For all the bad reviews, I have to admit I was wary. When I finally stopped by this place, I was pleasantly surprised. The service was awesome, and the food was yummy - especially when you consider that it's attached to a gas station. My food was fresh and had a nice flavor, and didn't make me think MSG, always a good sign. I had the Singapore noodles, chicken and broccoli, and veggie egg rolls and recommend them all. It seems like it is a good idea to stay away from general tso's (according to other reviews). Ill definitely be popping in again.

Wish I could vote -1 stars. Ordered the General Tso Chicken, it was mushy, average flavor and made me think i was eating some pretty sketchy meat product. My wife ordered some beef dish and it was inedible. Crab Rangoon were rubbery and the chicken fried rice had cubes of chicken that looked like they were chicken from a Lunchable with rice so dark it had to have been burnt. None of the food tasted like Chinese food. Worst I've ever had. Do not eat here if you have a mouth.

My Favorite Chinese Food Ever!!!! You would think you could get great food like this from a restaurant connected to a gas station, but it doesn't get any better. The Food is always good. The owners are always Super Friendly. She always remembers what I like to order. Asks how I am doing, and notices when I don't come in for a while. The place is extremely clean. And service is Extremely Fast. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!!

Not bad, not stellar, but quality enough. Had the General Tso's Dinner Combo. This place definitely strives for quality over quantity... I think. The chicken pieces were too big to deal with at times, though it tasted good enough and the sauce was nice and spicy. The fried rice was an interesting texture... by interesting I mean I'm not sure that was meat in there. Crab Rangoon left something to be desired

I've had a lot of Chinese in my day. I've had Chinese made by actual Chinese emigrants (at home, for themselves). Jen Bo is excellent--very homemade quality yet flavorful and fresh. My friends and I each ordered an entree when hanging out in Stallis, and everyone enjoyed their food. To those who didn't enjoy their food, I ask why they didn't call about it or take it back. I know it's primarily take out, but if you had an issue, I'm sure that the incredibly proactive, hardworking owners would address it.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
