I love this place from day one years ago when I first went there. The place is always extremely clean, the staff is friendly always. The food is for the most part organic and fresh. They give you very quick service but yet it doesn't feel like fast food. I like the fact that I can eat outside with the few patio tables provided. The guacamole is pretty much better than any I have had in town at the so called best Mexican restaurants in Milwaukee. The only complaint is the chips could be better. I like the fact that they are white corn and salted just right with a hint of lime but they just don't go very well with that amazing guacamole!

Chipotle is always fresh and friendly. I love the vegetarian burrito with fajita veggies and guacamole! Their guacamole is my favorite.

How do i express my love for the double steak burrito bowl? I express it by giving Chipotle 5 stars. I had never had Chipotle until a year ago. How did this travesty happen!?! I'm not sure, but when I finally had it, it was a love story that started with a burrito. As I changed my diet, I got rid of the tortilla and went with the bowl mentally thinking "Boy, those 300 calories saved are a good trade" while I had cheese and sour cream piled on. Standard order for me (when I allow myself to eat here monthly since I was eating here 3 times a week for a while) is a steak burrito bowl, white cilantro rice, black beans, 2 scoops of the hot sauce, sour cream cheese, a side of chips, and hot salsa. It is heaven for me when all the flavors come together. And their chips. I'm not sure what they do to them but I do love them so. But enough gushing. This location, though located currently in a messy construction zone, has great staff. They are always attentive and fast. The place is always clean. Bravo. What else is there to say?

This is my favorite location to visit when dining at #chipotle. The staff is super friendly, fast and the food is always fresh. I highly recommend this location. If you're in during peak hours don't be intimidated by the long lines because it moves really quickly. The dining room area was always clean and very inviting. Good job guys!

My first time at Chipotle and I don't see the big deal. Menu was confusing. I'd rather have a cheeseburger.

All I have ever had was the burrittos. The chicken and barbacoa are the best. Between here and Qdoba I cant pick a winner, all I can say is that if you havent tried one or the other, make sure you do.

The workers here are very friendly and fast. This is my favorite location out of the ones I've been too. They give generous servings and are almost never out of an ingredient. Food is always fresh and delicious!

Superior flavor! Cilantro brown rice! Fresh ingredients! I've never been disappointed by this, or any, Chipotle (not "chipolte"). Qdoba tries but cannot meet the flavor and freshness. The construction does make it a bit of a hassle, but just come north via the alley from Morgan and you may score a parking spot. If not, park in the neighborhood and save yourself from the construction all together. The flavor is worth it though.

Just as households are divided over cola brand, I feel like people have a favorite of Chipotle vs Qdoba. We're a Chipotle household and it's a pretty typical "don't feel like cooking or going out, let's just pick up something quick on the way home" stop for us. This location is always well staffed and the staff are always very nice. Their constantly making fresh fajita mix & meat so I feel confident that stuff doesn't sit around too long. The upcharge for guac on my burrito bowl is worth it because they put a ton on and it's enough for both my bowl and to take some off for chip dippin.

I prefer Choptle over Qdoba-hands down This location is clean, service is nice and large portions for a good price.

I arrived when there were no customers, so I had the line for myself. It is assembly line fashion just like you would find at Subway. The service was friendly and prompt. Working in fast food myself (not Chipotle) the three things that hit me right away were: friendly, fast, clean/ sanitary. I ordered the vegetarian burrito (bowl instead of wrapped with tortilla on the side): brown rice (thank you for having this!), black beans (if your are vegan/ vegetarian DO NOT order the pinto as there is bacon), veggies (green pepper and onions), pico de gallo, hot salsa, guacamole, and lettuce. I also bought a bottle of Nantucket Nectars Orange Pineapple and Banana juice. The food was quite good and they don't skimp on the guacamole. I ended up taking over half of it home due to a tummy ache (NOT due to their food quality, I blame pregnancy hormones for ruining my appetite) and the fact that you get way too much food for one sitting (I usually only buy big burritos with my husband so we can split it). They advertise that they buy local when they can, so this is a definite plus (a chain that supports local is one you want around). Overall, this place is a keeper. Good, clean, basic Mexican style fast food that doesn't taste or feel like fast food.

The service and employees at this particular location are always amazing and above and beyond any other corporate chain restaurant. Everything was super super clean and the employees where quick and efficient. The food is pretty good for a chain restaurant and better than Taco bell or Qdoba but no where close to Bel Air Cantina, Riviera Maya or even Conjitos. Thats where I go for good tasting mexican food.

Convenient, good, tried and true. Easy to get dessert at Leon's too, which is nearby! Very good. A-Ok, as they say. The best of the chains for Mexican, in my opinion. Better chicken, and better chips than Qdoba. This location is clean and staffed by friendly folks. I've been to Chipotles in Chicago and the western burbs that aren't quite the same. Parking isn't ample, but sufficient. 27th street is currently a real hassle because of construction, so avoiding the Oklahoma and 27th intersection is best. I approach via Morgan, from the south.

STEPFORD EMPLOYEES WORKING THE LINE... Okay, first off I am giving Chipotle five stars because 1. The food is good, and 2. I don't have the heart to ruin their five-star average for my petty grievance (which I'll get to in a moment). Skip right to the bottom, under the heading W-E-I-R-D, if you already are familiar with the food, but are curious to see if you share my pet peeve. The food is consistent. The tacos come in hard or soft shell, with your choice of meat, veggies, and salsa (corn-medium, mild, or hot), cheese, lettuce, and sour cream for right around $6.25, guacamole is extra. Where these places soak you is the fountain drink for $1.60. Coke products are served ala fountain, or you can opt for the more expensive bottled beverages behind the counter. Giant burritos, and chips & guacamole and/or salsa are available, and the bag of chips is quite substantial. W-E-I-R-D! Okay, this is completely a tolerable infraction, but something that drives me nuts, and therefore I just feel compelled to mention it. The system for ordering at Chipotle is this "assembly line" where they build your entree in stages. When I go in, I'll order (verbatim): "I'd like, please, three hard-shelled tacos, with chicken and some grilled vegetables, mild salsa, lettuce, and cheese, hold the sour cream." Simple, right? WRONG! It is NOT simple if you're a Chipotle Stepford Order Taker. If you don't "answer the questions in succession" as you travel down the line, the employees just cannot connect the dots. It's like it "screws with their internal programming." And so it goes... The first question: "Hard or soft shell?" Me: "Three HARD shell chicken tacos, with grilled vegetables, mild salsa, cheese, lettuce, hold the sour cream." Second question: "What kind of meat do you want?" Me: "Chicken, with some grilled vegetables, mild salsa, cheese, lettuce, and no sour cream." Third question (pointing to the bins of salsa and then looking up at me): Salsa? Me: "Okay, now I am certain that you are just not listening to me. What did I just order THREE times?" When confronted, they can repeat the order as easily as they could tell you their first name. It's just "lazy thinking". Don't let them get away with jello-brain syndrome. Five stars for this restaurant where the food is consistent and fresh, and the employees are friendly. But I'm not quite sure if they are real people or programmed robots. The jury is still out.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
