Surprisingly, the bagels are quite good here. Too bad the service isn't as good as the bagels. If you do go there, do not get take out because the odds are your order will be wrong and be prepared for incredibly slow and rude service. Another interesting observation about this place is that they are always running out bagels, but never seem to have many customers. It's a bagel shop that doesn't have bagels! It's sad but funny at the same time. I don't know and call me crazy, but if you are running out of bagels at 7:00 am; then maybe make more bagels! Honestly, your better off going to Starbucks in the area, because they never run out of bagels and much more polite - besides bagels are cheaper at Starbucks!
