staff. Good prices.

    (4)
  • Abraham J.

Pretty good place and seemed pretty popular. I wasn't completely amazed by it, but I would totally would have went there In my college days. Food was good, reasonably priced, fast on close to most hotels. I'd go again.

    (3)
  • Matthew M.

Excellent pies. Wings are 5/10. Decent beer selection, best place on this side of town for pizza/football. They have an xbox 360 with many games for kids, they have free wifi, they have a small "bar" in the front, they also have a gluten-free crust as well. Wish it was a tad bigger, they are PACKED 95% of the time. The GM Michael is courteous, professional, but also laid back, as well as the staff.

    (5)
  • Janet R.

My husband and I tried fratellis for the first time tonite and were disappointed. Just average. No taste to the sauce. They were super busy and friendly but the quality was not what we were expecting.

    (3)
  • Chris U.

After a day on the road traveling from Texas we checked into our hotel and went out in search for something to eat. We came across Fratelli Pizza and was it ever a great find. We ordered a cheese and a pepperoni pizza for my family. Simply put this was the best pizza I've ever had. The staff were nice and inviting and the sauce was out of this world. Good job guys.

    (5)
  • Darrell H.

Top Notch, Delicious and very reasonable 16" pepperoni, mushroom & black olive for just over $15. Best of Flagstaff for a long list of years. called in my order and it was ready for pickup in 20 minutes @ 6:00 PM.

    (5)
  • Carter A.

absolutely horrible service by dis-Interested employees; in particular young man who is managing it, more interested in talking with his friends than working

    (1)
  • Caby B.

Food was pretty good and considering how busy it was the service was good also. I ordered mozzarella sticks, house salad and a pizza and all were very good (they use fresh mixed greens on the salad instead of ice berg lettuce). Only complaint is that we called in days before to make a reservation since we had a large group and when we got there nothing had been set for us and the placed was packed. We practically had to hover over other people while we waited for tables to clear. So, great place for good food but not so great for large parties.

    (4)
  • Cheryl E.

I'm from Buffalo, NY, where we practically live on Pizza and Wings, and this is my favorite pizza hands down. The wings are almost as good as home too. This is definitely going to be a staple in my house.
