Found this place on my last morning in philli area. The breakfast was perfect. The price was unbelievably cheap. Great restaurant.

When I and my brother walked into this dinner, we both wondered if we had inadvertently entered a scene from "Kitchen Nightmares." What they called pancakes, I would use to fix my driveway. I felt funny the whole day after eating there. Moreover, the restaurant's bathroom was deplorable. Avoid this place if you value your health.

Service was okay and food was okay. This isn't a fantastic diner by any means but you can get alright food for cheap. It's really nothing special but nothing terrible either. Just take it for what it is. The breakfast is their strong point I'd say. Pa. Isn't really known for their diners to begin with so keep that in mind.

Great service and even better food. I recommend skipping the buffet and ordering from the menu. You'll be amazed at the bill, or lack there of.

Omg! This place hit the spot. Melanie, our server was such a delightful, we just want to take her home with us. She was quick with our order and never too far for a drink refill. Got breakfest on a sunday definitely liked this place better then a chain place. Scrapple was great, and they dont call this place "Lions Share" for nothing. It was alot to eat. Got my yummy seal of approval :)

Lionshare Diner is a great place to stop in on a slow-going Sunday. The menu is deep, the coffee is good, and the staff is friendly. The healthful egg beater plate with fruit salad and wheat toast hit the spot. My waitress, Courtney, was personable and genuinely happy to take care of me. Lionshare has a traditional diner area on one side and an every-day restaurant on the other. The restaurant has florescent lighting and carpet that make it feel mediocre. I'll sit at the diner bar next time. In the end, Lionshare is a nice place to stop in, especially if you are in search for an easy meal in the area.

This place doesn't even deserve one star, worst diner I've ever been to. Everything from the atmosphere to the staff the food. Awful. Every bit of that place made me hate my life for the short time I was there.

Came with a group of 5. Friendly and attentive waitress who never minded getting special requests. The prices are very reasonable for a diner that has a more upscale outside than I have ever seen. Inside decor is pretty ordinary. The meals we got were OK, nothing great but no complaints either. Coffee was good. I have been to better diners but this will serve well if you have a larger group due to the large seating area.

This place is dirty! Went there for breakfast and this place was so empty. I ordered waffle with banana's, the banana was under rip and tasted terrible. My husband got something that was really gross too. Plus our waitress had 1 tooth and look like her other teeth were rotting. Not what we wanted to see when we were about to eat. Will not be going back.

Decent food and good prices. Nothing fabulous but standard Diner food.

My friend loves diners, along with fast food joints, it is just about the only places he eats. For some reason, he has taken a particular shine to this one. We wanted to get some quick takeout one night and decided to come here. We have eaten on the premises before, and from my recollection, the service was super duper friendly and it was pretty clean. Of course, this is a relatively new restaurant, so it was still a bit shiny and new at the time. I ordered a spinach feta cheese omelet that came with home fries and toast. They were okay, good, but not spectacular. The portion size was pretty large on the omelet and the home fries. They completely filled the takeout container. And the toast was separately wrapped in foil to keep it from getting soggy, which was extra attention to detail that I appreciated. There was little salt in the food, which I actually REALLY appreciated, since this way, I can adjust the salinity to my taste level. You can put it in, but it is hard to take out. I also ordered an appetizer of dolmas - stuffed grape leaves. I know this is a weird thing to get, but one of my best friends from High School was Middle Eastern, and her mom offered me some that their aunt (I believe this is correct, this was a long time ago) had made. Looking back, I was probably extremely rude and being piggish, but I think I finished off most of the stash she had left. Boy, were they delicious! I have been addicted ever since. These were pretty good. One of the dolmas was a little tough on the exterior - the grape leaf part. The flavor was pretty good, and the stuffing was maybe a bit too mushy for me, but still overall, very good. I am torn about what to say regarding portion size. On the one hand, 4 dolmas seem very little. However, it came with a wonderful refreshing salad, which was a pleasant surprise. There was crisp lettuce, tomato and cucumbers. Also there were some wonderful green olives, black olives and onions. It was a classic and wonderful combination. The only thing I would have left off were the black olives. They were the sliced kind, which looked odd next to the whole green ones. And for some reason, they were really flavorless (I know, how can olives be flavorless?). The green olives, as olives tend to be, was salty, but acted perfectly with the rest of the salad, which, as far as I could tell, was completely undressed. The salad also came with 4 pieces of garlic pita bread, which was delicious and chewy and yummy. One of the best features of the dish.

We're glad this diner is in our backyard as it's a great place to go for a meal without breaking the bank. Solid salad bar. They have real old fashioned milkshakes.

Great people and decent food. A Classic Pennsylvania diner in a cool building. The Sunday buffet is great and the food selection is fantastic. Portions are big when your order entrees. I will come back again and again and again...

-5 here. This was my first and last visit to this establishment. Poor service if you even want to call it service at all... The place is dirty, graffiti filled bathroom walls light fixtures missing lightbulbs and their sconces. The food was disgusting we
