Ever been to a buffalo wild wings? Then you know what to expect for food. The layout of the restaurant is one of the better ones I've seen. Service was good and food was good.

Well, it's a Buffalo Wild Wings so we knew what to expect when it came to the food, but after waiting to be seated, and waiting over 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge we were at a table, we decided to leave. No one even seemed to care when we told them we were leaving because we hadn't been helped.

We usually spend Thanksgiving in Kohler; but we had to drive up to Manitowoc on Tuesday due to a family emergency. The Chili con Queso dip is either made differently here or the chain changed its recipe since the last time we've eaten it at a BWW. Fortunately, it's still our favorite item on their menu and a must-have every time we come. The other items we ordered on Tuesday were 6 Honey BBQ wings, 6 Sweet BBQ wings and 6 Mango Habanero wings. The wings are sold individually for $0.65 on Tuesdays but there is a 6 piece minimum requirement. We returned on Wednesday without participating in their survey to redeem $5 off tonight's check. We came back because it is the ONLY restaurant that doesn't remind us we're in Manitowoc (no offense). Tonight we ordered the Chili con Queso, a Juicy Steak Burger with his choice of wing sauce and a Grilled Chicken Wrap with my choice of wing sauce but I opted to have dry seasoning. The service from their staff and every other item on their menu is consistent with all the other locations. The only reason this place isn't receiving more stars is because I had to deduct for layout and super poor lighting. Today, we sat at table 83. For a sports bar, it's the wrong ambiance. Fortunately, I'm very familiar with their menu. If you're not, be sure to have the flashlight app downloaded.

I actually had good experience this evening. I'm. Giving it 3 stars based on past experiences as well. Tonight i tried the build your own burger. Good deal 8.99 for that and fries. I. Came during happy hour so i got an appetizer for $3. Really nice waitress i think her name was Missy. In the past my issues have been incorrect orders, hair in food, slow service, and inattentive service. They are improving for sure.

A fairly new store. They opened up in November. The place looks new with an upscale sports theme. They have several large screen TVs and a huge projection screen TV. There is a full bar with about 20 beer taps. The store front is glass so it is bright and inviting. There is background music but not overly loud. We were seated immediately and our drink order was taken. Drinks were out in a reasonable amount of time. My wife ordered a chicken strip salad, I ordered the Blazin' wing challenge. This is where I think they could improve. It took 25 minutes to a half hour for our food to arrive. The waitress was attentive as she asked about our drinks several times. When our food did arrive the manager announced the Blazin' challenge to the whole place as is customary for Buffalo Wild Wings. The wings were great as they usually are at other stores. They just came out of the fryer so they were hot in 2 ways. I had 6 minutes to take down 12 wings with no drinks or napkins. I rocked it in 4 minutes. I have to admit, the Blazin' sauce isn't as hot as other places, but Buffalo Wild Wings Blazin' sauce is the best tasting. Here's my rating breakdown for this store. Ambiance - 3 (OK for a sports bar) Waitress service - 4 ( Courteous and attentive) Food - 4 (Food is hot and tastes very good) Order to arrival time - 2 (Needs improvement) Over all = 3.25

not that bad, not that great. We decided to order a bunch of appetizers for the table including wings. Everything was okay, I guess. The wings definitely needed more sauce, they were a little on the dry side. Most everything was pretty good for appetizers. This chain definitely does not focus on customer service let alone great food. It's a wing bar what else should I expect?

went on 3-26-15 got there around 4, this was between shifts for the bartenders, ask what we wanted and that was it, ignored us the rest of the time and the worst part was there was nobody there, 1 couple sitting down and 2 people at the bar not busy at all. most of the employees were all talking together , had a empty glass for a while and nobody asked for another , wanted to order food but new bartender didn't even bother asking us if we needed anything at all, worse service ever, the 1 star is for service. went to timeout sports bar and got great service.
