I die for the pecan scones here. Everything a scone should be. Every time I walk in this little shop I tell myself I'm only going to come out with my little loaf of brioche...and then leave with an armful of other things that I immediately start snacking on during the drive home. You've been warned. They have a set of daily breads that they make as well as some specialty breads made throughout the week. Their website is super helpful when trying to decide which day is optimal for your weekly bread run.

Love this basic bread store. There is no hype, it's simple, beautiful layout of the day's freshest breads against the wall. There is always a few samples and a decent selection of artisan jams. I haven't had anything I didn't like here, but in particular, we pick up challah bread here on Fridays. The bread is always fresh, if you ever pass them in the wee hours of the night, will see all the lights on and busy busy busy bakers kneading bread. There is a daily special, if you know you need something, call ahead, they will put what you want aside for you, which is awesome. Also don't forget to ask for your bread punch card as well!

Wow. How can I describe this place? It's the perfect bread store. Everything, from the music to the workers to the bread itself is simply top-notch. The managers are so friendly and always seem willing to help customers out, especially the one who looks like a lumberjack hahaha. Most importantly, the bread (and other awesome food products) is SO GOOD. The Brioche is definitely my favorite :) Don't miss out on this great local bakery!

This place be the bomb! Let me break it down for you: First off, the workers be fly. I'm talking 10 out of 10. And they treat you real nice. These cats definitely care about customer service. Second off, this place smell like magic. Like they got little elves cooking bread in the back or something. Third off, the bread is fo real out of bounds. You don't even gotta put butter on this stuff to make it good. Plus they got all types of jams if you into that. Or grab yo self a muffin for some sweetness. Them cinnamon claws be real tasty too. I ain't even got a fourth off. You just need to bump over to Breadsmith and hop on the fast track to flavor town.

This place...is so amazing. I simply love the service, the bread, everything from the sweet aroma to the smiling faces. It's amazing. Even the cheery managers come to assist if need be. I love this place. If I were to eat bread from one place for the rest of my life, this would be it. Its the most perfect place. Heaven on earth.

My wife had called to pick up some food for her coworkers on a Saturday. She was told by the woman on the phone that they had chocolate covered banana bread and that they would be expecting her to come in to pick it up. This was her first attempt at trying this restaurant. Once she arrived, she waited in a long line to find out that their credit card machine was down. My wife also noticed a very small note on the side of the register stating that the credit card machine was not working. The woman that my wife spoke to on the phone responded by stating that she should have mentioned this to her on the phone. Furthermore, my wife did not feel that this woman tried make up for it in any way. From a customer service standpoint, this should not fly. I'm sure the food is good but the way the customer is treated will either keep us coming back or prevent us from ever returning. We will never be going to this restaurant/bakery again. Tip for Breadsmith: teach your employees good customer service and basic commonsense.
