Had heard rave reviews about this place and didn't have a chance to try it until a couple of weeks ago. I want to qualify my remarks that I did go in with high expectations and we might have caught them at a bad time, because they seemed flustered when they took our order and they were out of several drink items. I had the Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry wrap and that was very good and well prepared. Everything else left something to be desired. They were out of chai tea, so I settled for a mango smoothie. I was later told they only had strawberry left for their smoothies, which I really don't care for, so she made it a weak one. We had two orders of nachos with salsa, one was supposed to be mild and the other hot. She brought us two mild salsas, but later corrected it when we asked which was supposed to be hot. I believe that many other people really enjoy this place and they have had better experiences than we got that day. To be honest, I was also a little put off by the large display of biblical scripture that you first see on the back wall when you walk into the place. All-in-all it was not a good experience for me and the religious element is not my cup of tea. I like the concept and the personal service aspect, which they do seem to take pride in preparing good fresh food. They may have given us a below average experience on the day we stopped by and that is to be expected on occasion at even the best of places. If you like good wraps and don't mind the decor, I think you will be very happy with this place.

Very tasty, healthy fare, with gourmet coffee, too. Great for workday lunch or before/after the ferry (within sight of the boat).

I couldn't deduct stars for the wait because we figured it out and now order over the phone first. If you don't call ahead you could end up waiting 15 or 20 minutes for one wrap. Anyhow, the food is very good and the people there are great!

I go in every couple of weeks, and their menu continues to expand without getting rid of any of my favorites. The breakfast burritos are offered all day, and they are delicious. The salsa they use is outstanding. The cheeseburger wrap is another one if my favorites. Someone commented on a long wait, but I've never experienced that. With their small kitchen, I'm impressed with their speed. Recently I ordered a taco salad wrap. I barely sat down and opened the newspaper before it arrived. The owner always walks around do check on the patrons when he's not busy in the kitchen. It's a very friendly place to visit.

Another excellent lunch! The chicken noodle soup is perfect and the paninis are always good. I appreciate the friendly service and the fact that you can modify the ingredients of tge sandwiches and wraps.

My go-to lunch spot. There's something for everyone and the atmosphere is nice. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. I also LOVE that, if a mistake is made with your order, they correct it promptly and don't make the customer feel uncomfortable about it. That kind of service is hard to find around here. I haven't tried something here that I haven't enjoyed. The chicken bacon ranch wrap is my fave.

Most of the reviews here are NOT current. This place has undergone new ownership and they should be removed. This place is awesome. I would recommend a wrap, but honestly, get what you like, you wont be disappointed. Everything is great! Smoothies are best around. Very natural/healthy place to eat

Yummy! Fast! Friendly! Stopped on a whim for lunch on our way up north. Glad we did! We will definitely make it a regular stop. On a cold rainy day the hot chocolate was great with a grilled cheese. My husband had the buffalo wrap said it was great!

Had lunch here a few weeks ago. Food and drink was fine, but the experience was marred by us having a front-row seat to watch the manager (or perhaps he's the owner) berate and embarrass the poor girl working the register for apparently making a mistake when ringing up a customer. Made us pretty uncomfortable. My daughter went back yesterday and reported that the guy was again speaking condescendingly and rudely to his staff. I'm all for keeping my money local, but it's hard to want to support a business owner like that.

There is only one word for this place and that is "GREAT" ! My hat's off to the new owners, they have transformed this former "questionable" spot into a Manitowoc gem ! If you are in Manitowoc, you MUST EAT here! It's simply THAT good !

It was your standard fare wrap shop. It was good, but nothing extraordinary. If you're looking for a reasonably priced lunch that let's you add some interesting toppings to your wrap (i put cilantro and avocado in my chicken caesar wrap for an additional charge), then this is a place that won't disappoint. Don't expect to be wowed.

Wrap It Up has recently been taken over by new owners. I was a big fan under the old owners, but the new owners have really stepped it up. They now offer a small selection of craft beers in addition to the same great wraps. Service is much faster than it used to be, which was my biggest complaint before. For those customers who didn't like the religious overtones (I didn't care), they are now gone. I'd encourage people to give this shop another try. They are open Mondays at lunch and have late night hours on the weekends.

This place is really good! My husband and I were in Wisconsin last week for a few days and we were looking for a place to eat lunch in Manitowoc. Wrap It Up is directly across the street from the library, and within spitting distance from the Maritime Museum. I had a Garden Goddess wrap in a white tortilla- hold the tomato (romaine lettuce, baby bella mushrooms, cucumbers, carrots, green pepper, and Goddess dressing). For my beverage I had a green Tazo tea. The wrap was so good- fresh and yummy- the people who own this place really care about the food and the customers. Why can't more places in Chicago be like this? Lots of organic and natural choices, plus beer if you feel like it.

The food was yummy. It's a refreshing change from all the other greasy choices. It lost a star for service. It was a little disorganized.
