This is a restaurant that Drive-throughs were made for! Sadly, my wife and I went inside. The food, a shrimp basket and chicken nuggets were fine, but the atmosphere was horrifying. All three staff members were slovenly and wearing stained clothing. The hugely pregnant girl behind the counter was wearing a blouse that was unbuttoned from above her navel, exposing her bare belly as she worked. As soon as our order was taken, she was slumping across the counter, playing with her smart phone. While we were eating, another worker brought out a big dirty slop bucket full of soapy water, plunked it down on a table next to us, and wiped down the soda machine station. She then went back behind the counter, leaving the bucket on the table for us to look at as we ate. It had been a long time since I'd been to Popeye's. It'll be a LONG time before I go again.

1st time I went there, they lost my debit card right in front of me. Literally within 2 minuntes. Why I went back is beyond me, but I did. I called them at 2:15 am to check if they were open and they answered and said they were open till 3 am. I get there at 2:30 2:35 ish and they had their drive thru sign off. So I called again to check, and they told me they were closed. To be specific, I asked if they they sold everything or put everything away early. They told me they sold everything. "So you sold everything within 10 mins? Okay I will be reporting." And they hung up in my face. Someone came outside. I told them I reported them and they laughed.

Waited 34 minutes in the drive thru for a 7 piece tender dinner... when I finally got my food I got a mashed potato with no gravy on it and no spin to eat it with when I never said I didn't want gravy.I got a biscuit with no butter and tenders with no sauce.thanks a lot assholes for wasting my time. I don't plan on ever coming back...

Greatest moment at a popeyes: when I ordered 2 pieces of dark meat and a biscuit and they gave me a box containing 3 pieces, a biscuit, and an extra piece of the crunchy fried batter. I gave the chick a $5 bill for the $2.12 tab and she gave me 3 singles back. Winning. Worst moment at a popeyes: when I discovered, after ordering that they didn't take Discover card and had no other payment method on me. I looked at the cashier like I might start crying and she just slowly pulled the orange box back through the drive thru window, said "I'm sorry" and looked sad too. Weirdest moment at a popeyes: when some random dude got in my back seat while I was waiting in the drive-thru for my food. Me: "Wth!?" Him: "My bad...wrong car." Then he gets out and gets in a huge white SUV. I drive a dark-colored compact car! What??!! I do love me some popeyes chicken. It always tastes best at the end of a long night out or at concourse B in the Atlanta airport with a large sweet tea. Now stay outta a chick's car and let her enjoy the chicken!

Every time I go to Popeye's, it is increasingly declining in quality. I went there once and sat for five minutes at the drive thru menu speaker. No one acknowledged me... so I drove up to the window and they were annoyed at me for not ordering food and told me to "drive back around". Needless to say, I just drove away... The last time I went there, they chicken was absolutely horrible. Everything tasted like it had been cooked in old, burnt grease. It was inedible, and honestly I ended up eating only the biscuit. It was a really sad way to end my day after working 10 hours. I almost cried over fried chicken.... Haven't been back since.

Made a yelp account just for this. Was on a road trip and happened to search for the nearest Popeyes...this spot was on the way. Got to the drive through which took nearly 30 min of waiting in line...and when it was our turn, they never took our order. The cashier was like "what kinda sauce u want with that?" Through the telecom (speaking to guy in front of us)...so we assumed that they were taking our order through the window. We finally got to the window and the cashier had no clue what to do as she had already started doing food orders for the guy behind us..she then told us to go around And wait again in a rude manner because she can't take orders through the window.....screw that, we just took off and went looking for the next joint. My point is, if u have incompetent or rude workers, ur business bleeds. How many other customers have ur staff pissed off?

Thank you once again for F***ing up my order. Firstly the drive thru person...always sounds as if they are being bothered...Today she informs us there is no mild chicken breast...I ask how long the wait she says none in the restaurant...only spicy...R u kidding me! Then I get completly the opposite of what I asked for...Also 2 of the meals ordered had biscuits so hard...I probably could have hurt someone...then in one order I get NO biscuit...Popeye's employees need to go back and take a refresher course. Then they park the cars...ok...but does the person who brings out the food have to have his pants sagging...they don't speak just hand you the bag. This popeyes is lacking customer service skills. I get home to call & complain no one answered the phone 3 times I tried...third try was a charm just asked for their corporate #...I tried to give you another chance...but tonight was the last...Everyone looks like they don't give a shit about their appearance or popeyes...I didn't tell you to fill out an application there.
