The pizza located here on west 6th is definitely one of the best if not the best pizza restaurant out here in Brooklyn! My favorite thing to order from there is either a pepperoni or mushroom slice. When your in the restaurant itself, you can't help but smell the fresh pizza in the oven right in front of you. They make it quick! The restaurant is above ordinary and seems fancier than any other pizza place I went to. The employees are nice and friendly. The place isn't that big and can get crowded during times. I also ordered from here a few times and the service is fast since they are by car. A pepperoni pie and a 2 liter Pepsi cost me around 21$ before. Not bad because of the quality you get. Defiantly recommend checking out this fine place :)

Way back dated review. But I took my first ever date here back in 5th grade Abs the pizza was really good. And I remember it being really hot inside. But it wad good back then.

The pizza, garlic knots, and rice ball here is delicious! However, I have had a negative experience here. My boyfriend and I ordered a slice of pizza, a rice ball special, and two orders of garlic knots upon entering the store. We seated ourselves and waited for the food. The pizza came out first, followed by the rice ball special 5 minutes later. We figured they probably forgot about our garlic knots, so we asked them again for two orders of garlic knots. At the end of the meal, probably about 15 minutes later, still no garlic knots. My boyfriend went up to pay and the guy realizes that he had left our order of garlic knots sitting on top of the oven for god knows how long. Asks my boyfriend "You still want this?" to which my boyfriend replied "No" There was no apology from him, or even an acknowledgement that it was his fault for forgetting our order. We asked TWICE, waited for a total of about 20 minutes and still did not get our order of garlic knots. This probably won't deter me from coming in the future because the food here is amazing. However, just make sure they give you the correct order and don't leave anything out when you're ordering for delivery or pick up. Also, on one occasion, there was a lady there picking up orders on the phone and screaming them out the entire duration of our meal there. Her loud raspy voice screaming out orders still rings in my ears to this day. It seems like she didn't understand how to talk in a normal toned voice despite the fact that the other workers were right next to her. The tv wasn't on either, so I spent 20 mins listening to other people's orders. 5 stars for the food, 1 for the service, so 3 overall.

I haven't been here in a while, but I always came here when I was in high school. The slices are always delicious and reasonably priced. The staff is nice (and not in-your-face). You could order first, eat as many slices as you care, sit with a friend for hours, and then just pay before you leave. I don't know many places that trust their customers like that anymore. This is such a great example of how Brooklyn pizzerias are and should be - no frills, just great pizza. I miss this place now that I've moved out of Brooklyn, but I definitely try to come here whenever I come home.

Very tasty pizza! They have really good chicken rolls which I highly reccomend. They use a semolina flour to coat the bottom of the pizza that elevates this pizza to a "so glad i found this" level for me. It is a family run business with the family working at the location. I always like to patronize family businesses. Try there once and you will be hooked.

i order from italia often not because its anything spectacular, but it is consistent and can trust them to make a good pie for a fair price. delivery isnt thaaat but it gets there. id like to see some improvement tho in the sauce and the salads, that would add a star or two.

After reading so many good reviews, decided to check out the place. Ordered a grandma pizza but looks like a pizza margherita, even though I was told, they do not have any pizza margherita. The crust tasted rubbery and the overall flavor was unimpressive. For $3, I had better... it was not worth it. At least, the garlic knots did taste good. The eggplant parmesan was not up to par in flavoring. I have no plans to come here again.

i had kept their menu and decided, what the hell i called and ordered some food and asked how long, 20 mins and got there and was greeted by a "YO WATS UP" i just came back from vacation so that was the slap in the face that told me i was back in brooklyn, but hey i thought, at least the brooklyn pizza is reliable (the non brooklyn pizza i had on the road was crapppp) i told her my order and they said 10 more minutes, mind you i got there 25 minutes after i called, okay whatever, but this better be good pizza. 10 minutes became another 10 minutes, this better be DAMN good pizza, and i know it doesnt take that long cause i saw the doughs were prepared already. i waited 45 minutes in there and i got a "2 more minutes" of course that became an extra 5-10 minutes. THIS BETTER BE THE BEST FUCKING PIZZA OF MY LIFE running a pizzeria should be an honest business! if you wanted to run a dishonest one, go sell drugs. as far as im concerned THEY SHOULD BE IN JAIL I got the pizza home FINALLY and tried some. CRAP. what a surprise. if you want to wait for pizza, head over to di fara, (but it'll be worth it) if you want a pizza that tastes like italia pizza, buy a store bought with a shitty crust and put a ton of salt and shitty unhygienic cheese on top of it (read my first review) at least this is reasonably fast but for no reason should you combine the worst of both, which is what this is.

Looking for great pizza without that NYC price? Italia's Pizza is a good place to check out. Friendly and efficient service, reasonably priced. Try their plain cheese slice - it's greasy heaven. Wasn't too crazy about their mushroom slice. And add an order of garlic knots on the side. You'll be set to go.

I've been looking for a good pizzeria in the neighborhood since Vic's closed. This place has been around for many years so I decided to give it a try. Ordered chicken and eggplant parm hero's for takeout. For the chicken they put the cheese on the open side of the bread so when it melted and they wrapped it, all the cheese stuck to the paper. There was no cheese at all inside the hero. The eggplant there was hardly any sauce and the bread was burnt and not edible. I was pretty surprised considering the reviews. Don't know how they can serve food like I got. Also they charged more than the prices stated online.

omg best sicilians in brooklyn. Not the cheapest place but it's worth it if you love pizza. We ordered the other day and got a round pie, which is also good but nothing beats the sicilians! Also, their riceballs and garlic knots are fantastic. Their sauce doesn't taste like some flavorless, overly sweet, buy in bulk nonsense. Good, authentic pizza. Ugh, now I want a slice!! (or 3)

I only come here to order a pie when they have that deal they do on Tuesdays. Other than that, I think this place is a bit expensive. They have a tasty crust and the pizza overall is tasty. This was the first pizzeria that I came to once I moved to Bensonhurst. Came here for years. I still like this place very much.

The pizza are deliciousssssssssss, my favorite part of the pizza is the crust. The pizza are also pricy tho. I would recommend this place to pizza lovers. The place is also nice :)!

Their pizza is awesome and I have had several types. I think the staff needs to work on their manners a bit. I get hung up on every time I call to place an order. No "Thank You" When I go in to order the staff is even more rude.

I'm back home after spending several years away from home and to be honest, the pizza here has gotten worse since I last remember it. They used to have this nice crispy crust with moist, doughy center, and cheese that was so stringy that it would stretch maybe 1-2 feet when you bite into it! This time, the crust had some weird breading on it, which was...unusual of NY pizza. I'd imagine that pizzerias in other states using this kind of breading to get that crunchy crust, but c'mon, we're in NY! Surely you can figure out a way to get that crunchy crust without having to resort to some weird breading to do the trick for ya! The crust was incredibly "dry" and it didn't have enough sauce or cheese for that matter, so it wasn't all that pleasant to eat. The slice was smaller than I remembered it as well, and ad $3 a piece, I'd imagine that I'd get more bang for my buck. Won't be my go-to local pizza shop anymore.

I've eaten here on a number of occasions. I love their crispy crusts. It seems like they added breadcrumbs or something to give it this extra crunch. They serve wheat pizza and it tastes good. Nice healthy alternatives, even serve salad pizza. I'd brought my friend here and he's not a pizza person but he definitely likes the pizza here. Would recommend to anyone.

are you kidding me? Italia Pizza is definitely one of the best pizzerias in Bensonhurst, if not all of Brooklyn. Locals and visitors alike were glad I brought them there. the crust is unmatched by anything else i've tried. pizzerias locally have come and gone and yet this place has been open since i was in elementary school and remodeled since. it's still run by a local family and i hope they do well for years to come.

Rarely write reviews, but read them religiously before ordering food or products. Realized I've been ordering from these guys for almost 2 years. Their Margherita pizza is flawless. Fresh basil, decent mozzarella, crust is ALWAYS excellent --thin and crispy, soft inside, like more expensive artisanal pizzas you can find elsewhere. Delivery is prompt, food is always hot. My interactions with staff have always been pleasant. Once ordered the French onion soup -- wouldn't recommend. But the pizza is great.

Love this place! Food is great! Their best is the Philly Cheesesteak .. Toss salads and Chicken Roll and meatballs.. And the pizza taste like real pizza.. Always get the order right and they speak English which is a huge plus! They very polite when taking your orders on the phone. The delivery service is good and their delivery guys are always nice! Order from here a couple times a month.

The only good pizza in Brooklyn I'm talking about only when it's fresh from the oven ( pie ) and not as a reheated Nice place for a pizza

SOOOOO GOOD!! If your looking for some delicious italian pizza and food, i would definitely recommend this place. The eggplant slice and italia salad are my fave... so good. But anyways anything i ordered here was definitely top notch for a pizzeria. The staff is friendly as well, making you feel very welcomed. So if you want good and reasonable prices for italian food and pizza this is definitly the place to go!

Pizzas good. Pretty average for the neighborhood. Try the dinners here. I've had shrimp parm, chicken parm, and eggplant parm. Shrimp parm is my fave. Good portions, good price.

The pizza here is pretty good. Tried it when they first opened and wasn't impressed. Had it recently and it's a lot better now. I give it only 3 stars because the breadcrumbs they put on the crust is a pain in the ass. My aunt and i tried to rub it all off before we ate it because the crumbs fall everywhere!!!!

Someone must have been reading my review. I ordered a large pie with extra cheese and guess what.....i actually got it. Now if they do that on a consistent basis then they deserve 5 stars.

Probably the best pizza within at least a 10 block radius. Their pizza isn't saturated with oil and they sprinkle these little bread crumbs on their crust that make eating it actually enjoyable. My wife who is from Europe and hates almost all American style pizza loves their slices with mozzarella and tomato. The one thing could do improve on is providing a bigger selection of toppings for their round slices.

Delicious pizza. Has to be one of the best pizzerias in Brooklyn. Honestly, I prefer it over Di Fara (gasp!) b/c DF pizza is too cheesy and oily (don't kill me).

Italia definitely has some of the best Brooklyn pizza i've ever had. I normally get their round slices but the other day I had a Sicilian slice and was blown away at how good it was. The people hear are always friendly too. I recommend.
