Ate there a couple weeks ago, and the food was fantastic. Best French Onion Soup I've ever had. Their Margarita Pizza is delicious, as well as the escargot. The staff was very warm, friendly and professional looking, and the drinks were phenomenal. I can't wait to go back!

First time we came here will inevitably be the last. Had a reservation for a semi large party. At first glance when walking in, the unanimous thought from our group was, "Did we really need reservations?" after realizing the place was empty. The menu had a large selection to match its grandiose price. The solid beer selection was about the only positive aspect of the visit. The quality of the service was lacking in many ways. The waitress asked, "Can I get you guys something to start for appetizers" after which our group replied we're ready to order, we received a curt response, "Can I take you orders after I serve our party of 2?" Left with no out, we were forced to comply. The meal came out after an excessive wait. After asking for ketchup, I waited patiently to dip my fries. After reminding the waitress a second time, I figured she had forgotten. Twenty minutes into my meal, I knew it was no longer conceivable. Benefit of the doubt was beginning to be lost... All's well that ends well, except when it doesn't end well. We just wanted to get our bill to end our dining experience. But even that was met with exceptionally lack luster expedience. After a 20 minute wait to get the bill after the entire party had finished eating, we finally were able to get out of the establishment that has unexpectedly failed to match our groups expectation to any extent. I will never step foot inside of this restaurant. We purchased a $100 gift certificate from restaurant.com for $40 this certificate required us to spend $200. We called to make reservations and verify that the gift certificate that stated "This gift certificate does not expire." would be honored. We were told that they would not honor it if it was greater than 1 year and ours was. While listening to my husband say OK and nothing else I asked to speak to her. I wasn't certain that she knew what certificate we had because my husband was not talking. I started out saying that we paid $40 for this gift certificate (trying to explain what we had) and she did not let me finish a sentence after those 7 words, she raised her voice at me, I asked her if she would let me finish a sentence. She told me to settle down, she spoke to my husband while she was the ranting and raving at me. I was never allowed to speak. She was the most rude and stupid person I ever met. What an idiot, she turned down a reservation for 4, and will be getting a lot of bad publicity for a long time. Not smart for a small restaurant in a small city. BTW, this was the owner of the restaurant!

Went there for the first time a few weeks ago. We had two vegetarians in our group of four, but they had a vegan pasta dish, so we were excited to try. The table they sat us at was awful. The place is really dark and we were right by the kitchen door. Anytime anyone came in or out we were blinded. Yuck. Our appetizers, the baked brie and bruschetta, were both good. I tried the lobster mac and cheese, which was okay, but nothing too exciting. The vegetarians were enjoyed their pasta dishes, right up until they found a piece of CHICKEN in their VEGAN pasta. Seriously, when you list something as vegan and not just vegetarian, you had better be sure there is no animal bits in in. Gross. The poor girl was so upset she couldn't eat anymore. The waitress offered her a new dish, which she declined. The kicker to an already bad experience is they refused to take the price of the meal off. They said 'she's already eaten most of it.' Seriously? She ate until she bit into a chunk of chicken! I think after we argued they took a few dollars off. Way to make a first impression guys. We'll NEVER be back.

What appeared to be a cozy romantic restaurant turned out to be a huge disappointment. The food was mediocre at best and overpriced for what we were served. The service was slow in spite of the fact that there was only one other couple eating that night. They couldn't even get our drink order right. My wife's martini was only 2/3 full and my beer was warm. We will not be returning.

disappointing food last night. Creative descriptions of the food did not match the poor quality of many of the items. One meal was deemed inedible and was met with a "that's the way that fish tastes" answer. Eventually we were offered a free drink from the bar as a sorry, I suppose. We had already finished the meal, and were ready to go. Taking the meal off the bill would have been more appropriate, but is not allowed we were told. This place is expensive. The venue and location, and certainly the cost, seem to demand way better food and service.

One of the worst experiences of my life. I have never been so blatantly disrespected by an establishment. The food, service, and staff were beyond horrible. I will let everyone know to never visit this place of business. One of the most racist owners ever!!!! I will be following up with complaints to the BBB and filing a small claims case against the owner.

Came in for breakfast. The waitress had so much perfume on I could taste it. The place seems like it is trying to be high end on a low end budget. The menu offerings seemed good until we ordered something and they were missing ingredients to make it. The coffee tasted like the pot had never been cleaned out. The ceiling vents are full of cob webs, it has cheap vinyl over the tables to appear as table cloths. The cooks are in the back arguing with each other and were in the front and we can hear them. This place is a hot mess. Haven't even gotten food and I have had enough. Afraid of what the food will taste like but at this point it really doesn't matter!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. First and last time for this dump. They do a great job selling their menu with wonderful descriptions of fabulous meals. Then what is finally delivered is a case of "bait and switch". I had the grilled salmon that was represented as fresh, wild caught. I should have been suspect as it was a Friday night and there was only one other table. There is no way they could have fresh salmon with no customers. I asked for it to be cooked medium to medium rare. After a wait of 40 minutes, what came out was seared salmon -- which I am fine with if it fresh, not medium/rare. that was covered in tartar sauce not dill. Imagine raw, previously frozen salmon with tartar sauce. Add to that the rice which was an over salted, starchy glob. The baby carrots were not edible as they were burned -- charcoal. And the cost for this mess was $26. Another dish ordered in our group was the spaghetti with fried meatballs. The meatballs were described as coated with bread crumbs and fried. Not the case. They looked like a frozen product. The other meals in our group were also mediocre to poor. Service was ok -- not great. But remember there was only one other table. If somehow they had a crowd, I doubt they could ever handle it from both the kitchen and service staff. It was first and last time. I will never go back.
