Eribertos is my go to restraunt because it has a drive thruand I don't eat fast food. It's safe to say I USED to eat here almost everyday, and at least a few times a week. Now I will never go back. I pulled up to the drive through to get my honey and i some burritos, enchiladas, and a couple sides. Immediately when I pulled up to the drive thru, and i waited for about 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged I was there, then the person talking had an attitude. I told her my order TWICE, because she didn't hear it. I pull up to the window, the girl had no smile, she just stared at me in such a way that just upset me, it was rude. I handed her my card to pay, SHE DIDNT TELL ME MY TOTAL, then handed me a pen to sign the receipt, and it didn't work so I asked for a new one and she rolled her eyes as she turned to get me a new one. I received my order and drove all the way home before I noticed they only put half of my order in the bag. I drove back, and again the girl had a horrible attitude and it took forever for her to fix it. So I drive home yet again to fid the order WRONG. It wasn't a special order, and it wasn't complicated. I called them on the phone, a little more upset and assertive this time and the girl HUNG UP ON ME. My boyfriend took the food back to the restraunt to get a refund, this was unacceptable. The girl continued to blame me, saying I was just being confusing. We got our money back, but I will NEVER RETURN. I will go to Pepes from now on.

Tasty beef tacos! Machaca plate is great as well! Portions are sometimes enough for 2 meals. Regular eating place for us.

Decent Mexican food place, the prices were fair but it wasn't anything special. Local people like it because it's a mom n' pop place and people know the owners. Us on the other hand were visiting sedona and cottonwood and happened to stop by. Bottom line, don't expect much.

One of my favorite places in Cottonwood for a breakfast burrito. Super cool people work here. Had not been here in about 4 years and they all remember me and always hook me up!

We stopped here before going to Out of Africa park. It is a takeout type mexican food place with quite a few tables inside. Food was surprisingly good. Had ordered a chicken fajita burrito and two bean and cheese burritos with one drink for $16. Great lunch. Place was clean, friendly staff and quick. They have a drive thru as well. The burritos were big. Salsa was pretty good, they had red and green. We only tried the red. We usually like it a little spicier but really good flavor.

I enjoyed my meal, but then again I only had the cheese quesadilla. It was delic! My man ordered a chicken burrito, and a chicken taco meal. there were pieces of bone in the chicken, which is nasty! i ate some of the chicken taco and the grease was dripping out of the bottom of the shell. I have had wayyy better mexican before! would not go back, unless for a cheese quesadilla again :)

Was in the mood for shredded beef tacos. Yep they had them. Really good. Freshly made, crisp taco shell, great shredded beef. They have about 20 different combo plates all about $7. We'll have to go back & try them. Clean inside & out. People friendly. Have take out & drive- thru. We would go back again.

Good food, quick and filling. My wife had the Carne Asada burrito, I had the Chorizo. The take-home flyers list the wrong prices, but they're friendly, they used good ingredients, followed the order as particular as it was.

This used to be my go to place at least a couple of times per week. Unfortunately it is all about who is in the kitchen. My advice...if you walk in and there is a tall woman behind the flat top turn around and go elsewhere unless you want burned tortillas, burned eggs in the breakfast burritos and a poor attitude and poor ability to communicate pleasantly if she is on the register. Also used to be a great value but prices have gotten way out of line for a "burrito place".

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
