Stopped in for a quick bite and iced teas on the way from Sedona to Phoenix. My boyfriend and I ordered the Bacon Swiss Buttery Jack (no bacon mayo) with fries and 5 piece nuggets to split. Everything was fresh, hot, and tasty! Really good meal at JIB.

This used to be a well-run friendly-staffed establishment with hot fresh food but MAN has it ever gone downhill!!! I have repeatedly tried it again thinking maybe they're just having a bad day but it's officially CONSISTENTLY awful. Food advertised on menu is often unavailable (particularly salads), or is served cold ("dead" french fries), but the WORST and for me most INEXCUSABLE detriment to this location is the management and staff in general. They're DOWNRIGHT RUDE and have NO BUSINESS dealing with the public for a living! I took my business to Carl's Jr. (which has it's own downfalls) strictly because I refuse to PAY to be treated without a smile and in a monotone uncaring manner then be served cold food and sloppy shakes and so slowly. They need a management OVERHAUL. The older Hispanic manager is incredibly RUDE in particular and her underlings are following her lead apparently. Order-computer hard to hear and screen broken and they don't take time to confirm your order and when they get it wrong they act like you've just ruined their lives. What a pain to have to smile it is for thesr people.

Worst store within the company. Been coming here for 5 years, I'm local, and between dirty kitchen and verbal communication challenges I have had enough. Yesterday's reg sized drink had three pieces of ice in a warm drink. I asked for more ice was told it melted because it's hot outside. The A/C was on in both their building and in my car. I begged. She hands me a cup of ice so I can pour it myself. WTH? She hands me my food and closed window with zero thank you, sorry, nothing. Typical for this location. Management here can take a lesson from the local T-Bell in town. That's how you manage and care for your customers. I'm out.

Being from Wisconsin, where there are no Jack in the Box restaurants, I was looking forward to trying one of their burgers. I had the Sourdough Jack. It was just OK. I also found it somewhat amusing that something on the menu most might think was healthy (Chicken Teriyaki bowl) had more calories than my burger with bacon and cheese. I guess if they did make it into Wisconsin, I would try them again. They seem to have a large menu. Maybe there's something that would impress me.
