This was my first time going and will not be the last! I loved the ambience and decor; we had arrived at exactly 11am when they open, so we were literally the only ones there. I ordered the Kung Pao lunch wok classic with fried rice and a side of egg drop soup. They were all fantastic!! The soup was good (not too salty) and the chicken had the perfect amount of spice!!! Not too spicy, but it had just the right amount of kick!! The portion was smaller compared to other restaurants: I finished my entire plate, which doesn't happen very often . But I'm not complaining, I thought the portion was just right. Our waitress was nice and the food came out pretty quick. By the time we were done eating around 12:30pm, the place was much busier. Great food and service. I'll be back!

Pretty busy for a Saturday took a little while to take our order and got out appetizer and food all at the same time. The food was delicious and the portions are pretty good Our server was awesome and friendly

P.F. Changs is always an enjoyable night out. It's a Chinese-American cuisine with a slightly fancy atmosphere. The food is delicious, but probably more American than it is Chinese. My MUST orders include: - Chicken lettuce wraps for appetizer (no place does it better, I highly suggest getting this) - Beef a la sichuan -Mongolian beef (the non-spicy version of beef a la sichuan. So juicy and delicious) - GREAT WALL OF CHOCOLATE CAKE Give me a moment just to talk about this cake though. I am not generally a fan of cake. In fact as a kid I hated it. But this is not a cake, this is a work of beauty built by artistic masters. Six layers of cake jammed between layers of fudge and chocolate chips covering the sides drenched in a delectable raspberry sauce and fruit in the side. Now you know what I mean about art. Sometimes I just get a slice or two of this cake to go for birthdays- six layers is definitely good for 6 people. It can get pretty crowded on weekends, but you can always just put your name in and shop at the mall. Also it's pretty pricey.

My server was awesome, she was very personable and attended to our needs. The ambiance was good. I always love their decor, just a little slow on getting the food out. I asked for hot and sour soup, it took 15 mins to get it out to me. I ate appetizers before my soup. NO BUENO! and the food also took a while, 35mins, we only ordered 2 basic meals. Pepper Steak and Mongolian Beef. It was delicious but didn't like waiting that long!

I actually had a really enjoyable meal at PF Changers on Monday. We got there around 7:30, and while it was still busy we were able to be seated right away. I actually really dig the open concept this place rocks - all the tables are in one big room, and large booths surround on the walls. The whole kitchen area is concealed behind glass so it's fun to watch the chefs and waitstaff run around. Our server was attentive, if not a little flustered. We had to remind him several times to bring rice and chopsticks, but he was mostly good. As others have noted, they take food allergies very seriously and cater to them professionally. There is a gluten free area designated on the back that lists items in all categories. Do note that all gluten free options are about one dollar more than regular menu items, I assume because the GF substitute is more expensive. We started with the hand-formed crab wontons. They were good, cripsy as the should be. They put what seemed like mustard greens on top and the little spicy kick that provided was nice juxtaposed with the overly sweet plum sauce they were plated on. I got the Singapore Street Noodles and a spinach garlic 'salad', while Katie had a chicken dish. My noodles were super thin, and were tossed with a few blistered cherry tomatoes, shrimp, chicken, carrot and bok choy. This dish was seriously fabulous. The sauce was light but flavorful and the portion was great. I would have liked bigger chicken pieces as these were very small and thin, but it was still great - not fatty or gooey at all. They offer the "two for $40" deal which includes a soup for each person, one appetizer to split, an entree for each person, and a dessert to split. It is a good deal if you like the options. I will definitely be returning - yum!

Located in a good location. It seems to get busy during lunch but didn't have to wait for a table which was nice. My waiter was very attentive, so service was great. I had the lunch portion of Kung pao chicken with brown rice and a veggie spring roll on the side. It was so good. I was very happy with my meal.

I could eat here every day of the week. It would take me months to go through the whole menu, probably longer. The Szechuan Steak is the best! Lettuce wraps and spring rolls too! They have great drinks too and good happy hour!

This was our BEST experience at one of the 12 P.F. Chang's we have visited from Atlanta to Las Vegas. The kitchen staff prepared our meal to perfection and our server, Victoria, was a delight. The Ahi Tartare was the best I've eaten and the Mongolian Beef tender and delicious. Of course, we had the Great Wall of Chocolate for dessert. The Gluten-Free menu is extensive and well prepared for those guests who must restrict their diets.

I was here last night (5/31/15) for dinner. The food was, of course, excellent, as has always been my experience, however, perhaps the worst server I have ever encountered at a restaurant resulted in something I never otherwise do -- I couldn't, in good conscience, leave her a tip after her night-and-day attitude between my table and tables with larger parties adjacent to ours. I'm sorry, but a party of two deserves just the same quality of service as a party of six. If not for a request by the wonderful lady I was with, I would have complained to management...

Hey, there's not much to say that other people don't already know. The food is the standard PF Chang's food (gimme those dumplings!) and we have yet to be disappointed by it. We've never had bad service there, and it's our go-to pre- or post-movie dining spot since it's in the Mayfair Mall. The bartenders during the week are always nice and super friendly when I go in for solo lunches before movies the Hubben doesn't want to see. Honestly, it's always been a better experience than we've had at other PF Chang's....even when it's crazy busy everyone is game on!

Fabulous meal. Laura provided top notch service. 4 appetizers/small plates, 5 entrees, 4 desserts, and drinks $190 and worth ìt. Everything was great from the spice to the constancy of the rice. Just perfect.

Service was slow for me but food is good as usual. Waitress was nervous with lot of crowd and made lot of mistakes. It took 40 mins to serve our order but she apologized.

Good food, good service. The dining room can be a little crowded the way the seating is set up. But generally a good standby restaurant.

I know it's a chain but the Chinese food is always top notch without the MSG. I come here specifically for the gluten free menu - so any great choices - including dessert. My favorite is the lunch-size gluten free ginger chicken and broccoli with brown rice. Of you're a light eater, skip the soup cause there will be more than enough on your plate. Enjoy!

Stopped here for lunch. We have never been before. We received a gift card and heard the lettuce wraps were amazing. Well..they are!! Hubby had the Kung Pao Chicken..I had the lettuce wraps..we split a side of spicy green beans. Our server Mike K. Was extremely knowledgeable in menu items. I didn't even have to ask for another iced tea. It was brought to me. Love this place!! Very comfortable booths. Great drink selection.

The food here is barely average. And overpriced by comparison to much better quality Chinese food all over town. We were there on a Friday night. Needless to say it was crowded. The service was very friendly and very slow. The first appetizer came out. Egg rolls, average. We had to ask three times for the second appetizer, which was ordered at the same time as the egg rolls. It came out moments before the entrees, There we 4 different entrees among the six of us, they all looked pretty much the same. I had the Singapore noodles. Flavor was ok. Nothing special. It came out warm, but not hot. I asked the server to heat it it up, which she did quickly. But still just warm! This PF Chang's is the "TV dinner" of Chinese food.

It's been a while since I have been here, and we used to go quite often... but it seems like it's fallen off some. When we arrived we were seated quickly but the table looked hastily cleans, there was dirty napkins on my chair and a child seat still at the table. We waited a little longer for our waitress to get there but she was extremely pleasant and the main reason this review didn't get 1 star. We ordered the prix fix which we felt was a great deal. We got soup, an appetizer, 2 entrees and desert. The soup came out pretty quickly soon followed by the appetizer. The bottom of the bowl was covered in white rice..... which looked like someone either never cleaned it or dipped it in the rice. Our entrees came and although it looked amazing, the flavor of the ginger chicken was pretty basic...no wow factor there. My wife had a dish with chicken and shrimp but couldn't eat the shrimp. She stated it was overly fishy/shrimpy..... did not feel it was even remotely fresh. The desert was amazing though. We did get asked to move tables before our meal showed up, so that lead to confusion when the table runners tried to bring us our food. The three ladies at the front desk did not say anything as we left where typically they thank you for stopping in... guess they were too busy talking about their day. As much as we always enjoyed this place, I am thinking this will be the last time we visit. Such a shame too, but with so many options why settle for mediocrity?

Best restaurant ever! Lettuce Wraps for an appetizer & a Spicy Chicken dish for my entrée. I forgot the exact name of that dish. It was just hot enough for a good kick so I throughly enjoyed it. I will definitely be back! Hopefully sooner rather than later.

I always walk by it when i am at the mall, so I finally decided to give it a shot...wifey and I decided to give it a shot yesterday. We ordered the two course meal with soup and appetizer, we both got the hot and sour soup, It was just ok, nothing wow. The spring rolls were ok, very oily, but went down decent after the soup.the main course and the desert were pretty good. I had the pepper steak, and wifey had the spicy chicken. My steak had a very smokey after taste, which to me seems it was not fresh. The chicken however, was very very good. Great job on that! Finally the desert; we went with the red velvet, what a delight!! The cake was as good as it gets.fresh, moist, and very delicious!

First, I stood at the entrance and greeter station and waited. Then I finally just sat at the bar. There was a server and a bartender. Both totally ignored me sitting there. I asked for a menu as what was the beginning of a unacceptable 45 minutes of employee complaining. Both of them took turns complaining about the restaurant, the tips, the cheap people, why bother coming in for $12.00. I ordered lunch and waited for a beverage. of iced tea. Had to ask for sweetner. So I got a side of soup to start my lunch. Wouldn't you think it would come out quickly? I listened to the two complain and waited. and waited. Finally the bartender leaves and a few minutes later comes with the soup. Now I know I will not finish my hot soup before my entre arrives. Sure enough. After a couple of spoonful's of soup, my entrée arrives. so do I finish eating the soup or? By the time I got to the entrée my lunch was cold. Cold white rice, and very bad chicken. dried out chewy chicken. At least I got to eat my soup. After listening to the bartender put away glasses and make lots of noise, I asked for my bill. I should have never left any tip. Food was bad, service was horrible. These people are at the front of the house. Your customers should be greeted- I was not- seated and given a menu-I was not, and given good service. Hah! P.F.changs gets one star. and I am not even sure why. Bad experience. and I never heard anything back from the management or customer service. Nothing. No , we are sorry, No can we do better? Nothing. Stay away from this horrible restaurant

This place is so-so. It's like the asian version of Cheesecake Factory. However their portions aren't as big as CF but the price is pretty much there. Had the lobster avocado roll, wonton soup, Mongolian beef, chicken pad Thai and shaking beef. The food is meh. The only good thing about the place is the ambience and the attentive waitress, Sarah. Other than that I wouldn't go back. Real asian food would be the local mom and pop restaurants in National ave.

P.F. Chang's gets a mega-enthusiastic thumbs up for being incredible when it comes to food sensitivies. Somehow, I happen to be surrounded by a plethora of people with severe food issues, and P.F. Chang's always gets it right. Gluten intolerant? No problem. Peanut allergy? Easy fixes. The servers are all super knowledgable about the correct ways to handle cross-contamination (changing gloves, separate stations, etc.). I have brought four individuals here with allergy issues, and have none of them have ever had a reaction. Thumbs up PF Chang's. Great. Big. Thumbs. Up.

Came in for an early dinner. The only problem was that the greater seated us as far away from the entrance as possible, even though my wife obviously has a very difficult time walking distances. The upside to this was the amazing server we had. Gerra was very patient with our ordering as we have some dietary restrictions. Her upbeat attitude made our pre-meal experience very enjoyable. When the food came it just got better. The spare ribs were fall off the bone, juicy delicious. The pork fried rice with our requested changes was perfect. And, I can't say enough about the broccoli n beef. Freshly cooked broccoli, and large slices of beef. All I can say is thanks for Gerra and take out boxes. I've had the PF Chang's experience before, and this raised the bar.

WHY: My wife had never been to a P.F. Chang's before. I suggested it for lunch. It's attached to the Mayfair Mall, we needed something at the mall, so there you have it. ORDERED: Crab Wontons, Singapore Street Noodles (Light curry sauce with thin rice noodles, sliced chicken breast, shrimp and fresh vegetables), White Tangerine tea TASTED: We both agreed that everything at P.F. Chains has the sugar and salt on full blast, really really amplified. The wontons were good but the sauces were sugar and salt overload. My noodle dish didn't have much chicken and really tasted more of salt than curry and spices. The chain Noodles & Company does a better curry in my opinion. The tea was great, arrived in a decorative metal pot. Cut through the salt. DECOR/SERVICE: I last dined at P.F. Chains five years ago in Seattle, this one looked exactly the same. Our waitress was really cheery and provided good service, we just weren't feeling the food. VERDICT: I'd only return if someone in my party was absolutely convinced that's where they wanted to go and if they were buying.

Went here for post thanksgiving dinner with my boyfriend. While our server Dan was pleasant and efficient there were two problems. The portion sizes were not what my boyfriend was expecting as a pretty hungry guy. The entree he ordered was more of an appetizer size but that can be chalked up to him be 6 feet 2 and a college student. The biggest problem was my Noweigan Salmon was all but burnt. I have never eaten salmon prepared over medium so this was a shock. It was dry and very bland. I didn't want to make a big deal out of o it so I just ordered another dish. The portiom was just fine for my small stomach. This is a nicely appointed restaurant with a great atmosphere. I reccommend going to PF Changs when you aren't that hungry and whatever you do make sure you request your salmon to be cooked a temp below the obvious well done standard. I'd go back for cocktails and apps for sure.

If I could give less than one star I would. Last Saturday my wife and I went to dinner here. She booked a 6pm reservation on open table. I dropped my wife off at the door at 5:50 she was told that we would be seated in 10-15 min and they had run out of pagers. At 6:10 we were told that it wold be another 10 min. At 6:40!!! We were seated. 40 min later we had drinks and 30 min after that we received food. NEVER again, this place has awful service. We received a free appetizer but it was not worth the suffering. If you need to have this food do yourself a favor and order out.

Overview: Convenient location. Mediocre food. Average prices. Above average portions. Great wait staff. We held a family reunion at this restaurant and the staff was very accommodating. They do not have a private dining room, but did put us in a large booth (plenty of elbow room, but poor for conversing). Not the best venue for a group. Food was average. We tried Lettuce Wraps, Hot & Sour Soup, Crispy Honey Shrimp, Pepper Steak, Mongolian Beef, Lemongrass Chicken Salad, Ginger Chicken with Broccoli, and Korean BBQ Chicken Stir Fry. The food tasted as if made from frozen, not fresh. Portion sizes were above average. The big plus for this restaurant is the location at Mayfair Mall. Ample parking. Wheelchair accessible.

I've never eaten here before and after a day if shopping, my wife and I decided to eat here (12-21-13). The place looks nice inside, but the food is a different story. We got here at 6:10pm and the wait was about 20 min. Not bad. The booth seating was nice. The place was very loud. Trying to have a conversation with the person sitting in front of you will be difficult. We frequently eat Chinese and Thai food and always order two entrees so we can split it. The dishes we order were Salt and pepper prawns ($18) and shrimp lo mein ($10). I specifically asked the waitress about the portion size of the prawns and she said they were big. I asked her if she ever had eaten food here and she said yes the prawns taste great and the portion was 12 prawns. The reason why I asked was because for the price I expected them to be good if not great. I was assured they were great so I ordered them. So after maybe 30min our food arrives. Don't know if the waitress had an off day or was just not friendly, but she didn't ask us about the food. She came twice to our table once dropping off 3 different sauces and the second time to refill our waters. The sauces were all horrible. They had too much salt and not enough flavor. So we put them aside. The shrimp lo mein looked like roman noddles that were overcooked. They were ok at best. Didn't have great flavor and the shrimp were very small similar to popcorn shrimp. The prawns were a major disappointment. Every place I have had prawns they are big and have heads on them. Here the prawns did not have heads and were small! They looked like frozen bagged shrimp from the grocery store. The "prawns" were split and deep fried. Absolutely no flavor what-so-ever. The waitress returns after she notices we are no longer eating. We ate half of the shrimp lo mein and 6 prawns. I wasn't going to not eat something I was paying for or ask for a different item. If the food is bad why would I ask for another item? She asked if we needed a box I said yes. She finally asked if everything was great. I told her no the food was not great. The prawns did not come the way you described them and they did not taste good. The food was overall maybe average. She then said "why didn't you say something I would have brought you something else." I told her no it's fine it's a learning experience and we know not to come here again. 1. She was not friendly at all from the beginning 2. She decided to not ask us about the food until WE WERE LEAVING!! 3. No thanks I will not try another bad item off the menu. So she said ok I'll bring a box, left and came back to drop it off. 5 min later a guy approaches our table and introduces himself as the manager. Apologizes for the food and said he wants us to give them a second chance. He then says he will not charge us for the prawns. I said ok thanks. I was going to pay for everything and did not make a huge scene or refuse to pay the bill or ask for other items. I simply told the waitress the honest truth in a well manner and she decided to tell the manager. The manager was very nice, but the same thing could not be said about the waitress. I don't know if she thought we were not going to tip her or what her problem was, but after the manager left she left the bill on the table and didn't say anything to us. The total came to $10 something with tax. So even though the service was bad and we did not feel she deserved more than maybe a 15% tip, we gave her $5. Overall this place is a one star, but I gave it two because the manager went above and beyond. Sorry I would never go to any PF Chang again not even if someone else was paying. There are so many great authentic Chinese and Thai restaurants. This place is nothing more than an expensive and fancier looking Panda Express.

Went with some friends on a Saturday night. We made reservations so we didn't have to wait forever for a table but seems that it wasn't really necessary. People were coming in and being seated off the street with no reservations faster than we could get a table. Went to be seated and the booth was soaked, apparently someone spilled something and no one noticed. We were directed back tot he lobby to wait for a different table....took 10 minutes. After seated, I was impressed with the menu and how much they had to offer. Our server came over in a timely manner but we needed some extra time never being there before. That was a mistake because we then ended up waiting a very long time for him to return. We were torn on what to get so we all ordered 1-2 things at minimum so we had a huge variety of food, too bad the table wasn't big enough to hold it all. We ordered a variety of things from Tuna rolls to soy cucumbers, fried rice to a noodle dish, beef with broccoli, sesame chicken and chicken lettuce wraps. Some good some not so good. I have had better sesame chicken elsewhere but then again, it's a personal preference I guess. Chicken lettuce wraps were good. Sesame soy cucumbers were yummy. Fried rice with beef was very bland. Tuna roll was really good. My son ordered sweet and sour chicken and I was disappointed with that. A plate of chicken pieces came with some sauce on the side, was supposed to get rice but it never came until he was done with his meal. That was true for the other dishes too. The rice was MIA and it took until the end of the meal to finally see some. During our meal, our waiter disappeared and we had to try to flag down anyone we could to get the rest of our food. Overall, the food was pretty good for the most part and I would go back to try something else. The service was very poor and if we encounter that again, that will be the last time we will be there.

I came here for lunch with some colleagues and it was great! We had a party of 8, but things went as smoothly as if we were a smaller group. All of the courses were nicely timed, and we were able to get in and out within an hour. The lunch portions are perfect and most are under $10. I prefer coming here during lunch rather than dinner because it isn't as crowded and the lunch portions are more my size. We got the lettuce wraps as an app which was a crowd pleaser and then I had the pepper steak with white rice and it was delicious.

This is one of the chains I didn't really care for. We popped over here because the line at the Cheesecake Factory was way too long. It didn't take us too long to get seated. All of our food was really salty. Even the lettuce wrap mixture was really salty. Fried rice was all right, but nothing out of the ordinary. Service was good and glad it was, because we were looking to have our waters filled up a lot due to the sodium laced meal. Not sure I would go rushing back to P.F Chang's. It was an ok default option to our original destination, but not sure I would go back.

If coming during prime time get a reservation or be ready to wait. That should be common knowledge by now, but it still surprises me how many people come in and expect a table, then when they get told 45 minutes or longer they laugh and leave. On to the review, I've been coming here for 7+ years now. So that should be a good sign for the good food and good service. I usually always get the Changs combo fried rice, as i feel it is the best "bang for the buck" menu item, The S&S Chicken is good as well, just not what i would call filling. The Mongolian Beef is VERY good as well. As far as appetizers the pork steamed dumplings are among my favorite, as are the crispy green beans. As of late i have become a fan of taking the food to go as it cuts down a bit on the cost of the meal, Usually it is very smooth, my last visit they forgot the crispy green bean appetizer. I checked the bag on the way home and noticed it was missing, i turned around and called, by the time i got back to P.F. Changs they had them done and even included a piece of their "Great Wall" Chocolate cake. Anytime i've had an issue with the service, or something being forgotten about they are very good on making it right, weather it be a coupon for a free appetizer on next visit, free desert or them taking something off the tab.

Love this place! My wife and I use it as a plan b dinner or lunch place. If we can't think of a place to go eat we come here. Never disappoints! Great wall of chocolate is a must have every time we come!

My boyfriend, mom, and I decided to get takeout from here on a weeknight. We ordered the mongolian beef (so perfect and tender), sweet and sour chicken (crispy with just the right amount of sauce), vegetable fried rice, egg rolls, and crab rangoon (my only criticism is that the dipping sauce it comes with was a little sweet for my taste..but still very good). This was one of the only times in my life that I've picked up a perfect takeout order. All the food was in the bag and everything was super fresh. They also made sure we had plenty of chopsticks, sauces, and fortune cookies. If I lived closer to this location I would definitely frequent it.

Very useless set of ignorant staff, tasteless food. I ordered shrimp fried rice, on my arrival, food was ready but staffs was too ignorant too attend to me. They kept me waiting for 15mins while the food was sitting on the bar table. I was trying to surprise my wife with a tasty Lunch, but i was given a horrible tasteless JUNK. DON'T EXPECT ME BACK....FOOLS

Recently I made a stop here after I am done with my morning shopping. What I had was: Chang's Coconut Cooler - 2/5. Not really worth the price seeing as it was served in a cocktail size glass, it was much too sweet for my taste buds (sweet scale 1 as not sweet and 5 as very sweet; my taste buds say 4/5) and for me every single sip was 3 sips for my water which I was glad I had! Hand Folded Crab Wontons: 3/5. Being generous to put that 3 there....mostly for the presentation but otherwise the taste and texture was something I am not used to. The wrapping was thin with a just-perfect crunch, however the inside filling was what got me. I am used to the smooth and creamy texture mostly found in the more slightly to authentic Chinese restaurants; this is more of a slightly drier and gritty-ish texture. Its not really gritty but there is that sandy like feel in it. The taste was a bit off, I'm sure they use real crab but it just seems dry in my mouth . Walnut Shrimp with Honeydew melon: 2.5/5. Just decent, its a tad watery and bit overly too sweet. The shrimp was small...looks like cocktail shrimps. Seemed unseasoned and simply fried (if there was seasoning, the sauce drowned it out), the 'warm candied walnuts' tasted like pretty much candy walnuts, sauce was similar to melted/warmed honey (very sweet and not creamy at all), and then honeydew melons...well that goes by itself, nothing wrong with honeydew melon its fine! Since I got the lunch special, I got soup with it....Egg Drop soup is the bomb. ( I did not like the hot&sour soup...tasted like there was tomato soup mixed in) I feel rather bloated after my meal since it feels much like eating pure sugar...almost. Overall experience.....2.5/5, My waiter was pleasant and friendly, (thanks for the Egg Drop recommendation), my orders came out in a timely fashion, presentation was pretty.good, and I liked the service given..the food not so much. This would be my first and last visit, I only came to try it out. Recommend: Eh....no not really. But its from my POV, everyone's taste is different so it would depend. I do however recommend Genghis Khan and Fortune's down the road though. You get more for the price you paid for and the food is very much better...(seeing as they are indeed more 'authentic'). Genghis Khan has wonderful Egg Drops (well do does Fortune's...) but not only that...the coconut cooler (bleh..)...I can instead get a Coconut Smoothie/Shake (bubble tea) (even better for the price! and very delicious) and Fortune's has got an even better Walnut Shrimp, shrimp is bigger, sauce is just-right sweet and creamy. (comes with green broccoli - definitely more refreshing on my taste buds than just bite after bite of sweet.) The walnuts aren't candied, just plain fresh walnuts, the taste is right. Oh yes, Crab Wontons/Crab Rangoons - both places are smooth and creamy. Which I like.

The Best service of the week, Our Server was top notch. Punch line that made our evening follows: I had ordered a coke and our server had refilled my beverage diligently 3 or 4 times and returned when my glass was roughly 1/4 full. Server: " Can I get you some coke?" Myself: " I think i have had enough, but thank you for being so attentive." Server:( heightened tone) "So you are all coked out! HUH" Maybe you had to be there but it had me going.

Always loved eating at PF Changs but boy has it gone downhill. Service was slow, main courses were cool like they'd been sitting in kitchen for awhile. Not planning on coming back anytime in the near future.

If your going to order a to go order read this Don't get me wrong who doesn't love American Chinese served by Americans and cooked by non Chinese. This place is a staple in everyone's favorite restaurants. There new seasonal menu kills it. Try it and try them all. But if you want to order food to go, don't hit the button for Togo orders. It takes you to a central location To take order and usually takes 2x as long to have ready. Hit the key for reservations and you get directed to front desk. This is place to put order in and have it ready in half the time. Finally after weeks of the manager listening to me complain about how long do I have to wait, he have me that short cut. Since I'm always going to be eating here, don't waste time waiting.

Very plain chinese food. I had the sesame chicken and my fiancee had some sort of spicy chicken dish. The chicken was deep fried chucks and the only real difference between the 2 dishes was the sauce. The portion size seemed a little small for the price. I kind of figure the dishes would be like this going in so I wasn't totally surprised. From here on out I'll stick to my local chinese restaurant even if there's a 75% it'll end up on dirty dinning.

I'd probably give PF's a 2.5 overall - to me, they are just "ok" but hubs likes them a little better than I do (not much). We usually hit up PF Changs for lunch when at the mall - they've added a ton of lunch items for $10 or less. Know that the portions are substantially smaller though - hubs had Spicy Chicken and it was like 5 cubes of chicken with a ton of rice. But we shouldn't eat so much anyway, right? I love dumplings so we ordered the Red Hot Wontons - the wontons were undercooked and kind of gummy like they had been microwaved. The sauce was indeed red hot and good enough that we asked to keep the bowl to dump on the rest of our order. I do like the dim sum lunch - $7.45 for soup or salad and two half orders of dumplings. (These dumplings arrived in a steamer and were way better in texture.) If you're a gluten free eater, PF Chang's is worth a try - their GF menu is very extensive. Service here - hit or miss, as with most chains. Open note to chains - please drop the "have you eaten here before?" thing....I have and even if I were brand new to your fine establishment, I can still read a menu. It's not that hard.

Milwaukee's only gourmet chinese restaraunt. My favorites are the Kung Pao Shrimp & Scallops, Mongolian Beef, Orange Peel Shrimp & Norwegian Salmon with Ginger. I've eaten here over a hundred times & never had a bad meal. The Brown Rice is an added bonus. The Happy Hour menu offesr some diversity with plates like Asian Tacos ( Beef, Pork, Chicken or Shrimp ) & Steamed or Fried Dumplings, only $4.95 a plate. Great food, good service, nice atmosphere. I'll be back! Highly recommended. The only negitives are the Mall location & small restaurant size. Expect an hour wait or more on a Friday or Saturday night. Request a booth if you have a date!!

My wife and I just recently visited PF Chang's on a whim. We've always heard good things about the restaurant so we decided to give it a try. We ended up ordering their 2 for $40 deal, where you get 4 courses for 2 people for $40. My wife and I both got the Egg Drop Soup, shared an app of crispy green beans, she ordered beef and broccli with white rice, and I got the orange peel chicken with brown rice, then for desert we each got a mini desert, she lemon pie and I got the cheese cake. Let's start off with the Egg Drop Soup. The soup was about 1 pinch of corn starch from being gravy, in fact my wife only ate a couple spoonfuls of the soup and said it was just way to thick for a soup that isn't suppose to be that thick. I finished my entire bowl, but i would have to agree, the soup was way to think. The crispy green beans were great; it was a nice size portion and the beans had a nice beer batter type of coating. Moving on - My Orange peel chicken left a lot to be desired. It was rather plain tasting, and was hard to find the orange flavour in the dish. I was also hoping there would be a little spice to it, but i was let down. My wife's beef and broccoli was rather good. The steak was moist and tender, and the broccoli had good flavour. For desert we had mini cakes, they basically take your favourite cake or pie and shove it into a shot glass. The cheese cake I had left a lot to be desired; the topping was really tart, and there wasn't much cheese cake flavour to it. My wife ordered the lemon cake mini; if you love lemon flavour, then this desert is for you. My wife was unable to finish this as well. Overall my wife and I were both disappointed with the quality of food, and will probably not be back.

Consistently cool surroundings and really delicious food. I am reluctant to consider this Chinese food, it is more Asian fusion. I love the honey seared chicken, served on fried, rice noodles.

I'm not a huge fan of chain restaurants, except PF Changs. I usually go for happy hour since they have such good deals- on both drinks and appetizers. Service in the bar is always quick and friendly. Love the lettuce wraps! No matter how many times I've had them I still order them every time I go. The crab wontons are yummy, they are filled with a lot of actual crab meat, unlike other places where they are usually all cream cheese. One of my favorite entrees is the honey chicken- soo delicious. The food is always delicious and the service is good- so definitely a chain restaurant worth coming back to.

Plain tasteless food that leaves a sugary taste in your mouth. The dumplings are average. They definitely don't understand the concept of balance in Chinese cuisine. Salt and sugar are their main ingredients and it destroys any other taste. Better off eating at a local Vietnamese restaurant for tasty Asian food.

I first found one of these in Memphis about 7 years ago and I've been hooked since. It's the first time I've had awesome Chinese that I didn't order off of a wall. I love the lettuce wraps and the calamari, as they've been consistent staples on their menu forever and have an easy price. The dumplings are pretty good too, although I do wish you'd get more in an order. I'd eat six myself, nevermind sharing with a guest. For entrees, I like their take on General Tso's Chicken, although I do like them to ratchet the spice up a bit. It's probably not the most perfect example of Tso's, but it's still pretty good. The beer selection is half-decent, more so for pricing. I usually end up drinking Tsing since I always forget about this beer until I'm sitting in their bar. Service standards are present, but, as with any chain style place with a huge stable of employees, it can miss the mark on occasion. I've had my best overall experiences with the bartenders but that's not always an option with how busy this place can get. Lastly, takeout seems to work well here. I've tried it twice and had a pretty good turnaround time (25 minutes) both times and had the food ready when I got there, accurate and of the same quality that I'd expect seated at the table.

VICTIMS OF THEIR OWN SUCCESS... P.F. Chang has become somewhat of a victim of its own success, and consequently so have its patrons. All of PFC's problems could be rectified with a simple design makeover--let me explain what I mean. FIRST IMPRESSIONS... My other half decided to go here on a Saturday night. I played along, but after having been subjected to the Saturday PFC "experience" before, I would honestly rather stay home and drill a spike through my head. The way that PFC is designed, you encounter a small check-in desk that usually has three to five employees flitting around it like fruit flies. There is a bank of seating, and it's always occupied. The bar area is the problem. Instead of being circular to provide more seating and traffic pattern conducive to such high traffic, the bar is a single-sided long isthmus. While waiting for a table (we were told an ASININE hour and forty-five minutes), there wasn't a ten second period that passed that I wasn't physically assaulted by someone bumping into me from one side or another. No exaggeration! I wasn't in the mood for a game of "bump and fondle." THE OBNOXIOUS "HOVERERS"... It used to be that one could wait for a pub table near the bar area for more immediate seating, but the patrons here have become wise to this practice, and the competition for these tables is so fierce it is borderline disgusting, or at the very least distasteful. Here's something disturbing I witnessed: a couple was "hovering" like a helicopter over two women dining to the point where it was SO friggin' uncomfortable that one of the women nicely said, "I'm sorry, but we haven't even considered the dessert menu yet. Could we have just a little bit of space?" It was obscene! THE WEIRD BAR... Some places opened at the bar, and we decided to take them. This was just so f'in weird, I can't even tell you. Again, with the way the bar is set up, it's like you have a second and third "string" of people standing inches behind you! You CAN'T turn, but you CAN feel their breath on your neck. Cough*Cackle*Sneeze*LOUD TALKING are all things that were going on right behind me. Occasionally, someone would order over the top of your head or between you and the next person. I had to get a replacement for my iced tea once because the guy behind me was giving his order to the bartender, but in the process gave us "the weather report"--spit everywhere! In a really creepy way, a "severed hand" would reach over next to you from time to time and retrieve drinks. One guy ordered a couple glasses of wine for him and his wife, and it was just as uncomfortable for him as it was for me. I could tell he was one I could joke with, so just to make the situation less awkward I passed the glasses of wine and said, "Here you go Thing. Take the Merlot and pass the Cabernet to Morticia." We had a good laugh about it, because he was practically sitting on my lap! A+ SERVICE... I would give the management and service SIX out of five stars! They were hopping. And I mean they did NOT. SKIP. A. BEAT. They were patient, apologetic, friendly, smiled, and well, were just overall so pleasant. I don't know how they kept their composure. Appetizers and meals were on the slow side, but hey, it was packed. And the staff did acknowledge you and did things like offer sample, complimentary glasses of wine to take the edge off. THE NEW FOOD... PFC added a few new items to their menu, and they are well thought out. I think they are responding to the fact that other chains have begun to "rip off" their menu items. Chicken Lettuce Wraps are showing up at places like Ruby Tuesday. I tried the Thai Basil Salad with Chicken and Ginger Dressing on the Side. It was flavorful! There were some floral-shaped slices of some type of fried root that was more decorative and probably meant to soak up the dressing. Since I ordered the dressing on the side, they were a bit stiff, and I could have chipped a veneer on one. So be careful! Other than that, my companion had the Kung Pao Shrimp and he almost licked the plate clean. Had we been in the comfort of our own home, I'm sure the plate would have been. The shrimp were huge and plentiful. I'm willing to put up with the high volume here, because they seem to care about their guests. Furthermore, if I complain, I'll get dragged to the Olive Garden instead. And to that I say, "Oh, HELL no!" CONCLUSION... So, again, summary: Food: a solid 4. Service : a noteworthy 6 out of 5! Design: 1. Seriously! I can't take it! Right now, four very honorable stars for a chain restaurant that works to be inventive with its dishes, and takes service seriously. My only recommendation is a revision to accommodate the asinine volume.

My Mother-in-law likes this place so we took her there for lunch. Overall, I give it 3 1/2 stars: Wait for a table: I was shocked that the place was packed at 1pm on a Sunday. They said 20-30 minutes but we got our table in 15 Service: OK, they forgot our side order of Asparagus until I asked about it Drinks: Strawberry Cucumber non-alcoholic drink was quite good Food: Wonton Soup and Egg Drop Soup: Good Ginger Chicken and Broccoli: Good Sesame Chicken: OK Chopped Chicken Salad: OK Sechuan Asparagus side: Good but late Overall the place is OK.

I can't say anything more than I love this place. The food is always spectacular, MSG FREE, fresh and still steaming hot when it hits the table! I always leave overly full. Since the portions are larger, it's great to take a group of people here and pass around the dishes so everyone gets to taste a bit of everything. If you're trying to cater to a large group or people with special needs, they have a Gluten Free menu as well! The best appetizers are the Seared Ahi Tuna, Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Pan Fried Veggie Dumplings and the Calamari. Best dishes are Chang's Spicy Chicken, Beef and Broccoli, Ginger Chicken with Broccoli, Beef Ala Sichuan, Sichuan Scallops/Calamari combo, Oolong Marinated Sea Bass, any Kung Pao dish and a side of steamed Buddah's Feast! If you can't make it for lunch and take advantage of the lunch prices, from 3-6pm they have a Happy Hour menu, which consists of a wide range of half price drinks and appetizers. Don't forget to save room for dessert because they have the best New York Style Cheesecake and Great Wall of Chocolate!

Like Peter K, I have had many bad experiences with Chinese around town so in comparison, PF Changs is okay. I just have a couple beefs with the place and they are: 1.) It's in a mall. It is ALWAYS busy for that reason. 2.) It is really loud and hard to hear people at the table. 3.) Overpriced for what it is and the portion size 4.) The flavor is very lacking...i.e. had to put a bunch of different sauces on the food to make it taste like ANYTHING. The things I like: 1.) They had a lot of veggie options 2.) I ordered the Coconut Curry Veggie Dish and the tofu was seared and crisp right to my liking....yum. 3.) They have a good happy hour and the apps that were coming out looked good however I didn't partake. Overall, I try to avoid chain restaurants but as far as chains go, this one is better than the other options nearby, i.e. Cheesecake Factory (ick!).

For anyone having to eat Gluten-free - P.F. Chang's is a God-send. The size of their Gluten-free menu is amazing -- and consistently growing too. My husband, who has Celiac disease, and I can both enjoy the same dishes without either one of us feeling like we're having to give up taste or enjoyment. P.F. Chang's crew takes the need to eat Gluten-free very seriously - and only once out of maybe a hundred take out orders (yes, we go there that much) have we had any sort of potential cross-contamination issue. We love PF Chang. Yummy food. Good service.

P.F. Chang's is just okay. We went there tonight to use a gift card that was almost a year and a half old. Again, everything-the food, the service, the ambiance- is just okay. One thing that is not okay is that I think their food is overpriced. Really, $15.95 for a small portion of Mongolian Beef that I remembered being better than it actually was? I've liked the lettuce wraps in the past and assume those are still good. I'll come to P.F. Chang's if someone else suggests it, but it's not top on my list of choices.

Been to PF Chang's numerous times and it has been consistently excellent. Yes, it is s chain but the servers have always been prompt and attentive and my food has always been served hot, fresh, and in a reasonable time. Have dined inside and on their patio; wait times can be long during the dining rush due to its location in Mayfair Mall, so I try to go early to avoid the rush. Most recently dined here and had the wok fried beef (spicy) and a cucumber/tomatoe salad, dining partners had a gluten free dish, and honey chicken. Lots of free drink refills. PF Chang's has a gluten-free menu and the items are tasty. Bill at recent trip for 4 was $79 plus tip.

P.F. Chang's is for sure a fancied up chain with average service, but the food is actually really good. This location in particular does it better than others, and maybe that's due to its size and relation to the mall (which makes you want to escape to something else as soon as you go inside heh). My friends and I have gone here many times over the years, and you always get a quality dish with a plentiful portion. The lettuce wraps and Mu Shu Pork are popular choices, but I personally like the Beef with Broccoli and Dynamite Shrimp appetizer the best. The drinks are not to be missed either, they have a wide variety of beers and liquors; try the Chinese 88 Martini if you get a chance, you won't be disappointed. They certainly have their share of small issues though. The waitstaff is strange just about every time I've been. Either they're polite in a "fake" manner, or they're inexperienced and don't know how to properly prepare dishes on the menu which require extra attention. The seating can also be crowded if you go at a busy time, so make sure to try and snag a booth if it looks questionable. Much better than chinese take-out though, and they have so many dishes to try that it's worth going several times to make sure you find the ones you like best.

Haven't been a huge fan of PF Chang's in the past. The parking at Mayfair is always a hassle and the food has always seemed a bit overpriced. Unless of course you go during Happy Hour. I had heard that they offer a separate Gluten Free menu, so I gave them another chance. I still went in on Happy Hour. They did have a separate Gluten Free menu with a nice selection of dishes. Got the Mango Caramel Chicken and it was Delicious. They also offered several different Gluten Free desserts. Will keep PF Chang's in mind for the future, but because of the location, won't necessarily be going all of the time.

Three words: Tofu lettuce wraps I don't care if this is a chain. Those things are so tasty, they're sinful. Lucky for me, though, I found a P.F. Chang's down here in Chicago, so if I need a fix, I can get it. This place had some hot waiters, by the way, which always adds to the general ambiance.

My friends and I had a great experience here. We came on a Saturday around lunch time and were seated within 5 minutes. The server came right away and explained the different sauces, took our drink orders and brought them back quickly. He asked if we wanted any appetizers, brought them out and refilled the glasses. Then he helped us with the menu, took our food orders and our food was served in a timely manner. Again, drinks were filled and he checked to make sure I was still good on tea (it doesn't come in a clear glass, so for all he knows it's full or empty). Food was great. Not the best meal I've ever had, but far above average and I'm dreaming about my lamb dish. My roommate felt his meal wasn't what he expected, but he didn't know what to expect and he was still happy with what he got. We all had leftovers and the prices weren't too bad. Each of us paid $20 for drinks, appetizers, meals and tip.

Whether it's takeout, lunch, happy hour or date night - I think there is something for everyone. Fast service and adequate food portions. Make sure you get the lettuce wraps, and make sure you use the sauce they make for you. Also, great sake and cocktails. I always get the Chinese 88 when I make a visit - and I do recommend you give it a try.

In my opinion, this is probably one of the best chains out there. Went last night after rough evening. Nothing cheers you up like lettuce wraps, great egg rolls, and dumplings. (OK, so we like the apps... who doesn't?) I've had several of their entrees before... all good. Last night they were also featuring a pre-fixe menu for two. For $40 it seemed like a great deal with 2 soups, app, 2 entrees, and 2 mini desserts. Just not what we wanted at the time though. Other great thing about this location is you can wander around the mall while waiting for your table.

This is one of the only chain restaurants I actually like. I really appreciate their gluten free menu, knowledgeable staff, good drinks, delicious food and interesting decor. I have always had good service. I have enjoyed meals both on the patio and in the dining room. The only frustrating thing is having to wait to be seated, reservations or not. Get there early enough or at an odd time to be sure you get a table. Otherwise, you are guaranteed a wait. Sometimes that can be okay, sitting at the bar with a drink isn't always a bad thing either.

Well, I have been to this Changs a couple of times and I enjoy Changs all around. I know I came here and we were told a 1 hour wait time. We sat down for a little bit to wait and were deciding to leave or not and the hostess came over and said we can get you in right now! I was impressed! She sat us promptly and we got to have dinner! It was great. The waitress was extremely nice and was always right by our side. She wasn't one to walk away for 30 minutes only to come back to see our drinks empty and scouring the restaurant for another waiter/tress. This Changs, like all other ones, looked the same etc. Except for being able to see the kitchen which was cool to see the chefs working diligently to prepare each meal. Again the staff is extremely nice and as far as the food? SPECTACULAR I love almost everything on the menu hear. At this particular location it was out before you could ask for water, it was not cold or crusty like it had been sitting out all day and the portions were enough to feed... well ok just me but still! They also have spectacular desserts that come to you on a little trolley. Which the ones on the trolley are fake so don't try to eat them. They have whatever you could ever want and they also give you a little Creme Brulee on your birthday! It of course has great placement in Milwaukee right at Mayfair mall. Spend your evening shopping and walking around Mayfair building an appetite and then head over there for dinner then a nice leisurely drive home. PF CHANGS has PF... uh SCURPLANG! don't worry about it, it makes sense....

Was there for lunch today at Mayfair and it was not good. This time and also last time in Schaumburg, I found that the food was not very good. The food used to be pretty good but not so much now. Ordered eggrolls and they came out very late, cold and soggy and were not good. We ordered Mongolian Beef and Sweet and Sour Chicken was okay but more garnish than food and the rice was so stuck together and not hot. Don't think I'll waste my money there again - there are much better places to spend my money - even better chain restaurants.

I stopped back here last week for lunch. Much better experience this time. I couldn't decide between, like, three appetizers. My server (Ben) suggested a Dim Sum Sampler which wasn't on the menu. I ordered that and a cup of Hot N' Sour Soup. The sampler included Pork, Shrimp and Veggie Dumplings, a Spring Roll and Crab Rangoon. The soup was thick and spicy with just a touch of sourness. The dumplings were pan fried and nicely flavored. I ordered the Sake Flight again. If you haven't figured it out yet...I love Sake!!!

Last Monday night I was there with a lady friend of mine and where decided to try them out. It was both of our first time there. Was shocked that they didn't take R.S.V.P but we got a table within 15 mins. We started off with the lettuce wrap and it was great. The she ordered spicy chicken and it was ok. Now my meal... I had the shishuan from the sea and I loved it. The service is little off game but not a big deal. I had to give it 4 stars because I really enjoyed my meal.

Ok- let me preface this review with the fact that I am not usually keen on chain restaurants but I ALWAYS try them before passing too much judgment. Appz...let's do this! Lettuce wraps- rock solid. Same thing with the Steamed Potstickers. Fantastic options for appetizers. Add a little soy and you're set- they're both packed with flavor from the start anyways. Entrees- When this location first opened, I enjoyed the portion size for the amount of money you were handing over. Let's be honest, this place is a little more upscale than your neighborhood take-out spot so I get it. However, I have noticed within the last year that the portions have become distinctly smaller and prices have stayed the same or increased. I'm sure food costs have risen but you want to know what's up, well, there you go. Otherwise, the food itself is great. I am always down for a plate of Kung Pao Chicken or Shrimp....always on point and fresh. My other complaint is the noise...I understand it's busy but I've been to concert halls that better acoustics. It's such a turn-off when you have to have your dining partner repeat themselves or practically yell when your 3 feet from them. Call me crazy, but after a long day at work, I want to be able to relax with dinner. So.... Pros- Great food, fast service Cons- Smaller portions, Super loud ambiance

P.F. Chang's can best be described in two words: safe bet. You will find Americanized Chinese food here. I like beef and broccoli as much as the next guy and it is indeed tasty, but pretty much and decent take out place can make it just as well and cheaper. Like I said, it is a safe bet for people who don't necessarily care for Chinese food because they can always find something that's ok.

My husband and I were in the area for a Dr's apt and decided to eat here since it was so close to our hotel. This was the first time that I had ever been to a P.F. Chang's! My first impression upon walking in was wow, I loved the atmosphere!!! We had to wait about 20-30 mins for a table which was a little annoying but worth the wait! My husband had the sesame chicken and I had the sweet and sour chicken, both we delicious! The only thing I didn't like was when I asked if I could substitute the plain rice for fried the waiter said no, I even said I would pay the difference in price but he said that it wasn't possible... I really didn't like that! Our waiter was very nice but very to the point and went by the book. He seemed kind of robotic, which wasn't very welcoming. I would go back for the food! However our next visit will probably be at a different location because this one isn't near us.

I've been to this chain 3 times and this specific place twice. The food is designed for a trepidatious palate unused to Asian foods. Despite this the food is pretty good on the way in. However each time I've gone here, my stomach has not been happy. Now I've been to Hong Kong, Singapore, India, and eaten and loved much of the native foods with an abundance of spice. I have a shaker of MSG that I cook with at home. So whatever it is between P.F.Chang's food and my intestines is odd indeed. Noone else in my party has this issue though. They're also quite the autocrats about the sauce mixing. Woe be you who dare to try mixing a sauce on oone's own.

Generally speaking I'm really not a fan of big chains. But this one with it's odd Asian inspired cusine with wonderful vegetarian options has got me. I love the tofu lettuce wraps appitizer and coconut curry entree. The iced tea is also good and they make a nice Singapore Sling. My husband on the other hand, is more of a fan of authentic Chinese food so this isn't his cup of tea. I've traveled through Asia and would agree that this is pretty Americanized but that's ok, it's the way I like it!

I generally hate corporate chain restaurants - but this place is good. I've had so many terrible experiences at chinese restaurants around town lately that at the very least - I feel like I should be judging this place according to them. I can rely on PF Changs to serve chicken that doesn't look shady or months old. The "Changs for 2" menu is a reasonably good deal. I like the kung pao chicken, the honey chicken and the soups. Extra star for me being able to be confident that the chicken is really chicken - and that I won't be sitting in the bathroom in agony the next morning.

Went for dinner here the day before Thanksgiving with some friends. I don't really need to comment on the food, because I think it is meh and nothing to write home about. HOWEVER, PF Chang's deserves some serious credit for the expansive gluten-free menu. One of our friends has to order gluten-free food and it is awesome that she had so much to choose from. Well done, PF Chang's.

I went with my family for a special occasion. The service was very good, we were seated immediately, our waitress was very friendly and the appetizers were server promptly. The food however took close to 40 mins. to arrive and was nothing special. The chicken lettuce wraps were delicious. The Kung Pao Chicken was tasty but the rice was dry, cold and clumpy, and that's a pity because a mediocre rice can destroy a great Asian dish. Overall, if you're looking for authentic Chinese food I wouldn't go near PF Chang's

While this restaurant is sprawling, and has no authenticity, much less, character, it does have a menu that offers delicious food. If you are trying to be economical, I would recommend the P.F. Chang's For Two - a four course meal for two for $39.95. If you are trying to impress a lady on a date, I would not recommend going this route (sadly I can offer this suggestion from personal experience). The Hot and Sour Soup, as well as, Egg Drop Soup are disgusting. The WonTon Soup is great. At this restaurant, it almost goes without saying that you will order the Lettuce Wraps. You haven't lived if you haven't had them. My favorite entrees are the Orange Peel Chicken, Mongolian Beef, and Chicken Lo Mein. At this restaurant, remember to chew your food very slowly to savor the exquisite flavor. One time, I neglected to do this, and I choked on some Mongolian Beef. I soon found myself in front of the restaurant, trying to give myself the Heimlich maneuver. Thankfully, I was able to throw up the lodged piece of food, much to the disgust and horror of patrons entering the restaurant. If you came here looking for "real Chinese food" then you are an idiot. After eating here, I recommend that you go see a movie at AMC Mayfair and have it nearly ruined by constantly texting and overly talkative teenagers.

I have nothing but the best to say about this restaurant. We usually go there for lunch & when we leave we always leave satisfied. All of the staff there is top notch from the hostesses to the waiters to the management. What a deal for about $10 or less you can get a full meal that includes soup. We recently went there & Justin was our server. We all ordered the Moo Goo Gai Pan which is a dish which contains chicken, shrimp, veggies & of course rice (which you get a choice of brown or white of which I always order the brown). Our server Justin brought out our soup which was the Egg Drop Soup which was hot & delicious. When the main dish came out it it came out in a very LARGE bowl piled high with generous portion of big pieces of chicken & shrimp accompanied with lots of veggies just the way the menu had described it & more. Now I have a pretty good appetite but was unable to eat it all & had to take home my leftovers which our server Justin put in a take home box & bag for me. Justin was always present & asked us how things were always seeming interested in making sure our dining experience was top notch & that it was. When we were done our server Justin brought us out our Fortune Cookies which weren't just thrown on our table in the wrapper they were presented in on a nice dish with whipped cream laced with chocolate & raspberry sauce on them. GREAT PRESENTATION for such a simple item! Thanks Justin & thanks PF Chang's for a great experience we'll be back!

I have dined with PF Changs for many years and many locations. By far this was my worst experience ever with them. It all started with the table the seated us at. Right in front of the entrance of the kitchen. There should not have been a table where this one was at. Second, I had to ask for water. No matter where you eat, you should never have to ask for water. The food was good, it was everything else that was the problem. Throughout the whole evening you could tell another guest in the restaurant worked there because everyone that was working was stopping by to see this person. At one point too, she walked into the Kitchen and started jumping around like an idiot. After this experience, we'll probably think twice about trying this location again.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
