Someone delivers menus to my place of business, and they say limited delivery, it's just before 2 p.m. and I can't leave here but I'm starved, so I call to order something but they don't have delivery right now -- well, if the guy can deliver menus why can't he deliver food?

Eat Smart was a really pleasant surprise to find in an unassuming strip mall off of Summit and Conomo Walk Pkwy. It's the shopping center just north of where the future Target will be. It's an order at the counter place that brings it to your table once it's ready. They have lots of great smoothie options, along with sandwiches/wraps, salads, soups and any combo thereof if you want more variety. Or if you're just indecisive and the mix and match style is your thing to make a meal. I had the #19 grilled pesto chicken wrap with a cup of their African peanut soup. Both were delicious! The soup had a lot of great flavors to it and the wrap was exactly what I had in mind. Plus, they serve Colectivo coffee and have free wifi!

We love this local place in Oconomowoc.....it's a gem! If you are tired of fast food, check it out. Everything is ALWAYS fresh and yummy: the salads, sandwiches, wraps, soups, and more. We've been there more than a dozen or so times since they've opened and have yet to be disappointed in the quality and quantity of excellent food.

I exited the highway with the whole purpose of going to the Quiznos. I really like Quiznos. Mmm toasty. Right before I turned in for what was sure to be a fabulous sub, I saw a sign in the distance. "Eat Smart" it beckoned. "Think of your blood pressure" it whispered...Mmm toasty?? I asked... "Eat smart...think of your wife.." So here I am- this is the 4th time I've driven past Quizno to come here. I always get the Turkey Wrap with Cranberry Apricot Chutney. It's very tasty, and apparently good for me. They have Soup Market soups, and Alterra coffee. "Eat Smart" - your heart will thank you. :)

Love the healthy options! Delicious food. Got my food to go, but the atmosphere was nice for dining in.

Awesome food. It's a nice change up from the usual lunch spot. The menu is huge, and includes plenty to satisfy carnivore and herbivores alike. This is one of the places my kids pick when we let them decide where to eat.

Food is great and healthy! A bit more pricey but definitely a better option then fast food! I recommend this place to anyone, wish they had more locations!

We came in for their highly reviewed breakfast burritos and they were unfortunately out of eggs. They said if we waited 10 minutes they would have a fresh batch ready to go. We decided to wait and we were super happy that we did. Not only were the burritos delicious, but the cashier gave us a free brownie for our patience! This place is amazing, highly recommended!

Located in a small strip mall, finding Eat Smart has been a real treat! The menu is posted above the counter, you order at the counter, and the staff brings your food out. There's always a GREAT choice of soups, and every sandwich we've tried has been excellent. Our particular favorite is the Turkey Burger (with aioli). Same menu for lunch and dinner. The Cafe offers a whole variety of smoothies, etc., but we haven't yet tried those. There's ample seating, and the staff is extra friendly. It's become one of our favorite places to eat locally! You won't be disappointed.

I was here once and had the zucchini bread slice and a tea. I didn't care for the bread. It had no taste . I don't think I'll be going back.

Eat Smart Cafe was a good surprise. There are plenty of places around that can offer the less-than-healthy eating choices and, as tasty as those options can be, it's always fun to try something different. The Yelp map app was way off on the location, showing this place as near the medical center when it's really next to the K-Mart on the other side of 94. It took some doing to find it, but I'm glad I did. ESC is a large space, with only a few tables. It seems more of a coffee shop with light meals than an actual cafe. The food, however, is really good. I stopped by for breakfast one morning and tried the wrap. It was big, two halves that were stuffed with scrambled eggs and cheese and served with a sauce on the side. It was flavorful enough to not need any extras. The Alterra coffee, a latte, was wicked good. I noticed the barista poured the heated milk from a pitcher held a long way above the cup --- an interesting way to aerate the milk. I don't know if that was the secret, but it was really good. The wrap and the coffee were less than ten bucks. There's free wi-fi, too, so I almost felt like I had hit the lotto.

Rustic turkey is one of the best sandwiches I have had. I stop here once a week for lunch and it's always great.

My husband and I had lunch here today. He had chicken salad on ciabatta and I had the parmesan tuna salad on greens with a side of spicy tomato and tortellini soup. My husband said his sandwich was good. My tuna salad was great, well balanced seasoning, very meaty and not too much mayo. Soup was great too. It was a nice atmosphere too. Very clean, soft colors and wait staff very polite and helpful. We will be going back.

The sandwiches are amazingly good and creative. Also they make the best cup of black coffee I have ever tasted in Wisconsin. The employees are very respectful and diligent with your order.

I've had several of the wraps here, including the veggie wrap and the turkey & avocado wrap. They are both very good, not too filling, and purty healthy, especially the veggie wraps. I haven't been inside, but they do offer takeout. Great place for lunch.

My friend and I are in town for a quick second and wanted something fast, healthy and yummy. Eat Smart Cafe gave us what we were looking for. Subway is next door, not as cheap as them but way better pick then the chain with good half & half deals for $7. Free wifi as well.

I love the concept. I wish the location was in Downtown Oconomowoc. It was a cute atmosphere. I think they should do some advertising in their community as I didn't know how great it was until I stepped in and with the location I wasn't expecting it to be so cute and have such a wonderful selection on the menu.

I've been to Eat Smart Cafe twice now. Once last winter and once yesterday. The food is very mediocre, not awful, but not delicious or fantastic. Both times that I went, around noon, there were very few people there. It's a very nice place inside. Upping the quality of the food would help to draw in more people.

The Chicken Avocado salad was perfect - not overly chickened nor overly dressinged. I'll definitely try them again!

This is a great little spot for lunch. I've been here twice now, and both times the food was excellent! It's not the best if you are trying to get something quickly, but if your lunch break is at least 45 minutes, its worth the wait.
