Very rude young black man working the counter gave me a challenging sneer for no good reason had to wait for someone else to serve me - great ice cream poor customer skills

They have the worst hours!! I went at 8pm and they were closed. To me that is crazy. Most people want dessert after dinner, not beforehand. They have great ice cream, but apparently you have to have dessert and then dinner.

Cold Stone is sinfully delicious. Seriously. I am usually more of a custard girl but I won't say no to Cold Stone. The specialty/Signature concoctions are fantastic and great for the indecisive.... somewhat.... they have about 25 different combinations. You can also create your own ice cream masterpiece. You can try a sample of any of the ice cream flavors. They have a ton of mix-in options. I've learned the "Love It" size is always the best deal; I try to only consume half of it so I can save half for later/the next day. It does freeze well at home. Sign up for the birthday club for a buy one get one free deal!! This is makes getting fancy pants ice cream extremely affordable. If you do not have a deal it is a little pricey (as in $6 for the medium size), but worth it. The staff here has always been pleasant and upbeat. The location is clean. Parking is easy. And they are open til 10pm! I've been to this location several times, and will most likely have several more visits. I wish I had some Cold Stone now...... :P

If you like it then you must love it, so of course you gotta have it!! Coldstone is special because they don't just scoop out their ice cream, throw on their toppings and call it a day. You pick what you want (they call it their signature dishes) scoop out the ice cream and mash up your toppings in the ice cream. The result is a blend of creamy deliciousness that will be worth the calories. This particular location is alright. I haven't had a bad experience with them. I come in for my fix of deliciousness and leave just a little bit happier. Note: they don't sing when you tip them. Really though, I'm ok with that.

Definitely some of the most creamy ice cream you can get. I've been to this location a handful of times and have been to other Cold Stones. This is a great place if you're looking to add a few inches around the waist since it is addictive and delicious. They have a multitude of various flavors to choose from that you can mix in a bunch of toppings to make this into quite the meal, which I love. With the location of this store most of the employees are college students that are just trying to make a buck and get on with their day. You can hear it in their voices when you leave a tip and they have to sing to you...it is horrible. There isn't really an easy place to park around here - a few street spots that are mostly spoken for, the space is small, and the layout is horrible. Good to stop in for a to-go ice cream yet just call the sizes small, medium, and large please.

Descriptive phrase: thick and creamy ice cream. Came to get my ice cream fix on a Friday night. This is about the only Cold Stone location left in the world. The two college dudes behind the counter were jamming out to some really good music they had on (they mentioned it was their "falling asleep mix"). I got a small dish of French Vanilla (I am aware of how bland I am) and Oreos, which was thick and creamy and goodtimes in my mouth. The Brownie A La Coldstone was a delicious diabetes-inducer as well. Pricey but expected.

BEST. ICE. CREAM. EVER! I highly recommend coffee ice cream with recees peanut buttercups. It's delicious. More on the expensive side of ice cream though but definitely worth it.

Why did it take until about 10 years ago for something like Coldstone Creamery to come along? What an incredible idea to combine some of my favorite things, into a fresh cup of ice cream? It was above zero yesterday, so I decided to treat myself to some ice cream, and was happy with my choice. All Coldstone Creamery locations are totally consistent, and I know if I'm craving something, I can always get the same quality here. Mint Mint Chocolate Chocolate Chip.......with extra brownies instead of the frozen chocolate chips.....awesome.

From my experience, there isn't much not to like about Cold Stone Ice Cream. They have such a vast selection of of ice creams it could take you months to get through it all. If you're not careful you could really do some damage to your body... haha. To give you an idea what I'm talking about here is the listing of ice creams they offer: Oreo Cream Filling, Coffee cake batter, Strawberry, Mint, Cheesecake, French Vanilla, Cookie batter, Sweet cream, Chocolate, Cotton candy, Oatmeal Cookie batter, Raspberry sorbet, Banana & Sinless sans fat sweet ice cream. Not only do they have a great selection of ice creams, but they have any kind of topping you can think of to go with it. The one that caught my eye was that gold wrapper staring at me while I was in line. I'm talking about a Twix bar, I'll have to go back and figure out how to include it in my next selection. They offer Signature cakes, Smoothies, Milkshakes, and even special ice cream orders like the Chocolate Lava Melt I had (see attached picture). My order was chocolate cake with hot fudge & French vanilla ice cream... boy was it good!!! I will definitely be going back here to try more of the menu out. A bit of a warning it's tucked right next to the Five Guys and you might not even notice it if you drive by to quickly. There isn't a ton of seating inside. One descent size table that fits about 4 or 5, then a 2 sitter area. You can go onto a little patio (closed) area for more sitting though. Patty C thanks for that gift card, If I become really out of shape, I want you to know it's all your fault. J/k.

Every year on my birthday, I treat myself to a Signature cake- Cookies and Creamery my fave a small one its so rich and filling- and last for days. Given its a little a expensive its worth it. You can join the birthday club and get a coupon for free ice cream on your birthday, you'll also be able to receive other great promotions and coupons. I definitely will be doing that this year.

I love, love, love Cold Stone and have watched their rapid rise and even more rapid fall with a mixture of sadness (I hate when businesses fail and you can never have enough decent ice cream places) and satisfaction (the local joints have hung in there as the corporate/franchise shops have moved in, and frankly the last thing I need is more ice cream). So I was overjoyed to see this location open on New Year's Day. Unfortunately they were not prepared as they had only one person working. If you've ever been to Cold Stone, you know the preparation is far more intense then scooping and passing. So I waited easily 15 minutes before it was my turn. And of course the phone rang. The person on the other end seemed to be a manager of some sort as I heard the guy behind the counter complaining that "Lizzie didn't show up today." After several minutes he remembered what those people on the other side of the counter are here for and ended the call. The lady behind me wasn't as patient and walked out--not that anyone seemed to notice or care. Now 20 minutes after arriving I finally had my ice cream and could join my friends at the back of the shop. My review isn't a demand for some kind of compensation (see note above about not needing more ice cream), I just wonder why the person on the phone or behind the cold stone didn't recognize the need for more staff since Lizzie is such a deadbeat. I'm just glad I wasn't part of the group of 8 that came in after I sat down--they're probably still waiting for their ice cream as you read this!

Cold Stone's OK, but wouldn't you rather get some custard or frozen yogurt? We visited because we had a gift card, and our ice cream treats were certainly yummy (and free). But since the location is rather difficult to reach, usually packed with teens/college students and not terribly comfortable, when I get a hankerin' for something cold & sweet, I'm pretty much always going to choose someplace else.

If my waistline would allow me to, I would eat SO much Cold Stone ice cream. They were the first ones to introduce me to cake batter ice cream. Cake Batter, as a flavor? There's nothing about it that isn't awesome. It's a little pricey, but the nearly endless number of toppings and combinations make it a sweet little indulgence. When you go, take a little time to bask in all of the various combinations you can come up with, and don't be afraid to try something new!

their icecream is expensive and service is slow but those toppings are very good good like 5.00 for 2 scoops

The one thing this place has going for it is that the service is pretty good. Their ice cream is extremely overpriced - when I went there, it was $3 for one scoop in a disposable bowl. It cost extra for a cone/waffle bowl, etc. The ice cream wasn't good, either. It reminded me of the store brand stuff from Pick N Save. Definitely NOT worth $3 per scoop.
