I have eaten at this JJ a large amount because I work near by. I will never order JJ in general again because of my experience today. If ordering delivery you can only have it don't ASAP. Even when you choose a time for it to be delivered it will still come ASAP. The sandwich was to eh.. standards. The bread was so soggy it was wet. I paid extra for avocado and bacon, neither were on the sandwich. The free onions I ordered were on the sandwich though. And there was an extra ingredient I did not order, a strand of hair. I was already disappointed that it was not what I ordered, but then there was a hair in it and that was too much for me. Everything it's missing one little thing; wrong bread, no mayo, oregano on the sandwich, but it was fine. I mean It's a cheap sandwich. The taco bell near by is better in customer service and food. I never thought I would say taco bell is better, but it is.

Met regular food standards. Service was okay, I was the only customer in there, and the staff talked among themselves in a sort of weird way (I was ordering to go).

I'm not really much of a sub-eater, but when I do I'll pick JJ over Subway every time. This location is much like every other Jimmy Johns on earth - they serve reasonably decent sandwiches. I've never tempted to "freak" at the speed at which my food is made, but the staff is pleasant and seems to keep things moving. FYI - the parking lot here is a total nightmare during busy times. Also, they stopped using sprouts on the #12 beach club because of salmonella or something, which is wack. If they would expand their delivery zone to include my house, I could be convinced to add a star.

The driver ought to be ashamed. But big up to the manager for taking care of the problem....

Some people would call Subway and Jimmy John's the same type of chain sandwich shop, but I am an east coast girl so the closest Jimmy John's (JJ) that I have been able to get has been in Washington DC. Funny story - this past April I ran the Cherry Blossom 10miler in DC and when Mark asked what I wanted to eat after the race, instead of some 4 star fancy restaurant, without hesistation I immediately said JJ - Yelped a location and ate a well deserved sandwich before heading back to Connecticut. I have also Yelped JJ locations during an overnight relay from Madison, WI to Chicago, IL "making" my team wait on a Sunday morning for a JJ to open to feed my hunger. I recently had the pleasure of staying with some friends in Milwaukee WI and when the question of what I wanted to eat while there - I only had one request and that was at least one lunch at JJ. This particular location is much like the reast of the ones I have been to. Extremely clean and well managed. As with all their locations they deliver (maybe next time) but we trecked our way to the store for a sit down meal. They have sandwich making down to a science. That being said unless you actually watch them making your sandwich (which I do) they will skimp on vegetables, and this is where Subway is better - there you can have the "artist" load the vegetables on. Also - all their sandwiches are served cold - no ovens available to heat up your sandwich. I always get the Turkey Tom and have them load up on the vegetables and always ask for mustard packets (one can never have to much mustard on a sandwich) But when you do get your sandwich - It is wonderful - I am not sure if it is the bread or just the fact that there are no locations (yet) in CT but it is good to the last bite. And don't forget to order a Kosher pickle...a sour but sweet ending to a great meal!

Customer service was terrible. Paid online gave a decent tip and the driver peels out of my driverway and texts me calling me a cheapskate. The manger called me and says I jipped the driver when clearly I paid online. Never receiving my service again.

Been here many times for after work subs. I am not sure why they don't deliver to my house which is about 3.5 miles away. Oh well, the food is good, especially the unwich (salad wrap instead of bread). The employees are super friendly. They usually get my order correct.

Does jimmy Johns really care that I give them a bad review prob not. But I still have to. Most people order from here for there so fast you'll freak service. Well I'm 0 for 2 ordering from these guys So if anything when you order make sure they repeat the order. I'm just a simple guy who doesn't like mayo. "No mayo please. Do you understand" yes 6 mins later, "here is your sandwich with mayo" Really Thanks jimmy johns
