What a great local spot! Trent the bartender is a friendly, hilarious guy. Food is surprisingly great, juke box is easy to access, and drinks are perfectly reasonable. Friendliest place in the north woods.

Always nice to find a place that will take care of you and serve food late in the evening in Mercer. Excellent service and the food is wonderful. We happened upon Mexican night, super nachos. Lots of fun playing the jukebox with my daughter, great tunes. We'll be back.

The Pub Burger is huge and awesome. Everything on the menu is fantastic. don't be afraid to eat at the Around the Corner Pub. Huge selection on the menu, too.

We go here every time we are up North,, sometimes several times. Never had anything bad here. The Daily soup is a must. Hash brown sticks, munchers, the burgers. If you are a big eater, you can not pass up the Pub Burger. Broasted chicken AUCE, Pizza chicken sandwich. Last time I was there, I had a grilled chicken salad, excellent, very fresh, and this is in a bar. Best food & drinks in Mercer.
