i recently had food delivered to me. I ordered general tso chicken an it came with fried rice and an egg roll, both were delicious! I also had crab Rangoon yum! The prices were fair and the portions were generous. The delivery guy was fast polite and very nice. I will be ordering here more often and would recommend them to anyone.

Always excellent. We have been to many chinese resturant but this is definitely the best. We get generous portions. We usually order shrimp almond ding, seasame chicken, shrimp fried rice and crab Rangoon delicious. Even my whole office love to order lunch from here and never a complaint. Yum yum.

I was skeptical of Chinese food in West Allis, Wisconsin, but this was one of those really pleasant surprises. The food was inexpensive and good. We were just getting food for lunch, so the order was limited to fried rice, some appetizers, and general tao's chicken. The fried rice was flavorful without being salty and the general tao's was excellent. The chicken was large and chunky, but still tender. The sauce was tangy and delicious. I loved the donuts and would definitely recommend that if you get nothing else, get the donuts. I have had some "incidents" with crab rangoon where the crab was bad, and I have ordered it ever since with great trepidation. My relatives have never had it before though, so I ordered it and was happy. If you like the rangoon to taste crabby, then this isn't your restaurant to order this appetizer, but if you like it to just be a tang of crab with your cream cheese, then you'll like it.

This was the worst Chinese food I've ever had. How can you mess up beef with broccoli? It looked like thick lumpy gravy. Yuck. I'm giving them a 2 because i was a carry out order . They told me 15 minutes and I waited 45. My fiance ordered The Mongolian beef and it was decent.

We were there 3 days ago and ordered their lunch specials (black pepper beef and szechuan shrimp). There was an indicator on the menu saying that the szechuan shrimp was supposed to be spicy but it turned out to be not so spicy and it was more on the sweet side. It's more of an Americanized Chinese restaurant, which wasn't the authentic Chinese flavor that we were looking for. It was a little disappointing but at least their food is fairly cheap. It was around $12 for 2 lunch specials and the service we received was great (the owner was really friendly).

The worst Chinese food we have ever had. The veggie lo mein had not much flavor. The crab ragoon barely had any filling. The chicken was not good! We wasted 24$ here. Never again! We thought its Chinese food we were trying somewhere new since it was on our way. Hope this saves some people from making the same mistake! We will definately be telling everyone not to go here. Our friends said they have the same experience.

We have been ordering carry outs from Great Apple for years. Always really good & fresh. We highly recommend it - especially the cashew chicken & shrimp fried rice!

Just ordered food from here and it took an hour and forty minutes to be delivered. Not only did it take long to get here, it was absolutely disgusting. My husband had general tso and he said it had no spice and tasted like watered down bbq sauce. I had the sesame chicken which tasted off. I can't even describe the flavor but it didn't taste like sesame. The crab rangoon and egg rolls were cold. The rangoons had no crab, all cream cheese. The only thing somewhat edible was the rice and even that didn't taste that great.

This place got another try and I'm officially done!!!!! Ordered food on website and you think you can use the coupons that are on their stupid website but the website which must have been made by a incompetent 1st grader does not let you use it so you call the place and it's like the soup kitchen Natzi who can't speak English and tells you that the coupons are only good if you call in the order and then pick up at there dump of a strip mall restaurant. Save your self the aggravation , there foods over priced and they nickel and dime you if you want hot chili paste ?????? I'm never going back.

I have been back a couple times and all was good. Spicy beef was tasty. Pork egg foo young was awsome. Large portions. Foo young was the size of a Coffey can. This is a solid place I must say. I'm going to give 4 stars now that I have hade a slice of the menu.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
