I stopped for the Sunday chicken dinner. Food was good as always, however the service was below average. I ordered immediately after I was seated. I didn't receive my ice water until well after customers seated after me ordered from menus and received their beverages. Upon having to wave and request it, it was delivered. When my dinner arrived, it was not what was ordered but was corrected immediately. Again, near the end of my meal, I waited and finally got the hostess' attention for a refill of ice water as my food cooled. I was there at the end of the day with few other patrons still seated. However, it's not acceptable to receive this poor service while the employees bus the tables and clean up for the day.

We tried to go here tonight to have dinner and stay for a bit to watch the Badgers play in the Final Four. Two hours before game time, all the tables on one side were reserved and empty; the other side was reserved for a party. Since there was no available seating, we left for another, more welcoming place to eat and watch the game. As we watched three other cars drive away, we wondered if the owners considered their lost revenue when reserving tables.

I've been here a handful of times and this last time I wasn't very impressed. There were 3 people behind the bar plus a server. The 3 behind the bar were more interested with chatting and playing with their phones than taking our food order at the bar. The server seemed to be the one to be taking care of everyone inside and out on the patio. The food in the past was great, this time it wasn't bad but seemed as if nothing was seasoned especially the french fries.

I've gone here a few times and have not been impressed with several things. Their "boneless wings" are absolutely horrible. Oddly though, 2 of the things I've tried, the chicken nachos appetizer and the perch fish sandwich, are both the BEST I've ever had. They also have amazing cheesecake. Service, except for this last time, has always been very good.
