You bet I am a fan!! Foremost, Einstein's display of bagels is appealing. I know exactly what my bagel will look like - no surprises. My go-to has always been the asiago bagel. YUM. The veggie whipped cream cheese on the side adds the perfect kick of flavor with the asiago. A little side note; always get your cream cheese on the side. It is a mess trying to eat a bagel with a generous serving of cream cheese smothered between the halves. Plus if you do not finish all it you can save it for another bagel another time! It is a win-win situation and I am all about that.

Found a grasshopper on my bagel. Picture posted for proof. Said they would refund me and didn't even get my info. Way to go Einsteins.

I should come here more often . They are in a strip mall with lots of parking . I'm a big fan of their vanilla hazelnut latte and southwest turkey sausage breakfast sandwich . One of their new things is having all their original bagels now in thin form . They have some fruit n yogurt parfait , as well as multiple fresh squeezed juices to choose from ! If you need a quick breakfast or lunch sandwich and don't want the fast food drive thru grease I recommend coming here . If your in charge of the office breakfast day, look no more .You can get a 14 bagel deal with cream cheese or save some money and you can get the bagels just themselves . If you need more you can also order extras to go with . They also have lots of tables with chairs outside you can take advantage of , once it finally gets nice out ! The staff is always super friendly and nice at explaining all the different options .

Would NOT recommend eating here. I drove around Milwaukee looking for a breakfast place and was stoked when I got there and the staff was quick and friendly. I ordered the egg white bagel with the cream cheese on the side and a side of pesto. Man was I sorry. It is now 10 pm the next day and I'm still SICK from it. I've never been so sick from a restaurant. Also $3.50+ for an orange juice and $6.00 for an egg white bagel at a prepped line is ridiculous!!

I'm partial to all Einstein's locations because they always have pumpernickel bagels. My favorite is the lox sandwich, with cream cheese, capers, tomato and red onion. But that might be partially because of my Jewish DNA. it seems lox is an acquired taste. Einstein's is one of those kinds of places where you can easily get analysis paralysis because there are so many yummy choices on the menu. I have stopped at this location at oh dark thirty in the morning, before work, several times and I appreciate its cheerful employees. Being cheerful at this time of the morning is an amazing feat and worthy of notice. There seems to be several regulars here that know the staff, and thats a good sign. I find Einstein's coffee on the weak side, but that's mostly just me: I'm only impressed by coffee that slaps me across the face. The cappachino is an ok substitute for an a.m. slap. On thursday last week in the afternoon, I called to make a take-out order for the next day. I was told that there were several people in line that needed to be waited on before she could take my order, and put on hold for 10 minutes. Perhaps they were under-staffed? I hung up and just got my order the next day - my order was filled so fast my head spun, so, I probably won't bother trying to call in advance the next time. Watch out - the prices are a bit on the high side and you might have a bit of sticker shock at the register - as yummy as it is there, I'd like to pay a little less for for a fast breakfast.

    I. Love. Einstein Bros Schmears. Normally, I am not a fan of cream cheese. I think it too thick, and usually rather flavorless. But Einstein Bros has made me a convert. Their schmears are light, creamy, "double whipped" spreads that add flavor to the bagel without the heavy thickness piled on by traditional cream cheese. I usually go strawberry schmear on a chocolate chip bagel - and it tastes like a dessert. I've even got my mom hooked on it, and have to bring home tubs of it when I go to visit her.

Einstein Bagels used to be my favorite lunch place. When I lived in Madison I frequented the location on State Street, grabbing lunch on my way to or from class. I had a usual order that I pretty much never strayed from. When I moved to Milwaukee I was happy to learn that there is an Einstein very close by - I could get my favorite sandwich! So I went with my friend yesterday, very excited. Well, I left very disappointed. Service was just okay, and my friend who had never been to an Einstein would have been very lost if I hadn't been there to tell her what to do. I ordered my usual, and was very disappointed by the poor excuse for a sandwich that I received. There was one lonely tomato slice on my whole sandwich, and not enough of everything else too. It was put together extremely sloppily, and there was a big smear of schmear (which I didn't want on my sandwich) on the outside of my bagel, making it difficult to eat without getting my hands all messy. So now I'm sad and homesick for my old Einstein - and I won't be going back to this location again!

The food is fine, the staff is -- they're perfectly polite, which to me is the most important, but every time I've gone here, I've had to correct my order, or been overcharged, or gotten somebody else's order, etc. It's not a huge deal, but it's exasperating when you're trying to get to work on time.

Let me first start by saying this....Einstein's has become my favorite lunch sandwich place. I get a bagel melt with turkey, bacon and cheese....and it is absolutely perfect, to die for. HOWEVER....I usually go to the Einstein's on 27th and Oklahoma. Today, I decided to take my wife to lunch and take her to this location since it is so close to her work. What a mistake. The service was horrid. I was overcharged for an amazingly simple sandwich that was put together extremely poorly. If I'm paying $2.50 for bacon on my sandwich, I expect more than 1 piece of bacon torn into 4 small pieces about an inch long. The 4 "ghetto broads" (black and white, don't think I'm using that term in a racist manner) working there made it abundantly clear that I was disturbing their gossip time by wanting to place an order. Needless to say, the drive to the 27th st location is WELL WORTH IT.

The egg sandwiches are DELICIOUS and make McMuffins look weak. The coffee, though, I'm not crazy about. I had the mocha and it wasn't good at all. Didn't wake me up, which was a waste of nasty consumption. The service has always been nice, except the one guy that checks me out and makes no attempt at hiding it. That's a little odd.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I will NOT be back!! I was ignored, then skipped at checkout!! The customer behind me is friends with the cashier (who had ZERO personality!) and rang her up right in front of my face, ignored me some more, then started speaking to her. Looked right past me, told her her total, and the customer even said that I was there 1st, to which he replied "I already have you rung up here" WHAT THE HECK?! It was not busy, there is NO excuse, and since I work in customer service, I can be fairly tolerant of people who don't necessarily love their job. This was just awful, and I will not hesitate to tell everyone I know about it. Completely uncalled for!
