Wow I love this place! The bagels are so great and the smoothies are to die for! Try a Big Apple Club and a berry breeze smoothie YUM!

I went to Big Apple Bagels for the first time yesterday (4/20/15) and after the service I'm not sure I'll be going back... I went through the drive thru, the woman was very abrupt and unhelpful. It was rainy that day so the menu board was blurry and difficult to read. When I asked what the difference was between two sandwiches I was met with an abrasive tone and very curt answer, it felt like I was bothering the woman on the speaker. When I got to the window I saw that her name was Carie, she wasn't overly friendly in person either. The bagel sandwich I got was very good, the pickle in the plastic bag was barely edible, it had a very weird taste to it. It's too bad that Carie really rubbed me the wrong way, especially with it being my first time visiting this establishment. First impressions are important...I know they have great bagels, but I'm not sure I want to support this business after my encounter with a woman who treated me not like a customer but a nuisance.

It was ok. Probably the only place in Stevens Point/Plover to get actual bagels. I had the blueberry cobbler bagel, coffee, and a mini cinnamon muffin for $5.03. I would not order the muffins again. The coffee was hot and tasted fine. The bagel had a lot of cream cheese on it and was toasted well. It took about 5 minutes as they were serving drive-thru customers before those inside. The staff was friendly.

My "toasted" bagel was microwaved. The blueberry muffin was good, and would have been better if it hadn't been cut with a knife that was obviously used to cut a garlic bagel last. I had a large black coffee that had been put in a carafe used for a flavored coffee last. I also purchased a dozen jalapeno and cheddar herb bagels which were both sad. They were small, poorly raised and pale. I usually like Big Apple Bagels!
