Ok. I have to be honest. I LOVE the food, hate, hate, hate the restaurant. They could not have slower service at this location if all the employees were limb less and blind. It is absolutely absurd just how slow the drive thru and the lobby are. Food -awesome. Their chicken is fantastic. All the sides are great. I truly hate to give it 1 star but the service / wait is just so god awful. And being an aficionado of fried chicken, I will likely subject myself to this sadistic torture of waiting a looooong, looooong time to get my food. So I can only blame myself but I still have to give it 1 star because the service is just that horrible.

Awesome customer service provided by employee Keyonna. Pleasant experience here. Clean restaurant. I think this is my new favorite popeyes in town. Recommend this Popeyes!

I absolutely love Popeyes!! It is better than KFC (in my opinion although there's nothing wrong with KFC). I ordered the 5 piece combo of chicken tenders / strips with a side of mashed potatoes. The potatoes are the best you're going to get from a "fast food" place. I didn't eat all of the chicken tenders at once. I put the rest in the fridge and they were still delicious cold a couple hours later!!

I never realized there was a Popeyes by cermak and since I have not had it in a long time I stopped by. The drive through was slow with one car ahead of me. I ordered the 3 strip spicy dinner to go for a total of $6.04. Let's look in the box and what we have, see the picture. Look 4 strips in my favor for once with a food mistake. A small cup of rice not even filled to the top about an inch high with a small biscuit. The strips were all white meat, spicy and crispy on the out side. The rice was all separate and not clumpy. The biscuit as always was good and is my favorite fast food one. Over all it was good but thought it is over priced. Think about it, it's three chicken strips with a small side and biscuit. This would be $2.99 on the average kids menu from restaurants.

Shiny, new and clean. Quick service, hot out of the oil chicken and as crispy and delicious as I remembered. There were no napkins or condiments in the wells of the counter, but that seemed to be a deliberate choice and all things we needed were provided to us upon request. Sometimes I just want fried chicken. Those times are infrequent, but when they come, I'm happy there's now a Popeyes on my side of town.

Food is great, service awesome friendly service BUT...the grounds around and on property needs attention. Over flowing trash cans and messy landscaping with trash laying all over needs to cleaned up. It is a nice clean restaurant would be great if it was taken cared for being brand new. Keep up the great customer service. Maybe the other location should get some tips of great customer service from this location!

Earleen is a excellent manager. Three of the 24 piece chicken party packs will more than satisfy any hungry group. My fellow workers love it for a Saturday lunch. Spicy chicken rocks with red beans and rice and a fresh biscuit!

Is there a zero star ?! I like Popeyes food but this location was horrible. The chicken was old. The cole slaw didn't taste fresh at all. And I haven't even started on the customer service. When we got there there was 5 people in front of us. 3 left a few min after we got there b/c they had already been waiting 10 min. In total we waited 20 min in line just to place our order. There were 8 cars in drive thru when we got there. And I swear those same 8 were there when we left 40 min later. And they were about 10-12 people behind us in line. I think there were 4 people working there. They needed atleast 8. Probably 10. We won't go back to that location.

I've stopped here for lunch a few times to try them. I've ordered the tenders and spicy tenders. I prefer the regular tenders and they have been fried perfectly each time. However... Because there is a KFC a block away, I prefer that. The crispy tenders are seasoned a little better and the price is less. I'll do Popeyes when I want chicken but if a KFC is near by... I don't know.
