Jojo's is quite the hip bar for a strip mall location! It's not your average sports bar or a large chain. The place is small, quaint & classy. I particularly like the house / techno videos shown on a 10' screen. They always seem to play my favorites. There are a number of large / magnum bottles of alcohol perched around the bar. FYI: they are glass & full, the real thing. So cool, the buyer offered to order me the magnum of Jagermeister bottle since I am a Jaeger fan. The prices are excellent & the happy hour is one of the best around. Try the cheeseburger pizza if your hungry, it's pretty darn good. The bartenders & waitresses are extremely attentive & friendly. They never leave me waiting for my next drink. Great place to go late night on Sunday. While most bars close early, Jojo's pulls an all nighter till 2am.

Jo-Jo's, Jo-Jo's, what to say about Jo-Jo's? Not quite neighborhood hangout, not quite swank martini lounge and not a hipster hangout...and yet I keep coming back... Martinis are the drink - although there is way more vodka than gin. Lots of fruity flavors make Jo-Jo's the ideal chick place. Throw I the 90's musical hit parade (Deee-Lite's Groove Is In the Heart plays as I write) and you a recipe for estrogen overload. Which is a complete contrast to the sports playing on the 4 screens all night all the time. So while atmospherically Jo-Jo's is stuck in a chick flick caricature, the service and drinks are actually very good. The clientele is generally couples, groups and the occasional guy (read: me). And if you get the munchies the pizza is very good.

Many of my old friends use to go here. The have since quit. Only three friends still love this chill atmosphere.. But It's Sunday and most bars last call is 11:30. This place is open for late night service industry. Martinis are $5. Beers $3.50 domestic to 9.00 Guinness. The beer menu was short. I requested a Becks Dark. Either they were sold out or he was too busy to find one. And the martini menu was huge ranging $5 to 30+ extra dirty martini is extra Briny, and sometimes an extra olive is added. The place is visual circus with the martini theme and Halloween decor going up little by little. Food 3 They have pizza on the menu. Ambiance 4 it's cathedral ceiling makes an otherwise small area open. Plenty of bar TVs and high projection screen. Service 3 Quick with a little curtness. Location 3 hwy 100 and Bluemound rd. doesn't feel like a shopping center. Value 2 Pick your special days from their web page. They have plenty of martini choices. Beer is limited. Otherwise it's rather expensive for Milwaukee vs Chicago prices. Happy hour drops the price a few bucks.

We were at World of Beer and decided that we wanted to go next door for another drink. We were intercepted by an employee or the owner. When I attempted to open the door he continued to look at me. We found out that they are not open till 5:00 PM. It was an awkward experience as he was not a friendly person and definitely made us feel uncomfortable. This will be the only/last time we will attempt to go there.

I'm going to preface this by saying the only real martini's are made of gin with a whisper of vermouth. I myself prefer an almost martini made with vodka. The rest of these so called "martini's" are cocktails in martini glasses where the juices mask the strength of the liquor. So make no mistake when you complain about the strength of your cocktails in a martini glass, you are not drinking a real martini since they are straight booze. Now with that out of my way onwards to my review. I have stopped here a few times over the years, most recently was last night on a whim. The atmosphere was still good. There was music playing, a goodly amount of people but we were able to get bar seating luckily, and it was fully staffed. Service was good. Our bartender was attentive and jumped to it when my glass was empty. This was appreciated. I was drinking Grey Goose dirty martini's, my personal favorite, and my girlfriend had two cocktails also in large martini glasses which were delicious as well. Beer? Well, who cares. I am at a martini bar for a reason. If I want beer I would go elsewhere but the selection they had was passable at least. We only ordered an order of garlic cheese bread which was passable to help me soak up the large amount of vodka I drank. I can't speak for any of the other offerings. Finally there's the price. It's important to realize when you order Grey Goose martini's you are going to pay a premium. In my case it was $11.50 per drink. Why am I not outraged??? Well, because it is all booze. If I were to order 5 shots of that particular vodka in most places it would be what, $16-20? So quit complaining about the prices. You are at a specialty drink bar. Most drinks at these places range from $9-16 in Wisconsin. If you think that's expensive you better not ever travel to a big city and order a martini or a cocktail in a martini glass.

JoJo's is a great atmosphere with a large selection of martinis. They have specials almost every day and the bartenders are great. No wonder why I can't keep myself away.

Not a huge Martini guy but my wife is so we decided on Jo-Jos and we were happy we did. We enjoyed well crafted drinks, I had a vodka/soda and wifey had a pomegranate martini. The owner was gracious to chat with us and give us come sausage and cheese. We will be stopping back. If you're looking for something other than a sports bar or Irish pub stop in to JO-jos

I thought this place was not that great. They have a huge selection of martinis but the ones I tried were really weak. The prices were not cheaper to make up for it either. My friend had three that night! I feel like after three martinis, you should be on the floor. Their huge menu seems gimmicky and the pricing for the mainly juice drinks is outrageous. One reviewer mentioned that it smelled like cigarettes but I did not find that to be the case. They have two flat screen TVs above the bar that were showing a game. There is also another huge screen above the windows playing music videos. The place started to fill up around 10:00/10:30. Our server was attentive but not friendly and seemed annoyed with us.

JoJo's is one of my favorite places to go after work for happy hour! It's not your run-of-the-mill sports bar, or a huge chain. The place is small and quaint; the environment is classy. The prices are excellent (one of the best happy hours in town) and the drinks are SO GOOD. The bartenders are extremely attentive - they will usually recognize you even if you've only been there once or twice - and they always have a kind demeanor. On a clear evening there is a beautiful view of the sunset over Hwy 100. While I've never tried any food here, they put out pretzels or another snack item to munch on. Not a real "martini" drinker? Not a problem. They have fun, fruity martinis as well as beer and mixed drinks. The only con - have a designated driver or pace yourself, because the drinks are so good you won't want to cut yourself off!

JoJo's is what it is. I've only ever been here early on Monday nights (good specials on Monday nights!), usually only 2 or three other groups here, which is what I expect on a Monday night. Some review have complained about the service, but I've always had great, friendly, and attentive service, and also have never noticed the smells that older reviews mention. I always enjoy looking over there huge, huge martini menu. One night we watched the Olympics on tv, and other nights they have had music videos playing. As for the martinis, yes, they are weak and sugary, but sometimes one is in the mood for pretty drinks that go down easy. While it's not usually my first choice when it comes to drinking, if I am in the mood for a martini and not in the mood to drive all the way downtown, JoJo's is fine.

I was pretty excited about visiting this martini bar after learning that their menu included more than 90 'tinis. Sadly, this "lounge" is experiencing a pretty serious identity crisis. It combines the dark seediness and nasty cigarette odor of your average dive bar with a few large flat-screen TVs and the lame music of a pseudo sports bar. Oh, and they do indeed serve a bunch of martinis that while tasty are weak, weak, weak. Fail. The service was decent, but who cares? I won't be back.

Took friends visiting for Brewers game here after the game. Expecting drinks only, but they have great food here, too! We also randomly won movie tickets! Drinks were very good; great atmosphere. Will definitely revisit when in the area.
