I haven't been in a Panera Bread for years and decided it was time to come back. I ordered a sandwich and a soup and everything was good. Attendants are nice and helpful, I will definitely come back.

Breakfast sandwich microwaved and too hot ,chi tea filled just over half took back. Over priced many better places to get a fast breakfast

A ton of seating, but it was extremely packed when I went for lunch. They're super quick with the food. I had just sat down and my buzzer was already going off. Just your typical Panera, nothing special to rave about and nothing bad to point out.

Oh Panera. You're usually the 'healthy' fast food option, but this trip was a huge miss. This location is busy from the foot traffic of the mall, but that shouldnt compromise the quality of food. 9 bucks for a Mediterranean fFat bread and a cup of Chicken Lemon Orzo soup. Flat bread was burnt and tasted like chalk. Two measly strips of chicken on the inside, how could anyone be full after eating cardboard with a little tzatziki sauce. The chicken lemon orzo soup, also not very good. Needed more salt and the lemon tastes incredibly artificial. Service was fast and the staff helpful which gives it two stars. But overall, meh. Panera I probably wont be back.

Tasty broccoli cheddar soup but the half sandwich turkey avocado blt was a bit of a joke. Maybe one bite of bacon, way too much avocado and the preparation of a 10 year old. This meal cost $10, honestly for what you get its a bit of a joke. We're getting into the franchise pay for our name and not our product category. Not impressed.

Normally I would say panera is great but my last experience was a bit crappy. I've noticed lately that they're marketing their food to be "clean" and have added "healthier" items to their menu. I saw that they had a new super kale caesar salad. I was happy to see this because I am trying to find foods that are healthier. I got the YOU PICK TWO which was creamy tomato and the 1/2 kale salad . Once I received it I got baked potato soup instead of tomato....and a salad that had their normal romaine mix. This salad had 3 small pieces of kale. Why would you advertise it as a kale salad when the majority of the greens is romaine? And it was covered with grated Parmesan and these cheese crisp things. I felt that this salad was not as "clean" as they marketed it to be. Overall, panera is generally a favorite of mine but I am mildly disappointed on today's experience. :/

Popped in here on a Sunday around 11 to meet up with a friend. She needed lunch instead of just coffee, so Panera it was. I ordered a cup of chicken soup with a baguette, and she had a sandwich or something. Holy cow! Ready in about 2 seconds. There were some people there when we arrived, but not a ton. After we sat down, suddenly there was a mad rush and it was busy busy busy, most seats filled. Still, not too noisy. Generally I like Panera, and this was a pretty decent experience. Even though it was busy we didn't feel rushed to get out of our seats, and we had no problems!

Like a dog returns to its vomit, I return to the Panera that consistently messes up my order. I've ordered the same salad a few times in a row and 3 out of 3 times it was messed up. I get it, it's lunch hour and it's busy, but three times? I called and complained twice. The first time the manager promised to send me a voucher in the mail- I never got it. I called the next week when they messed it up again and this time I got two vouchers in the mail. So that was partially redeeming. I don't know if there was a switch in the hiring manager at some point, but the last time I went was great. I am on crutches and the cashier, Lisa, was so sweet. She came around and filled my drink and brought it to my table, and held on to the buzzer to bring out the food herself, then had a busboy clear my table when I was finished. And my order was 100% correct. Definitely redeeming.

Ate here due to hunger, and generally the best choice of menu within the mall. I'm quick to take back my choice and wish we'd have gone elsewhere. The food was typical, but the place is so GROSS. There was food waste everywhere on the flooring. And the bench seats were totally messed up with a permanent butt depression in the seat. Unfortunately it was the cleanest table. The area near the windows was 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the restaurant, so those were out. I will not eat here ever again. Gross. Hopefully I didn't get food poisoning.

I was making a pit stop after running errands and stopped by Panera Bread at Mayfair Mall. They don't disappoint. Their new Soba Noodle Chicken Soup is awesome. I got it to go but it was still hot when I got home. Great food as always.

Talk about a great staple. Wide variety of bakery options and a full lunch menu.

If you have eaten at a Panera restaurant before, you will not be disappointed. However, if you haven't eaten at one...what are you waiting for? Do you live in a cave? I ordered the chipotle chicken panini and it was pretty good. I was amazed at how busy it was at 11:30am on a Monday. Was it National Go To Panera Day? Friendly staff and I didn't have to wait long for my food which is always a plus. Very comprable to other Panera locations.

I am generally disappointed not with the food, but their commitment to quality. Nothing is more aggravating than ordering food from this place and then getting home to find missing items. It shouldn't be that difficult to follow an order ticket. I'm not one to demand free stuff but if I need to drive back to get the items they failed to give me then I should have that item refunded. And for the manager to give a hard time over that? Despicable. Be sure to check your to go items before you leave this place every time!

I've been to a handful of Paneras and this is probably my least favorite. The employees aren't very friendly, and it takes awhile for the food to get made. But the food is always fresh and the bakery delicious. When I worked at the mall, this was a regular lunch/dinner spot for me.

I usually go in the mornings to get breakfast. Since I usually order the same thing, it got to the point where the staff knew what I wanted and it was ready when I got up to the cash register. This place is great. I love their food and it's a great place to meet friends for a quick lunch (or for breakfast or dinner). It's great that it's in the mall because after I grab a bite to eat, I can go shopping!

I was all set to write a Pantera Panera review with references to Dimebag Darrell (RIP) when a Google search discovered I wasn't the first to put a "T" in Panera. Oh well! Find 101 Proof on Youtube, crank up those Logitech computer speakers and read the rest of this review. First off, Panera Bread started off as St. Louis Bread Company, meet me in St. Louis. Judy Garland and Pantera in the same review. I tend to avoid Panera Bread because I tend to avoid high sodium and high blood pressure, who has time for that crap (Thug Kitchen reference). It's F'in hostile to your health and will lead you to the cemetery gates. TWO STAR REDUCTION in the fact this Panera is beside the main entrance of Mayfair Mall. The thought of the general public coughing, belching and farting as they WALK passed this Panera is gross. ORDERED: Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich. This sandwich is so un-PanTera I'll go ahead and punch myself in the throat, sixteen times. It was good but the lettuce screamed like PHIL ANSELMO that I'm just a big ass piece of lettuce here to make your sandwich look three inches bigger around than I really am. The only NAPA Pantera would approve of is auto parts. I have A NEW LEVEL of appreciation for Panera because the sandwich was good and if I had 5 MINUTES ALONE I couldn't make one better.

This Panera both sucks AND blows. I know many people like their food and in general I like it too. But - this location is dirty, dirty, DIRTY! Hubs and I stopped today whilst shopping and I ordered soup and he ordered a combo. We paid and sat, only to be summoned back to find out my soup choice wouldn't be ready for at least 10 minutes....so much for QUICK casual dining. I declined to substitute and got a refund - thank God I didn't actually eat here today. Because when hubs got his food, the silverware (both spoon and knife) was filthy. I mean, encrusted with food bits. Gross, but they do a lot of volume here and things happen, right? So, I took it back up to the counter and requested clean flatware. The stuff that was handed to me was just as dirty. So I handed it back. The staffer grabbed a third set, looked at it and said "I'm just going to give you plastic". Guess where all that food & bacteria encrusted flatware went? That's right....on the next tray. Appalling and unsanitary. Never again.

This is an average Panera. You'll get exactly what you ordered. I would say the customer service is slightly below average. The staff always seems frazzled and like they're at the edge of losing it. There's generally a pretty long line which seems to move at a snails pace but I always feel better about eating a salad and waiting just a bit longer to get it.

This Panera is always bumpin' but the staff seem to handle the steady flow of customers really well. It always looks like the tables are full but somehow one always turns up when you need it. The food is good, as it is at all locations. I'm particularly fond of the creamy tomato soup and Vermont cheddar mac and cheese. I have a Panera card (get one, they're free!) and almost always have some sort of reward waiting for me.

Oh Panera, I love your booty. It seems whenever I am at the dreadful mall, I always end up getting a pick me up snack or meal at Panera. My favorite things, not just this Panera, but all of them: *Fresh Brewed Iced Tea (the regular as well as the Acai Berry) *Asian Chicken Salad (dressing on the side) *Orange Scones *Pumpkin Muffies (Muffies are the TOP of the muffin, how cute, right?) *Tomato Soup with Croutons on top *Greek Salad (simple but so good!) *Panera card! Free rewards! YAY! *Breakfast Sammie: Egg and Cheese *Smoothies Not so much my fave and this location: * It is constantly bustling- due to the mall locale * Bathrooms could use a good cleaning

Least favorite Panera I've been to. I guess the food is the same as any Panera, but it's so crowded that it makes me claustrophobic. There are plenty of other choices at Mayfair that are better than this one.

The food is pretty good. I have no complaint just a observation. I took my daughter here today because she wanted to get soup in a bread bowl. As a side they gave her a hunk of bread. I just think that's fricking bizarre. Bread with a side of bread.

While the food is always tasty, it is generally not prepared how I order it. Some of the staff here are friendly, while others make you feel like your bothering them. This location is usually crowded, and the last couple times I went the dining area was quite dirty. Overall I will eat here again, as this location is one of the better ones I've been to.

This chain should have come to California years ago. "Perfect assortment of salads and delicious soups" meets "medium-rare steak sandwiches and San Franciscan-approved sourdough bread" And how can you not love a place where the guy outside dressed up as a giant cell phone did a 15 second jig to "Save a Horse Ride a Cowboy". Granted, if it was like 40 degrees and I was dressed as a giant cell phone, I'd dance to just about anything.

the only thing that makes panera worthy of the two stars is the macaroni and cheese. i used to love the asian chicken salad but everything i have gotten recently (aside from mac) has been a disappointment and not worthy of the ~$10 price tag.

Whether in Milwaukee or Maryland or Wherever, USA, this chain is consistently good healthy food. My favorite dinner or lunch is the Greek Salad and the French Onion Soup. There's something simple and good about romaine lettuce with a vinegar tang. The bread is always crusty, fresh, and good. Service is great, fast, and price is reasonable. And using their loyalty card, I'm getting a free pastry or coffee about every 5th visit, or so it seems. Good value, good food. What else could you want? How about free WiFi...

Great soups and salads. Only wish service was a bit quicker. Waiting in line can be a drag. Nice they have WiFi too.
