Their patio is dog friendly, fun ski cabin style decor, great burgers, huge Cobb salad, friendly server and they pour heavy on the vodka for the Bloody Mary bar, they also have old school board games like candy land, sorry, uno, Yahtzee and more we didn't play but would be fun to play inside in the winter, we'd all go back!

Great location and fun patio out front, but the few times I've been here, there is always an excuse for why food takes so long. Adult beverages are good, as is some of the food we've had. But I agree with the wobbly pub tables and stools as mentioned by another reviewer. I will probably go back, but just for drinks on the patio. Management needs to consider some inside maintenance and freshening up.

The patio was dog friendly and before we sat down a server met us with a bowl of water. We took advantage of the Wed. All day Happy Hour. Our southwest French dip with homemade onion strings was great. The food, drink and atmosphere were wonderful. However, the best part of this eatery was our server Courtney a true gem. Courtney was attentive, personable and was knowledgable about the menu. She works every Tuesday and Wednesday.

We were in Flagstaff for the day. ..very disappointing. 1. Kids spaghetti and garlic bread were disgusting. .the kids didn't even touch it. Garlic bread had been thrown on a dirty grill long enough to leave dirty marks, but bread was cold in the middle and soggy on top. 2. Appetizer of cheese curds and fried pickles had potential to be good, but the curds were cold in the middle, and tasted the way a dirty refrigerator smells 3. Portobello sandwich was TINY..like maybe 1/4" thick mushroom surrounded by 4" of bread... 4. Grilled chicken sandwich was maybe 1/4 of a breast with dirty grill marks and a basic bun. 1st time here, last time as well...we happened upon one of the worst restaurants we've been to in a while...Only gave 2 stars because the server was nice and attentive.

This place has either gone really downhill or I was too drunk in college to realize how bad it was. 1. The table we sat at was uncomfortably close to another table, meaning when someone from either table had to get out, butt in someone's face happened. 2. The server was obviously over her job and didn't care at all about her service. 3. Back to the table, it was rickety and wobbly, also sticky and had old food slop drippings on it, yuck. 4. I ordered a Bloody Mary, not realizing it was build your own Bloody Mary day, so fine, I went back to make it, kinda gross, I don't want to use all this stuff that's been sitting out for hours! Also, who else has been touching this stuff!? 5. Lastly, of course I can't pin it down to this place but my 3 year old son got really sick the next day after eating a hot dog there. Seems the unsanitary conditions may be why?

Service was horrible. Staff seemed to be on edge and stressed. Wasn't informed of any wait times, but it took over 50 minutes for one order of hot wings, It wasn't even that busy. They get two stars for good food. That's the only reason. I want to like this place, but the service needs major improvement.

We came on a night where they were terribly shortstaffed. While I felt bad for the servers, the rain and angry customers did not increase haste on orders. When we finally got our food, which seemed like it took 40 minutes, it wasn't bad. I do have to say, however, that the chili con carne was excellent and I would certainly come back just for that. Everything else seemed okay; drinks were generous with alcohol, and the waitstaff was sweet but looked a little lost. I think this might be a Flagstaff thing though.

The atmosphere here is worth going! Everyone is very friendly and the decorations are cool - very mountain town-y! We got teriyaki wings and the potato tacos - both pretty good. The service is good too.

I do not like leaving 1 star reviews. I guess I have been fortunate that in all my years of dining out I have rarely had to leave them. But heck, our experience at Altitudes was so horrendous I feel as though it is my civic duty to deter people from dining (if you are so lucky as to actually get your food) here. We were up in Flagstaff for the day, had just got done hiking Humphreys Peak and were ravenous. We passed Altitudes and it looked like a fun spot to grab a quick lunch and get some people watching in and enjoy the beautiful weather....WRONG.....We were seated immediately (inside wasn't busy, outside was 80% full) and, our fault, should have acknowledged all of the seriously pi$$ed off people surrounding us. I used the absolutely filthy bathroom and was screamed at to "MOVE" by one of the chefs who was running through the corridor like a crazy person. After waiting 15 mins the hostess said our server was backed up and she took our order (the hostess was the best part about this place). Another 30 minutes later we hadn't received our appetizer. A table on the other side of the patio started walking around telling people they may need to reconsider dining here as they had just waited over an hour for potato skins. Our waters were left empty for about 20 minutes. A server came up to the table next to us and said that food was taking at least an hour to get out (we weren't given the luxury of being told this information prior to placing our order). After hearing this we just cancelled our order and left. We actually had to cancel our order with someone else because, after 45 minutes, we still hadn't actually met our server. It baffles me that a restaurant can be that bad.

Despite the recent negative reviews for this place, we decided to give it a try. Well....the negative reviews are 100% right. And here's yet another one. Service was slow despite the fact that there were only 3 tables. The waitress was sweet but the major problem was our food. Both my mom and I ordered the southwest French dip. It's supposed to come with green chili & pepperjack cheese along with the meat. Both sandwiches came with NO chili and minimal cheese- just dry meat on bread. And it costs $11.50?!? We pointed this out to the waitress and waited another 20 minutes for new sandwiches made the correct way.

Went for lunch because they allowed dogs on the patio. We waited quite a while for a waiter to approach our table and then the drinks and food took forever to come out. I had the grilled chicken sandwich which was good but the chicken was very small so I was still hungry afterwards. I didn't like the green chili- lukewarm and weird texture. Bottom line - not worth the wait.

Fish tacos (Thursday's only) are outstanding as is the white chicken chili available everyday

Glad they were open on New Years Day BUT they were totally unprepared: Slow and unorganized service & clearly understaffed. They told us they we're about 15 minutes behind on food orders but it was actually 50 minutes until our food arrived. When our meal did arrive we were disappointed with the cold Baja Taco Plate (cold tortillas and hard chicken). Their Green Chili Chicken Stew was lukewarm and the beans were hard (undercooked). So disappointing! The only positive was the great tasting Red Ale craft brew - pretty hard to screw that up! With that said, there's an opportunity to make great business on a holiday when other competitors are closed. If you're gonna do it - do it right! Next time were in Flagstaff we'll give them another shot - the place seems like a cool hangout to dine and drink. Lots of tables, some TV's to watch sports, a fine selection of craft brews, a full bar and board games to spend your time. There's a nice porch area to enjoy the outdoors as well!

Horrible Service. We came here because we were told it was "dog friendly." We were wrong. The manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful and literally took the umbrella we were using to shade out dogs away from us. If you have dogs go anywhere else in Flag!

I visit flagstaff several times a year and last time we went to Lumberjacks - the wait was almost an hour to get seated . This time around - same wait time in a crowd bar due to the rain - so we drifted over to Altitudes - the place was not crowded for a Saturday night ( red flag ) and we got seated right away - our server was friendly and got us drinks - we ordered a steak sandwich , 2 dozen wings and a portobello sandwich. We waited for our food for 50 minutes . We were this close to getting up and walking away when we finally got our food - the steak sandwich was ... A tasteless piece of steak on a piece of dry bread . Very disappointing. The mushroom sandwich and the wings were decent but the wait time was Surprising . Our server was very apologetic and got us a small discount. I think the place has such great potential - it's got the ski theme decor , nice live music , but for pub food they really need to get it right with the service . They could live off the overflow from next door . Which is probably the only thing propping this place up. I'll deal with the long wait times at Lumberjacks next time . Their food is worth the wait . Sorry , Altitudes !

Altitudes is terrible. We had gone once before, a few months ago, and were not impressed but decided to give it another shot. We got the veggie burgers for their half off burger deal and they were terrible. They're Morning Star brand, which is fine, but both of them were completely burned and didn't come with the toppings we had asked for. Additionally, our server was horrible. He wasn't pleasant, slammed waters on the table without saying anything, and made the entire experience uncomfortable. I've been a server for 6 years and never thought it was a difficult job to be kind to people, especially a low maintenance table such as ours, but I guess some people just can't hack it. I assume (from my own experience and reading the other reviews here) that the owner(s) really don't care about their business.

Great food. Fantastic service. Had dinner and breakfast. French dip is to die for. Attitudes Alpine Ale is great. Chris and Blair provided top notch service. Thanks to Paul and Lynda (owners).

I having been going here for years and just love the place to pieces! Great staff and owners that are very friendly and hands on. Best of all are the train shots! When a train goes by there is a shot special that I take full advantage of!!! Left this place many a night feeling great!

Unfortunately, our experience here was not as great as we hoped. The bar is cute and the patio had a nice view of downtown Flagstaff and people watching. The service was horrible, it took nearly two hours for a simple lunch, and when things we asked for still didn't show up after asking several times, we finally gave up asking, example : glasses of water. Anyway, the most bothersome, I let my son order the steak dinner because he was so excited about it. Although we had a discussion about whether he wanted the dinner or the open faced sandwich, and my son clearly said that he did not want the sandwich, the sandwich came out after an hour anyway. The waiter said that he had ordered the dinner, and apologized. I told him that we did not have another hour to wait for a steak to be remade, so we don't have a choice, he will eat the sandwich. Not only did they not comp their screw up, but they were charging us for the dinner, not the sandwich! Even after having a discussion with the manager, they finally changed the price down to the sandwich and then applied a couple of dollar discount. So, I wanted to thank the owners for completely screwing up the limited time that we had in Flagstaff. Not only was lunch dissappointing, but because it took so long, we only had 15 minutes to shop and tour around because we had time limits.

We stopped through in early January. I had the fish and chips, my wife had the Philly Wrap and our daughter had a burger. The fish and chips were pretty good, I believe the fish was walleye and the fries had a good seasoning to them. The philly was served kind of like a Gyro and was tasty also. The kids burger was served on a frisbee that she got to keep. The food was good, about the only complaint was that the service was a bit slow. They were nice though.

I was very very disappointed in Altitudes today while I was on a day trip up to Flagstaff with my brother and my two dogs. We were looking for a dog friendly patio to have lunch and someone directed us here. Some guy said it was self seating in the downstairs patio so we grabbed a table. We sat there for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, and a waitress walked by twice. When she finally approached us I asked her for a bowl of water for our panting dogs and she said "there's one right there" and pointed to a dirty, used bowl with a tiny bit of slimy warm water in it. I literally looked at her not knowing if she was serious. Asked for fresh water and she said she would be back with it and a beer menu for us. 10 minutes later still nothing. My brother went inside and approached the bartender for a bowl of water and she asked him if he could wait while she carried on a conversation with someone at the bar (seemed to be a friend) who already had been served with a drink in front of them. Finally we asked a different male server for a bowl of water and he brought one out. When our waitress came back she asked if we were ready to order. I told her we were STILL waiting on a drink menu, as we are sitting outside and can't see what's on tap. She rudely said "Well why can't I just tell you?" UMMMM ok. She asked if I liked IPA's. I said no. She then recommended two different IPA's. Seriously?! My brother ordered the half lb burger and I ordered the turkey burger. She asked how I wanted it cooked!! I said "It's turkey... I would like it cooked all the way." We also ordered a small side of grilled chicken for the dogs. 25 minutes AFTER all of this our food finally comes out. My turkey burger is totally dry and bland and has no seasoning or flavor. The onions on the side looked old and rubbery. I ate the turkey patty with some ketchup and called it a day. Side of grilled chicken never came so had to remind her of that again. She apologized for the slow service but what I don't understand is this place was DEAD. Literally 3 tables filled outside that's it. My brother said inside was dead. The service here is horrible and the food is mediocre. The ONLY reason I would even give them one star is because it's the only place I could find that had a dog friendly patio, and in a place like Flagstaff I thought it would be more common. Avoid this place!! I will never return.

I've only been once, so I don't know if it was an off day. They were very short staffed and with only a handful of customers it took over an hour to get our food to us. Luckily they had board games, so we passed the time well enough. When the food finally did arrive, it didn't all come out. My wife's taco salad with no meat was missing entirely, and my side was missing. All the food was bare bones with no extras. I like buffalo chicken sandwiches; that's what I ordered. I was disappointed. It was overcooked and uninteresting. It was a bad experience. Check with the staff to make sure they are running on all cylinders before trying.

The food itself was awesome. We got soup of the day and some pita wraps that were amazing. Staff was super friendly and laid back. This whole restaurant exudes chill vibes.

We stopped here for lunch, unfortunately their patio umbrellas weren't working properly....so we were forced to close them on this sunny afternoon. What appeared to be a nice shady spot, became a not-so-comfortable or shady spot. It took a very long time for a server to approach. Luckily, we weren't in a hurry, but were becoming quite thirsty for drinks while sitting in the (now full) sun. Once we ordered our drinks, we waited, and waited, and waited. For two - that's 2 - drinks. At this point, we were debating whether or not to stay. Just as we were about to stand up and go, the drinks came out. All two of them. Did I mention it wasn't terribly crowded? I'd hate to see what happens when they do have a decent crowd. Finally we ordered our food...and sat and waited....and waited. So frustrating. The food, when it finally came, was passable, not great. I will say that our server, when we did actually see him, was pleasant. Not a real reason to hurry up and return.

We stopped in this past Saturday (9/27) for dinner. We were greeted and seated right away. Being a party of 7, that was a plus. This place is really cool. A definite locals place. Our servers name was Cameron. He was attentive and very knowledgeable. The food was pretty good. I recommend for appetizers the (red) chili cheese fries. For a main course, the BBQ pulled pork sandwich or the Fish & Chips. I read the Yelp reviews after we left this place. And I was rather surprised to see all the negative reviews. Our experience was all positive.

I got a coupon in the mail for a free birthday meal, and I threw it in the trash. The only time we went there we waited for nearly an hour, despite the restaurant being mostly empty and the server was surly. Lasy night I saw a post from a friend about a terrible dining experience, so I asked the obvious question. Sure enough, it was Altitudes. Still have long waits, poor service and mediocre food. Should be called Attitudes. Go elsewhere.

  • Lauren S.

I really want to like Altitudes. I mean, come on--it's the only place in Flag that has a foosball table! Sadly though, both visits I've made have been disappointing.

  • Jason M.

Awful! All of it. Food was terrible and service was not much better. I won't bother with this place again. There are plenty of other places to get drinks and food, this one is not even on my radar. The crowd kind of sucks too. They have no clue what they are doing here. It's not like the place is new but they sure have no idea how to serve people. I even asked for a beer and the bartender was kind of a bitch! Well, I can be a bitch too and never come back to this dump!

I have never written a review, but our experience was so terrible I felt the need to warn everyone. We went here because they have a great outdoor dog-friendly patio. They were very attentive to bringing the dogs bowls full of water, but when it came to serving the humans, they couldn't handle it. Our problems stemmed mostly from our server, Jimmy. He seemed friendly enough when he greeted us, however, a little unkept and looked like he was hungover. Our first sign of trouble should have been when he didn't write anything down when we placed our order. Our order was simple - green chili fries (as our starter), two burgers - one regular, one turkey with guacamole on a gluten-free bun. Appetizers should typically be served 6-8 minutes after ordering. 20 minutes after we ordered we still had not received our chili fries. We asked Jimmy if the fries were coming out first or with the meal, and he put his palm to his forehead and gave us a look like he forgot to place our order in the kitchen. THEN he proceeded to fabricate a lie saying the kitchen was slow sometimes and he would check on it. Chili fries are simple! Fries are already made, you just slap some chili and cheese on and you're done! And what do you know!? 1 minute later our chili fries were served. Once we finished our fries, our burgers were served. I noticed the buns looked very similar (remember, one was supposed to be gluten-free). Since Jimmy was no where to be found, I had to flag down the hostess and ask if my bun was gluten-free. 5 minutes later, Jimmy comes by and says it was not. He proceeded to tell us another lie saying they just got a new system and the order entry was different. I told him to just bring me a new bun. I received the bun about 10 minutes after receiving my burger, which was now cold. The food was just OK. If we had a different server, our experience might have been different. However, we will not be going back to take our chances.

Can't say I've been here. But only because I called an hour before their listed close time and was told "soon" when I asked when they would close that particular night. Not exactly inviting!

Hit Altitudes for some dinner after being on the road for 12 hours. We were probably just grumpy and tired but 25 minutes for a burger and chicken wrap seemed excessive to me, especially since there were only 5 other customers to tend to. My faith was restored after the food came. The chicken wrap and fried onions were very good. "Mother Road Alpine Ale" brewed locally and just what I had in mind. A nice red ale - smooth.

  • Jenn W.

The staff was rude and the food over cooked. There is a dog friendly patio which is the only redeeming quality of this place- though this does not include offering water for the pups. More dog tolerant than anything. Four small chicken strips cost $10 and fries were an extra cost- expensive and not good. Many better options in the area.

Oh, Altitudes, there is so much about you that we love: your perfect location, your Friday night music, your dog friendly patio. Why do you insist on making customers write bad reviews?? Well, here goes.... The service is terrible. It always has been. You could remedy this by assigning servers to manageable sections. I see your servers with tables all over, inside and outside, the lower patio and the upper patio. It's just mind boggling how you can get this wrong for so long. Mostly your servers don't care. They don't greet you with menu and promises to take drink orders as they deliver other people's food. In fact, they avoid eye contact. Again, I don't begin to understand how they make tips when every table is begging for their food and drinks. Gosh, you can't even get your check to leave. I believe this is a management issue. A couple of rules for servers, a little training, and a lot more teamwork would make going to Altitudes the relaxing enjoyable experience it's meant to be. Yet I know you'll keep on under-achieving and barely getting by. So sad. On a bright note, your bartender seemed to care. Make him the manager. Sincerely, Yet another disappointed customer.

If you're not hungry... Come here. By the time you get your food, you'll be starving! We've been here for 45 plus minutes and have only seen one food order come outside. There are easily ten tables out here & most had people at them before we arrived. I have no idea how this place stays in business. If it takes you two hours to turn a table where the check totals ~$60 for 4 ppl, how do you hit your revenue goals or retain waitstaff (because after these waits for food, there's no way they get tips?) These guys have a serious operational issue in the kitchen.

Wednesday 6::00 The place had about 10 people in it. I sat at the bar had a beer and chicken wings both were good. The wings took maybe 10 mins to come out. Bartender was friendly and was talkative to all the patrons. The place is decorated pretty cool with all different type of skis lining the walls and the bathroom was clean. Nothing mind blowing but a cool place to hangout

This place is incredible! Been on a month long road trip, from Portland Oregon to Maine to Virginia to Tennessee to New Mexico to Arizona. Chris, the bar tender, has been the most pleasant, helpful, and funny bar tender we've encountered this far! The drinks are delicious, the prices are terrific, and the atmosphere has a cozy and warm lodge-feel. Most definitely a place to return to.

Fish and chips were amazing and so was a fresh chicken salad. My husband hates coke slaw and are every bit! Very friendly, great atmosphere and fun place. Great for lunch or dinner and a lot of beer and alcohol choices! Hope to come back again!

2.5 stars - mediocre and overpriced. It was a bit too warm to sit outside on the west-facing patio, but the inside was dark and stuffy (I guess that should've been my first sign). Bonus, the patio is dog-friendly, and there's plenty of parking. We haven't had wings since going gluten-free, so that was a total plus. Unfortunately, our entrees came out too quickly following the wings, so we sat trying to wave the flies from our entrees with one hand while scarfing the wings with the other. The $12 steak salad was pretty blah, and the steak was cooked through. I didn't think to specify a temperature, but the waitress also didn't ask - so that could be my bad. The ranch and blue cheese dressings were pretty flavorless, but my hubby enjoyed his French dip au jus on a gf hoagie. The au jus had some rich herby notes. Finding the bathroom was an interesting experience...after walking around the back of the restaurant, I was faced with two doors. One read "employees only," and the other read "Please keep door SHUT!" As I hurriedly complied, I wondered if I was going to get whacked with the employee-only door in the process. After I'd successfully navigated the door maze, I heard someone yelling on the phone. I walked into the adjacent hallway area, spotting the restroom. Down the hall, a cook (wearing his apron) was hollering on his phone, looking surprised to see another soul in the area. I scurried into the bathroom, delighted to find that the previous visitor had declined to flush. Our waitress was friendly, but she confessed she'd been there for seven hours, and she looked completely exhausted. As another yelper mentioned, that's a major management issue. I really appreciate the positive attitude toward gluten-free requirements, but next time, I'll stick with Beaver Street for better drinks, tastier food, and more overall bang for for my buck.

Server Jay was highly upset at something that carried over into his customer service skills. I would not recommend this place for anyone looking for a friendly staff and good atmosphere.

I read the reviews but didn't want to believe them. Based on the fact that there was only one other table when we walked in I should have been more cautious. We came in on a Wednesday around 3pm, which according to the menu they serve happy hour on Wednesday. We were not informed until after we had already placed our appetizer order (which was based off the thought that we were getting happy hour pricing) and 5-10 minutes had passed, that because today is a holiday they weren't honoring those prices. I was incredibly disappointed with the service. Will not be returning.

This was a total accident. We were recommended a brewery in the area and because we were given bad directions we ended up stumbling into Altitudes around 9:30 pm tired and starving. Luckily they were still serving. Service was very quick but then again, we were basically alone. The server was super friendly and took our good natured ribbing in stride. Considering they were closing up we didn't feel rushed at all which was nice. The beer and cider were awesome. The food was a little overcooked. Not bad, not great. I loved the atmosphere and mountainy decorations. Flagstaff is a wonderful little town and we can't wait to go back and visit.

We needed a pet friendly patio and were referred to Altitudes. We visit Flagstaff a few times a year and had never stopped in. The 2 waitresses I encountered were friendly and very nice. That was the only plus to the experience because they had more tables than they could effectively handle; the result was terrible service from start to finish. Anyway, we leashed our dog to the fence and the first girl said she would bring a water bowl; never did. I then asked our waitress and she said she would; never did. I later went inside and asked, specifically "could I please get a bowl to give my dog some water" and the 1st girl assured me she'd bring one. I would have preferred she just give it to me at this point but let it go. Still no water for the dog. Now we had been there more than 20 minutes. Finally our waitress realized and apologized because they were busy; lousy excuse. The dog finally got water. Other disappointments: Took way too long to take our order. Both of our draft beers weren't cold. My daughter's hot dog bun was soggy thanks to the side salad that came with it. The lettuce must have been really wet. The waitress didn't check back about the food for more than 10 minutes so by the time we finally got a dry bun my daughter had eaten most of the hot dog without the bun. The pulled pork sandwich was ok but we ordered it spicy and it wasn't. We both commented that is reminded us of what you can get at Costco; nothing special. We thought about bringing all this to our waitress's attention but decided to cut our losses and get on the road back home.

Waiter was slow and got orders wrong, no big deal. Food came out, I had ordered a burger, the burger was clearly very plain and what few vegetables were on it were obviously old and very wilted. The burger tasted as it looked, very plain and all bread not good at all. When the waiter asked about the food I informed him of this and he responded by talking to me like I'm stupid, he said "well its a burger, do you not like burgers??". But the fries were great!

  • R E.

The food was OK, nothing special really, but not bad either. However, the service was horrendous. We waited for a while and when no one came to our table we finally got up and got our own menus. Then when still no one came we asked the waitress for the table next to us if she was our waitress. She said she "wasn't sure". Another five minutes later a different waitress appeared and finally greeted us. Once we ordered it took a very long time for the food to arrive and my order wasn't correct! Maybe it was just an off day for them, can't say, but they did not seem particularly busy.

Great atmosphere, small and down to earth. Get to watch sports and everybody real friendly. I ordered a hamburger and that was a real hamburger. Staff here very nice and attentive. Your order may take a while to get to you, but with the wait.

So disappointed! To start off were from Phoenix and came up to flag to visit, driving around thinking let's find a place that looks cool to eat at that we've never been before! We're driving and find this place, very excited order drinks and appetizers on their happy hour menu and then come to find out by the time our order is basically done nothing is on happy hour. So we cancel the appetizers because they were way over priced and the only reason we got them was because they we're on happy hour...no one told us they weren't offering happy hour, even when we ordered off the happy hour menu! To top it off we ended up ordering soup because it was snowing and sounded delicious, we got the vegetable soup (their soup of the day) and green chile chicken soup. Both came out room temp and were far less than impressive tasting. We won't be coming back here again.

Sat in the sun on the deck. Delicious Pulled pork sandwich. Cold beer. Good way to relax on a Saturday afternoon. I guess I enjoy their deck dining a lot, I've never eaten inside!!

Excellent bar with great food. This is Flagstaff-- YOU NEED MORE TAPS!! It's kind of dark and a little claustrophobic but hey, it's in a 100 year old building. Some north facing windows would sure be nice. But I'm not an architect, I'm an eater, and on that note, Altitudes does me well. Fairly standard bar food, a little on the dry side but overall, pretty good." I love the idea of the train shots, but do they actually contain any alcohol?

Great wings and beer with live music and a view. Our best food in Flag. Prices were good and so was the service.

Great food and even better service. Our server was James. I have to say he was the friendliest and most competent server I have met in my 1.5 years of living in the US. Had the Cuban sandwich and the Onion straws. Really great! Home battered! Price also good. Paid $15 for dinner meal with drink. I hope I can come back soon!'

New ownership has destroyed this place. Took FOREVER to get our food. While waiting for our food we saw two other patrons return their burgers because they were underdone. At the second patron the bar tender got all mad and said they made them how the waitress turned in the order, to which the patron reassured him he did not order it rare. Once our food did arrive, the soup I ordered tasted horrible, like hospital cafeteria food that had been sitting in the pot for days. Needless to say, I will no longer be frequenting this restaurant, as I have in the past. Used to be a great place to go with friends. Not any more!

This hidden gem in the city has a lot to offer at a great value. I have been there a few times with friends and family and have never been disappointed. There are qualities about this place that embody the culture of Flagstaff, while providing excellent food. They are always creating new recipes for customers to enjoy, and at a great price. Linda, one of the owners, is a sweet heart and understands what it takes to keep a small business running efficiently. The bar has a great variety, and the people are always pleasant.

So after spending almost 8 hrs hiking Humphrey's Peak, I was pretty much famished!! A cow mooing would have been perfect for me! So stopped in Altitudes and went with the 1/2 lb burger (I was clear about wanting meat!). Came out juicy and tasty with of course my sweet potato fries!! Also got to enjoy some live music while sitting on the patio around sunset. Really a perfect way to end the day here in Flagstaff!

It's a nice local Flagstaff Bar and Grill. It's a little pricey for me as it comes to food but they have daily specials that make it way more reasonable. My favorite two at Sundays for their dozen wings for $5. It's pretty hard to screw up wings but they are pretty tasty. They are generous with the ranch on the side which is way better that Buffalo Wild Wings. Monday they have 1/2 off burgers. $4.50 for a Hamburger is way better than $9 per. They are pretty tasty burgers too. Comes with a side as well. The atmosphere is very relaxed and they just expanded their seating area so there is plenty of seating. It is a bit noisy when it's busy.

I've been here a few times over the last few weeks and I am LOVING it! After my first day there for lunch (Green Chili Breadbowl, needs hot sauce but very tasty) The staff addressed me by my first name. I got to know the owner, who also does a lot of bartending, as well as several of the servers. They are friendly, the place is clean, and the food is darn good. I highly recommend All Day Happy Hour (Wednesday) and Half Price Burger Mondays. Buying food at full price can be a bit pricey, so I usually come for specials. Happy Hour in the afternoon includes $3 drafts (local craft brews) and half price appetizers. The Grilled Quesadilla is killer good. Outdoor seating is great during warmer days. Watching cars drive the wrong way down Beaver St (a one way) provides entertainment. Shot specials for trains, wrong-way drivers, and an extra special for a wrong way AND a train at the same time (I've seen it twice so far). After an evening with friends at the bar, I am completely converted. The staff knows my beverage and encourages other appetizers and meals that I may enjoy. The owner, Lynda, is great about interacting and engaging in conversation, but not to the point where you wish she would leave you alone. The perfect balance. I have spent time regularly at several other bars and bar/grill locations in Flagstaff. Nothing compares. The service at Altitudes is unmatched in Flagstaff. Draft Craft Brews from local breweries (Mother Road) and nationals (Deschutes, New Belgium). Plenty of bottled selection as well. Lunch, dinner, or just drinking, give Altitudes a try.

Up in flag for work and wanted to find a local place for lunch. saw this place driving around and decided to give it a shot. they had a lunch time happy hour and i decided to go with the 1/2 price wings and nachos. The wings were good, but when the steak nachos came out I couldn't believe it. the plate was huge, way more food than i should be ale to eat, but i was going to try... and i failed :) they had some good drink specials and our waitress/bartender was amazing to look at, so that made this place that much better!!!

I am a huge fan of Altitudes. The owners are fantastic and really know how to treat there customers. The atmosphere itself is fun, hip, and kid friendly even though it is also a bar. The food is AMAZING! Almost everything is made in house and really shows a quality of ingredients. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a Flagstaff inspired place to eat.

I am surprised this place can afford to stay in business. We called ahead and were told it wouldn't take long at all to be seated. They were right about that but they failed to tell us we wouldn't be seeing any food for a long time. It took a half hour to get a simple nacho appetizer with dried out chicken on it. After we had asked for milk twice for the toddler in our small group, she said ok and still never brought it. We arrived at 7:20 and finally were so disgusted with the service that we left at 9pm having to find a fast food restaurant to eat at. The only business sense the manager had was to comp our beverages and appetizer. Never again. I should have given more consideration to the reviews on Yelp.

I like this place. I've been stopping at Altitudes on and off throughout my travels for years, and now that I live in Flagstaff I'm actually happy that I'll get to go here more often. The food is consistently good. Every time I come here I try something different, and it's always good. The fries are the battered kind, which are to die for. My favorite. Nothing seems to be over-salted, and all the ingredients taste fresh. They have a good selection of microbrews on tap, including one of my personal favorites, New Belgium Sunshine Wheat. The staff is also always very friendly, attentive, and quick to take orders. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the because of the prices. $11 at lunch time for a sandwich seems a little steep. This is, after all, bar food. Good bar food, but still bar food. I don't think I'll ever go here for dinner because I'm not going to want to pay increased prices on the same meals that are offered at lunch. But, some might argue that you get what you pay for, and at Altitudes you're definitely getting quality chow.

I love this place! Went to Flag for the weekend to get away from the city. Us girls were quite hungry and were told to try this place out. It was epc, relaxing and just amazing. I loved the vibe here! My friend and I split the special which was a BLT with side salad. We also decided to try some of the chile which was just amazing! Also what was cool is they had a bloody mary bar on Sunday and shots are 2.00 when the train goes by!

Crap, absolute crap. Slow service and inattentive staff. I was up in Flag at a conference and we came here on the 2nd night. We were sat outside and brought 5 waters for our group of 6. The last water never arrived. We waited for 50 minutes after ordering, and after I asked inside at the hostess station, they said our food would be there "soon." 5 minutes later the manager came out and offered us raspberry shots - mind you the youngest of us was 29 - we declined. When our food finally came, my steak was cooked to death, the chicken my co-workers ordered was more like jerky, and my co-work we'd nachos were cold and soggy. Such a disappointment. Save yourself the disappointment and go across the street to the Beaver Street Brewery.

The name should be ATTITUDES Bar and grill. When they sat my wife and I down and we were waiting to be served, I noticed that the table they sat us at was filthy. I decided to not let my wife know immediately since we she is more particular than I am. While I was waiting for my wife to return I get a text from her that the women's bathroom door is stuck and she couldn't get out. That said she was able to get out before I got to her. As she was trying to make her escape from the Ladies room I ordered a chicken quesadilla which took over 40 minutes to get. By the time we decided to leave we still hadn't been served our appetizer. So, I paid for my wife's shot of Jeager and left. The bartender was nasty and the server, who by the way served nothing, made a smart remark as we left. This place was a hole and deserves no ones business. Altitudes Bar and Grill SUCKS!!! If you are looking for a good drink go to Mother Road Brewery around the corner and they will treat you like gold!!!

If you don't have more than an hour or so to wait for your food, then I wouldn't suggest coming here - even when it's not very busy. My boyfriend and I ordered burgers and there was another couple who arrived after us who also ordered burgers but finished their meal before we even received our food. I used to really like this place, but I really felt like our waitress totally discarded us and didn't even bother to apologize for our long wait. The burgers are a great deal on Mondays, but you really need to factor in whether or not you're okay with getting mediocre service and an hour-long wait.

Good spot in Flag. They have a good patio with live music sometimes, friendly staff, good drink specials. The best one is the shot special when a train goes by... I think it's 2 bucks? Regardless, it's just kind of a fun thing. Also, tried the cajun garlic wings the last time and they were really good. I like the Alpine Ale or whatever it is they have there. Fun place, and I always end up here when I'm in the area.

BF recently moved to Flagstaff and I came in for Spring Break to visit. He's new to town so we don't have our favorite places yet. He had been told that Altitudes had a "slightly older crowd" than other bars that served food in town, so we thought it would be a better place to eat dinner when we didn't want to spend a ton and didn't want to be inundated with drunk NAU students. Can't complain about our dinner at Altitudes last night. BF had the green chili with chicken in a bread bowl, and a couple of beers. I had the fish and chips with a couple of margaritas. We both had a "train shot," which was pineapple-brown sugar-vodka ($2, and whenever the train passes). I thought the fries were probably the best part of my meal, although that isn't really saying anything because they are the best I've had in awhile. The fish was a pretty large quantity, and I also got cole slaw and a salad. The cole slaw was too vinegary for my taste, but everything else was great. The green chili was heaped in the soudough bowl, and the extra pieces of sourdough were toasted--just the way BF likes it. It was smothered in cheddar cheese They had a live cover singer-guitar player singing lots of Beatles and Simon & Garfunkel, the service was attentive, and everything was pretty good. If anything, BF and I were overdressed. This place definitely does a great job of channeling the ski town bar and grill--everyone is friendly, relaxed, and fun.

Like most of the reviews, this restaurant is terrible. Poor food, bad service, and a manager (or owner) that doesn't know how to talk to upset customers. Instead, he escalates the problem, and throws his hands up and walks away mid conversation. There are seriously way better options right in that area where the service is great, and the food is of high quality. Save yourself the aggravation and head elsewhere.

Probably the worst place to come eat in flagstaff if not all of northern az. The food is about food cart status and the conditions are very unsanitary. I saw servers picking up trash and dirty items and not washing their hands before picking up unwrapped straws and lemons and putting them in people's drinks. As for the service; both times I went I saw some nice people working, but the server I had was very rude and not caring about anything even though it was slow (I believe his name was jimmy). But the bartender was very nice. The second time I went I decided to give it another chance and just sat at the bar, seeing as I like him last time. Bad idea, because this time it was someone else bar tending. She didn't seem to have knowledge of the alcohol she was serving nor the appropriate ability to make the drinks. She was very rude and treated my friend and I like we were not worth her time to to deal with (and I believe her name was Sam, or something to that effect. I didn't get her name just heard some other employee say it). I always visit a place two times to give to a chance, and this failed both times. Despite some of the other good, nice employees working there, I was hit with the ones who have never been trained or don't care about making money. All in all, if your looking for bar food try somewhere else

What a cute little place in a cute little city. We stopped here on our cross-country drive for a bite to eat. The place is small and wildly decorated with ski memorabilia and it just has a cool vibe. Beats off the highway rest stops any day! I had the stew in a bread bowl, which was perfect on a rainy evening & my friend had a taco salad which she very much enjoyed. There's also a decent selection of beers. The best part was the music in this place, I could have swore they tapped into my playlist and played every classic rock song on it. Once the band came on, it was a little too loud for conversation since we were seated right next to them, but they seemed like they were starting a pretty cool jam out session in this little nook. If I lived in this neck of the woods, I would definitely make this my random hang-out spot. BTW this place is so much cooler than this boring a** review.

Running to catch the bus Route 10 east We saw the sun still hit the patio And we stopped in a for a drink Margaritas cheap, strong, with a cup extra on the side And the sun "This is what normal people do, Sit on the patio and relax on an off day" Then the bus came and we got on, to head back to our bus. We live on a bus.

The service can definitely be on the slow side, especially if there's a music act performing, and they don't have the best beer selection, but their wings alone are worth the potential wait. Just don't be afraid to bring the check up to the cash register if you're in a rush--they'll process it for you.

Decent selection of beers on tap, outdoor seating which has its pluses and minus. Up to beat the heat and enjoy the weather, smokers put a bit of damper on this however, and there were many. Service this day was bad. Poked my head in the door to inquire about getting a table and was told to just grab a table and they would find us. Perhaps they needed GPS or a few more servers as it took at least 15 minutes just to get a menu. Surrounding tables were not happy at the length of time it was taking to get their food and drink. One patron commented that she would like to change her salad dressing choice, but did not want to wait an hour. Uh oh. Good thing we were just taking it all in and had no real plan or I would have walked. Ordered beers that took forever and a day to arrive. No kidding, seated for about 35 minutes before the drinks were dropped. Split a burger with green chile, bacon and cheese and it was pretty tasty, Steam Engine lager on tap a plus, but the service was just awful. Pass.

This place barely deserves one star. The boyfriend and I were in Flagstaff last weekend to escape the Phoenix heat. Unfortunately, many restaurants in Flag are closed on Sunday so we thought we'd give Altitudes a try for dinner since it was close by and we were starving. We were in the mood for cheeseburgers and figured a bar would have decent burgers and fries. At least we were right about the fries. But before I get into the food I have to mention our horrible waitress. When she first ran by our table and threw down the menus without so much as a hello we should have known better and left. All the waitresses seemed hurried even though it was not very busy. There was even one girl who was frantically trying to find a customers credit card. (Turned out she gave it to the wrong person.) When our waitress came to take our order she just said "so?" and looked at us. We looked back, paused and gave our order, both thinking she could have been a little nicer. Even a "what can I get you?" would have been better. So we get our food and our burgers are each on a huge bun that's very dry. The burgers themselves were burned (we asked for medium) and just lacking in any flavor. And they weren't cheap. $9 plus $.50 per topping, like cheese. The fries and onion rings were good though. In fact, they were the only good thing about the whole experience. The waitress never came back to check on us, only stopping by eventually to drop off the check without saying a word - no thank you, no come back again, nothing. Needless to say, we will not be going back to Altitudes again.

TERRIBLE. mediocre food, small portions, and the waitress overcharged me 25% of the bill after she had already tacked on gratuity. I called it in and management clearly cared less. I reported them to the better business bureau. STAY AWAY

#1 draw to us-they allow dogs-we were visiting Flagstaff for the day and were having a heck of a time finding any place to eat that would allow dogs on their patios and Altitudes said "bring him in" they even brought out a bowl of water for him. Lucky for us we found out also that the food is really good-prepared fresh-tasty mixed drinks and friendly staff. I will go back again!

  • Katie M.

I would usually attend Altitudes on Wednesday nights, when they have their half-price apps. In a word, DELICIOUS. And, I am always full with leftovers for the next day. I recommend their nachos with green chili (which also has pork, yum) and depending on the cook, they will layer them like the grand canyon, full of splendor and endless surprises! The wings are excellent, and we usually get the honey BBQ. One time, our lovely waitress brought us extra spicy killer HOT instead, 5 minutes later realized her mistake, and promptly brought us the correct wings, letting us keep the annihilator wings too! (which my boyfriend bravely tried to eat while looking macho. I knew he was crying on the inside though :P) Burgers are great too, although I think it depends on who is cooking, sometimes inconsistent. If you go on a Monday, they are half price, so it don't matter much. The real gem are the fries and the onion straws. Sometimes they will let you split the side and have the best of both worlds!! Some days the wait time for food can take awhile, so be prepared to drink a few beers while you wait. Favorite part: sitting on the patio with some Sunshine Wheat during the summer months. Nothin better (:

  • Rebecca S.

My son is a self-proclaimed chicken wings expert and he loved the wings. I don't eat wings but they smelled delicious. We came on a Monday and split a half-priced burger which was good. The staff are really friendly and seemed to know all the locals. If you have any questions about Arizona Snowbowl, they know pretty much what's happening up there since at least one woman is a ski-team instructor. This is a good, casual place to go for burgers, salad and beer (or other drinks). There's quite a bit of ski memorabilia here, including one of the first snowboards ever made, which is pretty cool. We will be back next time we're up in Flagstaff

Great food at a great price. We just by chance found this delightful Bar and Grill and it was 1/2 price burger day. A turkey or beef burger for $5.00 and it included a side. We chose the salad!!!! We couldn't be happier!!! The local beer added to our enjoyment. Linda, the bartender, owner, and right hand gal, welcomed us and made us feel at home . We definitely will return when in Flagstaff again.

Been here a few times. I always try and stop by when im in Flag for a getaway. Love the Train Shots and the beer selection! I always get the Green Chili Chicken Stew in a Bread Bowl. yummmm. I love green chili and i love bread bowls. Can't go wrong with this dish. I've also had the Philly PIta Wrap and the 1/2 lb Burger. Both were pretty decent and would have again. Its a small place but solid to try if you're ever in Flagstaff.

Just finished my final run of the day, throw my board on a rack, and stumble into the mountain lodge hankering for beer and filling food, and find both. THAT is what Altitudes reminds me of - with the proto-Burton snowboard nailed to a pillar near the bar and the vast quantities of vintage skis tacked to the walls. A band was playing the Saturday night I was there - a harmonica, guitar and bass playing some groovy tunes - and although I had to wait a little bit for a seat, the bar offered some great New Belgium choices like Fat Tire and Might Arrow. The food was good, the table covered in trail maps that covered our very own Snowbowl, and resorts in Colorado. The food is not complicated but that's part of the appeal of being in a lodge-atmosphere. You don't need anything complex, just some well prepared burgers, wraps or salads - and some good beers and friends.

Stopped in Flag for lunch and stone train spotting. Altitudes is a great spot for both. Had a very attentive waitress, and it was half price burgers. Green chili and onions and bacon and swiss, and lots of it. Yummy garlic fries as well.

We hung out at Altitudes on new year's day after we managed to tear ourselves from our cozy hotel room and brave the 20's weather. We had wanted to try the brewery in town but they were closed. In fact almost everything was closed and then we happened upon this little place. We were very happy we did. They were busy and just got busier as the day wore on and yet our bartenders remained extremely friendly. We drank for a couple hours and then ordered food to go. The french dip was soooo good even cold! The place is small with ski memorabilia everywhere but it's cozy and I would definitely visit them again.

I'm not a bar person. I dislike the loud music, loud (drunk) patrons, and general overall dinginess. After a long day and a bit too much sun, my friend recommended Altitudes for a quick bite to eat and the second half of the Giants/Colts game. I was very pleasantly surprised upon walking in. The place was decorated in brightly-colored ski/snow gear and didn't even really feel like a bar. We were seated at a booth in the back and looked over the menu. We went with the Sunday night beer special - Sessions Lager. Good, good stuff! I'd never had it before but I will definitely enjoy a few more next time I'm in Flagstaff. Chris ordered the $5 dozen wings and I chose the hummus plate. Our waiter and the other waitresses were very friendly and checked in on us regularly before, during, and after our meals arrived. We didn't wait long before our food was brought out to us. The wings looked really good, and while I didn't try one, I did taste the honey BBQ sauce - delicious! My hummus plate wasn't anything spectacular. The pita wedges were warm but nuked a bit too long. The veggies (sliced cucumber, celery, carrots, and tomatoes) were cold and fresh, though, and went nicely with the hummus. The hummus itself was ok. It was listed as roasted red pepper & garlic but I didn't taste as much pepper as I would have liked, and the garlic was in moderately-sized chunks. I prefer a smoother hummus, but that's just me. All-in-all, it was a great place to sit and relax over a couple beers. I will happily return next time I'm in town!

We were searching for a place to grab a quick bite and Altitudes seem busy so we figured it must be ok. The hostess told us to sit anywhere but never brought us menus. We had to ask after 10 min. We ordered chicken strips and chilli fries, it took over an hour to get our food and we were not impressed. The chicken strips were $9 and we got 4 little pieces (some pieces were mostly batter); the fries were cold ($8). Our waitress never checked on us to even refill our drinks. As we were leaving a man came in to complain that they automatically added gratuity to his bill and he would not tip them that much when it took over an hour for burgers. The manager's response was "well it's not fast food" and refused to appologize or refund him. No way will we ever go back!

I haven't watched many snowboarding movies, but I imagine the bars in them are something like Altitudes, with all the usual cliches: skis on the walls, dreadlocked twentysomethings talking like surfers, people boasting about their "wicked runs." But I like the place. The 1/2 pound burgers ($9) are half priced between 3 and 6 p.m. Mondays. The orange crush cocktail (vodka, orange juice, Sprite, triple sec?) is deliciously fizzy. The fries are delicious. I was a bit disappointed in the bland onion straws, but they did taste fresh. A lot of people seem to be upset about the wait time, but I went on a Monday and was comfortable with the speed of service. The tabletop trivia books help pass the time, and a selection of microbrews makes waiting a joy. My cheeseburger was superb, hot and juicy. And our server jumped in on our game of Who'd You Rather. Bonus points.

A group of us went here after we hiked Humphreys Peak and I am so glad we did. The food was decent bar food and the band out of the deck was fun...the real gem is the "train shots". For every train that goes by, you can buy a train shot for $2. If you are lucky enough for a train to be going in both directions, you get the shot for $1. Such a good vibe, good drink prices....must go if you are in Flag!

One of the best places to go to in Flagstaff. Look up "Bar Food" in the dictionary, and there should be a picture of this restaurant. Everything is freshly made, even the drinks, and the concept of the "Train Shot" is amazing. The staff is friendly, although a little slow, but really, when you go there, you're there to have a good time. The live music on Fridays is usually pretty bad, so avoid it then, but go there for lunch/dinner any other time. You'll have a fun time. Try the margaritas, the tea, the burgers, and the Potato Skins. OH yes, the Potato Skins.

Ended up here on a cold snowy night in Flagstaff. It was a nice place to kick back, relax, have a few drinks and listen to some live music. The staff was very friendly. I will return when I make it back to Flagstaff.

Refused to honor a promotional coupon as written. Argumentative. An unpleasant experience.

This place had a cool Flagstaff, snow boarding and skiing vibe but the food was average and the service was not that good. I have been here twice and both times the service was severely lacking. Everything I've ordered from this place just was not satisfying. During my first visit they messed up my order and were not too friendly when I told them that I did not order what they served me. I also asked for a drink that they did not know how to make and was rigid during the whole process. The second visit the service could be described as "bla".

I was just stopping through town on my way to the Canyon and hoped to find a good beer, good sandwich, and good experience... It was not at Altitudes... No one met us at the door or gave us menus so we had to grab a seat and menu ourselves. The place was not that busy at all and yet we waited about ten minutes for anyone to come to our table. About ten more minutes just to bring some beers to our table. Forget about dinner... that took well over 30-40 minutes for a simple burger and chicken sandwich order. We're not usually picky about food, but my wife did ask that her burger be well done and not pink in the middle and what she got was a charred outside with a very pink middle... It wasn't even worth saying anything to them or it probably would have taken another 30 minutes. The only thing I can say positive about our experience was the fries were pretty good...if they're worth the wait.

...what? no review for altitudes. strange... lemme start by saying.........."TRAIN SHOT!" had a few of those...this place is right by the tracks, and every time the train goes by you can get a shot. totally indigenous to this restaurant and wicked cool. when i was there it was pineapple infused vodka...tasty. i went with a bunch of guys from work while we were on a mission up in flag. luckily we got there during happy hour and agreed to drink beer and share half price appetizers...GREAT DECISION. the beer selection is more than your typical "bud, bud light, mgd, corona" kinda place...any place with blue moon is good in my book and i am NOT a beer drinker! we got the nachos (massive!), the quesadilla (SPICY!!!!!!!!!), deep fried portabello mushrooms (my new favorite thing!), potato skins (always good) and wings (HOT HOT HOT!). we ended up eating almost everything and only paid about 20 bucks each between the 5 of us with a GREAT tip for the waiter (who ROCKED!) i will definitely be hitting this place up again...and you should too!

I think this place has a great atmosphere and pretty good drinks, but their food is just lacking. I've tried their food a few times, and I am just not impressed. I would suggest going here for drinks and music, but not much more than that!

Found a spider on our wings and the service was awful. Waited for the waitress at least 10-15 min every time we asked for something. Horrible and the food was just okay

I LOVE their food. Half-priced burgers on Mondays are awesome and an amazing deal. Their food is fresh and everything is made there, nothing tastes frozen or pre-made. Train shots are a great gimmick and who cares what they are that day, when a train's going by, they're $2! Just a warning, the service can be extremely, painfully slow, but be patient, it is worth it.

We eat here often, and have never been disappointed. I've tried most of the things on the menu, and all are delicious. They run specials which are always interesting. One time we had the fish tacos that the owner recommended, and they were fantastic! We also love Half-price burger Mondays, unequivocally the best deal in town. On a nice day, love to sit outside and watch people do the $2 Train Shots (available when the train goes by which is OFTEN!). Great place!

I was visiting friends that live in Flag and we came here after a long day of play. With hefty appetites, we ordered the nachos and spinach and artichoke dip for appetizers. After 30 minutes, our crappy appetizers arrived. We muddled our way through them and then the food came 45 minutes after we arrived. My son ordered the cheeseburger off of the kids menu and the burger came with no cheese. My friend ordered a burger and got the wrong burger with fries instead of onion strings but we didn't dare send it back after waiting that long. After picking at the onion strings, the waitress brought the correct burger out but we told her we had picked at the one she was taking and she did a great job of acting like she didn't hear us and delivered it to another table and this poor lady ate it. When we were ready to leave, we went to the register and asked them to split the bill and we were told that they don't do that when they are busy!?! With a crappy tude, they did and I paid cash and never got my change back. My friend told the manager about the burger incident and the waitress was an absolute bitch and accused my friend of lying about telling her we picked at the plate before she delivered it to somebody else. The manager stood there with her tail tucked between her legs and let this waitress act like that and then storm off after rolling her eyes at us. I said, "I'm shocked that after waiting for our food for 45 minutes that we would catch a crappy attitude from ANY of you." and they said nothing back. We left and will NEVER be back! I've worked in the restaurant business and I understand being busy but I don't understand being a bitch.
